- Floating cooking station (spawns on top with me)
- Fences (they just pass through just as I stop for like 1 min)
- fed and gave them all of my love (LOL)

ive found opening solo build and closing out being the most effective because it usually resets all the animals but i think you will loose what you are cooking mainly because trying to get them to walk is toxic and trying to get the devs to change it is like throwing a needle off the moon and trying to find it

Hello! I am having issues with when animals come to visit me, I dont ever get a notification for it. I only ever get the notification when they "Get bored" and leave. Its seriously become a problem because I would literally be home, and then see a pet walk up without any notification.

Why is everything delayed on my account? There seems to be a slight delay. For example, when I stop driving and get out of the car, it takes about 0.5 to 1 second before my character starts walking, even though I’m already holding W after getting out of the car.
while when i play on my other account which is not my main i dont have that delay

Tired of trying to talk to customer support in game so I'm posting here as I'm getting nowhere.
A few weeks ago I did a fishing event waiting specifically for a rainy day after trying all other weather to catch a blackspot seabream and I did catch it it flashed up with bubble saying id caught it BUT it did it right as it ended so the end event page came up and my game froze on that bubble screen and wouldn't do anything so I quit the game and on loading the fish was darkened out. But there now other things I've not caught there is no pictures and shows who has and hasn't caught it and this fish I know I caught that shows a picture though darkened wasn't showing under any player yet according to support I never caught it I KNOW I caught it I know I saw it.
Secondly the penguins I've had zero interaction points wether at my home or at the trough I've noticed same issue with other animals to both places and for feeding whereas I'm getting high points for feeding favourite foods with the penguins I've been lucky to get 33/60 points so question is anyone else had these issues?

I have a question: Is the game Heartopia only for those over 16, or is it also designed for children young 10?
With the fish they said that there was no record of catching the fish.
That it was another member now when I took the photo there was no members online with that fish I've even sent the photos of other fish I also haven't caught yet showing members online and offline and none of them show a photo yet the one I caught does. 😴
As for the penguin they told me how to feed the favourite foods 😒

Not just laggier, it’s more buggy too. I literally have to keep switching from wifi to data, my cats get on top of my character’s head for no apparent reason and they’re invisible.

On pc? They need to use the mouse( no tab or keyboard button) they only need to go in preset and create one, need to save it too. Might be worth to reload the game
it only goes up with daily requests and the event mission on the left tab, if you've already done that then it's just paying with hearts

What’s going on with the frostspore fishing today? I’ve wasted way too many mermaid tails trying to catch fish but every time a fish bites the line snaps. And no, the line hadn’t changed colour. It looks like you’re triggering the shortcut to the menu. I’m not sure what the shortcut is on PC but on mobile if you long press on the character, it brings it up.

You’ll still be able to make any furniture you have unlocked in the workbench and build mode, but the penguin stove won’t be able to cook anymore. It will just be decoration.

You can try to plant it, but the flowers will stop growing once the event is over at reset. It won’t be removed from your inventory/etc, it’ll just stop growing

Anything that you currently have will stay, the only things you won't be able to do is grow more seeds, and the penguin stove won't be able to cook anymore (can only use as decoration)

I've been trying to get this quest done so I can complete all my quests this season but I cannot. I even started my own event and still won't complete. I'm unable to get the penguin frame

The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
- Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here)
- DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)
once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection

it's a visual glitch yeah, doesn't have any impact on your house/game. switching towns or going into build mode for a few seconds should fix it
it's sometimes a visual bug, switching towns or going into build mode should clear it away, but it should go away on its own. you can also check the uhhhh. idr what it's called, but the thing where it's like "you interacted with this stranger today!" page, to see if there's something there

depends on the ones you're missing, some butterflies/birds are locked behind hobby level (eg you need insect catching level 10 to get some insects)

I wish my game would stop freezing while I'm cooking. The worst part about it is nothing fixes it. I've in the past tried pressing the repair button, uninstalling and reinstalling, switching towns.....Its so annoying to lose resources because the food ends up burning because it freezes before I'm able to adjust the heat. Ever since they updated this game, I’ve had so many problems I never had before. It’s so bad this kind of stuff happens or I’ll get randomly booted out in the game crashes. Yeah it’s really bad and it lags really bad. I even tried to change my settings I have a iPhone 15 Pro Max and the graphics were fine. Everything was good until they did the upgrade. I don’t know what’s going on, but it’s absolutely annoying. Anyone else having this issue?

