you have things in the way for that wall, need to move them away first if you want the wall there
in #suggestion , you should be able to post without any special commands and it will automatically convert into a suggestion post by the bot

Not many people here have used the rollercoaster yet, may need to do some troubleshooting from your side, eg moving the pieces farther away, seeing if theres a limit for how long you can be on the ride for, etc
Most likely you will need to do a refund through your bank/card that you did the payment through, and then repurchase on the correct server. The game doesn’t do refunds/transfers if you charge to the wrong server unfortunately

- Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here, and is free)
- DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)
- (if no other option works, VPN or DNS is usually reliable to get you into the game)
once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection

Can report it to their support center, people seem to have frequent issues with Steam payments. In the meantime, can use their website if you’re trying to make a purchase, just make sure to double check your ID and server before completing the transaction

Help! I paid for a package/hearts/etc, but didn’t receive it in the game!
some things to check if you want to try and trouble shoot on your own first:
- try rebooting the game to see if re-establishing the connection lets the items appear in your account
- double check the card/bank that you paid with and see if the charge is still processing from their end, if it is, then heartopia hasn't received the money yet
- if you use iOS app store to pay, apple loves to take multiple charges from different days and charge them all at once together, which can delay when the app receives the money as well
- if you paid through the website, make sure you selected the right ID and server, since it's easy to accidentally send the purchase to the wrong server that you don't even play on
- if multiple people play heartopia on your device, check to see if they suddenly received the purchase, since it's possible to send it to the wrong account (someone before said they paid for a pass, and later they found out the pass was given to their sister's account instead of their's, despite not having a problem with it in the past)
- if it's the membersehip or pass, there was a recommendation from customer support to another player, to click 'repairs' on the start screen, and then pretend to re-purchase it by clicking the purchase button, just to see if it triggers the game into going 'wait you already have this' and give you the pass. don't pay for another pass though, cancel out of it after regardless of whether it works or not
regardless, you’ll need to contact the heartopia support center for billing issues

Long story short is this -- I had to break a friendship with somebody, and one of our common hobbies is Heartopia. If I block the person and remove them from my friends list, will they still be able to find me in game? Will it purposefully pick a town where they are not located?
Because I don't want to run into them again is the thing. >< I just want to move on and play peacefully, you know?

Why does my Heartopia display look like that? I've tried installing it via Steam and Tap Tap, but the results are still the same. However, when I open it, the game "Heartopia" still starts up.😭
What happens when someone blocks me / I block someone?
When you block someone in your town, you both instantly disappear from each other's POV; however you still exist in the town - just hidden from each other.
When you block someone, you can mark why you're blocking them (eg sabotage), and that tag will show up with their player card on your block list. The person who is blocked has no indication that they have been blocked.
You will not get randomly matched with each other's towns when loading in from the start menu - however, it is possible to manually join a town with someone you have blocked / that has blocked you, in which case, they will continue to remain hidden, but the town will still account for them when you look at the number of people in town. There will also be a separate icon indicating that there is someone in town that is blocked/has you blocked.
You will still be able to search for each other's UIDs - the person who has been blocked can even successfully send a friend request, but the person who did the blocking will never receive it.

Please check for any controllers plugged in to your device, and unplug them if there are. This can include Bluetooth devices like headsets, or any Logitech devices, or (sometimes) keyboards. They need to be fully disconnected, not just turned off. Then restart the game.
If it turns out to be your keyboard, it may be due to conflicts with default keyboard drivers being mis-detected as controllers, which the game doesn't support. You can temporarily fix this by:
- Open Device Manager on your PC
- Expand the Human Interface Devices section
- Right-click and Disable the following 2 devices:
HID-compliant consumer control device
HID-compliant game controller
This should temporarily resolve the issue — the game isn’t controller-supported, so anything that is detected as such causes these sorts of bugs

Hi! Someone on the map had a rollercoaster and while I was on it, the rollercoaster got deleted. I was locked into someone's house without being able to move or speak through the chat. I closed and reopened the game and after a very long load time, the screen is all black and the game music plays even if I'm on different apps.

