Running C++ on VsCode

I have installed VsCode and I searched most videos on yt for it.
Yet I can't find a logical way?

I have Ubuntu terminal. But then I can't run inside the VScode so I have to open Another window to run C++

You should be able to connect the vs code terminal to the wsl/ubuntu terminal

Alr so I looked it up and now vscode is running.

and I noticed that just like notepad I have to constantly save it
