it doesnt include any of the compilation stuff by default

Ive been tryng to use VS2022 but It only asks me to attach to a process and F5 doesnt let me run it

Reason why i went for Vscode is because it had typesuggest, im sure VS has a feature for that but im too dumb to get that working
