I am unable to play the new event due to animations not loading
and also many characters ult animations doesnt show for me
im playing on the sillia version so unfortunately i cant contact qooka support

Summoning animations are missing too

#

i have used the fix feature and redowloaded the game too none of those suggetion had worked
