The game is honestly only frustrating me now with how buggy it is. I really want animals that are FUNCTIONAL. Not cats that won't go out, won't eat food, won't let me interact with them most of the time AND I can't even board them. It's been days and days and days of having a notification to clear the 30 wishing stars that are NEEDED from the winter set completion and still not a fix. Leveling up hobbies has reached a point of ridiculousness considering everything is maxed out and there's never enough upgrade tickets to even play the game anymore.

You don’t have the 6th eggs picture yet, make sure you’re looking at the correct egg + make sure you’re using the camera app and not the birdwatching binoculars. Some egg colors look very similar to each other

please note the snow on the ground. when it's snowing/raining, the planters are automatically watered for you (dark brown soil). to get around this, you can try:

• building a roof over your planters so they dry out (light brown soil), or
• watering another player's planters to complete the watering quest. this works because watering someone else's planters gives them a bonus, which is stackable up to 4 times by other players

If you're stuck on the dialogue box, try reloading the game

If your character is frozen/can't move, this usually happens if the game detects a controller, but the game isn't controller-supported

• Check to see if you have any controllers plugged in, and unplug them if there are. This can include Bluetooth devices like headsets
• If that doesn't work, try disconnecting your keyboard/mouse and reconnecting them. The game might be detecting them as a 'controller'

If you're in a different server than your mobile account, you can go to the start screen, click the globe icon next to the Start button, and switch back to the server you originally played on. Your account will create a new character on different servers, so you'll also get a new ID in different servers as well

Network / Connection Issues

If you’re experiencing connection issues (login problems, timeouts, can’t start / no start button, stuck matching towns, or other network-related errors), please try the following before opening a ticket:

Did you successfully learn the recipe from her? Sometimes the game lags and doesn't register the learn in time, check:

• your mailbox for a letter with the recipe, or
• check your backpack and warehouse to see if there's an unlearned recipe

i'm not sure why the game is detecting two different timezones then, since you're logging in from the same location. but please confirm that your initial log in details are the exact same across both devices, since even if you were logging in from a different timezone, it shouldn't affect your america server account, since there's only one server there.

if you logged in using a different account at first and then binded them together afterwards, it will still use the new account you created, since it's a different log-in. that's the only thing i can think of

• go into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit, or
• switch towns
  the goal is basically to wipe the previous glitched action by resetting your cat's position, essentially doing a hard reboot. this is a temporary solution, which means you'll have to do it again next time it glitches

The reason I suggested unplugging your keyboard is because the game is quite buggy on PC, and isn’t controller supported, so it often glitches the character when things of a similar nature are plugged in. It’s usually the cause for when people get frozen when fishing

At level 3 friendship you can board a pet to Joan (aka send it on vacation), but dogs are easier to board than cats - you need to physically take the pet to the pet shop in order to board them, dogs are willing to go on walks but cats are less willing to go out.

Pets go where they want to go, if you have an elevated house, there's the risk of the pets going underneath yeah, since they can walk through furniture. They will lock in to anything that's a 'floor' on your plot.

If you switch towns or go into build mode and back out, that should reset yours/your pet's position to the front of your house, which should clear out any glitched actions you / your pet were stuck on and allow for interaction

The game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. You can try:

• a different WiFi
• 5G, LTE
• Cellphone data / hotspot
• VPN

The message to check the clock is bugged. Even after I've checked everything, the message keeps appearing, and it's really annoying having to keep opening and closing the screen trying to press the button correctly to use it in the gacha because the message keeps blocking it.

Issue with Razer Synapse software.

I started having in game movement issues after logging in for the first time. When I started the fishing tutorial and equipment the fishing pole. I couldn't move or get the fishing pole reset.
Someone advised me to turn off the Steam controller. I did that but it still wouldn't work. After turning off the steam controller function, my avatar kept walking in circles. I couldn't get it to stop.

Thinking along the lines of 'controllers' I unplugged my xbox controller from my PC. Still no luck. I then exited all Razer software...that worked.

I figured out that I had to exit all Razer/Synapse software to get the game to work.

Has this been reported?

Heartopia devs haven't released controller friendly mechanics so playing on a steam deck or anything with a physical controller won't work properly this game is unfortunately and currently only a touch based game so only tablets, phones, PCs with mouse will work

I'm not using a controller per say, I use a tartarus pro which sends key strokes to the game. So I'm not asking for a controller function. The tartarus is a mini keyboard. It appears that the Razer Synapse software is viewed as a controller. If I exit out of all of the synapse software, it the issues go away.
I'm working if anyone else is having a similar issue and with other brands that have their own software for their keyboard/key pads. Like Logitech, corsair, and turtle beach.

If they are, then the player will need to exit out of the software.

And I can claim some of my full set rewards at all, they are finished but every time I click to redeem the stars it just tells me the item description!!

okay so i need help i got out of the car and i dont have any buttons at all, i left the game and got back in and i still dont have anything. Tried pressing tab or f in hopes it would open stuff but nothing happens. How do i fix it :((

How do I remove a my current house build to start a new one? Do I have take it a part piece by piece ?

If you've already reset the game entirely try clearing the cache

So in build mode to the top left there's a hammer icon click it and then below left side will be a button that toggles continuous selection then you just swipe your house and it starts demolish
