It has glitched on an action, as a temporary fix you can:
- go into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit, or
- switch to a new town to reset both of your positions back to the front of your house
either of these should clear the glitched action and let it be interactable again

if you repeat the same word/phrase in your post, the bot will assume it's spam and give you a warning, eg if i use the same emoji 5x in the same post, it will warn me too 😂

but as long as you're not repeatedly getting a warning in a short amount of time, i think it's okay to ignore the bot. i've gotten multiple warnings from the bot but haven't seen any consequences so 🤷
ur post should've posted without issue, the bot just gives a warning to let u know that ur doing something that it's detecting as spam-esque
The icon when cooking is not showing i burnt food more than 10 times already and with crops and fish that are hard to get and been happening for a few days now.. This is really disappointing already.

is anyone else experiencing really bad lag? i was in a town by myself, graphic settings set to the lowest it can be without making things in game not work, and i lost three fish because i couldn’t reel them in due to lag.
I bit ago I stated an issue where heartopia gets stuck around the 95% mark when loading into a town on my steam deck, I initially fixed it by hitting the repair button before joining however this issue has come back. If this is a bug please let me know so I should report it or if there’s a permanent fix.

hmmm. try reloading / switching towns to see if it's a visual glitch, if you don't have unlearned recipes hanging out somewhere, they should show up in the regular stove. they won't show up in the collection until you cook them for the first time, so can't use that to verify if you have the recipe or not
unfortunately the game isn't optimized for controllers, so you'll get bugs on steam deck regardless. RE: getting stuck while loading in, check out the tips below:

- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN
once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection

Heya, i didnt get to claim the event (i started with 3000) awards because at the same second i got the 'new record' pop up, and all i could eventually click on was the door icon that exits the event. I cant find any of the gacha in my backpack either!
i haven't heard any news about controller support in the future, but the game devs haven't really announced future plans as far as i'm aware of, so it'd be easier to ask them for it through a ticket so they know there's demand for it

could you try either switching towns or going into build mode for a few seconds, moving a piece of furniture, then save and exiting? it looks like your stoves glitched, which happens frequently with pets, and those two tips usually temporarily fix it for players for pets glitching

No idea if this has happened for anyone else. I just got to level 30 DG last night and unlocked the island. I bought some more land to make it bigger and tried solobuilding and my character just falls through the map and falls into the void. I push complete and it takes me back to just falling, and there's nothing I can do but leave.
I used my data and i can log on to my acct but when i used wifi still timed out. Then i forget the wifi and still the same
if u want to use wifi try downloading dns i usually use warp 1.1.1.1

i haven't bought the membership myself so not sure if it applies to self-purchases, but when the membership is gifted to other people, they have to activate it manually by finding the voucher in their inventory and activating it through the item description

Hiii, I don't know why my game doesn't show the snow anymore and the animals (bunnies, capybaras, etc.)
Is anyone elses island bugged. I try solobuilding and I just fall through the void
Snow will pile up and melt, that's expected behaviour, but sometimes the game's visuals will glitch also haha. Wild animals spawn in randomly as well, and sometimes wander pretty far from their troughs, but if you're sure they're missing from your game (eg one time my fox trough just didn't load in but I could still interact with it), you can try switching towns to reset any glitches/minor bugs
If you're early-enough DG level, I think wild animals also just don't spawn in, but I could be wrong about that 
I can't find any of the animals around 
check near the troughs, and then spread out a bit, the wild animals don't always spawn in lots of them at a time and they like to wander when they do spawn in. like the alpaca likes to wander onto the other side of the beach from where the trough is
If you have a quest to interact with a wild animal, you can use the quest tracker to locate the nearest wild animal, but otherwise i don't think there's a way to find them except by chance 
have you tried using the repair game button? iirc it's in the top corner on the start screen

I go to the island all is fine. I bought some more land to build on. Go to solo build and I instantly start falling. And I push complete and it takes me back and I'm still falling just not in build mode.

