Game isn’t optimized well for Steam Deck, there’s a lot of bugs there. Haven’t seen this one mentioned before, but I’m not surprised by it happening, if that makes sense
Do you have anything on the wall, like a window or a roof? It might be the game detecting something there that’s “sticking out” when it’s not actually taking up any space. Can try moving the wall and see if you can move it back, then returning the wall to its original spot
Nope, nothing sticking out. This is what it looks like in that back corner.
Could try making the roof smaller and see if that’s what’s pinging it?

It’s a known bug with the stoves, sometimes they do the cooking noise even when there’s nothing being cooked
I had 3 bizzare drinks in my warehouse and when I took them to my island and dumped them and came back the sound was gone? I had 3 of them lol
To get the emote, you just need to interact with a friend for a certain number of days during the event, it’ll give you the emote with that friend automatically once the day requirement is achievement
Re the freezing, have you tried clicking ‘repairs’ on the start screen in case it’s a matter of corrupted files?
Maybe it’s a glitch with the bizarre drink specifically, but the stoves do sometimes just make noises on their own. Could send the information to the support center so they can look into it

I purchased the handheld balloon flower item in the acorn store and I did not receive it..

I remember what their pfp/avatar looked like and checked that they weren't on my friend list anymore. I had linked with a stranger back then

eggs from trees and events don't contain order tickets. tickets only obtainable from DG LV 35++ daily request eggs and it's by chance, not guaranteed.

Good afternoon, first of all, I apologize for the inconvenience if this isn't the right place to ask, but this morning when I tried to log into my account from my PC, after a few minutes, the following message kept appearing. I tried accessing it from my phone and logged in without any problem, but the problem persists even after reinstalling everything on my computer.

Yes, I checked everything, including the time setting, reinstalled the Tap Tap program, and the problem persists.
I have a deadzone on current blueprints andeven brand new blueprints (like shown) My character runs into a wall that isn't there and can even climb onto something that isn't there. I noticed this on a blueprint I'd been working on for a while. Copied it, the dead zone persisted. Deleted everything from it, persisted. Created a new blueprint as above for a test, and that's when I took this. It also happens when just trying to place something on my normal plot, outside of build mode. Anyone have any idea or know if this is a bug that's been reported? EDIT: This is still an issue and has nothing to do with a controller. You can see my mouse in the video. :)

Help! My character is walking on their own without my input / I can’t move after pulling out a tool / my tools are aiming themselves / my enter/chat function isn’t working !
Please check for any controllers plugged in to your device, and unplug them if there are. This can include Bluetooth devices like headsets, or any Logitech devices, or (sometimes) keyboards. They need to be fully disconnected, not just turned off. Then restart the game.
If it turns out to be your keyboard, it may be due to conflicts with default keyboard drivers being mis-detected as controllers, which the game doesn't support. You can temporarily fix this by:
- Open Device Manager on your PC
- Expand the Human Interface Devices section
- Right-click and Disable the following 2 devices:
HID-compliant consumer control device
HID-compliant game controller
This should temporarily resolve the issue — the game isn’t controller-supported, so anything that is detected as such causes these sorts of bugs

Can you go to your friendship journal and try teleporting to an online friend's town? Theoretically, this should reset your position to the front of your house

i've seen a few people saying they're having trouble with purchasing things this past week, not sure if it's their store issue or connection issue (which is a game issue not an issue with your network). could you try reconnecting your network? one way to do this if you're on phone for example, is to go in and then out of airplane mode for a few seconds. i'll post a few more things to try below just to rule out whether it's an issue with the game's connection

A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here, and is free)
- DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)
- (if no other option works, VPN or DNS is usually reliable to get you into the game)
once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection

Sadly, between network restart and hitting repairs, it's still not letting me purchase the membership. So I'm filing a ticket now and hope that it also helps anyone else in the future if they're having the same issues. 🙂
I'm confused about something. I have both automatic feeders that I keep full. However, my animals say that they're starving. What's the point in feeders if they're not feeding the pets.

