I’ve been experiencing this as well since last week-ish. I’m not sure if anything changed behind the scenes of it all but ya, there has been a notable difference lately.
Yeah, I have to let the game load/render for a few seconds when I first log in before I can move around, otherwise it lags real bad. It's worse if the town is full of big fancy houses

It has glitched on an action, as a temporary fix you can:
- go into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit, or
- switch to a new town to reset both of your positions back to the front of your house
either of these should clear the glitched action and let it be interactable again

The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:

this is true yeah, when its actively snowing/raining
if u look at the color of the soil, u'll know whether it's wet or not. if its dark/medium brown = already wet, if its light brown = dry and can be watered

a friend gifted me the premium gilded acorn pack voucher, i currently own the normal gilded acorn pack, when i go to use the voucher it says it can only be upgraded to premium with the gilded acorn pack UPGRADE voucher, does that mean that this is just wasted money sitting in my backpack i cant even gift it back or anything
i could be wrong but i’m pretty sure once you claim it you can’t gift it back. you can try buying wrapping paper and seeing if it can be gifted back that way? but yeah you needed the upgrade voucher not this one
maybe it can be used for the next pass

I'm here to give a final update on my case, and to offer some advice.The truth is that there was no solution at the end of the day; support stopped responding to me, and the bank informed me that a chargeback is possible, but that it's not guaranteed I'll get my money back, And yet they can still apply sanctions or ban my account, even if it's not warranted. So, to avoid these situations, I recommend that you simply don't use the website; a 5% discount It's not worth it at the end of the day, not with these risks and these extremely general and closed policies. I suggest it be done directly through the game, and via Google Play where it's much easier request a refund. Please don't take this advice the wrong way, because that's wrong and as I already mentioned, there will be penalties on your account. It's just advice to help you avoid problems.

please note the snow on the ground. when it's snowing/raining, the planters are automatically watered for you (dark brown soil). to get around this, you can try:
- building a roof over your planters so they dry out (light brown soil), or
- watering another player's planters to complete the watering quest. this works because watering someone else's planters gives them a bonus, which is stackable up to 4 times by other players
Check your backpack / warehouse / mailbox to see if the box went there

Hai everyone. I have a question, I don't know if any one has gone through this (probably not exactly like my situation but maybe similar). So the other day I bought a Google play gift card to use on the game (for top up), when I went to purchase the hearts I saw my gift card on there and went to pay. But then I saw that my debit card had gone through instead. I panicked and got out of the game quickly but by that point it had already processed. So I reached out to Google and for two days they couldn't do anything. They said I would have to contact the developer. So I submitted a ticket yesterday and they said they would pass it over to the team. Today I asked if there's any updates and they told me they will fix it later and to be patient........ It was $109 and I had already spent that amount on a gift card so basically $218... I'm still panicking

Check your mailbox, sometimes it glitches and doesn’t show the end screen, but will still send the capsules

There’s a height limit in build mode, is that what you’re talking about? I think it only lets you build up to 3 floors
no when im in the flying build mode it wont let me change the height from 0 meters

hi guys, my character is walking and driving super slow, my energy is full. I tried to restart several times, uninstall tap tap and start again. Choosed "repair" on the main game and it still walks super slow. Any ideas?

no it hasnt worked since i started playing, i try clicking the numbers, the arrows, scrolling up and down on the mouse button, using arrow keys, and pressing numbers
I’ve never used this version of build mode, on mobile you move up/down by scrolling on the screen itself, not sure what the controls are supposed to look like for you

Did you select the box in the rewards bar, but it didn’t give you a badge? 
it didnt give me the box itself.. cause i know you can stock in in your inventory first and open it when you want to since thats what i did with my first box, but now it just disappeared

Hello, I would like to ask where I can report a concern regarding a recent charge on my account.
I was charged for a premium membership extension even though I did not proceed with the transaction. I had intended to extend my membership at first, but I decided to wait until it expired instead. However, when I logged back into my account, I noticed that my balance had already been deducted. The membership period was not extended, and I was charged without receiving any benefits.
I have already requested a refund through the Google Play Store, but unfortunately, my request was declined.