Help! My pets keep walking in the way of my stove, I'm burning all my food!
Pets are all very unique, so tips that work for some people don't work for everyone. My pets never get in the way of my stoves, for example. If you have a clingy pet, they will more naturally follow you around regardless, and try to get your attention by moving in front of you. Can try:
- putting your stoves in a different part of your house they don't normally go to
- feeding them/play/pet/clean them to full so they don't bother you as much
- putting your stoves on the second floor of your house
- putting your stoves on a table so that they're elevated off the ground (pets can walk through furniture, this is intended)
- building a fence around your stoves
As a last resort, you can find someone who has stoves set out at their plot and use their’s instead

could also try launching the game as admin, if that doesn’t work, or checking your firewalls / antivirus to make sure heartopia can pass through
when you look at the quest, does it tell you to go find will, or does it say something like 0/5? If it says the latter, you need to collect new butterflies before he will accept them

yeah, all pets are unique so some go up to upper floors and others stay away. what works for one person doesn’t necessary work for someone else, so gotta pay attention to your pets behavior and adjust accordingly

do you mean like the textures arent loading in quickly? the game sometimes takes a second to load in textures, it’s most likely an optimization issue on the game’s side rather than a problem with your device
maybe thats the start of it that they dont load quickly and it bugs it but it will just not load at all, even once im in that area for 20+ minutes unless i restart it doesnt go back to normal:(
if it’s freezing when you cook specifically, i’d highly rec getting a video and sending it to their customer support so that they can look into it

Honestly it doesn't happen constantly and it happens when I do other things sometimes too. For example sometimes it'll happen in the middle of an event like fishing or insect catching or it'll even sometimes happen right in the middle of training/playing with my pets. It just always seems to happen when I'm doing something that has a time limit 
If you press full membership nothing pops up it's just the two choices for the memberships

could try moving some of your graphics settings around to see if something is causing it to lag/crash, rather than relying on the ‘ultra high’ settings
But not every single time. That's why I never bother reporting to support about it. Its not like a deal breaker or something to make me uninstall the game. Its just super irritating the loss of resources/crops...
Like imagine losing 4 grapes u r trying to cook into a grape jam and that taking 10 whole hours to grow....
if the game is constantly crashing, i think that’s still worth sending to their support so they’re aware it’s happening. there’ve been a lot more people coming in after the recent updates with crashes, and unfortunately we havent figured out any consistent community fixes yet
Yeah alright, fair enough. Although this has been happening ever since I started playing the game. So I can't tell if its a game problem or a device problem or an internet malfunction problem. 😂

I suppose its worth a try. Although I'm expecting them to tell me to either hit the repair button or uninstall and reinstall the game which I have tried in the past and it hasn't done anything to get rid of the problem.

Your backpack is full that’s why! Check your mailbox. It should be there. If you don’t clear out backpack space first it will go to your warehouse after you get it from the mailbox.

NOTE: If you are using Brave, you'll need to click the shield icon! The browser flags the pop upand doesn't let it show up at all
You can also try setting a different browser as default — Google Chrome or Opera seems to have worked for a lot of people

1-3 business days, their support center is in china so if you messaged them within the past day or so, it's already their weekend
from previous players' experience, messaging them about using 3rd party apps doesn't get much help from the support team, because the game just detects the app but doesn't say what app was used. you may need to troubleshoot through the other apps on your device to see if any of them might be picked up as a third party (someone suggested apps like cookie clicker might be picked up as auto cliickers, for example, but it wasn't confirmed)

I feel like the winter recipe should be still accessible for players if they have participated the winter event instead of removing a important from the winter stoves. This isn't a really good way to keep players playing if they would cut off good aspects for event exclusive furniture or content.

The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
- Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here)
- DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)
once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection
If you're playing on PC, try updating your graphics card.

a lot of the bubbles move around, so it's possible that your's has glitched. try switching towns and booking it to the piano area to see if it triggers the bubble to move again?