The pets don’t really like the feeders, at most they’ll eat a little if they’re really starving. (You can see from this person’s mood log the notification when they eat from the feeder, very reluctant since they prefer hand feeding) if you want them to be consistently fed, it’s still better to do it by hand
I saw someone mention in the other channel that they seemed to be more receptive when it’s cat/dog food in the feeder, but it was more like “they ate some food instead of not eating at all” etc
Oh wow. That's crazy. All I put in the feeder is basic cat or dog food. I figured that was the point of having them. So we didn't have to do it every single day. Like in real life. A feeder feeds your pet on a set schedule for you. All you have to do is fill it once a week.
Yeah, just once a week or so is fine, the pets will occasionally go in and eat
Am I the only one who has issues with the ”set down cat” interaction/button when the cat sits on the head or is it a known bug? And how can I get the cat down? 😭 so far it has worked like once, but all of the other times I simply have to close the game entirely and hope the cat is on the ground when I log in.
I have experienced this as well.
Can switch towns a few times to force it off, if the button isnt working. Sometimes you can also spam the set down button and that can force it off too… it’s been an issue since a few updates ago, after the cats started jumping up onto peoples heads on their own
What you’re trying to do is force the game to reset yours+pet positions, which can be achieved by manually switching towns. Build mode doesnt necessarily work for this since your position isnt always reset, so cat can stay on head
How long does it stay on if you try to wait it out?

It depends cat to cat, some cats stay on just for five minutes, but some stay on forever
if you’re not at home, they can’t jump off. I had one just stay on my head for several hours, even up to when i logged off

some things to check if you want to try and trouble shoot on your own first:
- try rebooting the game to see if re-establishing the connection lets the items appear in your account
- double check the card/bank that you paid with and see if the charge is still processing from their end, if it is, then heartopia hasn't received the money yet
- if you use iOS app store to pay, apple loves to take multiple charges from different days and charge them all at once together, which can delay when the app receives the money as well
- if you paid through the website, make sure you selected the right ID and server, since it's easy to accidentally send the purchase to the wrong server that you don't even play on
- if multiple people play heartopia on your device, check to see if they suddenly received the purchase, since it's possible to send it to the wrong account (someone before said they paid for a pass, and later they found out the pass was given to their sister's account instead of their's, despite not having a problem with it in the past)
- if it's the membership or pass, there was a recommendation from customer support to another player, to click 'repairs' on the start screen, and then pretend to re-purchase it by clicking the purchase button, just to see if it triggers the game into going 'wait you already have this' and give you the pass. don't pay for another pass though, cancel out of it after regardless of whether it works or not

How long is usually the delay for Apple
Can be a few days or a few weeks, we helped someone a while back who got officially charged for a transaction ~2weeks after the actual purchase, and they were trying to figure out if they got double charged or not

Pets can go through walls/furniture, its intended yeah

Since they dont care about walls/furniture, sometimes they will stop in there and stick around yeah
If you’re trying to interact with them, can go into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit. This should force pets back to front of the plot so you can interact
Alternatively, can switch towns and achieve same thing

If you look on the map, you can click on the icon for the fishing event and it will tell you what times are available to host fishing events. If a fishing event is coming up, there’s an ~10min window beforehand where you’re unable to host fishing events, to avoid possible conflicts with any boats that are still at sea when Bill hosts his event. If a Bill-hosted event just finished, there’s a block of time afterwards where you can’t host fishing events also

What is wrong with Heartopia lately.
Good grief, the game glitches constantly, it kicks you off even during events. It freezes. With each update it has, it seems to get worse.
I have turned down all the settings I can, why does it not work on my laptop and iPad, but just fine on my phone?
I can't drive my cars or it freezes the game. Every minute I'm getting kicked off.