not sure what could be causing the game to shut down like that, could check to make sure you're meeting the system requirements listed on steam? might need to redownload the game in case something went wrong during the initial download 
also side note, the game passes information through your c drive even if it isn't downloaded there, so make sure that drive isn't too full

the rewards should be automatically given to you each day, not held. if for some reason you don't log in to collect them each day, then the rewards are held up to 7 days for you, otherwise they are lost
since the game isn't detecting an active membership, it's holding on to the rewards. you could try switching towns in case it's just mis-detecting your membership. can also try rebooting your network, in case the game lost connection with your network

But didn't the developers said that all the data will stay even when you join a different server?
character data are bound to the server where they are created. So if you switch server, your data will still be saved on that server but won't carry onto the other server.

It's really came down to luck. Things like popping all bubbles, using tools and completing all the goals may helps but it still won't guarantee the extra phase

I did it over 10 times last rain and only got it once, normal event ive done it 6 times and got it 4 of the times. The rates seem rarer for the doves

some things to check if you want to try and trouble shoot on your own first:
- try rebooting the game to see if re-establishing the connection lets the items appear in your account
- double check the card/bank that you paid with and see if the charge is still processing from their end, if it is, then heartopia hasn't received the money yet
- if you use iOS app store to pay, apple loves to take multiple charges from different days and charge them all at once together, which can delay when the app receives the money as well
- if you paid through the website, make sure you selected the right ID and server, since it's easy to accidentally send the purchase to the wrong server that you don't even play on
- if multiple people play heartopia on your device, check to see if they suddenly received the purchase, since it's possible to send it to the wrong account (someone before said they paid for a pass, and later they found out the pass was given to their sister's account instead of their's, despite not having a problem with it in the past)
- if it's the membership or pass, there was a recommendation from customer support to another player, to click 'repairs' on the start screen, and then pretend to re-purchase it by clicking the purchase button, just to see if it triggers the game into going 'wait you already have this' and give you the pass. don't pay for another pass though, cancel out of it after regardless of whether it works or not
regardless, you’ll need to contact the heartopia support center for billing issues

Help! My game keeps lagging!
it could be due to a number of reasons, but the game is simply not optimized well 😔
- If you're lagging when near player houses, it’s probably because the game is struggling to load in their house. Can move to a town with less people to try and lessen the number of assets being loaded
- Since all servers have started the new cinematic event, it’s likely due to too many players logging in at the same time for the new event. Should ease up once activity slows down, but the frostwave event also had lag for a lot of players due to the number of new items in the event-special area. hopefully won't be as bad as then because it's a smaller festival, not an entire new area
- Try clicking ‘repairs’ in the start screen in case it’s a matter of corrupted files.
- Try rebooting your device to see if your device just needs a nap
- Check to make sure you have enough space on their device - the game uses a lot more memory than it reports, so if you're close to full, it may cause lag
- Make sure your device isn't overheating
- You can look in the in-game graphics settings (Watch >> Settings >> Graphics) and try moving some of the options around to see if any of them help with the lag, such as with object rendering/etc.
- Also in graphics settings, try turning on memory optimization
- can try turning off the ‘snow effects’ setting

It wants you to throw down a fishing attractor and have someone fish with you in it until you see a blue glowing fish. This will happen ~every 5 fish spawns in the attractor.
The easiest way to complete the quest, if you don’t have a friend who can do it with you, is to go to someone while they are fishing (such as during a fishing event) and use an attractor next to them so that they’re invited to fish with you. The goal is to get the glowing blue fish, so it helps to have more people fish so that the blue fish spawns. The only person who can see the blue fish is the one who threw down the attractor, so make sure you’re the one who throws it down

I downloaded Heartopia today and I can't press the button to accept the contract, nothing works
For multiple days now I have had different kinds of fish in my inventory. some even being animals favorites. I will submit them to the feeders and they will say 100% fill. then they are NOT full when i click them again, and the fish goes back into my inventory. i’m only able to give things like eggs and meat and universal animal food. what the heck? please fix this

Every time I attempt to log in, I receive a message saying that my account does not exist. However, this does not make sense because I have the game installed and I actively play using this same account without any problems.

