Yes, i'm sure. Aftershock effect is reduce arith of "Lightning retribution" by 1 when discarded.

i think that the effect is that it goes back on the top of the draw pile

the -1 is the Prepare effect

that activates when you pass the turn or draw the card again, like after a special discard

Hmm, i'm not sure anymore. So "card returns to the top of the draw pile" twice doesn't do anything?