The short answer is that the game isn’t optimized well 😔 A lot of things can impact the game, I’ll add a list of things to look out for below that’s based on things the community has noticed. You can also write a ticket with their support center to let them know as well, the more people complain about something with evidence, the more likely they’ll take it seriously
Help! My game keeps lagging!
- If you're lagging when near player houses, it’s probably because the game is struggling to load in their house. Can move to a town with less people to try and lessen the number of assets being loaded
- Since all servers have started the new cinematic event, it’s likely due to too many players logging in at the same time for the new event. Should ease up once activity slows down, but the frostwave event also had lag for a lot of players due to the number of new items in the event-special area. hopefully won't be as bad as then because it's a smaller festival, not an entire new area
- Try clicking ‘repairs’ in the start screen in case it’s a matter of corrupted files.
- Try rebooting your device to see if your device just needs a nap
- Check to make sure you have enough space on their device - the game uses a lot more memory than it reports, so if you're close to full, it may cause lag
- Make sure your device isn't overheating
- You can look in the in-game graphics settings (Watch >> Settings >> Graphics) and try moving some of the options around to see if any of them help with the lag, such as with object rendering/etc.
- Also in graphics settings, try turning on memory optimization
- can try turning off the ‘snow effects’ setting

I believe the feedback has been sent to the devs. Let's see if the fix will be included in tomorrow's update (16 Apr). From the update preview, it was not mentioned.

can I unbind my steam account to heartopia? i was trying to bind my main account to steam but made a new account instead (which is currently binded to my steam account)

Why does the audio only play when I’m wearing headphones? Is there a setting to change that?

i just used mermaid's tail and mermaid's perfume for octo fishing event, but i had no bites at all. everyone else flocked to my tail position, and all the fish went to them except for my rod. for the full 1 minute, i did not get a single fish. is this a bug???

Yes because although the game looks cute and App Stores say they’re for 6+, the actual app says 16+. Children should not be playing the game for their own safety. So many “scary adults” who prey on children. We can’t know who those are but as adults, we can protect them by not letting them play. There are games more suitable for them. Unfortunately there isn’t much the game devs can do if it’s a discord friend request. Discord also states their app is for ages 17+
Since it’s a Discord friend request though, you can open a ticket with @twin yacht to let the server moderators know, so that they can keep an eye out in case there’s something they can do within the server (eg if it’s all coming from the same account, they can probably kick it from the server if it’s causing issues), but it’s general internet safety to not accept friend requests from people you don’t recognize

Help! I paid for a package/hearts/etc, but didn’t receive it in the game!
some things to check if you want to try and trouble shoot on your own first:
- try rebooting the game to see if re-establishing the connection lets the items appear in your account
- double check the card/bank that you paid with and see if the charge is still processing from their end, if it is, then heartopia hasn't received the money yet
- if you use iOS app store to pay, apple loves to take multiple charges from different days and charge them all at once together, which can delay when the app receives the money as well
- if you paid through the website, make sure you selected the right ID and server, since it's easy to accidentally send the purchase to the wrong server that you don't even play on
- if multiple people play heartopia on your device, check to see if they suddenly received the purchase, since it's possible to send it to the wrong account (someone before said they paid for a pass, and later they found out the pass was given to their sister's account instead of their's, despite not having a problem with it in the past)
- if it's the membership or pass, there was a recommendation from customer support to another player, to click 'repairs' on the start screen, and then pretend to re-purchase it by clicking the purchase button, just to see if it triggers the game into going 'wait you already have this' and give you the pass. don't pay for another pass though, cancel out of it after regardless of whether it works or not
regardless, you’ll need to contact the heartopia support center for billing issues

I was able to pick mushrooms when holding the insect net / axe / fishing rod, but when holding the other tools, the ping jumps up and I'm unable to pick mushrooms or switch to other tools without manually removing the tool first. Repairing game now to see if that changes anything

I’ve already done the update but every time I try to log on it says I need to close the app and update it but then no update shows up in the game or the App Store so I can’t play the game and I don’t know how to fix it

check to make sure you're logging in to the correct server + using the correct login information (eg if you used email to log in, make sure it's the same email you were using before)

