for high ping, we usually suggest to try switching the network around. the game's optimization isn't good (actually very bad) so it's not your network that's the issue, it's the game. switching the network / resetting it usually helps with the ping

The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
- Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here, and is free)
- DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)
- (if no other option works, VPN or DNS is usually reliable to get you into the game)

they're muted because their account goes into a negative red gem balance, not because of the refund itself. the game detects a refund and deducts the red gems associated with the purchase regardless of whether they were received or not - that's why it's better to contact support to resolve the missing purchase/etc first rather than doing a refund right away.

depends on how long it takes the game to go through the contents of your book to make sure nothing breaks their publishing guidelines. can take a few minutes to a few hours, leave it alone and let it run while you go do other stuff in the game

Hi i was wondering can you log in to the same safe on different devices?
yes, just make sure you’re using the same log in method. some devices don’t support certain log in method (eg iOS mobile doesnt seem to have steam as a log in option), but you can bind other socmed accounts to your heartopia account to use as log in methods.

If they are immediately disconnected from the game after switching back, it’s usually an indication of a network-wide issue (like when PH players couldn’t use anything related to Globe network)

If it didn’t work, it means your log in is probably different than what you think it is. Make sure you’re using the exact same button to log in (if you click the steam button to log in via pc, you need to click the steam button again on the new device. Using Google is not the same thing, even if your Steam account uses a Google account.)
If you’re logging in via Google for example, and you have multiple Google emails, try all of them. The game makes it difficult to figure out which was used to log in
It’s because you already connected both accounts to different Heartopia accounts. Did you accidentally create a new account using your Steam/Google account? If so, you’ll need to delete the extra account in order to bind it to your original account, the process of which can take ~15 days

That’s because they are two different Heartopia accounts, using different log in methods. (One uses your Steam log in, and one uses your Google account.) There’s no way to merge them together unfortunately
but my phone was automatically linked to my laptop so idk why it didnt give me the same account. they have the same google and steam account and everything. and when i logged in ony both devices it didnt actually give me a sign in option, it just linked me to whatever and i just had the play button ready. i never pressed on a google account or whatever to sign in, it automatically did it without my telling it to
and when i logged out to troublehsoot when i logged back in it never gave me the option to sign in with steam originally?? but steam is supported on mobile so idk whats wrong with it

You can’t use Steam to log in on mobile directly, but it can be bound from there. My guess on what happened is that the game detected you had a Google account and offered to create you an account using it
when i downloaded through steam on my laptop i didnt realise it would automatically sign me in with steam tho.
what falling wish is tryna tell u is that you have 2 separate accounts now so there’s not much u can do other than deleting one because u can’t combine both accounts together

When you initially booted up the game, did you have an option to click Steam/Google/etc?
When I originally made my account on mobile for example, it detected that I had an Apple account and automatically offered to use that to create an account, but I had an option to back out and use something else to sign in with
Unfortunately, no matter the reason for the two separate accounts, there’s no way to merge them to keep both of the characters you have. The only way to attach both sign in methods together at this point is to delete one account and re-bind it to the one you want to keep once the deletion process is complete (~15 days)
If you want to play the mobile account, log out of your Steam account in Heartopia and sign in using the Google account instead
You’ll have two separate accounts and can keep playing both, just can’t combine them into one account

i signed in with google on my phone but then when i found out it supported pc players i downloaded it through steam bc that was the only supported download platform on my device but when i opened it on my pc it didnt give me the sign in options and so i thought it was the same as my phone but it wasnt. it automatically linked my steam without asking me, creating 2 different accounts without my permission.

