They aren’t if you get the tickets from doing more pulls and having duplicates, you’ll be able to get 2 more colors. Unfortunately, the blue skin is new compared to the elf ears, so there are no blue versions of that. There are also only 3 other colors in total, even though there are multiple skin tones that were available in the beginning, so that has been the main issue with the elf ears so far. Sorry

I have an issue, today i went to load heartopia and the game loads to 100 percent and then it crashes. I have tried reinstalling both heartopia and the tap tap app, and i have tried to even run the game through steam and that doesnt work either. Running as an administator has also had no effect. Hi guys, have you experienced any issues using Ghub software and Heartopia together? I reinstalled the software yesterday and didn't play the game till now and in 20 minutes the mouse froze twice meaning I can walk but not click any button or move the screen. I only have my headphones and mouse connected to the pc, both are logitech.
No other devices, no bluetooth, nothing.
I noticed after the freeze when I close the game the software shows me the popup that usually shows up when you change your mouse dpi, as if it was resetting them.

if your pets are stuck up in the sky or in the ground / you can't interact with them for no reason at all then enter build mode and then exit it. should help! it's a really common bug which is hopefully getting fixed soon by the developers
IF that didn't help:

• start a tea party and then cancel it
• change your town
• restart the game
• turn your wifi on and off
• go to the title screen and press the wrench button
  -# specially for stuck pets:
• enter build mode and move roof/wall your pet has been stuck in and then put it back
  alternatively you can wait for them to come down

! those are temporary fixes. if you have this issue again you'll have to redo it

If the recipe is definitely not in your bag, warehouse, or workbench then you'll probably have to contact customer support. You can also try logging in and out if you haven't, I know sometimes that fixes weird bugs.

Just login to the game and one of my requests is to fish. Everytime I go to use my fishing rod, my character completely freezes. I can unfreeze using my bike but if I dont use the summon Im stuck. Ive tried closing out and then reopening the game but that didnt fix anything just made it so I wasnt automatically holding my fishrod anymore (After repeated attemps of putting it away while frozen.)

I can do literally everything else which is odd and sucks because fishing is my favorite hobby out of everything :/

To help out in resolution of known bug: I suspect wrong perimeters set in the code where there’s a typo for 22 instead of 21 in one of the statements which leads the reward not being released at 21 but instead at 22 which is not possible as it’s max 21 collection

The game isn’t controller-supported, so you likely won’t be able to use a keyboard on the ipad version, since there won’t be any keyboard control options there. I haven’t tested this myself though

• Restarting your router
• Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it

It has glitched on an action, as a temporary fix you can:

• go into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit, or
• switch to a new town to reset both of your positions back to the front of your house
  either of these should clear the glitched action and let it be interactable again

Help! I can't log in / I'm getting a timeout error / It's stuck at loading / etc

The special waves can be triggered randomly, it’s not guaranteed every time. Nobody’s 100% sure on the requirements for the trigger, I’ve triggered it when there was only me and one other person fishing once

I’m honestly not sure if you can reach support, their support center is in the game itself

When you first try to load in, look to see if there’s a round button with a headset icon in the top corner, if there is you should be able to reach their support team using it

If you can make it to the start screen, the support center is in the settings button

Put all your badges into one location (eg all in backpack or all in warehouse), they should return. The game’s a bit glitching with displaying badges but they should still be there

DM the bot with random gibberish to establish a connection, enable the server Heartopia, then DM the bot with the message you want it to pass to the mods. A mod will eventually see and get back to you, hopefully that will work

The collecting mushrooms quest doesn’t give you the quest, and Annie’s not the one who gives you the recipe. The quest for the recipe is a separate gossip quest

Make sure you’ve completed the gossip and town story quests available, and that you have gardening lv2. The quest to get the recipe is a secret mission from Massimo called “The Mushroom-Picking DG” that will appear once you’ve completed the pre-reqs

Seems we have even more critical bugs. Upon taking out the fishing rod (Playing on steam) it locks all movement, and puts you in the catching-phase camera. When putting it away, you still can't move or anything, the camera zooms so far out, etc. I restarted my game 3 times, I have no controllers on, etc.

PC version of the game is very janky in general, so not 100% what’s causing the issue, but usually controllers are the issue for being frozen when using fishing rods, since it’s detecting input from a device you’re not using. Check for bluetooth devices like headsets/etc, try disconnecting and reconnecting your keyboard if you’re able to, etc

You don’t need the crossbreeding pouch to crossbreed, it just guarantees success.

To crossbreed, make sure your flowers are near each other, and water them every day after they’re fully grown. Do not pick them. Get other people to water your flowers to increase your chances of crossbreeding, up to 4 people per day. After that, it’s just random chance