Help! I can't log in / I'm getting a timeout error / It's stuck at loading / I suddenly have high ping / / It's saying I have a network error / etc
The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
- Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here, and is free)
- DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)
- (if no other option works, VPN or DNS is usually reliable to get you into the game)
once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection

Has anyone else been very bugged out today? Every time I equip my fishing pole or bug net, I cannot control the direction of my casts, and then I have all kinds of movement issues, cannot move unless I use my car, and cannot use any tools, and have to restart the game to be able to move/use tools

Help! My character is walking on their own without my input / I can’t move after pulling out a tool / my tools are aiming themselves / my enter/chat function isn’t working !
Please check for any controllers plugged in to your device, and unplug them if there are. This can include Bluetooth devices like headsets, or any Logitech devices, or (sometimes) keyboards. They need to be fully disconnected, not just turned off. Then restart the game.
If it turns out to be your keyboard, it may be due to conflicts with default keyboard drivers being mis-detected as controllers, which the game doesn't support. You can temporarily fix this by:
- Open Device Manager on your PC
- Expand the Human Interface Devices section
- Right-click and Disable the following 2 devices:
HID-compliant consumer control device
HID-compliant game controller
This should temporarily resolve the issue — the game isn’t controller-supported, so anything that is detected as such causes these sorts of bugs

I did already. I am thinking it is due to the clover outfits but it is not listed in the Sets
try switching towns? sometimes the banners are just a bit slow on the uptake
when you return to log in, don't just click the start button, since that will put u back int he same town with the same glitches. you'll need to manually switch towns by clicking the windmill icon next to the start button and choosing a new town to teleport to

are you 100% sure you don't have anything connected? doesn't have to be a controller, can even be bluetooth devices or your keyboard 
I am confused about the keyboard part. I cannot do anything if my keyboard/mouse is unplugged...There is only my USB keyboard & mouse connected, bluetooth is turned OFF, and nothing else in USB ports at all.
it might be the keyboard that's causing the issue then. are you able to unplug the keyboard but not the mouse, and then reboot the game to see if you still have the same issue?

Hello Heartopia isn’t working out of no where it was fine about 10 minutes ago and now everything has vanished from tow square no NPCs are in the game no items to purchase of anything the textures of the game went to pixels it was fine not long ago and now it’s broken

Are others having an issue where you can’t collect items like blueberries? I walked up to a bush to collect them for a daily quest and it did the picking action but I got nothing out of it. I tried multiple bushes.

Yes, with or without keyboard, I can equip tools and engage them, I cannot control the direction/HOLD at all, it just fires wherever it fires, and once I stop "using" the tool my charachter cannot move
known bug, devs are looking into it. in the meantime, you can turn off 'tap the bubble button to pick', or only pick items when holding the pickaxe, as those should still work fine
And at times, I cannot do anything at all except get into my car/drive/get out, but then cannot walk or interact with anything

the game is really sensitive to things that act like controllers, despite being not controller supported, so my guess is that it's picking up something else on your pc that it thinks is a controller

When fishing you cant move then your screen gltches!
The only two issues I’m having are: The corner water will not merge seamlessly anymore. So now my pool looks like a pie chart and I can’t turn off pet tracking. I’ll go in to say stop tracking and then when I close out of it, it is still tracking my pet.
My only issue is the spectral moss quartered pool is not connecting anymore

I’m trying to open the game but it won’t work. No worlds are loading for me. I deleted the game and reinstalled it, but it still didn’t fix the issue. I also restarted my PC, but it keeps showing “Update available, please restart the game.” I tried playing on my iPad as well, but it’s not working there either. I couldn’t complete my daily tasks because of this. I deleted and reinstalled the game on my iPad too, but still nothing changed. There’s no in-game update showing on PC or iPad, and restarting the game repeatedly doesn’t help. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

try rebooting your device to see if it picks up on the update - there was maintenance earlier today, so there should be an update to download
can also check to see if you have enough space available on both devices to download the update, in case that's the reason it isn't detecting it