Help! I paid for a package/hearts/etc, but didn’t receive it in the game!
some things to check if you want to try and trouble shoot on your own first:
- try rebooting the game to see if re-establishing the connection lets the items appear in your account
- double check the card/bank that you paid with and see if the charge is still processing from their end, if it is, then heartopia hasn't received the money yet
- if you use iOS app store to pay, apple loves to take multiple charges from different days and charge them all at once together, which can delay when the app receives the money as well
- if you paid through the website, make sure you selected the right ID and server, since it's easy to accidentally send the purchase to the wrong server that you don't even play on
- if multiple people play heartopia on your device, check to see if they suddenly received the purchase, since it's possible to send it to the wrong account (someone before said they paid for a pass, and later they found out the pass was given to their sister's account instead of their's, despite not having a problem with it in the past)
- if it's the membersehip or pass, there was a recommendation from customer support to another player, to click 'repairs' on the start screen, and then pretend to re-purchase it by clicking the purchase button, just to see if it triggers the game into going 'wait you already have this' and give you the pass. don't pay for another pass though, cancel out of it after regardless of whether it works or not
regardless, you’ll need to contact the heartopia support center for billing issues

For the gossip quest about feeding the favorite food, you don’t feed princess Stella you actually feed your own cat. You can also feed someone else’s cat! You’ll have to figure out their favorite food manually. There’s no pattern as far as the community has figured out yet.

It shouldnt be pinging you anymore now that you have it hidden, but sometimes when they make new channels (like how there’s a newly created #1487345791231201372 for eng), they make versions for other languages too, and discord will try to recommend it at the top of the channel list, above the other channels. The category will be something like “suggested”, but its not a real category lmao. you can right click the category name and tell it to go away and itll hide it again. Other than that though, not much we can do

There’s three places in the game you can access the support center from:
- From the loading screen, click the round icon in the upper corner with the headset logo.
- From the start screen, Settings (the gear icon in the top right) >> Support Center >> Contact Customer Service.

To check your tickets for their reply, go to the Support Center, click the blue-green circle with the headset icon, and a popup should appear with the option to view your current and inactive tickets ("Feedback Record"). Check back on your tickets from time to time, as you won't otherwise receive a notification when they reply.

for hairstyles and facial changes, use any mirror. you can craft a mirror (the joinery mirror) on your workbench, or use the mirrors at dorothees shop on the second floor

For PC there’s Steam and there’s the TapTap client. But doesn’t matter which one you use, what matters is that you login using the same method you originally used. Thats the only way you’ll get into your account. Any other method will just make a new account

I can easily play on Steam, but my account login is through Google. Playing it on Steam has nothing to do with how you logged in, unless that’s what you originally used. I wouldn’t know.

Hi there, something is wrong, every time I go into the kitchen there is a ticking noise, it’s only in the kitchen I don’t have clock or anything else, please help me make it stop as it’s very irritating and hurt my ear big time

Lock don't make sounds in the game. This is the only item that would make ticking sound as far as I know. If you don't have this item in your house, It's most likely a bug that play items sound from the previous house so move to a different town would stop it.
As for as I know, you can't get refund from in game purchases. I don't even think you can cancel the event, only leave it.

Help! I paid for a package/hearts/etc, but didn’t receive it in the game!
some things to check if you want to try and trouble shoot on your own first:
- try rebooting the game to see if re-establishing the connection lets the items appear in your account
- double check the card/bank that you paid with and see if the charge is still processing from their end, if it is, then heartopia hasn't received the money yet
- if you use iOS app store to pay, apple loves to take multiple charges from different days and charge them all at once together, which can delay when the app receives the money as well
- if you paid through the website, make sure you selected the right ID and server, since it's easy to accidentally send the purchase to the wrong server that you don't even play on
- if multiple people play heartopia on your device, check to see if they suddenly received the purchase, since it's possible to send it to the wrong account (someone before said they paid for a pass, and later they found out the pass was given to their sister's account instead of their's, despite not having a problem with it in the past)
- if it's the membersehip or pass, there was a recommendation from customer support to another player, to click 'repairs' on the start screen, and then pretend to re-purchase it by clicking the purchase button, just to see if it triggers the game into going 'wait you already have this' and give you the pass. don't pay for another pass though, cancel out of it after regardless of whether it works or not
regardless, you’ll need to contact the heartopia support center for billing issues

The game currently doesn’t support unbinding or unlinking accounts. So you won’t be able to change your Google email used or Facebook account used.
have they confirmed if we'll get proper PC-controller controls yet? it's been physically taxing w/ current controls on PC..

