learncpp.com @royal scroll
hi
Hi
And do projects with what you learned

The website I sent is great for that
thx
<p1>hi</p1>
haha i like that html joke

W3Schools and then complete other unlearned things on learncpp.com
w3schools have lovely examples
Too little explanations on w3schools
anything is better than w3schools lmao

Meh, for me it looks structured, kinda like a roadmap if you know what im sayin
So you'd say learncpp is better?
idk, but learncpp.com is just better
more information
Shit I mean, good thing I spoke because I could now relearn stuff from learncpp lol
Ya, True
Im new tho to cpp
Sure
I wish you luck broskito
No sorry
Can I give you advice
I was the guy who overthinked the learning path of C++
I don't have a good memory for usernames
Ah
I started it tho
Nice
I didnt learn much but atleast i started it, i was having sleeping problems for 1 month so
finally fixed, i can learn hours of C++
btw do you think learning bit manipulation is recommended or nah?
Wdym by bit manipulation
Like in memory terms?
Ohhh binary terms
Ehh, everything is useful when it comes to c++
You probably would use it in game cheating

Learn C first
@vale solar has reached level 2. GG!
How you would do that idk actually I only learned C++ because of my degree in college
Also they taught us one semester of Python and then put us directly into C++ lol
Just to tell us in other classes "oh hey we're using Python, yeah you haven't used it in forever and we trained you on C++ exclusively but we don't really care" pretty much

I would not recommend that
Oh okay nevermind ig
Noooo
That's like teaching him to start building a kernel xD
Let him Begin with the easy part, C++
data types, includes, what a return point is, and what an entry point is
Blah blah etc etc

You think C++ is easier?
Easier than C, that's for sure
Auto mem management, yummy syntax, those are just in my opinion
I mean, both are the sameee.. a bit.. C is just like a Manual gear car instead of an Auto gear car (which refers to c++)
If you know what I'm saying
I mean that's basically what I said
C++ is easier than C
C++ is manageable in many ways, C in few
^
I know what you’re saying. But fundamentally, C is extremely simple
C++ introduces a whole lotta principles, rules and semantics you have to be aware of.
True, but the syntax can be a bit scary for a beginner
yes, for C++
not for C
you have function overloading, templates, special functions, operator overloading + everything C does
Agreed, but sometimes a beginner would stare at int main(const char args[]) {} and start to shiver
that was my beginner pov when I started programming at least xD
but for me, C++ felt way better
Felt
yes, and C++ is exactly the same, what’s your point?
C++ feels more optimized and easy
Idk if it's just me, when I stare at a C code, I get confused
It just doesn't look pretty enough for me lol
Dunno about that, I can code both but I don't code C
I just prefer C++
well it was hard for me when I looked at it when I was a beginner
Now yeah it's very easy
It just means you haven’t written enough C++
C++ can get way uglier
Especially with metaprogramming
Well yeah I'm still exploring, it's huge, I've written complex code but still, C doesn't sit right with me lol
I didnt write enough C++ neither i would consider myself as a newbie i like C++
1 year later: " I hate C++ "
I don't count but I've written like over 30 projects, but idk I feel like I'm suit for C++
Nah don't worry too much
You're gonna love it if you're a fast learner
im not worrying
