do you mean it doesn't get applied to your plot? to do so you need to do a few actions because if you're doing a blueprint it doesn't instantly change your house, it just makes a new preset which you can import anytime! here's how

if your pets are stuck up in the sky or in the ground / you can't interact with them for no reason at all then enter build mode and then exit it. should help! it's a really common bug which is hopefully getting fixed soon by the developers
IF that didn't help:

• start a tea party and then cancel it
• change your town
• restart the game
• turn your wifi on and off
• go to the title screen and press the wrench button
  -# specially for stuck pets:
• enter build mode and move roof/wall your pet has been stuck in and then put it back
  alternatively you can wait for them to come down

Yeah. I reset my position. It just moved me to another place where I was still frozen. My husband teleported me to a bus stop. Didn’t do anything, still frozen. I left and re-entered. Could move for two seconds and then couldn’t anymore. I changed towns. Same thing happened.

try repair button at the title screen or just redownload the game, it'll have the same effect

Pets are very finicky, which isn’t always a bug. Because they all have different temperaments and personalities, it can be harder to board cats compared to dogs, since they’re less willing to go out in general. Some tips are to make sure it’s super happy, full/no hunger, clean, etc, but even those aren’t guarantee that it will go out. Some cat personalities just won’t go out at all… 😔 Some people in the #gameplay-help said they got it to work by spamming the go out button on the cat

Help! My character is walking on their own without my input / I can’t move after pulling out a tool on PC!

Please check for any controllers plugged in to your PC, and unplug them if there are. This can include Bluetooth devices like headsets, or any Logitech devices, or (sometimes) keyboards. They need to be fully disconnected, not just turned off. Then restart the game.

If it turns out to be your keyboard, it may be due to conflicts with default keyboard drivers being mis-detected as controllers, which the game doesn't support. You can temporarily fix this by:

1. Open Device Manager on your PC
2. Expand the Human Interface Devices section
3. Right-click and Disable the following 2 devices:

HID-compliant consumer control device
HID-compliant game controller
This should temporarily resolve the issue

it looks like you're still a part of the fishing event, but you've glitched under the boat, right? could you try going to the watch >> settings >> reset position and see if that puts you back on top of hte boat?

unfortunately there's no way to transfer characters/saves to a different server, you have to start over with a new character when you play on a different server. your old progress will still be there on the original server though

if you're okay with starting a new character and just want to play on a different server, you can go to the start screen, and instead of clicking start, click the globe icon next to it instead. you then select the server you want to play on, and then go back to click start ont he main menu, and it'll walk you through the steps to create a new character and go through the tutorial again

Hello, so I was doing the frost fish event to complete a quest. I went and started the event and for some reason I can't get one fish, AT ALL. It's been bugging me because I make sure to get close enough but the fishes never get attached to the string of the fishing rod and it's frustrating. 4 minutes and 2-3k gold, wasted for some fishes... Please, I think you need to fix something about that area because it's been like this every time I try and I'm getting tired.

its an ongoing bug! don't worry, it had been reported yet and you're not alone on that. majority of people who have finished the frostpore event collection experience that
thought there are sadly no current fixes known. the only way of dealing with it is just waiting for the next patch hoping that they'll take care of it

happens too. it's just that the fishing may be bugged in some way since hitboxes aren't quite clear especially for big fishes and sometimes they may not even register the fact that your fishing rod is a centimetre away from them
i would recommend just going to the next fish or quickly casting the rod once again. 1 time should be enough. if it's more that 3 and the fish still doesn't react then it's really strange

Make sure you’re logging in to the same google / facebook account, eg if u have multiple, try all of your emails to see if you have an account on a diff one. You should be able to sign in using a linked account, but i havent personally tested it

Please check for any controllers plugged in to your PC, and unplug them if there are. This can include Bluetooth devices like headsets, or any Logitech devices, or (sometimes) keyboards. They need to be fully disconnected, not just turned off. Then restart the game.

If it turns out to be your keyboard, it may be due to conflicts with default keyboard drivers being mis-detected as controllers, which the game doesn't support. You can temporarily fix this by:

1. Open Device Manager on your PC
2. Expand the Human Interface Devices section
3. Right-click and Disable the following 2 devices:

is it just me or the cooking level 10 is kinda rigged wrong? I've spent two weeksish in level 7-9 and everytime i finish cooking, 40% of it will be 1 star, while 60% of it is any stars that r not 1. But after i upgrade my cooking to level 10 60-80% of my cooking is 1 star, and 30-40% is other stars. (most of the other stars are stuck at 2-3). The rate that bread with no flour pop up also felt less than before. If this is the case, why even make a level 10? to downgrade me back to level 4?