Can you go back to Heartopia and confirm whether your account uses that login ? If you have multiple of the same type of login on your device (eg two different Google accounts), Heartopia makes it impossible to figure out which one is being used to log in to Heartopia, so you may need to try the other one in case the one you thought isn’t your actual login, if that makes sense
Your membership has ended, yes. If you had an active membership, it would be noted underneath the box, like so:

Heartopia will hold the daily rewards from the membership (the 2 exhibition passes and 20 blue hearts, as well as any bonus gold you would have received when selling to Albert) for up to 7 days, in case you meant to renew the membership but forgot

Vehicules are experiencing several visual bugs, and this is one of them.
A wheel that is rotating vertically instead of horizontally would be another. The best thing you can do would be to make a report to Customer Support in-game so they are aware of these types of visual bugs.
A temporary fix would be to restart your game, or to change towns manually at the login screen.

This is not through Steam purchases. It's on my mobile device. I tried 2 different device, one on tab and the other on my phone. Both had the same issue with the diamond purchases.
No prices on it and had the "Operation Failed" sign when purchasing one of the diamond option.
This includes other purchases, like the GAMG

there's a bar at the top that say something like "Load: XX/XX".
each item in the game (walls, furniture, hobby items, etc) takes up a certain amount of load. when you hit load limit, it means you can't add that item to the build without removing something else

One question why sometime the game get frozen always to 86,7 % of loading ?
the loading screen percents aren't really correctly depicting the actual percentage of downloaded data. it can get stuck just because the data was loading slower that expected. so if you'd get to 100% with the same speed you wouldn't be actually able to log in the game. that's why it slows down 
If I recall u can also link us steam acc in mobile, but if u can't, u can also use other third party acc (like google or Facebook) bind it to ur pc and then use that in ur phone 
I'm not sure if this will be the answer you're looking for, but the only way is to share your account to your friend.
But note that we don't recommend sharing account to other people. game dev isn't responsible for any loss happen because of account sharing. if possible, your friend can give you the money and you get the pack by yourself.

⭐ Check your browser to see if your location is turned on + if you have popups enabled! (Also check your adblock to make sure it didn’t block the pop up.)
NOTE: If you are using Brave, you'll need to click the shield icon! The browser flags the pop upand doesn't let it show up at all
You can also try setting a different browser as default — Google Chrome or Opera seems to have worked for a lot of people

This also applies when logging in through steam, since it will still redirect you to your browser for logging in. You may need to reload the game to make sure it saved your settings, or double check your default browsers settings

Like I said, yes it did redirect to the browser. It will NOT redirect IF there was an ADBLOCKER active. However, since I dont have any adblocker, it went straight to the browser where my facebook is logged in and asked for permission to log in using my facebook. I already clicked the log in and nothing happens. I dont know what you need me to double check, given that the notification pops up. It even tells me that log in is successful and tells me to get back on the game, but its still on the same screen where I had to choose what kind of log in.

- putting your stoves in a different part of your house they don't normally go to
- feeding them/play/pet/clean them to full so they don't bother you as much
- putting your stoves on the second floor of your house
- putting your stoves on a table so that they're elevated off the ground (pets can walk through furniture, this is intended)
- building a fence around your stoves
- putting a cat bed / cat tree nearby so that they use it instead of going to the stove
- put the cat on your head so that it can’t get in your way, if it’s a cat
As a last resort, you can find someone who has stoves set out at their plot and use their’s instead

Help! I can't log in / I'm getting a timeout error / It's stuck at loading / I suddenly have high ping / / It's saying I have a network error / etc
The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
- Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here, and is free)
- DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)

