does it give you any sort of error message when you use the blueprint, eg 'insufficient resources' or anything? it would be a gray pop up notification at the top of the screen

Help! I can't interact with my pet because it has no action bubbles!
It has glitched on an action, as a temporary fix you can:
- go into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit, or
- switch to a new town to reset both of your positions back to the front of your house
either of these should clear the glitched action and let it be interactable again
there was another player who noticed that after the maintenance, once a pet is wearing an outfit, it doesn't show up as a wearable option for the other pets. is that the case for you?

can you check the page for binded accounts when you're logged in on steam, and see if it's connected to your mobile login also? it sounds like heartopia created a new heartopia account using your steam login, which is why you can't see your original character

that is the issue on my pc (steam) its connected to the new account (& i cant unbinded it) then on my phone its connected to my actaul account & wont let me bind steam (as its already binded to the wrong account)
Never tried but did you try to log out on Steam ( bottom of where we bind) and log back in with the original google or facebook account from mobile? As steam is a new account its not the same log in

Okay it might be a different log it on mobile if you have a few. You will need to find the initial one before going on steam i believe. Lets wait for @woven hemlock as they know more than me with the binding of accoutns
If your computer account is linked to the wrong account and you want to link it to your mobile account, you can contact customer support to provide proof and request assistance for unbind the account.
I am playing games from my IPad. Isn’t that mobile version? I can only interact one pet per log in and Log in takes times to enter. For two days , I cannot play heartopia.

Hmmm, the blueprints created before the maintenance seem to be bugging out in terms of displaying whether you have enough resources, but when i placed down all my blueprints, they placed fine as long as i had everything, and gave me an error if i didnt. It sounds like yours isnt placing anything down and also isnt telling you why, correct? Could you go back to the start screen and click ‘repairs’ in case its a matter of corrupt files? Might need to file a ticket with support center if repairs doesnt work, a bunch if things seem to have bugged out after the maintenance, this might be one of them
Teleporting to a new town to reset your game should bring them back
Could you describe what happens when you try to play? Does it freeze up, do controls not work, etc
If you delete the new account (the one you dont want), it should free up that login, and you can link it to the original heartopia account

Hair and facial features can be edited via mirror. The hairs you see in the dressup count as hats/wigs

The short answer is that the game isn’t optimized well, here’s some things to check for to see if they help:

Some things to check for, based on what the community knows:
- (if PC) make sure you have sufficient space on your c drive, even if the game is not downloaded there, that’s where it passes information through.
- (if not PC) make sure you have sufficient space in your memory/ram.
- (for all devices) you need about twice as much memory/ram as is recommended by the game, so that may be causing the crashes
- clear your device cache
- lower your graphics settings
- turn on memory optimization
- turn off snow effect
- if you have a lot of apps/programs running in the background, try closing them + any app overlays (such as Discord)
- check to see if your device has a software update
- (on PC) make sure your graphics card is up to date
- (on PC) try running the game as an administrator
- (on PC) if you have a firewall or antivirus, try putting heartopia as an exception/on the whitelist so that it can bypass
Yeah normally if I dont have everything for blueprints they place anyways but without the missing things so im going through everything to make sure I have all the items, hoping that it works if I do that. I've already did the repairs, it re-download everything and it still wouldn't work so im rlly hoping its just different now after the update and you can like only place blueprints now if you have EVERYTHING in the blueprint
I was able to place a blueprint, even though I didn’t have all the furniture, it just gave me a notice that there was some things that couldn’t be placed because I didn’t have enough of it. I think it’s worth opening a ticket to the support center since there was someone else earlier, who also had a similar issue with blueprints, not placing down. Do you happen to have an island? They said they were able to place fine on the island but not on their regular home
No i haven't gotten the island yet, im level 29 rn. Other blueprints have been placing so maybe ill wait until I get the island to try and place it if it doesn't work when I have all the items. The one just won't work for the life of me, even when I import it to another bluprint and try to place THAT one down it doesn't work, but ALL my other blueprints even rlly old ones work. I'm just rlly not wanting to go through the trouble of having to rebuild it cus it took a while

Uhhhh its all the stuff I normally use in builds, im kinda boring and reuse furniture that I rlly like, if anything I suppose something I haven't used before in a build that it has is the magnolia tree/bush or smth, the small white tree thingy from the cinema event going on

yeah it takes ~15 days to delete an account
on steam, you should be able to log out and then select the login method that you used for the original account, so don't click 'steam' as your login method, otherwise it'll just take you to the account you dont want to use

do you see the quest for princess stella? untrack the quest, that should fix it
the quest wants you to feed your cat, which is why it keeps tracking them

