#Best version of each Eeveelution?

They are skill mons so they like triggers and help speed.
Hb and bfs is also nearly always wanted, but depending on the philosophy people favor one over the other.
Erb can be situationally good on a healer if you have many recovery down mons in use.
Nature:
always want skill up,
second best help up.
Downside good options are: -xp, -rec, -ing
Glaceon/flareon: pot mons
Vaporeon: magnet
Leafeon: cheer
Umbreon: charge self (moonlight)
Jolteon: extra helpful
Sylveon: healer
Healers are constants in a team, so you want the best for your team you can get:
- as many skill procs as possible (trigger+helpspeed)
- HB great
- ERB not bad
- we dont care about bfs much here
- skill lvls for f2p players
Potmons:
are often a temporary addition to a team to get a few triggers and get swapped out again.
So you want as many procs as possible again.
- hb is not of importance
- bfs can be good if you intend to now swap it out because its berry contribution will double.
- skill levels because its a lvl7 skill for f2p.
Magnets:
vaporeon triggers a lot! So even if you dont get the most triggers you will get pampered with ings if you have lvl6-7 skill.
I tend to have to seap it out sometimes because bag is full.
But for setup its the same tendency as potmons.
Leafeon is a soft-healer, if you get its skill to lvl6 and have enough triggers. So treat it like a healer in such a case.
But its not as strong as sylveon in that role!
I would prefer bfs in a leafeon, so its own contribution is not so bad
Jolteon and umbreon want to boost themselves!
Jolteon in case it procs on itself. So it really loves bfs in this case.
Umbreon can only charge itself up with energy. So it needs something to keep itself performing: BFS and a lot of speed subskills.
Unbreon is also the only eeveelution that would like a skill down nature! Because it just proccs so crazy often! A Great umbreon nature imo is speedup/skilldown. you dont need trigger subskills on an umbreon either.
Jolteon is kinda a mediocre extra helpful mon, so even with many triggers it will not be great. But jolteon likes speed bonis too alongside bfs for a lot of berries
No idea if that broad viewpoint helped you?
Should the last sentence here be leafeon rather than sylveon?
It was definitely informative! I was hoping for an ideal 5 subskills for each, but this breakdown is helpful too