Am I the only one who's getting stuck on the floor during Octo Fishing Event?
Currently playing on my Laptop and My Avatar would be stuck on the floor when I fish in the event, or more of when I equip the fishing rod in general.
Help! My character is walking on their own without my input / I can’t move after pulling out a tool / my tools are aiming themselves / my enter/chat function isn’t working !
Please check for any controllers plugged in to your device, and unplug them if there are. This can include Bluetooth devices like headsets, or any Logitech devices, or (sometimes) keyboards. They need to be fully disconnected, not just turned off. Then restart the game.
If it turns out to be your keyboard, it may be due to conflicts with default keyboard drivers being mis-detected as controllers, which the game doesn't support. You can temporarily fix this by:
- Open Device Manager on your PC
- Expand the Human Interface Devices section
- Right-click and Disable the following 2 devices:
HID-compliant consumer control device
HID-compliant game controller
This should temporarily resolve the issue — the game isn’t controller-supported, so anything that is detected as such causes these sorts of bugs

Yes, this happened to me too, once the fishing event finished, my position got reset. But that's still annoying, I wasted golds, mermaid perfume, mermaid tail, and even the rainbow bouquet effect. 
CS may be able to replace those items so long as you tell them that you bugged out during the event with those buffs active (as seen in your recordings)

look at your ping number, located on bottom left of your screen, if it keeps spiking (turned red often), then it's a connection problem. if it stays white but you still lagging, try to check your graphic settings and set it to balanced setting. or maybe you can share some screenshots of your graphic settings here and we'll see what we can do?

what if you set the render scale to medium? I noticed that it stutter after you rotate camera facing wide view (further distance), so the game might having trouble rendering the wider area.

yea, seems like the rendering is the issue, and if you want the graphic to look a bit softer, you can turn the anti aliasing on, so it doesnt look jaggy on the outline.

Please check for any controllers plugged in to your device, and unplug them if there are. This can include Bluetooth devices like headsets, or any Logitech devices, or (sometimes) keyboards. They need to be fully disconnected, not just turned off. Then restart the game.
If it turns out to be your keyboard, it may be due to conflicts with default keyboard drivers being mis-detected as controllers, which the game doesn't support. You can temporarily fix this by:
- Open Device Manager on your PC
- Expand the Human Interface Devices section
- Right-click and Disable the following 2 devices:
HID-compliant consumer control device
HID-compliant game controller
This should temporarily resolve the issue — the game isn’t controller-supported, so anything that is detected as such causes these sorts of bugs

Help! I paid for a package/hearts/etc, but didn’t receive it in the game!
some things to check if you want to try and trouble shoot on your own first:
- try rebooting the game to see if re-establishing the connection lets the items appear in your account
- double check the card/bank that you paid with and see if the charge is still processing from their end, if it is, then heartopia hasn't received the money yet
- if you use iOS app store to pay, apple loves to take multiple charges from different days and charge them all at once together, which can delay when the app receives the money as well
- if you paid through the website, make sure you selected the right ID and server, since it's easy to accidentally send the purchase to the wrong server that you don't even play on
- if multiple people play heartopia on your device, check to see if they suddenly received the purchase, since it's possible to send it to the wrong account (someone before said they paid for a pass, and later they found out the pass was given to their sister's account instead of their's, despite not having a problem with it in the past)
- if it's the membership or pass, there was a recommendation from customer support to another player, to click 'repairs' on the start screen, and then pretend to re-purchase it by clicking the purchase button, just to see if it triggers the game into going 'wait you already have this' and give you the pass. don't pay for another pass though, cancel out of it after regardless of whether it works or not

They show as “Sold Out” in the store, but they are not in my recipe list.

theyre not being muted/etc for doing a refund specifically, but because they went into a negative red gem balance, which can happen if, for example, someone spent their red gems and then requested a refund, or if the game took more gems than was initially purchased