Hi! I downloaded the game and it worked fine. However, I tried to play after the update and it gets stuck on the download and halfway through it stops saying I don't have enough space on my driver but I have 699GB available. I've searched everywhere but everything is fine but still can't play the game, help?
Why do my pets lay in front of my ovens when I'm cooking and make me burn the food. They are fed, going into build mode doesn't work. It happens so much at this point it makes cooking almost impossible to do without getting frustrated. Also where do I even report this?

Have you tried connecting with a different Internet connection ? I’m not saying your connection is the issue but the game’s optimization needs to be worked on still as there are all of these bugs.
Things you can try just to enter a town ( and then switch back to your regular WiFi ) includes:

Using a different WiFi
5G, LTE
Cellphone data / hotspot
VPN ( most players are using Proton which is free )
Well, it works when I use hotspot from my phone. But it consumes a lot ofy data 🥹

Hmm okay, so using a different Internet connection works. Other than that, I guess the next best thing would be to try on a different device to play Heartopia ( maybe another phone, a PC, a tablet or something else ).
Also - you should try Proton ( VPN that uses your WiFi ) as it is free. It might help you connect to the game.

For a lot of players it’s only been happening recently. What you can do is try TapTap instead to see if it lets you through. Steam has the most bugs currently. 
Can she try Proton ( VPN ) ? I know I suggested this weeks ago, but what did she end up doing with the VPN situation ?
Proton isn't available.. She has iOS 7 or 11 I'm not sure.. She tried other top available vpns tho.. Multiple.. Same issue

I'm highkey unsure but it might related to you wifi, your device, your cards if they have money or not, your connection etc. If you're using vpn while recharging it usually won't allow too.

For this issue, you’ll need to manually change the height and width of the game and then you’ll be able to access the game.

In my personal opinion, it’s all trial an error though. So if you play around with the furniture, you can better understand the space and load they take to chop out some extra ones to be able to stay under the cap.

hi um i just noticed that my audio for the game isn’t working at all- i’m playing on an ipad pro. i also have checked my device’s audio settings but i don’t see anything that would potentially be related to heartopia’s audio system
my in game settings say volume and music are 100%

ohhh yeah i have silent mode on… i didn’t think that would mess with in-game audio though lol- let me turn it off and see 😅
It does yes ! This happens on iPads and iPhones where it will unfortunately also affect the game’s sounds from coming through if the device is on silent mode.

Usually when this happens, you want to try a few basic troubleshooting steps and if none work then eventually you’ll want to try a different Internet connection just to see if it lets you through. The game is still being worked on so game optimization is not where it should be just yet.

Yes - when this happens the quickest temporary fix would be to go into solo building
for a few seconds and then exit the building mode. Approach your cats again and the interaction bubbles should be there.
I don’t think anyone else has tried - so no one might have the answer to this.
I would say give it a try to see what happens.

You need to use the same login method on both devices. So for example, if you’re using Apple to login here ( see screenshot ), you need to use the same details to log into the other device.

Does anyone play this game on emulator? Can you get better controls there? The steam version controls are horrid and my friends liked the game but quit because of that. Wondering if mouse movement would be better on emulator. I'm not exactly thrilled about having to hold down rmb to look around either, its tedious, not even mentioning building.
Some players have tried and received warnings in-game for it. Emulators are being flagged as third-party apps which are not allowed on Heartopia. Your account can get banned unfortunately.

Yeah I have to use my data for the game to let me login. Then once I'm actually in the town I can turn my WiFi back on. It's really weird but another game makes me do that too. 😭 I've grown accustomed and used to this kind of thing. What I cannot get used to is when the game keeps freezing out of nowhere. Hello, I can’t interact with one of my pets no matter how many times I close out and re-enter the game. It has happened very often with this specific cat, in fact. Please advise.
Usually it happens when I'm doing something time sensitive too. Usually always when I'm in the middle of cooking, fishing (normally or fishing events), training a pet, etc.
Are you rejoining the same towns? In past experiences what has worked for me is joining a brand new town and that will put all your pets in front of your home. Has that not worked for you?
I have also heard entering and then going out of build mode may work but I don't think it has ever really worked for me per say. Maybe I am thinking of the pets being stuck on the roof bug for this ^
The quickest temporary fix would be to enter solo building

guys idk what to do i love heartopia so much but i swear ever since the MLP update the game on pc is almost impossible to play because of the amount of bugs that i almost want to quit 😭 my requests glitch where i cant click it. anytime i click my tools i cant move my character.... can't publish books.. cant interact with my pets... i had none of these problems until the MLP update and its getting pretty unbearable and it sucks because im obsessed with the game rn. and the game needs a better reporting system than just reporting "whats on the screen"

So I had 888 tickets I could exchange for the Forest Bell. I did another pole for fun and now it says, I only have 95 even if I read my number wrong and I read 80 the amount of repeats I got I shouldn’t have just 95 exchange tickets. I should have at least 100+ so who can I message? what can I do to get my tickets back because there’s no way that’s OK.

