I want to ask about one thing that I do in the game and I fear that it is a bug if I need to know because I don't wanna get banned.
When I place multiple stoves in my house and let multiple food items finish cooking, instead of collecting them one by one, I use the blueprint/plan restore function. After that, all finished food goes directly into my inventory at once.
I also saw a lot of videos of this on TikTok.
What do you guys think about it ?

I think they accidentally pushed the update we got now. It says development build so I think it is not meant for us to have, so if anymone is wondering about the log and stuff. The right corner mentions dev build. Probably made for them to test and troubleshoot 🙂

For me I didn't have the steam login option on Taptap, so it's kinda pointless to try and install it there if you can't even use ur own account :(

Guys I updated my steam and everything but my heartopia still won't launch. It literally opens tot he heartopia logo and then 10secs after it crashes.

To everyone who was having this issue, I found another solution that worked for me, and I wanted to share it with anyone who was experiencing the same technical issues. (PC Steam User here)
After updating the game, I found that the problem still persisted. So I did an internet speed test and found that my upload mbs was running at 0. Resetting the router wasn't helping me, so I did some more research.
Someone recommended opening up my task manager and ending the background process: "killer analytics service." (I assume this came with the new Windows update?)
When I ended that process, my upload speed jumped up to 40 mbs immediately, and I was able to log into and run Heartopia without any further issues. I hope this helps.
The thing is i crash almost immediately after I get to the mlp screen
im dealing with this issue rn my steam detected heartopia update of 7.3 update and 1.92gb in game and when it finished the game says update available and it restarts by it own and when i check steam there is no update it happened few times and than it restarts to another update in steam of 7.3gb again and it keeps doing it over and over

Has anyone else had a ton of bugs since the update? Its also been freezing a lot and I get stuck in one spot but my character still moves.. in that one centimeter of space. Coonectivity and stoarge/memory space is fine. On the other hand, Im catching frostspore sharks again! Hoping the next update can at least resolve some of it, including interactions with our pets without having to switch towns😅

hello, i have bought the gilded acorn pack and finished levelling up the season pass reaching and claiming the max level. i even got the 300 heart diamond. and i ady used to pull the clothes.
i accidentally bought the premium one when i was looking at its benefits since i already completed the pass like seeing if the premium pass gonna give me extra more heart gems. ( which is i can confirmed its not, it gave some extra features such as tree, extra seasons points, chat bubbles). i dont need the pass in the first place, somehow when i refunded, my heart gems turns tobe -370?? may i know whyy?? i didnt gain ANY heart gems during the premium pass? the tree and the items i got from the premium pack were revoked which is understandable and its fine, but why the gems where deducted when i got no gems from the premium pack?? its was all drom the normal pack??

If u want an empty plot, just edit the fresh blueprint, then u can apply it to your plot when you're done. U don't need to delete ur old house material one by one
isnt the premium packs just for this winter season pass? 😭 i refunded cs i didnt need anything else in the premium pass since i ady got the gems from the normal pass by leveling up

depends if u mean ur quest wont count the water its because it is raining/snowing it auto water ur crops, so u have to water other players instead (100% works)

hI! I am not able to move on the gardening quest, water crops with waterin can 8 times. I water the crops but they dont count towards the quest, what am i missing?
Has anyone else been experiencing ping/lag spikes? For about a week now I've been consistently getting lags where my ping will go from 20-30 to the thousands. I have my graphic and performance settings all on low and off, and I've tried restarting a few times but like I said it's been persisting for a few days now. Any ideas on why/how to fix?
I think that quest often doesn't work when it's raining/snowing, you'll have to wait till the rain stops to do the quest. You could maybe try watering others plots or restarting in the meantime though

Does anyone have an explanation for why the game keeps loading when I start it up? I've been trying to play Heartopia on PC for 5 days since the update, and I can't play. The game keeps loading with the loading circle and nothing else appears.
not sure why either but i recently started having this issue on mobile as well.
I spoke with technical support and they gave me options that are not correct, since I checked the two options they gave me to see if that was the solution, but it does not solve the problem.

did u try:
- turning the wifi on and off
- forget wifi then connect again
- try using mobile data
- try using a vpn/dns

I don't think it's one of those cases, because if this problem didn't happen a while ago, I think it's a problem with the update, since the problem started after the update, so I think it's a problem with the update code or something. It's not that I know about that, but I don't want to sound like I know about it either, so hopefully it will be fixed and I can play on my PC again.

