I can’t seem to ever interact with my cat (one in strawberry outfit) it’s very rare when I can but even if it does show that it has a gift for me I can’t get it but no issue with my dog.
I feel bad cause I can’t even feed my cat plus I keep getting notifications saying there is something wrong with it I’m assuming cause I haven’t been able to care for it
If you go into build mode and then come out again you can usually interact with them again idk why it happens but it seems to work for me

Eu não recebi o pacote em uma delas e pedi o reembolso pelo cartão.
Foi feito um reembolso do jogo heartopia na conta errada.
Com o cartão que não foi contatado.
Literalmente reembolsaram um cartão que nem estava relacionado com e caso.
E dai aconteceu outro problema por causa disso, pois:
Quando o reembolso foi processado por vocês já havia sido comprado o VIP para o outro mês 25 de fevereiro e esse VIP desapareceu quando vocês tiraram a compra de janeiro. Não sei porque, e como a minha conta estava com alguns recursos bloqueados foi comprado ainda mais um para arrumar a compra enquanto o caso é verificado esse foi dia 3 de março.
Eu não quero o reembolso, eu nunca quis que nada fosse reembolsado des do começo na conta da minha mãe, mas teria como ou o pagamento que agora se perdeu e não tem mais o VIP ser considerado para a compra de 25 de janeiro; Ou que vocês estendam o meu VIP atual com a quantidade de dias que o da compra de 25 de fevereiro ainda tinha sobrando?
Eu não sei o que fazer sobre essa situação, por favor verificar.

I started playing yesterday and am currently doing the Hobby : Gardening quest and I’ve been trying to complete the part where it asks me to water the crops but when I do water them it doesn’t count as “watering” them.. I tried planting new crops but it still doesn’t work and I don’t know what to do because I can’t really continue on with the game
So on the MLP badge section, i've opened couple of rainbow flower packages, and i need Applejack's playfulness badge, i've gotten it 4 times now but everytime i go to the game, even if i reset it, i still do NOT have the badge. Please help

Pets are all very unique, so tips that work for some people don't work for everyone. My pets never get in the way of my stoves, for example. If you have a clingy pet, they will more naturally follow you around regardless, and try to get your attention by moving in front of you. Can try:
- putting your stoves in a different part of your house they don't normally go to
- feeding them/play/pet/clean them to full so they don't bother you as much
- putting your stoves on the second floor of your house
- putting your stoves on a table so that they're elevated off the ground (pets can walk through furniture, this is intended)
- building a fence around your stoves
As a last resort, you can find someone who has stoves set out at their plot and use their’s instead

It does arrive late for some players yeah! We’ve so far guessed that it may have to do with when your payment provider releases/processes the transaction, for example sometimes Apple will group transactions together and delay when it’s processed until way later (sometimes a week).
It sounds like you have a network issue, which is the game’s fault and not your network’s fault
Unfortunately switching networks (eg Wifi —> LTE) during log-in is our most commonly-suggested fix that works for people, but you should be able to switch back to your regular network once you get past the log in stage
Here’s some other things we usually suggest:
Help! I can't log in / I'm getting a timeout error / It's stuck at loading / I suddenly have high ping / etc
The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
- Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here)

Unfortunately I’ve never tried deleting my account before, so I don’t know the process much more than what is publicly visible
Aa far as I know, you go to the support center to open a ticket, and one of the ticket options is called “Account Deletion”. I believe this will delete all of your server accounts, not just for one server, but since you no longer wish to support the studio, that shouldn’t be an issue for you
The staff usually respond back to inquiries within 1-2 business days, so if you opened a ticket in the relevant category for account deletion, I don’t know of any other way to delete your account. Hopefully the process goes smoothly for you now that it’s the weekday in China again

I'm having issues where if I interact with my dog (to feed, pet, train, etc) then I can't interact with my cats after. I won't be able to interact with them for a while, even after restarting the game. This means I can't feed them or anything, and in some cases interacting with your pets is a daily quest so this bug can interfere with that as well.
Similarly, there's a bug where one of my pets (usually a cat) will jump straight into the sky and disappear for random amounts of time.
Help! I can't interact with my pet because it has no action bubbles!
It has glitched on an action, as a temporary fix you can:
- go into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit, or
- switch to a new town to reset both of your positions back to the front of your house
either of these should clear the glitched action and let it be interactable again
you can use these same tricks to tell your pets to stop pretending to be birds!

