Unless I misunderstood she basically gets to overexalt every other turn due to aliemus refund and her own cards on top of providing insane buffs while also giving poison team a better clock
She's generic enough to be good on any team due to her buffs while giving poison a win condition
Easy to slot into Aequor poison or Chaos poison

She's good for sure, I'm rather sad that OE (or just Aliemus cap in general) seems like an important part of her kit though
Sure she'd probably work without it, but having OE or not is going to significantly affect her
For example, her 3 cost is probably going immediately hit Aliemus cap without OE, or even if you exalt her before using her 3 cost, she's still going to hit cap at the end of turn due to rouse