All we can do is continue to suggest this and hope that eventually, one day, we see proper controller support.

are a type of currency in Heartopia, that can be used to buy special clothing, Fashionwave hobbies + tickets ( example: snow-sculpting ), special furniture, recipes at Bob’s furniture shop, furniture and more. They’re a bit harder to collect so spend them wisely.

Ah, yes. It’s a common bug that we’ve been experiencing since end of January. What you can do when this happens is go into solo building
for a few seconds and then exit that building mode. Approach your cat(s) again and the interaction bubble should appear again. 
If you have multiple cats, you may need to repeat this step more than once.

If it’s stuck loading at 39%, what is recommended to do is to try to load the game on a different Internet connection. Something that may be a cause of this error is the game’s optimization. This means even if you know your Internet connection is good, sometimes the game will require players to restart their router or change connections to connect / enter the game.
Things you can try just to enter a town ( and then switch back to your regular WiFi ) includes:
Restarting your router
Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
Using a different WiFi
5G, LTE
Cellphone data / hotspot
VPN ( most players are using Proton which is free )

I have the same problem on an Iphone (started playing on pc) when i switched to my phone I don’t get any sound, unless I’m playing with headphones
when the maintenance is over, you can try clicking 'repairs' on the start screen in case its a matter of corrupted files, but most likely its a settings error. check the volume buttons on your ipad - unlike some apps that will play sound regardless, heartopia won't play sound at all if you have it set to 0. if you have any bluetooth devices plugged in, make sure to disconnect them, heartopia is really sensitive to controllers despite not being controller-supported, so your sound is likely being redirected to the bluetooth device
are you playing on an iPhone?
Yes I’m playing on an iPhone, the sound comes back when AirPods are connected. It does not work on phone speakers. Other apps work fine (insta, youtube, other games …) but not heartopia. I never had this problem before.

some things to check if heartopia is signing you in as if it's a new account:
- double check your server. sometimes the game tries to switch your server based on where it thinks you're physically closest to, instead of the one you were playing on before, especially on a new sign in. you can open your server list from the start page to check from: click the globe icon on the start page, and check the list to see if you have an existing save file on another server
- double check your sign in method. heartopia is really sensitive + the game makes it difficult to verify which account you initially used to create the account, so if you have multiple versions of the same thing (eg 2 different email addresses logged in on your device), heartopia might have been signing you in using one email when you thought you were using the second. try all possible log in methods to see if there is an existing account
- for steam specifically, sometimes the game isn't retrieving the correct information from your router. try rebooting your router if you're able to, to see if it helps the game find your account
if you know your original UID and you can't get into your account, you can open a ticket with the support team and ask them to help you find what you originally logged in with

if your google account and steam account are already attached to separate heartopia account, then no. if your steam account is not already attached to a heartopia account, then you can go to the start menu, click the person icon on the top right, and link steam to your heartopia account, or vice versa

Help! My pets keep walking in the way of my stove, I'm burning all my food!
Pets are all very unique, so tips that work for some people don't work for everyone. My pets never got in the way of my stoves, for example, until I recently got a pet with the sluggish/clingy trait combination. If you have a clingy pet, they will more naturally follow you around regardless, and try to get your attention by moving in front of you, but my other clingy pets don’t do this, so it really is unique for each combination of traits (possibly the sluggish trait means it doesn’t move away as much and so plops down once it finds you). Can try:
- putting your stoves in a different part of your house they don't normally go to
- feeding them/play/pet/clean them to full so they don't bother you as much
- putting your stoves on the second floor of your house
- putting your stoves on a table so that they're elevated off the ground (pets can walk through furniture, this is intended)
- building a fence around your stoves
- putting a cat bed / cat tree nearby so that they use it instead of going to the stove
- put the cat on your head so that it can’t get in your way, if it’s a cat
As a last resort, you can find someone who has stoves set out at their plot and use their’s instead

This is a common issue / bug that everyone is experiencing.
When the interaction bubbles disappear, enter solo building
for a few seconds and then exit the building mode. Approach your cat(s) again and the interaction bubbles should appear.
If you have multiple cats, you may need to repeat this more than once for each cat.

