This is a plea to ask the team at BIAV to evaluate how they normally implement scaling talents and scaling in general.
Some, or most, of the times, the talents that scale with a stat aren't particularly impactful for the unit if not at very high level of investment.
Like Doresain talent that convert 1% of crit damage to 0.1% of crit rate.
This scaling will give him less than 10% crit rate after 2 +12 crit damage wheels.
And a lot of supportive, and not, units have various specific scaling that you normally can't make use of because you don't want to cater a lot of your wheels and covenants just to get a minor, or secondary, impact from them.
So I wanted to ask if they could consider, at least for the future, to implement more pronounced scaling with diminishing returns.
So that we can still make use of the talents with an adequate level of investment and to prevent excessive power when overinvested, to have a more consistent flor and less extreme ceiling.
It would be nice if the current scaling's could be updated with this philosophy, but i would at least be content if they consider it for future releases.
This honestly should work with the future changes to Realm Mastery too.
