No idea how to best separate my characters into teams so that all 5 can work. Last time I ended up struggling because I had 3 good teams and 2 bad ones. I feel like I lack a dps for at least one team? Any tips?

You only have 3 damage dealers,
Tawil, Doresain and Aurita.
Use one of your selectors for Jenkin.
And you should probably pull clem from banner if you can.
Tawil / Hamlen / Ryker / Karen
Aurita / Corpo / Tulu / (Ramona or Aigis) - or if you get Clem, then Clem.
Doresain / Thais / Faint / Pickman
Jenkins/ Winkle/ Horla / (Celeste or Caecus).
Sanga / Nautila / Ogier / (Celeste or Caecus)