Help! My character is walking on their own without my input / I can’t move after pulling out a tool / my tools are aiming themselves / my enter/chat function isn’t working !
Please check for any controllers plugged in to your device, and unplug them if there are. This can include Bluetooth devices like headsets, or any Logitech devices, or (sometimes) keyboards. They need to be fully disconnected, not just turned off. Then restart the game.
If it turns out to be your keyboard, it may be due to conflicts with default keyboard drivers being mis-detected as controllers, which the game doesn't support. You can temporarily fix this by:
- Open Device Manager on your PC
- Expand the Human Interface Devices section
- Right-click and Disable the following 2 devices:
HID-compliant consumer control device
HID-compliant game controller
This should temporarily resolve the issue — the game isn’t controller-supported, so anything that is detected as such causes these sorts of bugs

you'll need to use a different google account, yes, or delete the new heartopia account that's connected to your google account. most likely what happened is that on mobile heartopia, you tried to log in with your google account, and it created a new account, in which case, you won't be able to use that google account, since it's already attached to a heartopia account

yes, your google account is already connected to a heartopia account. since this heartopia account already exists with your google account, you'll need to request heartopia to delete it in order to use your google account for your original heartopia account. you should be able to do this from the start menu, go to settings (the gear icon) >> contact customer service >> account deletion. from there, create a ticket with customer service. the account deletion process takes 15 days, make sure you're deleting the heartopia account that is not the one you usually use

It has glitched on an action, as a temporary fix you can:
- go into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit, or
- switch to a new town to reset both of your positions back to the front of your house

try rebooting steam to see if that triggers it to notice the update. steam sometimes takes a bit to recognize theres an update it has to download after a maintenance

Yes, I have enough space. I had the exact same problem back when the game had its very first update. I think it fixed itself the next day so hopefully this time shall be the same.

so I’ll offer it to you too to see if anything works:
I don’t see this file mentioned often in this server, but this was a tip left by another person a while ago:
just a quick reminder for PC gamers; for any reason you are getting subpar frame rates make sure to check settings on your nvidia/gpu panel and select xdt.exe for discrete gpu. now my game is pretty much locked 144fps as compared to 40-80fps beforen cpu
So that’s something to potentially look into — maybe the file is being overloaded with activity, which is causing it to crash?
Another thing to try, despite it not sounding like a direct solution, is to switch to a different network (eg WiFi -> LTE) to see if that helps the file go through. The game’s optimization isn’t good, so a lot of the issues come from the game being unable to connect to the network

heartopia doesnt do refunds if you already spent the gems to pull on a banner, there's a note on the gacha banners saying that as well. tbh i haven't heard anyone come back and say they successfully did a refund through heartopia, most ppl did it thru their card/bank

The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
- Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here, and is free)
- DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)
- (if no other option works, VPN or DNS is usually reliable to get you into the game)
once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection

I bought GAMG Full membership 2x & it never gave me pool with water & pagoda trees.
The draw never gave me anything valuable &/or important.

The issue is the game’s optimization and servers. This has been forcing some players to change their Internet connection just to be able to play the game.
What I can say from my experience in watching over this bug is that it is not your Internet connection the issue. That we know. 
Now the question is, what can we do to help you get back into the game ( if you wish ). There are a few options you can try before using a VPN ( Proton is free by the way ).

But if we need to change connection that means our connection is too far from servers or struggling, thats what is confusing. Ive never had any of those isssues but whenever i send Fallingwish message, it says a bunch of things about changing the wifi
When a game is not well optimized it doesn’t run efficiently on what is available ( ex: type of device, type of Internet connection and more ). It struggles and causes a lot of disconnections, errors in launch, general errors and / or lag spikes.
So the experience that players would have will be very up and down and varies from one player to the next !
Ohh i thought that issue was only on xbox ( i need it wired for good connection) its probably because my french is mixing the words. Because from what i know if we need to change wifi, means the main wifi is bad. Hense why i said it was a connection issue as thats what it seem like since we have no choice but to change connection

So for example, my boyfriend has a very well-built and modern gaming PC that he can play literally anything on but as of yesterday he saw that his Heartopia game had huge lag spikes and it is taking over 30% of his computer when he launches it and tries to play it.