Yes, what you can do is change the language of your game to English and then select the painting you want to colour in. Then change your game back to French when you’re done. 
i dont use any controllers for reference im using an ROG ALLY to use as a full desktop setup sop it is fully set on desktop controls on a second screen
and a hub for my accessories but everything is wired and bluetooth has been off
I don’t think Heartopia is compatible with ROG ALLY. I remember someone else trying to use it and having the same issues as you. Doesn’t it use joysticks ? That would be recognized as controllers by the game. Anything with joysticks will create issues until controller support becomes available to us.

This is a known visual bug. To get rid of it, simply restart your game. Close and reopen.

Ive tried everything on my end, me and my friends all cannot get in
Usually players end up using a VPN just to get in and then switching back to regular WiFi. The one that almost everyone with this issue is using is called Proton and it is free. 
that seems excessive, maybe they shuld just idk fix the launcher..
If playing on steam try restarting it a few times, i was having connection issues and that seemed to sort it

The issues are more on the server’s side, yes. I also hope fixes come soon. For now there are those temporary fixes that can help you all access the game if you really want to play though.

It has glitched on an action, as a temporary fix you can:
- go into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit, or
- switch to a new town to reset both of your positions back to the front of your house
either of these should clear the glitched action and let it be interactable again
Most likely it has glitched underground or into your roof, see the tips above to get the dog back

Pets should reset to the front of our house when you do, so if you switch towns and it doesn't reset your position, your pet likely didn't reset either. The good thing is that pets will eventually wander back on their own, but if you're trying to interact with it for quests/etc, I'd suggest interacting with it right away when you log in for the first time each day, since you're guaranteed to both get reset to the front of your house when that happens. You can also try having a friend summon you via a tea party, as that should also reset your positions to the front of your house

My friends and I were playing when all of a sudden one of their wings was on the other's foot. One player's asset on another player is definitely a bug. Right.
Whenever the player not shown (B) would move it would make the wings flap like how they do normally.
It was also attached to A's foot until B changed the attached area item to a bag.
Ha ha
A staff member recommended making 5 GB extra space on your C: Drive. Others have tried doing that and it helped. Apparently updates might still be going to that Drive ? I’m not entirely sure. Basically check your C: Drive and make space there if you can.

I also have a door bug where after being forced reloaded I was unable to see any of my furniture in my own house. When I went over to a different friend's house (A from other bug report) their doors were all rocking?? Then I went to my own home and reloaded it only for Just the walls to come back and my own doors to be rocking.

There’s a time where I need to alt-tab each time to jump (space button), otherwise it won't register. But it's a temporary fix. After I interact with things or open my watch, it happens again where I need to alt-tab in order to press the jump button again.
Where do pictures save on the PC when you download it?
hmmm, the only thing i can think of to suggest is to see if you have anything that can be counted as a controller, and try disconnecting it to see if you still have the issue. eg bluetooth devices like headsets, logitech devices, sometimes even keyboards get misdetected as controllers by the game. if it's the keyboard, you could try disconnecting and reconnecting to see if it still persists?
i think it saves to wherever your downloads folder is originally default supposed to be on your computer, so if you moved the folder away to a different drive/folder, the game doesn't know where to send the photo and it gets lost into the void

I can't get into the game. I get to the "Login" screen for Google/Facebook/Apple and I choose Google since I don't have accounts with the other two. It says "login succeeded" and to go back to the game, but it's stuck on that screen. I have uninstalled and installed several times and the same thing. Is there a fex for this? If you log in through a browser but the game doesn't detect it, please check your browser to see if you have pop-ups disabled. If you do, please enable popups and restart your device/game to make sure the changes take effect. Then try logging in again