As far as I’m aware of, account deletion = deleting your entire account, not just one server. There’s currently no way to delete just one profile/one server

You can only scan a bird once from each bird perch, and that goes for everyone — so if person A takes the photo of the bird, person B can’t come by and take another photo of it. Most people hide their perches or don’t bother with them as a result of this haha

Might honestly be easier to buy a perch yourself and take photos whenever there’s a bird. When you get level 2 birdwatching, you unlock the ability to submit bird cards to Bailey J. You can randomly get bird cards seeds as a reward, which you can put in the bird perches to increase your chances of attracting birds

make sure youre typing the google account correctly on both. if you have any other google account, try using that to sign in also and see if an account is registered

hard to tell if it's a user issue or a game issue bc half the people who encounter this problem end up realizing they used the wrong sign in details, and the other half we can't figure out a solution and end up sending them to official customer support

The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:

• Restarting your router
• Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
• Going on Airplane mode, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back off

A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:

• a different WiFi
• 5G, LTE
• Cellphone data / hotspot
• VPN (Proton VPN is used by a lot of players here)
• DNS (Warp 1.1.1.1 is recommended by one of the helpers here)
  once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection

unfortunately if there's a high traffic of players at hte moment, it can strain the servers and create lag. and unfortunately the game's optimization isn't great, so sometimes it has trouble finding a network even if your connection is solid.

a few things you can try to lessen it:

reboot your network and/or try a different network to see if it helps.

towns with a lot of fancy mansions can also create lag, since there's more assets for the game to load in. in that case, you can try playing around with your graphics settings to find one that creates less strain on your device, or even try playing in a town with less people to see if it helps

you can also check to see if you have enough memory on your device. if you're playing on PC, you'll want to check for space on your C drive, even if it's not where you installed the game, since the game still passes information through that drive

a reboot of your device can also sometimes solve lag by clearing away old memory files that are no longer needed. this can happen if you don't shut down your device every so often

rip ur truffles 😔 i tried to look up whether there's anything that could be softlocking you, but it's a cooking lv1 recipe so?? i'm not sure what could possibly be softlocking u. u could still look to see if you have any quests/etc that you haven't done (gossip quests, etc) but i don't think that's the reason, considering the unlock condition is to even realize u can replace truffles into the orig recipe

you could try reinstalling and see if that helps, if not, you might need to reach out to support for this one

tbh sometimes the most random things can softlock you, so i wouldnt be surprised if it was something unrelated to cooking

please make sure you purchased it to the correct server in your account, sometimes people accidentally purchases passes/etc to the wrong server (eg they play on America server but buy it for Asia server instead).

When you refund in a real store, you also give back what you purchased. The mute / unable to plant only happens if you go into negative heart balance, due to using the hearts before the refund

If you have a new disk with space, Steam might still be trying to use your C: drive for temporary update files, or the library path isn't set correctly. Try these three things:

1. Check the Default Drive: Go to Steam > Settings > Storage. Click the '+' icon at the top to make sure your new disk is added as a Steam Library. Once added, click the three dots '...' next to the new drive and select 'Make Default'.

I restarted my game. I noticed 1 shard of each color from last weekend in my storage, when added to my backpack it attend up to 50 total, so I guess they just weren’t showing how many of each had until it was only pockets. All in all they were found, it was just weird.

While it is in the TOS that they may ban people for exploiting glitches, imo they seem to mean glitches that give you items or something that benefits your account. I don't think overlapping items counts, I see a lot of people doing that for builds so I wouldn't personally worry :^) Very cute idea btw!

it's just the cats being really picky. you need to make sure it's full and also fill it with cat food / favourite food of your cat specifically, not universal one (ive heard it helps but not entirely sure in that)
you need to wait a while for them to even start considering eating from it

There's a maximum amount of people that can be in a forum thread at any one time - this is a Discord limitation, unfortunately. This means that anyone already in the thread can message in it without issue, but new people can't join in. The mods create new threads whenever one fills up, so check the title of the thread you're trying to join, and look for similar titles but with numbers (eg 2, 3, etc). The one with the biggest number is the newest thread, and is most likely still open for people to join. You can't create your own thread, need to use the pre-made ones

Have you tried attaching it to the stairs first before moving the whole thing onto the balcony? Alternatively, try doing it in the other build mode (where your character stands there with you). I think the other mode has more accuracy when trying to place it onto precise blocks, since you’re trying to lock it to the side of the flooring

tbf, ppl are spending more when its the other gacha because theres always a chance for dupes. i think this ones the safer one to spend on bc at least ur guaranteed to get all the items within X number of rolls, but the cost goes up astronomically

this only last 15-20 days since it is limited time discount