some things to check if heartopia is signing you in as if it's a new account:
- double check your server. sometimes the game tries to switch your server based on where it thinks you're physically closest to, instead of the one you were playing on before, especially on a new sign in. you can open your server list from the start page to check from: click the globe icon on the start page, and check the list to see if you have an existing save file on another server
- double check your sign in method. heartopia is really sensitive + the game makes it difficult to verify which account you initially used to create the account, so if you have multiple versions of the same thing (eg 2 different email addresses logged in on your device), heartopia might have been signing you in using one email when you thought you were using the second. try all possible log in methods to see if there is an existing account
- for steam specifically, sometimes the game isn't retrieving the correct information from your router. try rebooting your router if you're able to, to see if it helps the game find your account
if you know your original UID and you can't get into your account, you can open a ticket with the support team and ask them to help you find what you originally logged in with

The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
- Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here, and is free)
- DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)
- (if no other option works, VPN or DNS is usually reliable to get you into the game)

Using Steam as a launcher and creating the Heartopia account with Steam as a login are two completely different things.
I can play on Steam but my login for the game is through Google. So maybe, even though you play on Steam, you created your account with a different login

It has glitched on an action, as a temporary fix you can:
- go into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit, or
- switch to a new town to reset both of your positions back to the front of your house
either of these should clear the glitched action and let it be interactable again
Has anyone else been suffering from extremely high cpu usage and a massive tank in frames since after the maintenence? My friend used to be able to run the game on Ultra and now can't even get 10 frames on the lowest settings. This is also ONLY an issue for Heartopia, they can still play everything else normally.

Yes, actually. Since yesterday my boyfriend has noticed intense lag spikes and also noticed Heartopia uses 30% of his PC when launched.
Every other game is fine. He's tried a bunch of troubleshooting steps ( very familiar with computers ) but unfortunately it comes down to the game needing better optimization.

- double check the card/bank that you paid with and see if the charge is still processing from their end, if it is, then heartopia hasn't received the money yet
- if you use iOS app store to pay, apple loves to take multiple charges from different days and charge them all at once together, which can delay when the app receives the money as well
- if you paid through the website, make sure you selected the right ID and server, since it's easy to accidentally send the purchase to the wrong server that you don't even play on
- if multiple people play heartopia on your device, check to see if they suddenly received the purchase, since it's possible to send it to the wrong account (someone before said they paid for a pass, and later they found out the pass was given to their sister's account instead of their's, despite not having a problem with it in the past)
- if it's the membersehip or pass, there was a recommendation from customer support to another player, to click 'repairs' on the start screen, and then pretend to re-purchase it by clicking the purchase button, just to see if it triggers the game into going 'wait you already have this' and give you the pass. don't pay for another pass though, cancel out of it after regardless of whether it works or not

Did you pet her or feed her? The pet logs are randomly generate, usually on when the pet is happy or angry, ate their favorite food, overstuffed with food or picky about food.
that 13% was a 4 star fish i fed her within 30 mins ago i saw someone yesterday pet/feed both my pets so i know they arent getting ignored
it looks like she doesn't have any special mood after being pet, as the status just shows she's doing fine. The food you fed her probably just a normal food for her, so no special log
i thought it used to tell me what fish i personally fed her or when i pet her and like i said i know i saw people just yeseterday feed and love on both pets so idk why it hasnt updated in 3 days when that cant be possible? can it?

The pet mood log is a bit bugged, but its also not guaranteed to show things every time. Like if you feed a pet their fav food, it’s not a 100% guarantee it will give the ‘extra tasty’ message

I would like to report a possible bug or error.
While building my house, my loadout was around 310k/350k. During that session, I only placed a few additional items. After exiting build mode to review my changes and then returning, I was surprised to see that my loadout was suddenly overloaded.
I attempted several fixes, including exiting the game, reconnecting, moving to a new town, and restarting, but the issue persisted. Occasionally, when I re-enter build mode, the loadout briefly returns to around 310k, but then the screen freezes (which is another issue I frequently experience and hope will also be addressed). After the freeze, the loadout goes back to being overloaded again.
I hope this issue can be investigated and fixed. Thank you.

hi! question; if i change server, will i loose my progress in my current server? i saw someone’s comment on tiktok that they don’t loose their progress when changing servers and i don’t know how to do it so is it possible for you guys?
You won't lose progress in your current server but you'll start from the very beginning in the new server that you're in. But if you make more progress later in the new server, switching between old and new will be possible without losing any progress in both.
You can change your server from the start screen, next to the start button there's a world symbol.

