I have my bedtime set to 12am. I keep going to bed 1-3 hours after my bedtime, especially on weekends.
I’ve tried changing the bedtime daily, but it resets my daily prize card.
One of the reasons I got this app was to help me with my daily routine and my sleep schedule. It’s helping a lot and I’ve only really been using the app for like 2 weeks now.
I am trying to optimize my play experience and make sure I get as much out of it as possible. I have made a lot of mistakes while playing so far.
I really started dedicating time to learning the game the past few days, and it’s been kind of overwhelming to say the least…
I’m wondering if I set my bedtime to 2am, but go to sleep at 12am, will it still give me credit for the full night sleep? I keep going to bed late and not getting credit for a full night sleep, even if I run the app on time.
So I’m wondering if I set it to 2am instead, and go to sleep around 12-1am during the week, and more like 2-3am on the weekends, if I’ll get better credit for sleep each night (my full 8.5 hours!) and finally be able to complete my weekly reward stamp card!
