Hi, I’d like to report an issue with my Silver Prime purchase.

I paid for both the 60 and 980 Silver Prime drips, but I only received the 60 drip. Before this transaction, I already had 980, as I had bought it an hour or less before the 60 and 960 ones, so my total should’ve been 2020. Right now, my account only shows 1040, which isn’t enough for the 1980 pre-anniversary package I was trying to buy.

Could you please check the missing 980 Silver Prime and help restore it to my account? I can provide screenshots or receipts if needed.

have to see when Goya return, dore will still rotate other 4 times during anni. You can try to contact the Customer Service from the login page