Hi there. I just lost my account. My sister was able to create an account using my Gmail, even though I was already using it, and now I have lost all my progress. When I log in, her account appears instead of mine. It's weird because she and I had different nicknames and UID but still the same Gmail.
Is there a way to recover my account?
do you have any other emails that you might have used to log in when you first created your account? the game doesn't make it very clear which email is being used to create the account, so a lot of players have signed out only to realize it was a completely different email
if you have any other emails, try using those emails to log in and see if they have an account attached to them already

are you sure your sister didn't just go into your game and change your character? it's an entirely new game that started over from the tutorial?
your character in the america server and the global one will have different UIDs 
that how usually it is, what we doing is just checking if ur own acc is any of those servers, and maybe ur sis in a diff server
Nah, she told my account was there, already synced so I told her to log out and add another gmail, she was able to access from zero the account so I thought she logged out

My global and America account were in sync, I never had to start from zero
it's not possible, because characters don't transfer between the different servers. so if you started on global first, then go to america, when you play on america server, you would have restarted over with a new character
and both of them ur sis acc? there no way ur sis will do both servers same way as u

it's also not possible to have the same UID in both servers, since they're different characters

i think it means she's playing on one server (global or america), and you're playing on the other server
as a test, you can try to add her as a friend using her UID. if she's on a different server, you won't be able to find her account to add and it will fail
I don't know, she only played America server but I was able to access Global and the America server, maybe a bug or idk and my account was sync

Thank you for answering my question! Turns out I did something wrong on my end involving deleting it. There’s a way to do so in the Settings while logged in and playing in a town and I started the deletion process from there. For your reference since you mentioned you’ve never attempted deleting an account before (and you were kind enough to answer my question! Thank you again!) it seems it takes 15 days for an account deletion to be finalized through that method! Thank you again and I hope things improve for the game, though I won’t be seeing those improvements with you. Have a wonderful day!

can you have her check her backpack and warehouse for a voucher? the voucher is automatically removed from the gift box once it's received from the mailbox, and is placed as a seperate item in her inventory that needs to be manually activated

if it's a network error, it's because the game isn't optimized well, not because your network is poor.
first, can you try clicking 'repair'? it's the button in the top corner in your first screenshot
if that doesn't work, try out networking tips:

The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
- Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here)
- DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)
once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection

can you have her go to the start page, and click the globe icon to confirm which server she was playing on (america, global, etc). most likely, when she did the re-install, it tried to log her in to a different server than the one she'd been playing on before

Please check for any controllers plugged in to your PC, and unplug them if there are. This can include Bluetooth devices like headsets, or any Logitech devices, or (sometimes) keyboards. They need to be fully disconnected, not just turned off. Then restart the game.
If it turns out to be your keyboard, it may be due to conflicts with default keyboard drivers being mis-detected as controllers, which the game doesn't support. You can temporarily fix this by:
- Open Device Manager on your PC
- Expand the Human Interface Devices section
- Right-click and Disable the following 2 devices:
HID-compliant consumer control device
HID-compliant game controller
This should temporarily resolve the issue

I have an odd technical issue. It says I've completed the pictures for the cracked eggs and even have the onsen egg recipe, but for some reason I can't seem to make it?
It doesn't show on the normal stove or the event one so I can't make it..
the onsen egg isn't cooked on a stove - go to the onsen bus stop (normal bus stop, not the event one), and check out the little river thing nearby -- there hsould be some wire baskets there, you cook the eggs in the wire baskets

Have you tried checking as well if your graphics driver is updated?
Since it worked before the recent update it could be a driver issue. I can give you a step to roll back the driver if verify game file integrity on steam did not work