Normal is fine, it only happens on the island which I just unlocked last night and figured I'd check out this morning.
you could try switching your network if possible (eg WiFi --> LTE) to see if it's a network issue (from the game's side), though if you don't encounter the same bug in your normal plot, it's probably not that
i think it's a good idea either way to get a video of it and send it to the game's support center so they're aware it's an issue

So I went up to the island thingy where you go to go to your island and decided to click the little house with the spanner thing on it and it took me to the island and I could start building right away, no problem. But if I go to the island and THEN click solo build I start falling. So it seems to work, just not when I click solo build on the island.

Tried switching towns and that didn’t work. Luckily I had them at my house so I just put them back into my inventory, and so it added them back in after doing . That was weird! Thanks for the help! I’m gonna keep an eye on that.
the display for the badges is pretty glitchy, so it's possible that it couldn't detect the badges since they weren't in your bag/warehouse 😂 glad it fixed tho

But it says you only get unobtained rare exhibit. So it shouldn't dupe the WizardHat Cape right because It's in the rare exhibit item type

It’s saying you can roll a maximum of 25 times before you’re guaranteed a non-duplicate rare item, so it’s still possible to get rare duplicates before the 25th roll. The pity only resets once you get the unobtained rare
So when you got the hair, that reset your pity for the next rare item back to the 25th roll. If you get a rare dupe on the 5th roll after, it doesn’t affect the pity number. But if you roll all the way to the 25th one, that 25th roll will be guaranteed to be something you haven’t gotten before
The main gacha page has a countdown that tells you when your next guaranteed rare is

Ty so much i will try that bc its been like 2 days with that message, i can't log in
sound from oven randomly cutting out except for when a skillcheck comes up? first time it happened music was playing from the phonograph, 2nd time it happened the oven fan was on above it. sound of crickets was still going in the background of the game so i know it wasn't the enitre game but a specific sound source.

Pardon me, I have a question, I recently downloaded the game on my pc and it keeps saying "incorrect Device time. Please restore normal time before playing" im confused? I downloaded it first on mobile, but idk if that messed it up?
Is your device set to automatic and/or are you using a vpn that changes your device time? The game is detecting that your device’s time is different from your local time, so you may need to set your device time to automatic, or enable the game to see your local time for verification.
My device is set to the right time zone but the game keeps putting itself in UTC-5 and not -6 🥲

I think it’s mis-detecting your local time then, hmm. I saw someone else in here with a similar issue, maybe check your networj if you can, and see what time that’s set to?

The game detects your local time when displaying, so for example if you play from PST, it’ll show PST in your watch. whereas the server itself runs off EST, so the daily reset happens at 6am EST (3AM PST)
Did they try all of the options, including the ones in the troubleshooting guide linked at the bottom?

yeah thats my thought, if both the backpack and mailbox is full maybe the game doesnt have a backup for where items can go and so it fails
Check your backpack — if it’s full, check your mailbox. And if it’s not there either, check your storage, but items don’t usually go there on their own unless you’re accepting them from the mailbox
if you don’t see it in any of those three places, try rebooting the game, could be a visual glitch

- Expand the Human Interface Devices section

it's a visual bug, it usually goes away on its own yeah. sometimes it takes a few town switches and/or manually clicking on it instead of using tab

the hat also does not lift up for me, i'm not sure if that's a bug or intended. worth opening a ticket with their customer support to task about it, in case it is a bug, but the hat's position doesn't look very lifted from the head in the screenshot you sent of the lifted version (the sleeve lines up with the trim on the lion head, which matches your avatar's sleeve position) so i think it may be fixed to the head. but customer support will know for sure whether it's a bug or not

pets are very unique, so tips that work for some people don't work for everyone. my pets never get in the way of my stoves, for example. if you have a clingy pet, they will more naturally follow you around regardless, and try to get your attention by moving in front of you
- try putting your stoves in a different part of your house they don't normally go to
- try feeding them/play/pet them to full so they don't bother you as much
- try putting your stoves on the second floor of your house
- try putting your stoves on a table so that they're elevanted off the ground (pets can walk through furniture, this is intended)
i wasnt paying attentoin when i logged in today, so no idea if i got mine or not. i wish there was a log like there is for the gacha rolls

I’m unsure if this is a wider problem or just a me problem, when I try to use a fishing rod my character will get frozen in that spot. I end up having to hard reset the game so it’s made fishing near impossible.