You shouldn't need to send a message to join, you just click the 🎉 button underneath the message that's above the emojis. Try refreshing discord if it isn't letting you click the button. If it's not working, there might be a limit on how many people can join a giveaway, since there's already 1110 participants, but I'm not 100% sure on that one since I haven't looked into the giveaway bot
RE: ModMail, to use it, you first DM ModMail with a random message to establish a connection, and then select the server according to the instructions. Once you've established a connection with the bot to the Heartopia server, you directly DM the bot with what you want to send, and it will send it as a ticket to the server mods, and one of them will get back to you when available. If this isn't working, you can show what you're trying to do and someone here can take a look for you

I remember someone else had this issue before too, first try manually clicking the icons to see if that helps, as that worked for one person. For another person, it didn't, and I'm trying to remember what worked for them eventually.... I think they switched towns and that got rid of the pop up? Can't remember since it's been a while

Many people have this issue, it's very dependant on the pet's personalities I think. Try putting your stoves in a different part of your house, eg on the second floor, many people noticed their pets don't tend to follow them up there unless they're all clingy.
For me, I usually feed my pets to full as soon as I log in, and they don't bother me when I'm cooking
Was your backpack full when you pulled the pack? Check your mailbox to see if it was sent there

for me when i clicked it just now, it seems like the bot sent a message when it finally loaded, but i dont see any new messages when i scroll to the bottom of the channel, so idk if it's working or not. it seems like people can still join though, since i see the number going up (theres now 1114 entries compared to ur screenshot). make sure the channel is in your joined channel list and not as a recommended channel, and if it doesn't work, unfortunately i don't know much more than that

I don't know if anybody has reported this issue before, but I when you complete the Winter Snowscape Furniture Set (Gilded Acorn Pack), it says you can claim 30 wishing stars, but when you go and try to claim them, it just tells you what the wishing stars are for, they don't grant you the stars. The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
A lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:
- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN
once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection
Controllers are not supported, trying to use one will cause a lot of glitches

I got to the part of the main quest where it tells me to water my plants, however since it's currently raining, it automatically watered my plants and now when I water it, It doesn't count in the quest (maybe because it's already watered) and now I'm stuck. What could be the solution for this?

Your planters are already wet, so it won’t register you watering them again. to get around this, you can try:
- building a roof over your planters so they dry out (light brown soil), or
- watering another player's planters to complete the watering quest. this works because watering someone else's planters gives them a bonus, which is stackable up to 4 times by other players
🤷 unfortunately nothing we can do except open a ticket in the support center and complain until they fix it

Idk if this is the right place for a bug report, but I'm on mobile and whenever I interact with my cat, she freezes after the interaction. The interaction bubbles won't pop up over her head and she doesn't move, and I remain "too busy" to interact with my dog until I restart the game and it's fixed. Happens every time I interact with her, and she spends a lot of her time inside the flooring where I cannot interact with her

Hello Admin/Dev Team, I’m experiencing a login issue with Heartopia. The message says “Login failed. An unknown error occurred.” I only missed one day of logging in, and the next day I couldn’t access my account anymore. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, using the in-game repair feature, checking my WiFi connection (which is stable and normal), and restarting my laptop, but the issue still persists. I’m playing on the SEA server with game version v0.4.9 on a Windows laptop. Could you please help check whether there is an issue with my account or the server? Thank you.

Sometimes things do that yeah, should just be a visual bug unless you're stuck, in which case you should be able to use 'reset position' in the settings to yeet yourself

the same thing can be done to clear out your own glitched actions (the game thinking you're busy when you're not) and to reset your pets positions when they go underground, but these are all temporary fixes and it will happen again

quests refresh at 6am server time. if you play on a server that doesn't match your server time, you'll need to click on the watch, then on the time, and a pop up will tell you when the server's day resets compared to your local time

if your game is experiencing lag / if your town has a lot of houses with a high load amount, this might happen yeah. i think you can play around with your graphics settings?

did you try vpn? that's resolved a lot of connection issues for most players who are having trouble logging in.

oh, if you don't have the hobby unlocked yet, then you won't be able to do the aurora banquet quest. you need to first unlock the cooking hobby to get access to his store
you should have gotten a hobby expansion ticket at DG levels 2, 3, and 5. so at DG 2, you unlock your first hobby (and pick from cooking, birdwatching, and insect catching), at DG 3 you can unlock your second, and at DG 5 you can unlock your third. if you didn't unlock cooking yet, when you talk to massimo, he should have a dialogue option at the top to submit an expansioin ticket to him. if you don't see that option, you might not have completed a pre-requisite quest from the main story - check your story quests and make sure to finish anything that isn't event-related

Found a bug with the rare badge selection reward from the harmony tree. I picked a badge but did not receive it. My backpack was full. And it did not appear in my mailbox.