Lag could be due to a number of reasons, but the game is simply not optimized well 😔
- If you're lagging when near player houses, it’s probably because the game is struggling to load in their house. Can move to a town with less people to try and lessen the number of assets being loaded
- Try clicking ‘repairs’ in the start screen in case it’s a matter of corrupted files.
- Try rebooting your device to see if your device just needs a nap
- Check to make sure you have enough space on their device - the game uses a lot more memory than it reports, so if you're close to full, it may cause lag
- Make sure your device isn't overheating
- You can look in the in-game graphics settings (Watch >> Settings >> Graphics) and try moving some of the options around to see if any of them help with the lag, such as with object rendering/etc.
- Also in graphics settings, try turning on memory optimization
- can try turning off the ‘snow effects’ setting

Help! I paid for a package/hearts/etc, but didn’t receive it in the game!
- try rebooting the game to see if re-establishing the connection lets the items appear in your account
- double check the card/bank that you paid with and see if the charge is still processing from their end, if it is, then heartopia hasn't received the money yet
- if you use iOS app store to pay, apple loves to take multiple charges from different days and charge them all at once together, which can delay when the app receives the money as well
- if you paid through the website, make sure you selected the right ID and server, since it's easy to accidentally send the purchase to the wrong server that you don't even play on
- if multiple people play heartopia on your device, check to see if they suddenly received the purchase, since it's possible to send it to the wrong account (someone before said they paid for a pass, and later they found out the pass was given to their sister's account instead of their's, despite not having a problem with it in the past)
- if it's the membership or pass, there was a recommendation from customer support to another player, to click 'repairs' on the start screen, and then pretend to re-purchase it by clicking the purchase button, just to see if it triggers the game into going 'wait you already have this' and give you the pass. don't pay for another pass though, cancel out of it after regardless of whether it works or not
regardless, you’ll need to contact the heartopia support center for billing issues
Is your steam sign in already an account you sign in and play on? You can’t bind a signin method if it already has a Heartopia account attached, the game isn’t able to merge it with another Heartopia account
The pets don’t really like the feeders, they will reluctantly eat a little if they’re really hungry, but they much prefer being hand fed if you want them to be full
I’ve never gotten the mastery for crops so I’m not sure if it does give something, but if the game gave you the trophy for it, can you check your backpack, mailbox, and warehouse to see if it went there?
My steam was an account I was playing on but my mobile wasn't, I wasn't trying to merge 2 different accounts I wanted the same account on both devices. I just had to link one of my google accounts to my account on steam, and then sign in with the connected google on mobile, it worked just fine

If you’ve confirmed that you already successfully bound your Google login to the Steam login already, then mobile might have created a new Heartopia account with the wrong Google login, so you can log out on mobile and try logging in again with your Google login

I am to the point where I can no longer load up heartopia on my pc at all. It crashes my GPU to 0% with everything up to date. I am at a loss of what to do. My PC can play other games on ultra with no issues, but heartopia has become impossible to play and when and if i do get in, I am unable to use any vehicle.
I don't know what to do, I reinstalled the game but all my local photos in the album are gone. The photos mean a lot to me since it's my journey throughout the game. How do I get to retrieve it all? I'm slowly losing my interest about the game because of this matter. It makes me sad because it was my memories with my friends and other players.

Nothing that stands out to me this week, but I haven’t been in the channel as much as usual since I’m traveling. Not connection-related i think, but two people said their memberships ended earlier than expected. (One renewed membership Apr1, but a few days later the membership card didn’t reflect the purchase anymore ) Not sure if they were able to sort things out with support or not, might be related to the issue of purchases not being processed properly rather than it ending earlier than expected

If you didnt receive the red gems and then did a refund, your balance is currently at negative, right? When red gem balance is at negative, Heartopia removes some functions from your game, so can’t chat, can’t harvest crops, etc. This is to prevent people from spending gems and then refunding to get back their money for free, but Heartopia has had issues with the purchase not giving what was purchased. The only way to undo the chat mute is to purchase enough to get back the gems “spent”, but since you didn’t get the gems in the first place, you’ll need to contact support for the billing issue

Can you have her check her wardrobe/dress up? The gifts are automatically removed from the gift boxes after claiming from the mailbox, so when the box goes to your inventory, it is expected it will be empty. Clothes should automatically appear in dressup since they don’t usually show as an item in inventory

I need someone to fix the fact that everytime I play both ny cats are glitched to where I can’t feed them
Then when I cook they get in the way because they are hungry and want food SO I THEN BURN ALL MY HIGH PRICED FOOD! FIX IT
When cats are glitched go to update a blueprint and once in blueprint mode exit with or without changing the blueprint, it fixes them so they can be interacted with, at least for me.