Do you mean in the game? AFAIK chat history is only saved up to the amount that you’re present for, so if they joined you after the conversation started, they wouldn’t be able to see what was previously said. Not sure how long the history is kept for, I’ve never scrolled up that far to check

You need to ‘cancel’ the order to get the ticket back, before the item arrives. This pauses the timer on the order, and you collect stamps to shorten the timer for that item
No, the chat is only local. You need to be in visible eyesight of each other for it to work
Think of it as like a proximity chat
No, the game doesn’t do account transfers. You can always start a new character on a different server, and go back and forth whenever you want

AFAIK, there’s no official mac port, it’s only officially available on pc and mobile. If the normal shortcut to zoom on pc isn’t working for the mac, it may be a limitation of the emulator they’re using

I'm not sure if this is a known visual bug, but this box record player has been invisible on my screen for several days.

Im unsure if this issue is known. Ive tried to open heartopia 2 days in a row where it forces my pc to reset. stated in game prior to forcing my whole system to reset. it works fine after reset but why is it forcing my pc to reset at all??
do you mean that trying to open heartopia caused your pc to reset automatically? or that you encounter a bug, and resetting your pc fixes it?
I mean that when I open heartopia and I start loading in it says somthing about an error and restarts my entire system. Then whatever the error is is fixed after restart. It's not overly bad but I don't understand what the error is and why it has to restart my whole computer without my letting it or telling it to restart
I'm guessing it's a bug but I'm not tech savvy like that

What sort of error do you get when you try to log in?
Whenever I press start the bubble entering town appears but I don’t enter town Im stuck in lobby
The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
- Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here)
- DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)
once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection

Technically yes, because they can roam onto any floor tile (they could even glitch into the roof tile under a ceiling). Each pet is unique so their behavior also isn’t predictable, what works for one person might not for someone else
Help! My pets keep walking in the way of my stove, I'm burning all my food!
Pets are all very unique, so tips that work for some people don't work for everyone. My pets never get in the way of my stoves, for example. If you have a clingy pet, they will more naturally follow you around regardless, and try to get your attention by moving in front of you. Can try:
- putting your stoves in a different part of your house they don't normally go to
- feeding them/play/pet/clean them to full so they don't bother you as much
- putting your stoves on the second floor of your house
- putting your stoves on a table so that they're elevated off the ground (pets can walk through furniture, this is intended)
- building a fence around your stoves
As a last resort, you can find someone who has stoves set out at their plot and use their’s instead

I wish pets couldnt walk through solid items, fences and bushes. Why cant we have a normal game play. I love taking care of them, but most of the time they are glitched. I log in and can feed and pet each of the cats once. Once they are on my lot, 2 of them disappear into a thin air. Now my dog started glitching too and I cant interact with him. This is a day one bug/glitch with pets. How can you expect me using gacha when game is half of the time broken? How can you expect me using gacha, when I cant get what I want from this game. When you didnt fix bugs/glitches that are there from day 1. You keep pushing out new pay content, but dont fix pets. How can you expect me to have any respect for you and to give you any money? Not to mention everything else that is going on.

I feel like this happens because you go 'afk' if you dont left click for a while, but you dont exit afk while using any other buttons, like you can be playing actively but go afk just for not left clicking. (Im not good with verbalising sorry if this doesnt make sense). This is annoying in events as usually the buttons used are keys, and out of habit i use the right click to move my camera (roblox lmao)
It does happen to me too i just click F ( on pc ) for 5 minutes straight because we have perfume and bait why bother moving, and then i found out how to make the system think we not afk just jump

Suddenly experiencing high ping spikes (game is opened through Steam), is this connected to the Steam issue or is it on Heartopia’s end?
So i went to a fishing event on mobile and then got stuck in place and couldnt move and now this

When I pick up a tool, it puts me directly in position as if I were still pressing the click button. I am forced to use my tool in mid-air, and when I jump, the same thing happens. Now I can't even move, even when I reset my position, and the bug doesn't go away when I restart the game!

When i log into the game on my pc (i was logging in from my iPad and getting a blue screen, according to a riend who saw me in the game, who said I was stuck on the bridge leading to te ice rink), it freezes until I open my watch or my backpack. Sometimes it does. Its a recipe so they might missed the prompt
if they missed clicking the prompt to learn it then it should be in their bag. I've found mine in there but if bag is full it goes to mail after.

