Help! I need to contact customer support! (to report a bug)
- From the loading screen, click the round icon in the upper corner with the headset logo.
- From the start screen, Settings (the gear icon in the top right) >> Support Center >> Contact Customer Service.
- From in-game, Settings >> Account Management >> Support Center >> Contact Customer Service
To check your tickets for their reply, go to the Support Center, click the blue-green circle with the headset icon, and a popup should appear with the option to view your current and inactive tickets. Check back on your tickets from time to time, as you won't otherwise receive a notification when they reply.



For Customer Support in-game
Open your watch
and go to Settings

Near your account ID press on a button that says account management.
Press on Support Center and then press on
.

To submit a ticket on various issues.
