Hello. I need help with my friends DG Member level. We play together all the time (at the same time) and do daily request and all, but this Friday it seemed like there was a bug on her account since her Home Evaluation came on a Friday night instead of Saturday morning. That Saturday morning we were supposed to level up to Level 29, but she went back to 28. Is there any reason why this happened? Now she is behind 50 contribution medals.

It’s a bug. Everyone has this bug right now, no one can collect, everyone is stuck with the little red dot notification. We can’t do anything about it until the devs fix it.
Help! I can't interact with my pet because it has no action bubbles!
It has glitched on an action, as a temporary fix you can:
- go into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit, or
- switch to a new town to reset both of your positions back to the front of your house
either of these should clear the glitched action and let it be interactable again
there's no way to switch currency to another file at the moment from client side. for billing issues, you'll need to contact their customer support
- From the start screen, Settings >> Support Center >> Contact Customer Service.
- From in-game, Settings >> Account Management >> Support Center >> Contact Customer Service
To check your tickets for their reply, go to the Support Center, click the blue-green circle with the headset icon, and a popup should appear with the option to view your current and inactive tickets. I can't seem to use the latest redeem code even though it says it's good until 3/31/2026
the claim limit =/= expiration date. expiration date = the longest amount of time the code will be available before it stops working on its own. claim limit = the maximum number of people that can claim the reward before it can't be used anymore. make sure you're copying the code correctly - if it still says reached claim limit, that means the maximum number of people have already claimed the rewards

when i open the app, it's just the login screen with the option's, google, Facebook or apple, when I tried logging with fb it doesn't work, when I try logging with google it still not working but it's not giving me any error's either, I'm just stuck on the login screen :/
aha! can you check your browser's settings and make sure to enable pop-ups for the log in page
and then try again. may need to reboot the game / reboot your browser to make sure the change sticks

if you have pop ups disabled, nothing will pop up. need to enable pop ups / give them permission to pass through, otherwise heartopia doesn't get the return message that you successfully logged in

I'm trying to complete the Heartopia Survey but the captcha keeps failing to verify me even though all i had to do is click a box
try switching to a different network (eg WiFi -> LTE) or one of the other connection/network tips in the pinned post
not sure if that's the reason, but heartopia's optimization for network issues is Bad so i wouldnt be surprised if it is

also happens to me sometimes. usually i just restart my phone or use a cleaner app and it helps. also just waiting is the best method that 100% works, for me those lag spikes last for ~a day but no more
I am having the 🥺 same issues. Can't publish book. And most of the time I can't interact with my cat except when I first log in. Only on my pc not the mobile app. It won't let me inter the information to do the publish same as the others are reporting.

PETS ISSUES 
if your pets are stuck up in the sky or in the ground / you can't interact with them for no reason at all then enter build mode and then exit it. should help! it's a really common bug which is hopefully getting fixed soon by the developers
IF that didn't help:
- start a tea party and then cancel it
- change your town
- restart the game
- turn your wifi on and off
- go to the title screen and press the wrench button
-# specially for stuck pets: - enter build mode and move roof/wall your pet has been stuck in and then put it back
alternatively you can wait for them to come down
! those are temporary fixes. if you have this issue again you'll have to redo it

You’re missing 186 experience points in that hobby. You need to be at 200/200 XP (and the tokens) for that level to be able to level each hobby

uh you have to level up your proficiency, as in cook dishes until that bar at the bottom goes up then you can upgrade to the next tier

Would mainly just suggest a hard restart of your device, make sure the game is updated/unity is updated.

It is reported dozens of times per day. Unfortunately looks like those who can fix it may be off for the Chinese New Year, but I'm sure there will be compensation and a fix when they return. But I agree it is annoying, I like having all of my notifications cleared.

Hi, anyone playing on pc and character freeze when pull out the fishing rod?, this just happened today to me
When you close and reopen, you character doesn’t actually despawn from the town for ~4minutes , so need to give it a longer time off or else it loads you in to the exact same town as before. It’s faster to do the other two steps

Please look for any controllers currently connected, and unplug/fully disconnect them! This can include Bluetooth devices like headsets/Logitech devices (and sometimes keyboards). The game is not controller-supported, which can cause this glitch
When you place down a blueprint, any furniture/items that don’t get used in the blueprint get put in your backpack and warehouse — however, you’ve run out of storage space in both, so you need to add more space before you can apply the blueprint. Ka Ching sells storage expansion tickets for both the backpack and warehouse using wishing stars if you want to upgrade them

Try reloading / switching towns, if you see the badges in your bag then it should be a visual glitch

The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN
once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection

