Idk if the title’s accurate to what im looking for since not sure how to phrase it :’>
Is it better/will i find nicer pokemon if i only sleep once a day but its 9-10 hours and as close to 100 sleep score as possible or multiple is fine as long as they accumulate to 100?

So, if your snorlax strength is high enough, dividing your sleep into 2 sleeps will allow you to find more pokemon. BUT. They recently nerfed napping, so if you find more than 10 pokemon in 1 day, The 11th and later pokemon will only give 1 candy and will give diminished dreamshard and research exp.
IF you can reach high enough snorlax power, it's still worth it. Just DO NOT nap during the event because you only get cresselia downs from the first sleep session of the day