I’m stuck on the gardening level because it won’t let me water my crops, when I use the watering bucket it will let me select which crop with the angles around each plot but when I use the action it doesn’t count it on the quest thing, it only ever says 0/8 crops watered and I’ve already gone through three sets of 8, am I missing something 😓

Help! The quest won't recognize that I'm watering these planters!
When the planters are already wet (dark brown soil), the game won't recognize if you try to water them again. (When it's snowing/raining, the planters are automatically watered for you!)
To get around this, you can try:
- building a roof over your planters so they dry out (light brown soil), or
- watering another player's planters to complete the watering quest. this works because watering someone else's planters gives them a bonus, which is stackable up to 4 times by other players

what refunds are you talking about? They are not initiating any refunds for red gems
On recent patch notes it says refunds will be given in two phases from the forestbell spell
please read the first part of the notice carefully— they changed the price of pet costumes in gacha banners, and are retroactively refunding players for any spent ticket stubs to buy the costume from the banner. It doesnt say anything about the red gems

Some things to check for, based on what the community knows:
- (if PC) make sure you have sufficient space on your cdrive, even if the game is not downloaded there, that’s where it passes information through.
- (if not PC) make sure you have sufficient space in your memory/ram.
- you need about twice as much memory/ram as is recommended by the game, so that may be causing the crashes
- try closing any app overlays (such as Discord) while playing to see if the game runs more smoothly
- check to see if your device has a software update
- make sure your graphics card is up to date
- try running the game as an administrator
- if you have a firewall or antivirus, try putting heartopia as an exception/on the whitelist so that it can bypass

Since you requested a refund via Apple and want to cancel it, the best thing you can do is try to reach out to Apple and let them know you don’t want the refund and to cancel it.
If the refund does go through, there is an easy solution regardless. Basically, yes your account becomes limited ( no chatting, no planting, negative balance of
and more ). The way to restore your account at that point would be to purchase the amount that was refunded so your
goes back into a positive balance. Basically Customer Support will allow you the chance to correct the situation. You won’t just get banned right away.

I wiped my computer and Lost my Heartopia Account, I have one Steam receipt to prove that I play the game before.
What I can do to recover my account?
You wouldn't lose heartopia acc unless u requested for account deletion, maybe try to login every email u know or if u remember what u used to play the game~

Something that may be a cause of this error is the game’s optimization. This means even if you know your Internet connection is good, sometimes the game will require players to restart their router or change connections to connect / enter the game.
Things you can try just to enter a town ( and then switch back to your regular WiFi ) includes:
Restarting your router
Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
Using a different WiFi
5G, LTE
Cellphone data / hotspot
VPN ( most players are using Proton which is free )

If u have the game profile card u can report it there or customer support
Settings > account management > support center > headphone button > contact customer service
If currently in the login screen:
Gear button > support center > headphone button > contact customer service
Not that I know of, did u double check ur wifi? Or ur device couldn't handle the game? If any of those aren't the problem u can report it through in game customer support~

You can report the Facebook page, but unfortunately, since it’s outside the Heartopia game, I doubt the developers will be able to do anything about it directly. However, if they’ve shared their UID, you can report it directly to the support center.

This happened to me as well at some point. Resetting the game fixed this issue for me
I unlocked the tracks today & the cart. My rollercoaster is also stopping at random points / mid-points and not completing the ride.
Is your rollercoaster working fluidly now ?
I wanna know if anyone has a fix for my issue because customer support and bug reports have done nothing and are frankly counter-productive.
I cannot submit my house for evaluation, create or read books, or change my avatar/pfp. I have been told it is a connection error, but with me changing my connection several times, switching to a LAN server, using Data instead of wifi, etc... is is a bug and not connection-related.

Go in and out of build mode. If someone’s in your plot, you may have to move an object before exiting build mode. That typically works for me