I wish the music store system gets fixed and just show all the CDs from friends. I get that its randomized, but it doesnt help that the odds of getting the CD I want gets lesser because my friends publish a lot of 00:00 empty CDs

I'm almost at the point of giving the game up. Sick of wasting coins and rainbow bouquets just for my pets to plonk their asses in front of my stoves 🤦🏼♀️ burnt so many dishes and moved my stoves so many times I'm tired.
I don't feed them at all there high lvls and hustle ppl for food! But they just keep standing where I'm standing
If you havent tried the repair button, it may fix it. Other than that, make a recording and send it into the support center and tell them all the steps you've done
This entire time and all the attempts to clear these dream goals, I was playing them backwards >.< The drums have to be played first, theeeeeen the recorder. I've been playing the recorder first because it's holdable

A friend of mine tried by setting her stoves on the roof of her greenhouse, so far the pets haven't been bothering her

It's such a simple fix to write it into the code that the square in front of stoves excludes the ability for pets to enter. Unsure why it hasn't been fixed yet.

When you send the suggestion, you do / and start typing the word ‘suggest’, and some discord commands should appear. Click the one for the suggestion, then write your suggestion, and it should send it as a little box if you follow the instructions. I’ve never used the bot myself, so that’s unfortunately as much as I can advise

what happens when you use the wand? does the tool work, just can't switch anything out?
if hte game doesn't let you quit, might need to manually force quit the window/game and reboot. then try re-entering the game to see if the UI came back with the force quit
If it didn't, force quit and reboot again, and before entering the town again, on the start screen, click 'repair' - this should restart the game and repair any corrupted files, and hopefully bring back the ui
hsould be a visual glitch, happens every so often. switching towns should fix it, but maybe the game is trying to tell you something secret about your chara /j
the requirements are just when you unlock the possibility to go out, but the pets have their own preferences. as a species, cats dont really like going out, so that's expected behavior. there are some personalities of cats that will refuse to go out completely as well, even if you meet the requirements.
if you have a clingy cat, it seems like clingy cats will sometimes jump onto your head without being prompted
a few people have said that they managed to get the cats to go out by fully feeding/petting/washing them, then spamming the 'go out' button. it's not guaranteed to work, but that's one possibility to try

The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
- Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here)
- DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)
once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection
If you're playing on PC, try updating your graphics card.

when the event ends, all flowers will essentially be frozen as they are, so if they are not fully grown, they won't grown any more than that. if they are fully grown, they will stay that way.
flowers/seeds will stay in your inventory, you can keep them. they won't get removed, they just won't grow/more can't be planted. same with radish
shes walking around the centre, just says 'you can find Anne now'
yeah, dogs are much easier to go out because they usually say 'yes' immediately, but cats dont

what does the quest card say specifically? there's 2 different types of quests they ask us to do, one of which uses items already in your inventory, and one of which you need to collect new items after getting the quest

Switching towns def fixed it, since it resets all the pets to the front lawn! next time it happens ill keep going to build mode to see if i can force it lol.
theres a few ways to switch towns!
option 1: go to your watch >> friends list, then pick a friend who is online and teleport to their town. warning, this Does give your friend a notification that you went to their town
option 2: go to your watch >> settings >> uhh. i can't remember what the button is called, but there's something called 'return to login'. that will take you back to the start screen, and then you can click the windmill icon to pick a room, either from your friend's list or from 'all towns'
- note, if you click 'start' without selecting a town, it will put you back into the same town with the same glitches, so make sure to select a different town to clear any glitches

Ive even tried looking at task manager and it's only ever at 45-ish% usage when the game is open. It shouldnt be overloading it like that.

yeah, i can run my game with high graphics bc i know my pc can handle it but for some reason every time i pass through a huge house i have huge fps drops and my game gets slow. then it comes back to normal but it keeps lagging sometimes or things just dont work properly

Help! My character is walking on their own without my input / I can’t move after pulling out a tool / my tools are aiming themselves on PC!
Please check for any controllers plugged in to your PC, and unplug them if there are. This can include Bluetooth devices like headsets, or any Logitech devices, or (sometimes) keyboards. They need to be fully disconnected, not just turned off. Then restart the game.
If it turns out to be your keyboard, it may be due to conflicts with default keyboard drivers being mis-detected as controllers, which the game doesn't support. You can temporarily fix this by:
- Open Device Manager on your PC
- Expand the Human Interface Devices section
- Right-click and Disable the following 2 devices:
HID-compliant consumer control device
HID-compliant game controller
This should temporarily resolve the issue

I’ve had a serious issue with this game over the past few days and today I’m getting desperate. I’ve been receiving update notifications more than 5 times in a week, which means I have to download 2.27 GB each time. I even reinstalled the application and downloaded everything again because I thought that might stop the issue.
But last night I got another notification to update and this morning right after I finished updating, I received another notification just one second later telling me to update again.
What is going wrong? It costs a lot of data and most of the time I’m not using Wi Fi. I’ve asked my friends and this isn’t happening to them. I’ve spent a lot on this game but instead of relaxing, it’s making me stressed now