Thank you for the suggestion. At first it still didn’t work even after trying the additional troubleshooting steps, but I kept clicking the “Start” button repeatedly and eventually I was able to log in successfully. It’s working now. Thanks a lot for the help!

Hey, so quick update.. I was able to log in earlier after spamming “Start,” but I could only play briefly. During loading, my ping suddenly spikes very high even though my internet is stable and other online games work fine. Now I can’t log in again and I’m honestly really confused because everything on my side seems normal
What platform are you on ?
Also, have you tried using a VPN ( specifically Proton which is free and which is what everyone else with issues are using to access the game ) ?

We would like to report and ask for clarification about the Smooth Hammerhead spawn conditions.
During the last two rainbow events, our group (all Fishing Hobby Level 10) actively searched for it. We even split up across different locations — Old Sea, Zephyr Sea, and the Fishing Event sea — to make sure we were covering all possible spawn areas.
We stayed in the Old Sea for almost an hour, since it is listed as the sea where the Smooth Hammerhead should be available and where all its requirements are supposed to match. We also used the correct tools and waited for the proper time window.
As we understand the mechanics:
• Hammerhead time: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Rainbow weather: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
So the real overlap is only 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM during rainbow.
Because of this, the current description saying it is available from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM is quite confusing, since it cannot actually appear without the rainbow condition at the same time.
Despite completing all the requirements and covering multiple seas, none of us were able to encounter a Smooth Hammerhead.
Could you please help us confirm:
• If the spawn is working correctly
• If it is truly available in the Old Sea under these exact conditions
• If the time description can be clarified to reflect the actual possible spawn window
We really enjoy playing Heartopia and we just want to make sure we’re doing the correct method or if there might be an issue.

I am not sure where to send bug findings, but while visiting one of my friend's place, I encountered a bug where there is like invisible wall and floors. I have to jump to walk through the area, and I am floating.

this is a beautifully written message, but the people in this channel are players like yourself! if you're trying to reach the game's customer support, you can open a ticket in their support center:
- From the start screen, Settings >> Support Center >> Contact Customer Service.
- From in-game, Settings >> Account Management >> Support Center >> Contact Customer Service
To check your tickets for their reply, go to the Support Center, click the blue-green circle with the headset icon, and a popup should appear with the option to view your current and inactive tickets. Check back on your tickets from time to time, as you won't otherwise receive a notification when they reply.
what time does the rainbow event start for america EST and Sea server
I just used 3 harmony gems to pull a badge from the rainbow flower pack got rarity’s joy but it’s not in my inventory but my gems are gone. I had 7 and now I’m down to 4 with no badge. I restarted the app and it’s still not there. Also my quest isn’t working, I’m supposed to give bob some insects but the option isn’t there when you click on him

I was logged in but then it randomly said login timed out. So I logged out and had an error logging back in.
To fix the error I clicked repair and that seemed to have worked and I was able to log back in with my Google account.
Got back to the home screen and now it's saying login timed out again 😭

When this happens, simply enter solo building
for a few seconds and then exit the building mode. Approach your cat again and the interaction bubbles should be there. 
Hey for some reason I can't log in on Heartopia (mobile) when I open the game it gives me a blank screen, no sound, no logo, nothing. It's just a blank screen.
I've already tried: clean cache and data, uninstall and install, use VPN. And yes, even if I wait X minutes, it will not leave this screen.

Have you tried restarting your device ? The white screen issue currently has no fix.
If restarting your device doesn’t work then you might just need to use a different device / PC to play Heartopia.

