The problem is that your compiler is incomaptible with the library you are trying to include. Likely, you are using 64bit and the library is 32bit. By the way, I have a simple graphics library you can use if you are interested in more options. #1419104832563974236 message

Why do you want to use graphics.h, its very old and outdated?
Those libraries are working with Turbu C, not modern C/C++ (e.g. VC)