Help! I paid for a package/hearts/etc, but didn’t receive it in the game!
some things to check if you want to try and trouble shoot on your own first:
- try rebooting the game to see if re-establishing the connection lets the items appear in your account
- double check the card/bank that you paid with and see if the charge is still processing from their end, if it is, then heartopia hasn't received the money yet
- if you use iOS app store to pay, apple loves to take multiple charges from different days and charge them all at once together, which can delay when the app receives the money as well
- if you paid through the website, make sure you selected the right ID and server, since it's easy to accidentally send the purchase to the wrong server that you don't even play on
- if multiple people play heartopia on your device, check to see if they suddenly received the purchase, since it's possible to send it to the wrong account (someone before said they paid for a pass, and later they found out the pass was given to their sister's account instead of their's, despite not having a problem with it in the past)
- if it's the membership or pass, there was a recommendation from customer support to another player, to click 'repairs' on the start screen, and then pretend to re-purchase it by clicking the purchase button, just to see if it triggers the game into going 'wait you already have this' and give you the pass. don't pay for another pass though, cancel out of it after regardless of whether it works or not
regardless, you’ll need to contact the heartopia support center for billing issues

I can play on my phone just fine, but PC is stuck in the white/red screen with the 100% extracting files. I tried to reinstall, cleared cache, made sure it was white listed on my windows security, checked graphic drivers , and downloaded it on steam

The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:

- Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here, and is free)

Make sure nothing is interfering with your Bluetooth connection, and unplug and replug your keyboard, mouse, and controler in particular.
Example: a gamepad/controler plugged into the side

Ok I just found a GLITCH: trying to collect Mushrooms and It shows its collecting them but Not in Bag
need to actually teleport to a new town, not just exit and reopen. (fun fact) when you exit and reopen, it puts you in the same town with the same glitches
to teleport to a new town, you can:
- go to your friend's list, find a friend who is online, and teleport to their town, or
- go back to the start screen, click the windmill icon next to the start button, and select a new town from the friend's list or 'all towns'

steps in sync breaks my game every time i click it edit to add i have to use task manager to close my game

Since the recent update my game glitched bad. I cant interact with anything, all the shop stuff and npcs are gone, my friends and their houses aren't showing up, and I cant use my car. Reloading the game didnt fix anything either. Does anyone have an idea what happened?

Same isue with the pool. Also when I tried starting a fishing event it made it so that I could no longer move. I restarted and tried the octo fishing event and same issue. I was frozen next to Vanya the whole event while my partner fished. I was able to hop in my car and move around but the minute I exited my car after the fishing event- I couldn't move.

i doubt so that you need to lower the graphics, but it could be one of the reasons too unless before this you have no problem using the current graphic settings.. might be some bugs or glitches after the update.

can try reconnecting your network if it becomes unplayable to see if that helps (eg disconnecting and then reconnecting, or using airplane mode if that’s available to you, etc), but can also report to the support center do that they can look into it

It has glitched on an action, as a temporary fix you can:
- go into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit, or
- switch to a new town to reset both of your positions back to the front of your house
either of these should clear the glitched action and let it be interactable again

In the regular fishing event- as soon as I got on the boat it kept saying that I was spamming the fishing rod, then as soon as we got to the fishing spot I was frozen and unable to pop bubbles so as soon as that was over- I tried resetting my position as I couldn't leave the boat- and I was still frozen. So I restarted the game and everything seemed fine. Then I decided to try the octo fishing event with my partner- as soon as I started it with Vanya, I was frozen from moving (I could move the camera and open my inventory so I know my keyboard was working). I also was able to hop in my car and move around but as soon as I exited the car- I was frozen from moving. I don't think the fishing rod was triggering it.
Oh geez, yeah that sounds different than the usual bug I was thinking of. Have you opened a ticket with the support team yet? Can report it to them and see if they have any recommendations
Could also try clicking ‘repairs’ on the start screen in case its a matter of corrupt game files. Rebooting the devices sometimes also helps to clear weird glitches