try clicking repair files in the start screen, if you're playing on steam, i think steam also has a button to verify integrity of game files? not sure what that one does, but repair files in the game might help fix the issue. if it doesn't, try doing a full reinstall

Oh, you mean the recipe changed while it was in the shop? Did the server reset time happen between the times you looked?
It’s because the bot detects when posts repeat the same words over and over, as it thinks its spam
The bot will automatically warn you when anything is repeated 4x in your message. So for you, it’s “ Rainbow Flower “ which was repeated 4x.
So it’s detecting the repeated use of nebula/shining/etc
nah this was like an hour after server reset already, i logged in on mobile and saw it was there and decided to switch over to my computer and now it's a rattan cat bed instead of the recipe

To check your tickets for their reply, go to the Support Center, click the blue-green circle with the headset icon, and a popup should appear with the option to view your current and inactive tickets. Check back on your tickets from time to time, as you won't otherwise receive a notification when they reply.
For now, I would report it to Customer Support and try the game on a different device ( if it bothers you a lot

The only method that worked for another player who got stuck in a similar place is forced teleportation to a new town. So ask a friend to join a different town from you, then have them open a tea party and invite you to it. When you accept the invitation, it should teleport you to your house in the new town

Unfortunately I havent tried returning a gift, I only heard from others that they’ve done it so I know it’s possible. You could try the shop to see if it’s possible to send it back using the gift option there, since it’s already in your inventory, but I don’t know if that works. You’ll need to buy wrapping paper to send a gift

What I know is that sometimes purchases get bundled and charged at a later date. For example, I use Apple and recently got charged an amount for purchases I made weeks ago. Maybe going back and checking with the site where you made your payment will also bring some clarity ?

Help! My pets keep walking in the way of my stove, I'm burning all my food!
Pets are all very unique, so tips that work for some people don't work for everyone. My pets never get in the way of my stoves, for example. If you have a clingy pet, they will more naturally follow you around regardless, and try to get your attention by moving in front of you
- try putting your stoves in a different part of your house they don't normally go to
- try feeding them/play/pet them to full so they don't bother you as much
- try putting your stoves on the second floor of your house
- try putting your stoves on a table so that they're elevated off the ground (pets can walk through furniture, this is intended)
- try putting a fence around your stoves

Did you already have red daisies unlocked in the collection? All flower colors are grouped under one item, because the different colors are equivalent to different star versions. Red and and white daisies are both 1-star daisies, so they won’t create separate entries in the collection

That’s unfortunate, the full reinstall worked for others with the same problem so far. Do you have any controllers plugged in that could be interfering with the connection, could also be Bluetooth, Logitech, etc, it’s not the usual glitch I associate with controllers but might as well ask to rule it out.

Basically long-pressing or holding down on an item will automatically select it to start sending it and other items to your storage.
It can be a little sensitive at times so don’t be surprised if you tap it once and it thinks you’re trying to send items to the storage.
Have you tried pressing in the box area and typing ? The cursor is invisible but should still allow you to type.

The whole “ Login Timed Out “ issue has been around as a bug for months ( since the first beta test in November ). I’m personally not sure what triggers it or why it only happens to some players and not others. If you want to stay on your WiFi I recommend using a VPN ( everyone with this issue is using Proton which is free and easy to use ).

Sorry I'm not sure if this is a known bug, but I bought a recipe (Honey Separator) this morning and then I came back to the shop just now and it changed to a minimalist bed and the recipe I bought is now gone from my collection 🥹 (also sorry if this is the wrong channel for this!)

ive tried resetting my game, logging out, repairing it.. nothings helped. i finished and creafted all the winter frost items and am supposed to get the 30 stars but it won't let me actually recieve the stars. i press on it and it just shows the star info and how many i have, but the gift icon showing i need to claim it is still there. its been a week

Guys, help. I can’t start the game on TapTap. It’s always stuck at 100% while extracting files, then it crashes 
Can you try some / all of these troubleshooting steps ? Some have worked for some players ( ex: only restarting their device ) while other players had to go all the way down the list to using a VPN ( Proton for example ).
I’ve tried restarting my laptop and changing the Wi-Fi, but it doesn’t work.