Can try:
- putting your stoves in a different part of your house they don't normally go to
- feeding them/play/pet/clean them to full so they don't bother you as much
- putting your stoves on the second floor of your house
- putting your stoves on a table so that they're elevated off the ground (pets can walk through furniture, this is intended)
- building a fence around your stoves
- putting a cat bed / cat tree nearby so that they use it instead of going to the stove
- put the cat on your head so that it can’t get in your way, if it’s a cat
As a last resort, you can find someone who has stoves set out at their plot and use their’s instead

Essentially, it’s a unity crash error. Could be a couple of reasons, there hasn’t been a consistent reason for crashes. Can try again, if you get another crash from the same Unity error, can check out the below snd see if anything helps:

- (if PC) make sure you have sufficient space on your cdrive, even if the game is not downloaded there, that’s where it passes information through.
- (if not PC) make sure you have sufficient space in your memory/ram.
- you need about twice as much memory/ram as is recommended by the game, so that may be causing the crashes
- clear your device cache
- lower your graphics settings
- turn on memory optimization
- turn off snow effect
- if you have a lot of apps/programs running in the background, try closing them + any app overlays (such as Discord)
- check to see if your device has a software update
- (on PC) make sure your graphics card is up to date
- (on PC) try running the game as an administrator
- (on PC) if you have a firewall or antivirus, try putting heartopia as an exception/on the whitelist so that it can bypass

I was in the middle of an "Octo Entertainment Event" and completed the tasks, but half way through it suddenly kicked me out of the event. I got a message saying "Left event for being AFK." I forget the exact words but was something along those lines. I was never AFK nor stationary long enough to be AFK. I also didn't receive the rewards from the event.

Event recipes can only be cooked on the event stove (popcorn machine, you get the blueprint very early in the event and make it on a workbench).

The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
- Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here, and is free)
- DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)
- (if no other option works, VPN or DNS is usually reliable to get you into the game)
once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection

This user has been locking female players inside his in-game home and making threats of raping the female players. Multiple reports have already been submitted regarding this behavior, yet the account still appears to be active.
This situation has made the game environment extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, particularly for women and younger female players who are simply looking for a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Instead of feeling relaxed and entertained, players are being subjected to harassment, intimidation, and inappropriate behavior.
I kindly request that you review this matter urgently and take appropriate action. Given the severity and repeated nature of the behavior, I strongly believe this account should be permanently removed from the game.

Hii, is there any chance that Heartopia may add Turkish language in the future? Turkish community is pretty large too, and if they need any help with localization, I would like to help the team out!
I'm sure they're doing their best to accommodate all languages; I think it's something that could happen in the future

Im playing this on a samsu g galaxy tablet andriod and i used to get the lovely flowerscon the flowr field why am i not getting them anymore its just grass also why are the paint colours different for players from andriod and apple players ,and finally is the load max going to be incressed please as it is spoiling the game as you cannot add stuff

I am unsure, but it is recommended to favorite photos you don’t want to disappear. They won’t disappear no matter what if you do that

Hello I'm having a problem with my account right now. I don't know what violation I did wrong but i was just doing some blueprint renovations on my home then I get this notification. I don't know what's happening to be honest I didn't even violate any rules. just trying to build a new look at my house and this happened also while at it I can't seem to change my hair for some reasons I don't know. so the question is should I be scared of getting my account suspended or not? cause right now I'm not at ease

Has anyone's game been freezing up on mobile a lot lately? When it happens, I have to force close the app and restart it again. It seems to happen to me every day, sometimes multiple times a day when it didn't used to do this. This has been going on for about a week or two.