I understand why the exclusive bugs and birds won't show up after the event is over but removing key features from a piece of furniture degrades the value and functionality of it. Plus, a lot of players spent so much time cooking and gathering ingredients for that specific event. This is just my opinion on it.
imo it's expected that it doesn't work, many games have event-exclusive things that only work during the intended event. i'm more surprised that we can still ice skate and make snow sculptures even when the event is over. maybe when next winter comes around, the penguin stove will work again - it seems to be implied in the flower seed description that we just need to wait for the next winter season to plant them again
btw you can send your feedback re: the stoves to their support center, since i'm sure there are many people who are of the same opinion as you

if it's not your's, it's probably someone else's who threw it down and didn't pick it up. you should be able to go into build mode for a few seconds to 'reset' your plot and get rid of it, but if it doesn't work, you can switch towns to move your house away
RE: the missing planter, if it doesn't reappear when you reset your plot, check your backpack, warehouse, and mailbox. if the planter was removed because of the drawing board, it should be in one of those three places.

My cats are always blocking my stove; the worst part is when I’m cooking something and it ends up burning because of them. Strangely enough, though, my dog doesn’t block anything when he sits there. It’s always just the cats.

Pets are all very unique, so tips that work for some people don't work for everyone. My pets never get in the way of my stoves, for example. If you have a clingy pet, they will more naturally follow you around regardless, and try to get your attention by moving in front of you. Can try:
- putting your stoves in a different part of your house they don't normally go to
- feeding them/play/pet/clean them to full so they don't bother you as much
- putting your stoves on the second floor of your house
- putting your stoves on a table so that they're elevated off the ground (pets can walk through furniture, this is intended)
- building a fence around your stoves
As a last resort, you can find someone who has stoves set out at their plot and use their’s instead

Can someone help my bind my account. I play on my steam account and wanting my steam gameplay to transfer to my iPad. It's still strange, though, that dogs don't block me—it's only the cats. So the developers should be able to fix that.
all animals are unique - your dog doesn't block you, but for other people, their dogs do. i've never had a problem with my pets blocking my stoves, but other people have their stoves blocked all the time, etc. these are just the temporary fixes the community has found that has worked for them. if you're trying to report a bug or give them feedback, use their support center

did you hit stop on the recording? or did you keep recording until it stopped on its own? i think if you keep recording until it stops on its own, it might not save what was recorded
did you create a new account using your google account? if so, it's already in use by the new account, so you can't bind it to the steam account. (an account can only be bound to one account at a time). same with the apple account, if you used them to create a new account, you can't bind it to the steam account anymore.

i restarted the app a few times? new day hasn’t started yet. it’s past 6 am (est) so it should’ve.
level up your growth with the cat to 3k at minimum and reach cat hobby lvl 5 to unlock the 'go out' feature. after that, it's a matter of praying the cat wants to go out so that you can take it to the pet shop to board it
the community is still trying to figure out tricks to get the cat to go out, especially unsociable ones. i saw something earlier that suggested you might need a higher friendship with unsociable cats in order to go out with them, but i don't think it's confirmed whether it works or not. one person maxed out hunger/petting/washing and then spammed the 'go out' button for their cat, but that's not guaranteed to work either
daylight savings time means that everything in america server is delayed by 1 hour. click the time on the watch app to compare it to heartopia time, it should be one hour off
in game it still says 6am is the reset time and the game time is accurate with irl time. would it be 7am est for the reset now? if so they should fix that in game and state that it is

what does the actual time say for heartopia time? for example, i live on the west coast (3:32am), but heartopia time is now synced with mst instead of est because of daylight savings
Anyways, all times in america server are off by an hour if you live in america, so for EST, daily reset is now at 7am instead of 6am. Not a glitch, but the time difference on mine should now say -2h instead of -3h, so that part is a oversight on their part

It has glitched on an action, as a temporary fix you can:
- go into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit, or
- switch to a new town to reset both of your positions back to the front of your house
either of these should clear the glitched action and let it be interactable again
For the snow inside your house, it’s a visual glitch and doesn’t actually effect your build. When you go into build mode/switch towns for the cat, it will clear the snow in your house too
Does Bob ever actually change his furniture or does he just give out the same furniture in different colors? It's literally been two months and I'm about to quit bc of him

I had nearly all the my little pony badges completed , but when I just checked on them to do the shining flower one... Every single badge from each category is missing. Probably a good idea to report that within the games support, you aren’t the only one it has happened with now. A friend had the same issue, she reported it and support gave her money back.
What Apple does is tends to wait to charge you, so they can avoid extra fees from transactions.
What this means is they will let you purchase now and only charge you a week, two weeks or even later than two weeks after the purchase is done.
So for example, I made purchases in-game February 21 and only got charged March 3 for them. If you go to your App Store and then press on your picture at the top, and then go to Purchase History you can see if anything is pending and when you press on the charge you can see the date when you made the purchase.

