No, while it has a couple of great subskills, it gets them too late

1422 is better

Also; a video like this is, imho, a really annoying way of looking at mons

Speed - nature bugs me but until 100 i can see it being better for the forseeable future for sure. Ig we still kinda just ignore last 2 subskills for now

Yeah, we definitely tend to ignore 75+ -even when unlocked it's gonna hurt to get there on a legendary

Speed down is a bit annoying, but now that they've reduced the penalty on it you'll still come out well ahead on speed if you can subskill seed