The issue most commonly attached to this is / are controllers which are plugged in or trying to connect via Bluetooth.
✨ Can you please unplug any controllers and restart your game ?
✨ Can you please disconnect any and all devices trying to connect to the game via Bluetooth ? This can include controllers, steering wheels for other games, anything with a joystick, any Logitech devices, wireless keyboards and etc. Then please restart your game
There isn’t a way to stop pets from glitching unfortunately. The developers need to fix this issue.
What you can do for now is change towns manually to see if it will reset your pet’s position. 
Go to the title screen / login screen.
Next to the START button, press on 
Press on All Towns and select a random one to join.

I'm on the hidden quest where you buy several instruments, and I gave Bob what he needed to repair the speaker, but instead of giving me the blueprint to build a speaker, he told me he would call me back when he had finished repairing the speaker. He never called me back. I think it's a bug, and I wanted the speaker so badly that I don't know what to do.

Is there a way to turn on the translator for all conversations? I know if i go to a coffee spot I can turn it on and it will stay on for the rest of the time that i play. But as soon as I log off or change worlds it resets back to off.

Pets are all very unique, so tips that work for some people don't work for everyone. My pets never get in the way of my stoves, for example. If you have a clingy pet, they will more naturally follow you around regardless, and try to get your attention by moving in front of you. Or try:
- putting your stoves in a different part of your house they don't normally go to
- feeding them/play/pet them to full so they don't bother you as much
- putting your stoves on the second floor of your house
- putting your stoves on a table so that they're elevated off the ground (pets can walk through furniture, this is intended)
- building a fence around your stoves
There’s no way to check from the client side, but presumably it’s whichever email was active and connected to the browser you logged in from, if you logged in through a browser.

I saw someone advise to use the jump button manually first to temporarily fix the space bar, it should work after that. Apparently it happens if you switch tabs too often

Hi my ping is actually great (11) the problem is my FPS is not (also 11) when my ping is excellent.
Check your mailbox for a badge or purple box. If it isn’t there and you can see it in your backpack / warehouse, switch towns / reload the game as sometimes there’s a visual bug with displaying badges
My problem isn't logging in. I can log in, but the moment I'm inside and walking around, the game starts lagging and closes on it's own

No, there's no high ping. I've tried to find out if it's my PC or something, but I can't find anything. Everything's working fine on my end

You can also setting a different browser as default — Google Chrome seems to have worked for a lot of people, since it automatically signs you in to a Google account, but it depends on what email service you’re trying to use
I can’t claim all of these as I should be able to. Also, my game is extremely glitchy lately like it’s not showing people’s picture anymore. It’ll kick me out randomly. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling like I’ve tried all the things I know to do.

Honestly, what is wrong with the Frostspore Fishing event? I thought the bugs were fixed.
- It lags like crazy when there's a shoal triggered
- You use a Mermaid fin, throw your fishing line and the fish don't come towards it. You then have to move your fishing line aim closer?! This doesn't happen at the normal Fishing events with Bill
- The fish legit take about 10 seconds longer to bite on your line compared to Bill's fishing events

The fishing event does tend to lag more than the regular fishing, probably since it’s an open join rather than closed like the regular fishing (my guess, not confirmed) but it sounds like in general your game is lagging — you can try lowering your graphics settings / doing a reinstall to see if that helps with the lag in the fishing event

Do you mean you’re missing the recipe? The quest gives you the recipe to make the penguin stove, not the stove itself

it keeps saying login timed out

So im not sure if this is a problem or what the call the On-Duty birds where bailey needs you to submit 10 winter bird info cards. I have been trying to do this quest for a while now and everyday it refreashes and i cant submit the 10 info cards. I am allowed to submit 5 a day sometimes 6 after that it says i cant do it. And then the next day its back to 0. Im not sure if anyones else is having this problem or if its a bug. But can someone help me on this??
the quest is different from the regular bird submission, you don't use the bird submission dialogues for the quests.
first collect 10 cards in your backpack first, the quest then should ask you to go talk to Bailey J. a new quest-specific dialogue option will appear when you talk to her, it will be a different color than the regular bird submission dialogue. use that to submit all 10 cards