Something really disturbing happened to me in Heartopia. While I was out hunting and completing my tasks, someone entered my house and left a painting with a sexual image. It was very disturbing and honestly scary.

the devs dont look in the server for feedback/reports, so if you added it to your report in the report center, that’s where they will see it to verify the information

Has anyone got the GAMG full membership lately? I just purchased it and it says it's for 30 days but my timer shows only 28. I tried to submit a ticket to CS but it won't let me upload the images. Just curious if anyone else has had the issue as well.
did you already have a membership before this one? if your previous membership ended, the game holds further rewards for up to 7 days - this means that if you purchase another membership, it extends the membership based on how many days worth of rewards were being held
eg if your first membership ended on day 30, the game holds your rewards for day 31 and day 32, and then you bought a second membership on day 33, then the new membership actually 'started' on day 31 and not day 33, and it gives you the held rewards now that the membership is active again
hopefully that is understandable

if you tell us what sort of error message you're getting, we can help suggest any community fixes that have been found if it's a common issues. unfortunately just saying 'something must be wrong' doesn't give us much of a clue 
unfortunately it's week 6 now, so the boxes you see don't count for the previous week's quests anymore 
should be a bug, i had 2 of the same banner on my game for a bit and could click on the socmeds again to clear the red dot. report it to the customer support center
I don't understand this holding rewards thing. What rewards are being held? My previous membership ended. It was done gone no more no rewards nothing paying for the bus stop all day today so no rewards anymore. So I just bought the membership again to get the rewards going again and it shows I only got 28 days and not the full 30 like it should have being I just paid for a new set of 30 days. I'm confused cause I'm losing 2 days worth of rewards. But it's fine. I won't buy the membership ever again.
for billing issues, will need to contact support directly. check to make sure you bought the item to the correct server (eg if you play on global server, make sure you bought the rewards for global server and not asia, etc)

the membership gives you some blue gems and exhibition tickets every day, right? when your membership is active, a little banner appears when you log in that that says "membership daily rewards (1d accumulated)"
if you miss a day to log in while your membership is active, it will accumulate the rewards and give them to you the next time you log in ( eg "2d accumulated" ) so that you don't miss out on them
this applies also to when the membership expires - even if your membership is no longer active, it will accumulate the daily rewards until your membership is active again, or until the 7 days deadline is over (where it says "accumulates up to 7 days" in the membership description). but if you activate the membership to extend the days, the game will consider those accumulated days as part of your membership already
so say for example, if your first membership ended on march 4th and the game no longer gave you the daily rewards/etc, then for march 4th, the rewards you would have gotten will sit there and wait for you. if you buy the pass on march 5th, then the game gives you the rewards for march 4th and march 5th together, which is considered 2 days of your membership

the onsen eggs arent cooked on a stove, that's why! if you go to the onsen bus stop, there should be wire baskets in the river nearby - you cook the eggs in those

do you see on the gacha banner, there's a brown bar that says Next X draws guarantee Unobtained Rare Exhibit? that's the countdown to your next pity for each banner, unfortunately if you hit max pity every time, it does take several hundred pulls to collect everything

Im misssing rewards like it shows up on the day it refreshes but im not receiving it loke any of it
Help! My character is walking on their own without my input / I can’t move after pulling out a tool / my tools are aiming themselves on PC!
Please check for any controllers plugged in to your PC, and unplug them if there are. This can include Bluetooth devices like headsets, or any Logitech devices, or (sometimes) keyboards. They need to be fully disconnected, not just turned off. Then restart the game.
If it turns out to be your keyboard, it may be due to conflicts with default keyboard drivers being mis-detected as controllers, which the game doesn't support. You can temporarily fix this by:
- Open Device Manager on your PC
- Expand the Human Interface Devices section
- Right-click and Disable the following 2 devices:
HID-compliant consumer control device
HID-compliant game controller
This should temporarily resolve the issue
hmmm. i'd suggest getting a screenshot of your exhibition passes too, and then take a picture tomorrow so that you can send it to support to prove you aren't getting the passes. you should be getting 2 exhibition passes a day with the full membership. are you getting the gems correctly? 50 blue gems a day?

how about penguin materials after the winter season end?
it's a generic message while the game verifies that there isn't anything in the blueprint that breaks their rules, it's not actually under suspension
players are not sure if it's possible to get more penguin materials after the event ends. it's in the list of rare materials in the paid shop, but don't know if it will stay there
and also can we still use it to build walls, windows, doors, and even furniture in the future?
i hope there will be information from dev team before the event ends.
as long as you have the materials needed, you'll still be able to build things, as far as we're aware of. but we don't know if it's possible to get more once it's used up