I don’t know where to post about this but both of my friends purchased an outfit from the Manor set and I was trying to buy the third but it’s not appearing for me on my ipad or my iphone.

another issue I’m having is whenever I’m cooking in my house.
My cat will go lay down exactly at my feet in front of the oven and it won’t let me interact with the oven to fix temperature no matter where I move, it says something is blocking the area, and it burns my food😞
Is the page just empty? What do you see when you try to buy it?
Pets can do that, especially if they’re clingy. It’s very case by case for pets
Some tips people have tried is to raise the stove up a little (on a table/etc not on a floor tile), since pets can walk through furniture (this intended). Some people put their stoves on the second floor and noticed their pets don’t really follow them upstairs. Some people put cat trees/etc nearby so that the pets go there instead of the stove. These aren’t guaranteed to work though, so you’ll have to adjust your stove location based on how your pets behave

I've spent over 100 dollars (crazy I know) getting exhibition passes to try and get the complete Forest Bell Spell Treehouse set and even after doing a BUNCH of pulls I still haven't gotten everything! I get that it's a random chance but when I'm doing two sets of ten pulls and I get duplicates BOTH times it's very very frustrating! I'm only missing four furniture pieces and four building materials and it is ABSOLUTELY NOT giving me them no matter how many pulls I do! I feel like with how many I've done I should definitely have the full set by now 😭 I can't keep putting money in and getting screwed over with the pulls 😭
hi, ive got this weird issue that is actually affecting others and not me!
for reasons unbeknownst to me, sometimes my upper floor(s) will go missing for my friends; this is still happening after fixing open walls issues that previously caused this.
as of right now, there are no more open walls (to my knowledge) and this glitch is not happening to others every time and can be temporarily fixed with a restart on my end.
is there any permanent fix for this? it’s bothersome to shoot in the dark cos i can’t even see it happening

Have you tried using a VPN? The game’s optimization isn’t the best, so it sometimes has trouble locating the network, which is the game’s problem. Most people who can’t get it to connect via rebooting/switching networks say using a VPN fixed it for them
On the gacha page, it will tell you how many pulls you have until the next guaranteed non-dupe. It’s not every 10 pulls
If you hit max pity every time, it would take you several hundred pulls to collect them all

In the Osen mountains above a beach umbrella sits this shirt bubble. It is too high to jump up to from the umbrella and climbing to the top of the cliff, makes it to where there’s no place to land on top of it. How are we supposed to get that thing? Is this a glitch?

you have to have the user friended ! or use a coffee umbrella
you need to go to the cliff in the screenshot behind the bubble, and jump down towards the bubble. it is possible, but takes a few tries to get right
you have to angle yourself towards the umbrella as best you can

for dogs, you can take them on a walk and walk them inside, but there's no way to force them to stay there. same with cats, you can't force the pet to stay inside/outside

how many starfall shard are we allowed to get when the meteor shower is happening?
there's usually 9 nodes that you can mine, iirc each node will give you 3-5 shards. they're a one-time node, so once you mine them, you'll have to wait for the next meteor shower

Thank GOD I’m not the only one with the notification. In fact this is my first time interacting and it’s drove me that insane
when it asks you to sign in through the browser, please make sure to have popups enabled so that it can send the log in information back to the game. this should let you complete the log in process

you can place unlimted amounts of furniture in blueprint- but if you place it and you don't actually have it then it won't be placed

Ive been checking the furniture shop everyday since the game came out. ive never seen the teddy kitchen again after we bought it, during that limited time from the collector and you had to log in everyday to unlock more.
they furniture store resets once a week- again idk the actual timeline for when certain objects show up- but when i did the marshmellow set, it did show up at the furniture store later on
they only items that showed up were ones i purchased on the store page- so idk if that makes a difference. Here's my current kitchen
i only have three cabinets atm because i have to wait for more to come back- it's annoying- but idk what else we can do
Why would they let you place unlimited furniture that is unusable? Why would you waste so many hours making a house you cant actually have. Thats not right. If you only have 1 cabinet, why would they let you have unlimited to place, in a blue print you cant upload. It didnt load 236 items. Like I spent 4 days making this house. All for what? So that I cant finally upload it after working so hard on an unattainable house.

don't need to link it to a social media, when you logged in/created an account it should have made you bind your game to an account already (eg to gmail). as long as you use the same thign to sign in, it should keep your saves
please enable pop ups on the browser that it's asking you to log in through, otherwise the game can't detect the successful log in

did you top up using the website by chance? i've seen a lot of people reporting not receiving their purchases when they buy through the website. if you have multiple server accounts, double check whether your purchase went to the correct one; if you want to report it as a bug (hearts not received), you need to provide definitive proof to the staff that you paid but didn't receive the item you paid for