Make sure you have enough space on your device for the update also, there was a maintenance earlier so the update needs ~4gb
Can also try reconnecting your network, for example by disconnecting your wifi and then reconnecting, or turning on airplane mode for a few seconds, etc

seems like that specific behavior was rolled back when they adjusted pet behavior this time, will need to report it to the support center so devs can look into it. in the meantime, you can force a pet off a specific plot by interacting with them - they naturally walk away from you when you interact, and you can use this to force them off of a section so that you can plant there

They changed the UI for liking houses -- there should be a banner that appears above the player card, click on the banner. It'll take you to a screen where you can 👍 someone's house, and/or add another emote also

i was able to apply my blueprints even if it said 0 gold, i think the resource page is just inaccurate when you view the blueprint. the only blueprint that didn't work was the one that i know i dont have enough resources for
new blueprints don't have this issue, probably only blueprints that were created before the maintenance
Hey guys, I'm having this problem, I tried different things to solve it, but I couldn't.
try all the things below and see if any work for you:

The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
- Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here, and is free)
- DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)
- (if no other option works, VPN or DNS is usually reliable to get you into the game)
once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection

Oh sorry, do you mean golden or just regular ones? Golden is used for hobbies that are already lvl 10. Regular ones are for DG level up rewards if you did all collection ones already
my cooking, gardening, fishing is all level 8. i wanna get lvl 9 gardening so i can water 9 crops at one time
as well as the other ones so the xp i gain for it doesnt get wasted and overlapped
Then just regular ones. You get more within DG rewards, but there’s no way to speed that up since we only get them from the daily requests

In the past the minimum in C drive needed was 5 gb, i am not sure if last update added something and it put the amount needed higher. Check if theres anything you can move from the c drive
That’s where the game will forcefully put updates and more files into. It’ll prioritize the C: Drive until the developers optimize the game better for PC.

I have updated the game on my PC. Whenever I equip the fishing rod, I cant move with WASD, I cant long press mouse for exact fishing location(cursor moves but the release dont register it goes back to where my character is facing and at max length all the time)
I can ride my car but when I get off I cant move again
I can chat with friends, can use emotes, but I cant interact with the friend actions/gestures because I cant see anything on their heads.
I've already restarted my PC, I verified Integrity at launcher, restarted the game a few times and it still does the same thing.

hi guys! i just downloaded heartopia on my ipad after playing on my pc via steam for months, it wouldnt let me log in with steam so i bound my google account to log in with google, when i did this it made me make a new character and now even when i log in with steam on my pc it only signs me in as this new character!! can anyone please help me recover my old account, i spent money on that one so would really like to get it back
On STEAM, I use for this and other games. Check on STEAM in your LIBRARY and see what the STATUS is on it. IF nothing is THERE, Delete it off your PC and Download it via STEAM and after installing, Log off & reboot PC, then after it loads up, Click on STEAM icon
In Steam, it will SHOW Heartopia logo, Click on it to start the GAME. Do not Click on the APP on the screen outside of STEAM.
It will Run Much smoother on STEAM

Based on the color of the collection item, the game thinks you don’t have it yet :0 could check in mailbox to see if it was sent there for some reason, but clothes are supposed to automatically unlock instead of be stored in inventory

