I haven't played the game before and installed it for the first time. After loading all the resources and logging into the account the game hangs. When trying to start the game, the animation goes until the moment on the screenshot and then hangs.

I have already reinstalled the game, also updated most of the drivers but there is no result. I don't understand what the problem is :(

I tried to start the game from the android emulator and the game started and works fine, for some reason this problem only exists with the PC version

Honestly, it's a common issue, a lot of people I see are complaining that the game lags on the start screen (it lags for me too, to the point that first 2 minutes are spent clicking endlessly until the game finally 'get is'). It's not the same issue that OP has, but it would be nice if something could be done about it.