Help! I paid for a package/hearts/etc, but didn’t receive it in the game!
some things to check if you want to try and trouble shoot on your own first:
- try rebooting the game to see if re-establishing the connection lets the items appear in your account
- double check the card/bank that you paid with and see if the charge is still processing from their end, if it is, then heartopia hasn't received the money yet
- if you use iOS app store to pay, apple loves to take multiple charges from different days and charge them all at once together, which can delay when the app receives the money as well
- if you paid through the website, make sure you selected the right ID and server, since it's easy to accidentally send the purchase to the wrong server that you don't even play on
- if multiple people play heartopia on your device, check to see if they suddenly received the purchase, since it's possible to send it to the wrong account (someone before said they paid for a pass, and later they found out the pass was given to their sister's account instead of their's, despite not having a problem with it in the past)
- if it's the membership or pass, there was a recommendation from customer support to another player, to click 'repairs' on the start screen, and then pretend to re-purchase it by clicking the purchase button, just to see if it triggers the game into going 'wait you already have this' and give you the pass. don't pay for another pass though, cancel out of it after regardless of whether it works or not

go to your quests, look for any quests that are related to a pet (eg princess stella), untrack the quest
no, order tickets only come from the ones you get from daily quests

I tried to change a different blueprint but only the paper trays don't appear
hmm interesting. and when you tried to place them back into the build, the game doesn't let you do so?

Please fix the bug on eagle owl, i saw it flying and hovering on air and land 😭 . It also flies extremely fast to different locations even when you're far away from it.

as a side note, some birds are so sensitive to the distance you are from them that you'll need to use the bush until you're a high enough level to get closer without startling them

it's a common error due to the game's poor optimization when connecting to networks, can try the things below. VPN is usually reliable to get people into the game, if nothing else works

- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here, and is free)

Yes, and I'm also on the American server, I think it's an issue with our server. I read in another post here that Colombia recently had this problem too. Edit: Read someone tried VPN as a solution, it worked!

i've done that twice last month, even tho it says its unlocked it won't budge (i've contacted support on this too)
might be the game just delivering items that went missing after the recent maintenance? did u have the sugar in your backpack/warehouse before?
clicking 'select festival pack' should take you to the screen with the passes, if you have an active pass on that screen, it should stop you from buying another pass. if it's letting you buy the same pass multiple times, it means the game isn't actually registering your purchase, so you don't have an active pass at the moment

Why can't I open the game and I have good wifi
that’s happening to me too and they are just telling me about my wifi or my vpn when i’m using no vpn and i’ve only had this issue starting today.

hmm yeah, the game isn't registering the purchase. unfortunately, for billing issues, you'll need to work with the support center directly, since the people in this channel are just players like yourself, but there's a couple of things you can double check if you want to try and troubleshoot first while you wait for a response from support

do you have any items used in that blueprint that are different from any other blueprints you have saved? wondering if there’s a specific item causing the blueprint to bug 
could also try editing something in the blueprint (eg moving a piece of furniture) to see if that fixes the bug
it’s probably worth reporting to the support center too, so that the devs can look into it

i missed a whole day of dailies because i can’t log in. i was able to log in once today but i was lagged out of my world and it isn’t my wifi it isn’t letting me in the game period. i even deleted and downloaded the app again. i already tried to do a bug fix on the app and it still isn’t working

It worked with VPN. But the game is very laggy now
try switching your location in the VPN to singapore, ive heard from other players that stabilized the connection for them

Can confirm that searching 1.1.1.1 in Google play then downloading the app. You use the app. Hit the prompts. Then cut on the connection. Will get you into the game. Super easy.

it could be due to a number of reasons, but the game is simply not optimized well 😔
- If you're lagging when near player houses, it’s probably because the game is struggling to load in their house. Can move to a town with less people to try and lessen the number of assets being loaded
- Try clicking ‘repairs’ in the start screen in case it’s a matter of corrupted files.
- Try rebooting your device to see if your device just needs a nap
- Check to make sure you have enough space on their device - the game uses a lot more memory than it reports, so if you're close to full, it may cause lag
- Make sure your device isn't overheating
- You can look in the in-game graphics settings (Watch >> Settings >> Graphics) and try moving some of the options around to see if any of them help with the lag, such as with object rendering/etc.
- Also in graphics settings, try turning on memory optimization
- can try turning off the ‘snow effects’ setting

I've noticed there's this thing that started happening either today or yesterday, but when you're in your bag and long press to select and hold things to store multiple items it used to go back to letting you select items individually to hold, place, etc.
Now if you hold to select then hit store items, and go to click on something else to hold, place, etc. it starts selecting things in bulk still to store. The only way to make it stop is to close out of the bag menu entirely then open it up again.
This isn't a huge issue, just a QoL thing that started acting different after the update it seems?

Im having this issue, my network is perfectly fine. i was able to play yesterday morning but when i tried getting on again last night it started saying Failed to get server list

There’s three places in the game you can access the support center from:
- From the loading screen, click the round icon in the upper corner with the headset logo.
- From the start screen, Settings (the gear icon in the top right) >> Support Center >> Contact Customer Service.