Hello, is anyone else having an issue with game sound after feeding an animal? Everytime I feed an animal, I come out of the trough & though I still hear game music, my game sound is gone so anything my character does, ride bikes, fish, forage etc, has no sound at all, to fix it I have to open map & close it again, if that could be fixed pls. Yes, common bug. It should resolve itself over time, but if you can capture video proof that it’s happening after feeding the troughs, and what’s affected, please send it to their support so they can be aware of the issue

Um is anyone else unable to play heartopia after the recent update? I tried to update it through steam, it kept telling me "Missing download files" every time it was close to finishing the update, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling heartopia, and then it let me launch the game, but after I did I just sat in the loading screen, it was just loading with no % icon
So I reinstalled the old launcher i used (TapTap) and installed heartopia there, relaunched it, and it did the same thing
So I left it loading over night for several hours and I wake up today to find it's still loading, and I'm unable to play Heartopia

Help! My pets keep walking in the way of my stove, I'm burning all my food!
Pets are all very unique, so tips that work for some people don't work for everyone. My pets never get in the way of my stoves, for example. If you have a clingy pet, they will more naturally follow you around regardless, and try to get your attention by moving in front of you. Can try:
- putting your stoves in a different part of your house they don't normally go to
- feeding them/play/pet/clean them to full so they don't bother you as much
- putting your stoves on the second floor of your house
- putting your stoves on a table so that they're elevated off the ground (pets can walk through furniture, this is intended)
- building a fence around your stoves
As a last resort, you can find someone who has stoves set out at their plot and use their’s instead
I don't think so? the only one i've ever had is ESET Endpoint and I had that when I first started playing and heartopia ran perfectly fine
I've never gotten an antivirus error or anything
Try switching towns, if that doesn’t work, use the winter event banner to teleport to a different location (concert area, fishing, bugcatching, etc)
So the recent maintenance added a file that is being flagged by many antivirus, including ESET, as malware, but it should be a false positive. That’s why the game says it’s missing download files.
You may need to manually exclude the file in your antivirus in order for it to not delete the file
Help! I can’t get into Heartopia due to infinite loading / my antivirus is flagging a file!
- If your antivirus is flagging a file and deleting it, you can try (on Steam) verifying the integrity of the game files, or (on your antivirus) making the file folder an exception to let it pass through. This is of course done so at your own risk, but not all antivirus are flagging the file, so it is most likely a false positive. No it won't. Think of it as creating a folder, you just made a copy of the folder. If you delete one, the other one would still be there.

Its possible your bug and mine were different. I just went to build mode, moved it over, then moved it back in place. It showed up when I left build mode. If that didnt work, I dont think im much help... sorry ._.

The item did not show up in build mode, so when I was moving it, I was basically moving 'nothing' (i couldnt see it, but I can move it). Only after moving it in build mode did it show up when I leave build mode

Help! I can’t get into Heartopia due to infinite loading / my antivirus is flagging a file!
- If your antivirus is flagging a file and deleting it, you can try (on Steam) verifying the integrity of the game files, or (on your antivirus) making the file folder an exception to let it pass through. I have a small problem: I haven't been able to redeem codes for 2 months, and another issue is that not all the birds from the event are showing up for me. I thought it was because they had a low probability.But seeing that other friends of mine are getting those birds, I'm not only missing out, but I've been going through the whole event and a specific bird has never appeared for me. I don't know if it's just me, but there's not much time left and everything... I couldn't watch this game time and there are only a few days left and I feel frustrated.

I know how to do the redemptions, but it won't let me. It says I've exceeded the limit, and well, I waited, even though I haven't redeemed any codes since January and it's already March. As for the bird, they sent it, okay, I understand.
But AMI didn't even appear for me in the third phase, even though I log in every day and do my missions and events.