Help! I tried to log into my account, but it made an entirely new account!
some things to check if heartopia is signing you in as if it's a new account:
- double check your server. sometimes the game tries to switch your server based on where it thinks you're physically closest to, instead of the one you were playing on before, especially on a new sign in. you can open your server list from the start page to check from: click the globe icon on the start page, and check the list to see if you have an existing save file on another server
- double check your sign in method. heartopia is really sensitive + the game makes it difficult to verify which account you initially used to create the account, so if you have multiple versions of the same thing (eg 2 different email addresses logged in on your device), heartopia might have been signing you in using one email when you thought you were using the second. try all possible log in methods to see if there is an existing account
- for steam specifically, sometimes the game isn't retrieving the correct information from your router. try clearing your cache + rebooting your router if you're able to, to see if it helps the game find your account
if you know your original UID and you can't get into your account, you can open a ticket with the support team and ask them to help you find what you originally logged in with

Please check for any controllers plugged in to your device, and unplug them if there are. This can include Bluetooth devices like headsets, or any Logitech devices, or (sometimes) keyboards. They need to be fully disconnected, not just turned off. Then restart the game.
If it turns out to be your keyboard, it may be due to conflicts with default keyboard drivers being mis-detected as controllers, which the game doesn't support. You can temporarily fix this by:
- Open Device Manager on your PC
- Expand the Human Interface Devices section
- Right-click and Disable the following 2 devices:
HID-compliant consumer control device
HID-compliant game controller
This should temporarily resolve the issue — the game isn’t controller-supported, so anything that is detected as such causes these sorts of bugs

As the game downloads more data, it might realize there’s more or less that it still needs to download, it’s pretty common when downloading files. The exact % is not an exact number, just gives people an idea of how much is left, so I wouldn’t worry too much about a few percent difference

Same, this seems to be a common error on the Steam Page, but still no update on how to resolve this bug. Players with up tpo 150 GB of storage are having this error, therefore it is not a User Error, but a Bug in the Update. We need to hear back on this! i apparently am missing some of my pet outfits that i have previously purchased, like the sailor outfits... they are not showing up.
I have a defective cat; it will not allow me to see the food bowl and Paw icons most of the time when I try to interact with it. It is always being tracked, evem when I try to turn tracking off. And it usually is no where to be found unless the tracking shows it under the house where I can not get to it to see if the icons are accessible this time. the other three animals are just fine, only this one cat is defective. any suggestions on how to fix it?
need help for binding acc... now im using steam to bin but i need bind my gmail.. why dint work?
I keep trying to put in a blueprint build but it doesn't let me, i can click it and then set it on the plot grid and press place but then it just does like a half second loading screen before bringing me back to my normal game screen with the same plot build as before, and it seems like its just the one blueprint thats doing this. I rlly dont wanna have to re-build it all cus it took a long while and I even waited like 3 hours to go back on the game and try again

Hello... there is a bug with the snow sculpture that it wont let you click on the bubble for it .... my friend has this bug and it wont let her at all
we went to my house to my own and it works perfectly but in her house it doesnt work at all
should have been fixed by the patch earlier today, can you have her restart her game to see if she has anything to download?

just to confirm, she has the snowsculpting hobby unlocked, right? does she have snowballs in her backpack? the previous bug wasn't allowing people to place down snowballs onto the bench to make more sculptures 
she has it yeah ...i think lvl 5 too? and even me it wont let me put any snows on it even when i have 45 snowballs in my inventory... it was working fine till she moved it to change the place in her house and from then on it stoped working
she even put an other one she had and even that its not working
and when we went to my house to check if she could use mine ... i started it and she joined too and it worked for her there but in her house it wont let anyone use it
she just restarted her game again and this time it worked 😮
and it appear with a snowball on it to when it wasnt there in the first place o.o
and removed the other sculpture too o.o
well thank you for the help 😄 now she can use it again
Mmmh. I'll try but its a bother. I already had 2 Cats and the bed bugged and I had to go to build more. Thank you tho
glad to hear! it sounds like her game might not have received the patch, maybe it just needed a few reboots to recognize theres something to download 
she said she did download it 😮 thats why i was confuse and asked here for help
there's been a few downloads, one was the one from yesterday's maintenance and there was another separate one earlier today to patch some bugs that showed up after the maintenance. when she rebooted, did it download any more files?