You don’t have a violation yet. That message is just saying that your changes are under review. IF any violations are found, that could result in a suspension.
It’s a standard message you get every time you make changes. So I wouldn’t worry.

Regarding fishing event, are you the required DG level for events? I believe it's either lvl 7 or 8

the ones bought from Bob are not individual items, they are building materials. You'll need to go into build mode and find the "special items" tab (last one under building materials)

It anyone having issues with lights? I play on PC TapTap have tried jumping to Steam same issue. Tried uninstalling reinstalling and repairing. Changed FPS nothing.. First 2 pics are what I see 3rd & 4th pic are what my sister sees on her phone 4th is my graphics settings. It never used to be like this it used to be bright then one day I noticed the lights look on but dont give off actual light.
I have reported to Devs as well just checking if anyone knows how to fix in the mean time

it could be due to a number of reasons, but the game is simply not optimized well 😔
- If you're lagging when near player houses, it’s probably because the game is struggling to load in their house. Can move to a town with less people to try and lessen the number of assets being loaded
- Try clicking ‘repairs’ in the start screen in case it’s a matter of corrupted files.
- Try rebooting your device to see if your device just needs a nap
- Check to make sure you have enough space on their device - the game uses a lot more memory than it reports, so if you're close to full, it may cause lag
- Make sure your device isn't overheating
- You can look in the in-game graphics settings (Watch >> Settings >> Graphics) and try moving some of the options around to see if any of them help with the lag, such as with object rendering/etc.
- Also in graphics settings, try turning on memory optimization
- can try turning off the ‘snow effects’ setting

What sort of error do you get when you try to play?
Flowers on flower field: have you changed your graphics settings to low? If you did, the game might have removed the flowers in order to ease the asset load on your device
Paint colors: should be the same for Apple and Android players, if you see different settings, can let the support team know so they can look into it
Maximum load: once you unlock all the house plots, that’s the current maximum load. You can recommend increasing it to the support team, but many players struggle with lag when near houses that reach max load, so they’ll likely have to improve their game’s optimization before it can be done

Ma'am, Here is my suggestion: I place these LIGHTS [on Ceilings] so I make my Screen LOOK upwards, then as I move carefully I will see the "LIGHT" switch options and turn them off DAY and on at NIGHT. Hope this helps...
I've tried this they dont work during day or night they turn on yes but give off zero glow for me as you can see in the pictures I posted

Just to clarify though, it isn't lag. The game straight up freezes completely out of nowhere but I can still hear the audio. I have to force close the game when this happens because it never unfreezes once frozen.
This morning it froze when I was trying to move flowers on my plot. Another time I remember it happened when cooking on my own plot. It caused all of my food to burn :(
All the other times I cannot recall specifically where I was or what I was doing. It's been happening a lot and is annoying.
Hi! I'm encountering a texture loading bug in the PC version. With all graphics set to Ultra, car textures look blurry at times. When the game is just launched, they look great, but when you go to the central square or to a house with high load, cars start to look blurry with no fix but restarting the game. This issue is not present in the mobile version (I tested in Android and it do not happen). Many thanks for your attention 
Hello, this seems like the closest channel I can post this but redirect me if Im wrong.
Every single time I go to the "Steps in Sync" event page and click "View Progress" my whole game freezes and I have to reload.
Note that this happens every time without fail & it freezes on both mobile and PC.
Sometimes the "view details" page begins showing in Japanese, Im assuming? But still frozen.
I'd really love to get the emote from the event so I'd really appreciate any help 
Can anyone tell me why I am hearing this? It is NOT raining and it's inside my house? I am NOT cooking, no one is cooking lol I have heard it in the back of my house when planting crops too. Sounds like a pot of boiling water to me lol Hopefully the sound works. Just find is bizzare
