Yes on the latter. Tho I personally stick with avoiding the trinity of wob/bonsly/gulpin. Three is an easy amount to remember and it gives wiggle room for early days of the week or low drowsy power weeks when you only have 3 or so low rank pokemon to choose from. (The main reason why I don’t specifically sprint on the sleep mathcord)

When I clean my friend list, I give a pass on the occasional ekans or croagunk, but its an instant remove if they send one from the trinity.