Did you check your App Store’s purchase history for a date ? It’s possible they are only charging you now for a purchase made last month.
If you don’t wish to do this, then contact Customer Support in-game and they will show you your purchase history and you can confirm it with Apple. Like I said, usually when I made purchases with Apple then I only get charged 2 weeks or later.

rainbow is supposed to start at 12pm , its 12:07 and still says its lightly snowing.

Are you on the America server ? If so, it starts in about 42 minutes. There is an hour of difference in times due to Daylight Savings. So what used to be at 6:00 am is now 7:00 am. What used to be at 12:00 pm is now 1:00 pm and so on.

try inviting other people! it makes the bugs appear way more often. when you're alone you may barely get any unfortunately 
also phase 2 makes bugs appear more! + if you have it unlocked use an inflatable insect attractor, it makes the bugs appear around 1.5-2x times more

Let it sit for a long time. It takes a while and might not show progress when you download it. Theres also a “repair” button on the main screen you can try.

Everyone is experiencing this bug from time to time. What you can do is enter
for a few seconds and then exit that building mode. Approach your cat again and the interaction bubbles will appear.

The floating bugs bug has been there before the pc launch and it's actually quite surprising that it still hasn't been resolved or at least changed :[
I would also just see random animals floating on areas that shouldn't be floating like the beach or lake 
I think you might have a cat on your head. If you have one (even if it doesn't appear cuz yeah I also have that bug) all hat accessories disappear. Hope this helps but there isn't a solution for some reason.

huh, that is really odd. Have you restarted the game? If you're in your phone you might need restart your phone to completely reset the cache or if you are in your pc, open task manager and end task the game. But if you haven't restarted yet, maybe a regular restart could work? It kinda worked on me after 3 restart.

The game ( especially on PC !! ) is still being optimized and worked on. So the game will sometimes require you to restart your Internet connection to be able to play, or even use a completely different Internet connection.
For the smoothest gameplay, you can try playing on mobile phones. You’re welcome to continue playing on PC of course but this may happen from time to time and you’ll need to restart your PC or restart your Wifi connection.

how long ago was the post? all progress was reset for beta players, but we are on official release now (since beginning of january) so things won't get reset
if you check heartopia time by clicking on the clock, the america server is still following EST pre-daylight savings, which is now MST time. this applies for all times in the game, so need to make your own calculations to adjust

red hearts should not disappear or reset, if you can provide proof that your hearts disappeared without being spent, can report it to customer support so they can help you look into it

if the purchase is pending from your card holder, heartopia might not have received confirmation yet that you paid. apple sometimes collects multiple charges together to charge all at the same time, so that's a potential reason for why a purchase hasnt arrived yet
another potential reason is if you paid through the website, double check to make sure you paid to the correct server (if you play on global, make sure you paid to global, for example). the site makes you manually select your server, so it's possible to charge to a server you don't have an account on

We fished for around 2 hours and a half with rainbow bouquet, perfumes and tails. As you can see the amounts of 1 star fishes are not normal. We clearly remembered catching more 1 star fishes and trigger rainbow effect gets extra 1 star fishes.

Yes it is, seems to be tied to pet beds and specific furniture cats can jump onto. You can fix this by loading into a new town or loading an empty blueprint!

does anybody know why my 2hours of decorating disappeared. I save multiple times throughout the save and always before i hit complete, i exited out and it say unsyncronized data detected and wouldn't load even though i saved more than enough times?

sometimes this happens because the build mode has desynched with the rest of the game on its own, it's very possible that some data will be lost unfortunately. you could try to switch networks to force a reconnect (eg Wifi --> LTE) and see if that forces it to reconnect? idk if that will work though
starting from DG level 50
did you roll for anything that uses exhibition passes recently? it will use the temporary passes first before the permanent ones
another possibility is that you had multiple temporary exhibition passes that expired at different times
if you have solid proof that you had the passes and they disappeared on their own, you can send it to the support center to see if they can figure out what happened

The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
- Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here)
- DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)
once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection
If you're playing on PC, try updating your graphics card.