When games generate a code, there’s a total limit of how many people can use that code, so even if it hasn’t reached the deadline yet, the code might have been used up already. It’s not saying you personally reached the limit of how many codes you can redeem. Try the more recent codes, as those are less likely to be expired, and make sure to copy paste the code exactly as written
It usually takes them 1-2 business days to get back to you, but depending on the billing issue, it may take longer to resolve
So my Friend cannot login to heartopia using any source at all (Tap Tap,Steam,Google, Anything) using the Site download/taptap/Steam app download....

what kind of error does it give?
Double check your log in details, especially if you have multiple emails. It might have logged in with an email you weren’t expecting, so try all of them to see if any have an account attached
Is it taking them to the website to log in, but then doesn’t log them in in the game?
First time said "Connection failed" and when you manage to get character creating it says failed to upload profile picture and finally "failed to login to town"... So we have gotten 3 different errors after 30+ total attempts to fix this

If they’re having trouble with the connection, it’s usually a problem with the game’s optimization and not with your friend’s network. Your friend could try the network tips we have to see if they help with those bugs
Help! I can't log in / I'm getting a timeout error / It's stuck at loading / I suddenly have high ping / etc
The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
- Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here)
- DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)
once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection
If you're playing on PC, try updating your graphics card.

We are on the SAME network and i can play just fine and all the other steps for updating and fixing have been attempted already...

Just because someone is on the same network, doesn’t mean the game will find it. Like I said, the game is not optimized well, so even if it works on one device, it could fail on another
I’m also not 100% sure what error your friend is getting, it sounds like there are several different errors? You said they can’t log in, but they were able to reach the character creation page?
Creation? yes... anything ever beyond that point fails outright saying "failed to connect to town"
I was fishing, and at the end of the fishing session, my character completely froze up, and now I can't move from there.

Every time I play now my cat keeps popping up with a notification that "Something is off with this kitty right now." I've tried going in and out of build mode, exitting the game, and playing or cleaning her to fix it. But honestly I don't know what it means that something is off with her.
Can you try teleporting to a different town to see if it clears the bug? You can either jump to a friend’s town from your friend’s list, or go back to the start screen and pick a different town in the windmill logo next to the start button

Your friend most likely used furniture that have a higher individual load. Not all furniture are load-weighted the same; for example, a lot of the furniture from the current treehouse banner take up a lot more load than expected

Please check for any controllers plugged in to your PC, and unplug them if there are. This can include Bluetooth devices like headsets, or any Logitech devices, or (sometimes) keyboards. They need to be fully disconnected, not just turned off. Then restart the game.
If it turns out to be your keyboard, it may be due to conflicts with default keyboard drivers being mis-detected as controllers, which the game doesn't support. You can temporarily fix this by:
- Open Device Manager on your PC
- Expand the Human Interface Devices section
- Right-click and Disable the following 2 devices:
HID-compliant consumer control device
HID-compliant game controller
This should temporarily resolve the issue

Help! My pets keep walking in the way of my stove, I'm burning all my food!
Pets are all very unique, so tips that work for some people don't work for everyone. My pets never get in the way of my stoves, for example. If you have a clingy pet, they will more naturally follow you around regardless, and try to get your attention by moving in front of you. Can try:
- putting your stoves in a different part of your house they don't normally go to
- feeding them/play/pet/clean them to full so they don't bother you as much
- putting your stoves on the second floor of your house
- putting your stoves on a table so that they're elevated off the ground (pets can walk through furniture, this is intended)
- building a fence around your stoves
As a last resort, you can find someone who has stoves set out at their plot and use their’s instead

The third image says “can’t find player information”. This is a common error message if you game is having network problems tbh

My guess is your game didn’t save your gameplay from when you purchased the other items — if it didn’t save, then you would already have the stars in your balance and the game would have no reason to give a notice

When those things happen, restarting the game never works because it will always put you in the same spot!
What you’d want to do is teleport to a new town, or teleport to a different area, such as using the winter event banner to teleport to the concert area
It won’t delete your save data, but this is a problem from the game side, not your side, so using repair won’t fix it

What? Server's are fine there are no server issues. Steam has a bad patch as of <t:1773083654:R>, steam users can no longer connect to towns after they get this patch. We're waiting for them to release a new steam patch to fix this issue.