Hello, I noticed some errors in the game and wanted to report them. Among other things, my lost figures from the wild animals. There are also problems with the interaction with the cats. When cooking, the game often hangs up.
I’m having issues with this, I’m not sure if it’s a bug? Because I have the highland poppies and it’s saying I can’t submit them?
The only place to report bugs would be in-game to Customer Support.
There are some bugs which have quick temporary fixes such as the cats without interaction bubbles ( go into solo building
for a few seconds and then exit the building mode. Approach your cats again and the interaction bubbles should now appear ).

Oh that’s the issue, you didn’t pluck the flowers. You can’t submit the whole bush like that.
Try it out, place one of those bushes on the ground and pluck / pick the flower. Each bush will give one.

Hello! I haven’t been able to trigger the rehabilitation therapy quest, I filled up my donation box without knowing there was even a quest to begin with. Only found out about its existence through this server.
I haven’t received any calls about it, or any gossips.

They should be dark brown ? Have you tried restarting your game to see if that helps ? You can also change towns manually as that sometimes gets rids of bugs and errors in town.

Analogs and joysticks also get recognized as controllers in the game. So they will interfere with movement, camera, fishing and more.

Is there any way i can get a refund for this? I spent $30 on diamonds so i can get this car but after buying all the ticket packs and stacking up, i got everything but the car instead. Could this be a glitch?
I don’t think they will give you a refund for this.
In their eyes gachas are based off of luck and RNG. Unfortunately your luck was the same as mine to get everything before the jackpot item ( the car ).
It’s not a glitch. It takes 6 total spins ( 360
) to complete this gacha and the last spin is 150
if you were unlucky. It may take less spins if you get lucky and get the car early.
If you still want to try to speak with Customer Support about a refund you can, but the chances are almost 0% that you will get it.

That sucks so bad!! The chances are totally stacked against us in that manner of speaking just bc the game doesn't provide you with chances to earn 360 stars to begin with. can't even finish this quests, on Maps I've already finished gossips, but on Atara only Chat option there, no gossip option, hobbys is all lvl 2, except fishing is lv 3

I'm having an issue where no mater how many times I water freshly planted flowers, the time it takes to grow doesn't go down.
Watering doesn’t make the time go down. You’ll have to wait for it to mature and grow.
Watering is mostly used for crossbreeding colours to get new colours.
I don’t think anyone has the answer to this except Customer Support because this is everyone’s first Battlepass so we won’t know if it carries over until the next Battlepass begins.
It’s best to ask and have it confirmed with Customer Support in-game

No i dont use controller im on mobile.
Controllers interfere with the game and keep you in place causing the fishing rod to get wonky

Would you be willing to do a test ? Disconnect all devices trying to connect via Bluetooth and then restart your game. Devices that connect via Bluetooth are being recognized as controllers even though they are not. So it interferes with the game.

You only are holding one roll cake, you need a second one for the quest to appear to give it to her

The weather rainbow blessing is only for collection. The bouquet rainbow blessing is for hobbies including cooking
Check your backpack / warehouse / mailbox for a ticket - you may need to manually activate the membership
have you completed all of your main story quests / town stories / etc? not the event quests. one of the requirements is to finish up to a specific main quest - if it's saying you don't meet the requirements, it's probably that
the weekly quest (personal goals) can be completed using the regular fishing / bugcatching / birdwatching events, you don't need to use the frostpore ones. the fishing one is down at the docks in the fishing village, the bugcatching one is near the onsen bus stop, and the birdwatching event is in the fishing village near the docks

My house has snow inside
I had it when I left some walls down, but quickly put windows in that places. It worked. I redid it (added a room) and it's back inside again. There are no holes that would allow it in and I am going crazy

you need to remove some items from your house in order to add whatever it is you're trying to add. there should be a small bar at hte top that says something like "Load: X / Y" with X and Y being numbers, you can use that to see how close you are to the load limit. different items take up different amounts of load, one item =/= load of 1

The winter snowscape set collection reward is bugged, devs are aware and it will be fixed eventually
The set has 21 items but the star wants 22 before it can be claimed. All we can do is wait for it to be fixed
Remove objects. Eg: if you have many of the same object remove some also all objects arnt the same some require higher loads
are you trying to place it using your backpack, or using the build mode?
This has been happening to me.
I watered the crops and the task still says 0/8

I don't have the build mode yet. I try using my Backpacke but the placement grid doesn't appear
when you click on the bed, in the item description that pops up, there should be a button that looks like a house with a down arrow. if you click that, it should let you place the bed down