I jst bought it directly in-game (through google play store) yesterday, and I have the proof in my gmail
The fact I uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it to try and fix the problem with my game crashing and freezing during cooking and its still happening is genuinely frustrating. What else am I supposed to do? Contact support in game? I shouldn't have to deal with wasted resources like this. 
do you have a different network you can try? the game's network optimization is not good, so even if you have a strong network, sometimes it has trouble connecting/finding it. can test out whether switching to a different network stabilizes the connection

Yeah tbh the game will let me load in when I'm at my dad's using wifi network but at my fiance's parents apartment I have to start on my data until I'm in a town then I can connect to the wifi. If youre redeeming multiple at once I think there's a limit to how many you can redeem in one day so just try again tomorrow

I don’t see this file mentioned often in this server, but this was a tip left by another person a while ago:
just a quick reminder for PC gamers; for any reason you are getting subpar frame rates make sure to check settings on your nvidia/gpu panel and select xdt.exe for discrete gpu. now my game is pretty much locked 144fps as compared to 40-80fps beforen cpu
So that’s something to potentially look into — maybe the file is being overloaded with activity, which is causing it to crash?
Another thing to try, despite it not sounding like a direct solution, is to switch to a different network (eg WiFi -> LTE) to see if that helps the file go through. The game’s optimization isn’t good, so a lot of the issues come from the game being unable to connect to the network

Anyone know how to fix this crazy bug Ive been getting where pulling out a fishing rod makes my game freeze entirely? When when I close the game completely (on steam) when I start it up again the fishing net bug stays. Something that may be a cause of this error is Internet connection and type of connection versus game optimization. This means even if you know your connection is good, sometimes the game will require players to restart their router or change connections to connect / enter the game.

That bug happens on fresh restart no matter how many times I close and open the game on Steam
PETS ISSUES 
if your pets are stuck up in the sky or in the ground / you can't interact with them for no reason at all then enter build mode and then exit it. should help! it's a really common bug which is hopefully getting fixed soon by the developers
IF that didn't help:
- start a tea party and then cancel it
- change your town
- restart the game
- turn your wifi on and off
- go to the title screen and press the wrench button
-# specially for stuck pets: - enter build mode and move roof/wall your pet has been stuck in and then put it back
alternatively you can wait for them to come down
! those are temporary fixes. if you have this issue again you'll have to redo it

Building materials are automatically created when you apply a blueprint, the numbers there just tell you what you do / don’t already have since it costs gold/resources to build them if you don’t already have them

So I was buying the heart gems and I clicked on the $30 one and it charged me $50 so I wanted to dispute the charge to get you know my $20 back and you know it took a long time to go in and I had did it again you know again for $30 and it charged me $72 and I disputed that charge as welland now in the game it’s giving me negative gems and I don’t know how because they didn’t give me those gems to begin with you know

Something that may be a cause of this error is Internet connection and type of connection versus game optimization. This means even if you know your connection is good, sometimes the game will require players to restart their router or change connections to connect / enter the game.
Things you can try just to enter a town ( and then switch back to your regular WiFi ) includes:

hello! i recently have had an experience with heartopia that has left me feeling scammed by the game. I have tried emailing and reaching out to several different people and nobody has responded. apple mistakenly charged me over $12 for hearts in game, and at first i didn’t care but then i noticed that i never even received the hearts in game. I disputed the charge and got a refund, but less than 5 minutes after receiving a refund my game has since shown that i have a negative heart balance and have to pay more money to be able to play the game.

you can place it directly to your plot but it'll consume branches or whateva it needs

did you buy it from his special furniture store? those are building materials, not recipes

if the plot was already wet when you started, it won't count as watered again! you can water a neighbor's plot, since watering for someoen else gives them a bonus that's stackable up to 4 times

Hey Heartopia team, I leveled up my cooking today and for some reason the two new receipies are not showing up in my inventory. They are showing up as claimed though.... looks to be a bug. I did verify integrity of game, restarted it etc etc

I have but I haven’t received and response from the tickets I’ve submitted
like i said, it was lunar new year, so many things were delayed. you also have to check back on your tickets for a response, it doesn't notify you when they respond

Can you confirm in your mailbox / backpack / warehouse that you don’t have an unlearned recipe there? Sometimes the game doesn’t register the learn button in time and sends the recipe into your storage for you to manually learn

When clicking on a piece of furniture it should say in its description on how to obtain this.
Most of the time, it’s obtained by randomly getting it in Bob’s shop
And collecting piece by piece over time
only says this which when looking on google dosent give information