To check your tickets for their reply, go to the Support Center, click the blue-green circle with the headset icon, and a popup should appear with the option to view your current and inactive tickets ("Feedback Record"). Check back on your tickets from time to time, as you won't otherwise receive a notification when they reply.

the other times, users were able to get in via vpn, but it would disconnect immediately once they stopped using vpn. Had some players yesterday who said the game still connected when they stopped vpn, but ping was so high it was hard to play

The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
- Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here, and is free)
- DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)
- (if no other option works, VPN or DNS is usually reliable to get you into the game)

Something that may be a cause of this error is the game’s optimization. This means even if you know your Internet connection is good, sometimes the game will require players to restart their router or change connections to connect / enter the game.
Things you can try just to enter a town ( and then switch back to your regular WiFi ) includes:
Restarting your router
Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
Using a different WiFi
5G, LTE
Cellphone data / hotspot
VPN ( most players are using Proton which is free )

im at a loss, i was catching bagworms yesterday night & i tried today and when my bubble went towards the bug it disappeared. so i thought i was too close. i did it 3 times far away and casted the bubble and soon as it like hits the bagworm, it disappears. is this happening to anyone else?
hello is it just me or anyone also have the same issue. i can't login to the game this afternoon. at 3pm i still can play the game but after around 15-20minute i move to another town and the sign of "loading anomaly appear" and after that i got kick on the apps. and i tried to enter the game again. it's not moving from the start display.
tried different connection but the result still the same. tried different device but still the same. i hope that this bug will be fix asap. i want to play huhuhuhuhu

Without gacha insurance, it's very difficult to get rainbow items, and getting duplicates is really frustrating. I've spin over 90 times and only got 2 rainbow items, and they were duplicates. I feel like deleting the game, seriously.
Could consider avoiding duplicate rainbow items?

I have tried to make a complaint via the Hato app about this 2 weeks ago but there has still been no response. I have bought a recipe for a movie event but when I wanted to try the food recipe, the recipe did not appear. Until now it has not appeared.

actual the game is not working for a lot of players. the update is still not going on and the game reports that you have not enough space (but i have 200GB). thats frustrating. on steam many users have problems!

i got this 2 furniture on other blueprint... but i cannot find this furniture when i build a new blueprint... should i remove it from the previous blueprint?
you should be able to place it in any blueprint , have you tried the search button in furniture?

Anybody else have objects in the Research Lab that was near finished and the new update cleared them? When you have items that take 3 days to research, it’s a bit discouraging for them to just reset without giving back the items used to start the research on the last day of research…

okayyy soo like i wanna say last month i went to buy some red heart diamonds $250 worth actually, and i didn’t receive any of them , so when i went ti report it to get my money back HREATOPIA made my account negative 15,000 red hearts !! So now i can’t type and communicate with my friends, i cant go into build mode with my friends, i can’t plant crops or flowers, and i cant move things in my house at all, basically all the things that make the game worth playing #1405494029096976446
So, does anyone know, if they are even working on a pet glitch that has been in the game since first day? I saddens me that they dont care about players at all ;( Most of the time I cant interact with my cats. They still fly into the sky or are just floating somewhere. They expect us to use gacha, but dont care about fixing the game at all 🙁

did you initiate a refund through your card/bank? the game automatically detects refunds and deducts accordingly

unfortunately its automatic from the game code to prevent fraud, the community has troubleshooting tips for when people aren't seeing their purchases show up. if you go into negative balance due to a refund, all the things you mentioned will go into effect, so we usually recommend people to contact support to try and resolve it before doing any sort of refund

There’s three places in the game you can access the support center from:
- From the loading screen, click the round icon in the upper corner with the headset logo.
- From the start screen, Settings (the gear icon in the top right) >> Support Center >> Contact Customer Service.
- From in-game, Settings >> Account Management >> Support Center >> Contact Customer Service
To check your tickets for their reply, go to the Support Center, click the blue-green circle with the headset icon, and a popup should appear with the option to view your current and inactive tickets ("Feedback Record"). Check back on your tickets from time to time, as you won't otherwise receive a notification when they reply.

you could try to message the bot @twin yacht and see if the mods are able to get you in touch with a staff member. (modmail is usually only for contacting server mods though, they're not staff members.) can show that nobody responded to your other tickets, so that they know you already tried going through the normal method
they make regular patches and bug fixes in the game, as can be seen in #patch-notes
some bugs have easy temporary fixes, so they're likely not high on the priority list compared to other bugs. if the bug you're referring to is being unable to interact with your pet because it's missing the action bubbles, there's a temporary fix for that:
Help! I can't interact with my pet because it has no action bubbles!
It has glitched on an action, as a temporary fix you can:
- go into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit, or
- switch to a new town to reset both of your positions back to the front of your house
either of these should clear the glitched action and let it be interactable again
Can you guys remove this feature. I have been playing on my iPhone and every time I put something on stove it pans away to some new area making it difficult to catch the flame and then even after multiple clicks it doesn’t work. I end up burning a lot of my dishes irregardless of the stove. Can someone fix this feature or just remove panning all together

the way i've found to temporarily fix this is to pop for a moment into built mode, this will reset the pets on your lot and you can then interact with them. I do hope they fix it though, I've been dealing with it seince Feb at least

no, since thats part of the actual cooking. as you increase your cooking hobby though, it gets easier to click on time
