Image posting/sending has been restricted behind the Server Rank Basic 2. This was done to increase our raid prevention.

To attain server rank Basic 2 you need to accumulate exp in the server by chatting (and please, don't attempt to spam to level. There are intervals to gain exp.)
You can do >level in #bot-commands to see your current exp and level. It shouldn't take you long to hit Basic 2 with a bit of chatting.
