i gifted a friend the Supreme Festival Pack but the extra stuff you get besides the stuff you get on the regular Festival Pack , she didn’t receive? i then gifted her the Upgrade Pack but still nothing?? is it a bug or?

They're extra rewards given once you reach that level in the festival rewards (not the DG level)

she said she opened the gift box with the vouchers and opened it but its still like she doesnt have the pass at all

after claiming the gift from the mailbox, did she look for the voucher in her inventory and activate it? the voucher is automatically removed from the gift box after claiming it, so need to look for the voucher to activate