I tried searching, but there are so many comments with the word track it's hard to narrow down if someone has asked this already. I think my game is glitched, but even restarting does not fix this. I had used Bill as a track on the map to get down there to start an event and now I cannot remove him as a tracker. When I click stop tracking or press "T" it does not clear him from tracking. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have the same problem with other applications. Forcing it to stop just puts it in a forever stopping state, I've even left it like that overnight and it still continues to say stopping. The only fix I have found is going into task manager and closing all steam applications open, then opening the application again. I'm not sure what's causing it because it's very intermittent and it does not affect one specific application for me.

I'm pretty sure it's not a Heartopia issue, this issue started for me with VRChat, then it started affecting Palworld, Heartopia a few times, then back to VRChat or OVR Settings. It's just random for me, it's not hurting anything so I've just been doing that. I think it's a Steam issue, but I don't think it's a big enough issue for them to fix, it's more of an annoyance because you have to close steam entirely if you want to play the game again.

Not sure if I’m understanding your question correctly, so I’m gonna try to cover bases and hope one of them was what you wanted to know 
- the order machine doesn’t give you back a ticket when the order is complete —> completing an order consumes the ticket
- tickets can be found at the very bottom of the backpack, in the ‘all’ tab
- to get more tickets, there is a small random chance of getting an order ticket from the daily quest reward capsules
- to start a new order, click on the ‘start a new order’ button at the top of the page to clear away the previous order
Can you show the task? some quests are very particular about what they want you to do, but the quest itself is worded vaguely

you should still be able to purchase from atara, does he have any dialogue options at all? if no chat options appear at all, try switching towns
unfortunately if you refunded and are now at negative hearts, it will have consequences on your game, including being unable to chat, unable to build, and unable to farm, etc. it’s the equivalent of eating half a pie and expecting the money back when you return it to the store
If the game deducted more hearts than the purchase (eg you bought 5 hearts but it deducted 10), you need to show them solid proof that you didnt spend any and that its the game’s fault when you open a ticket with them. if you did use the hearts and thats why you’re at negatives, then you’ll need to repurchase enough hearts to put yourself back at a positive balance

the mastery certificate unlocks once you hit the minimum requirement on at least one of your recipes (number of times cooked), its not tied to DG level. Think of it like a hidden mechanic for people who do a lot of cooking. Once you unlock mastery on one recipe, you’ll be able to see the minimum requirements for all recipes you have unlocked
The ticket is consumed once you complete an order, you get more randomly from daily quest reward capsules
When you write your suggestion, theres an optional tag for images, click that in the options to add an image
the description says that they’re only available during certain time periods (probably during fashion waves)

the pets dont like eating from the automatic feeder, if you look at their mood log, you’ll sometimes see them describe it as a cold hard machine. It takes time (and starvation) for them to warm up to it
have you check her backpack, mailbox, and warehouse for an unlearned recipe
I did, I switched towns to be with a friend and I've also left the game and returned and it still had that I was tracking Bill and unable to remove the tracker.
tablets count as controllers by the game, controllers arent supported so it will be very buggy / might not work. i remember someone tried using their ipad tablet pen to draw and it didnt register the pen
not sure what happened, but if you’re worried, i would just leave the gens untouched for ~2 weeks to see if your bank is just delayed. You can also reach out to the support center / to your bank to see what happened

There's a maximum amount of people that can be in a forum thread at any one time - this is a Discord limitation, unfortunately. This means that anyone already in the thread can message in it without issue, but new people can't join in. The mods create new threads whenever one fills up, so check the title of the thread you're trying to join, and look for similar titles but with numbers (eg 2, 3, etc). The one with the biggest number is the newest thread, and is most likely still open for people to join. You can't create your own thread, need to use the pre-made ones

incorrect device time means that the game is detecting a different local time for your device than your timezone, which can happen when people use a VPN or if your device has the time set to manual instead of automatic. if you have your device time set to manual, try switching it to automatic and then rebooting heartopia

i’ve never tried blocking someone, but as far as I’m aware of, blocking someone prevents them from appearing in your town, I don’t think they’d be aware they’re blocked. There’s a block list in the friendship tab on the watch!
