Something that may be a cause of this error is the game’s optimization. This means even if you know your Internet connection is good, sometimes the game will require players to restart their router or change connections to connect / enter the game.

Things you can try just to enter a town ( and then switch back to your regular WiFi ) includes:

Restarting your router
Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
Using a different WiFi

5G, LTE
Cellphone data / hotspot
VPN ( most players are using Proton which is free )

Have you counted all the planters you have placed down? Just to be sure you are definitely missing one, and also it could have been sent to your mail possibly, if you refresh the game it’ll show up in mail if it got “lost”

usually the cause of this issue is because the game isn’t controller supported, so please check for any controllers that are plugged in, and unplug them. this can include bluetooth devices like headsets also. then reboot the game - this should fix the issue

That’s because the channel is archived and no longer in use. You need to open a ticket with their support center in-game!

• going into build mode for a few seconds, moving a piece of furniture, then save and exiting, or
• switching towns
  Either of these actions should reset your cat and wipe whatever action it glitched on

Luckily the pets can’t starve, so all that will happen if they’re hungry is that they will meow and be grumbly about it until you’re able to see the action bubbles again

It’s a bug, a similar thing happened with the hymn set before. The collection has 21 items, but the star needs 22 to be collected. You can report it to the game’s support team to remind them it’s still an issue, but until it’s fixed, the notification will remain

I just bought some heart crystals, the red ones to redeem them as acorn tickets for the gatcha, I bought the 5$ pack, and the 20$ pack, but while I was trying to buy the 20$ pack, I got charged 5$ instead of the 20$, didn’t get any red hearts, and had to add another 5$ to my card in order to be able to afford the 20$ pack. I had tried a few times to buy the 5$ pack before the 20$ one because when I tried to buy the 5$ pack the first time, I got charged for it but didn’t get the red gems. I then tried to buy it again and this time it seemed like the original charge went through, but now I’m somewhat convinced that the first time I tried to buy it, I genuinely didn’t get anything despite getting charged. Another strange thing happened with the 20$ pack I bought after getting charged the extra 5$ as well. I added the money needed to my account, but was one cent short. My card declined, but I got the gems anyway. I ended up having to add the extra cent and go to make another purchase in the shop in order for the money to be taken from my account for the 20$ purchase. I went to try and buy another 5$ pack, at which point the 20$ was charged to my account.

I believe what happened was the first 5$ purchase charge was successful but didn’t give me my red hearts, the second attempt was considered another separate purchase but didn’t charge me, and then when I went to buy the 20$ pack, the previous purchase went through and charged my card, and then the same thing happened with the 20$ purchase when I got the gems but wasn’t charged initially.

All 3 charges are still pending on my cashapp, including the extra 5$ charge. Is there any way I can get this situation resolved somehow? I’m a little confused as to how this could even happen in the first place

I want to get in contact with an actual worker there because the gacha in heartopia is actually ridiculous. Not only does the passes amount go up per pull but you’re not in GURANTEED a new piece of the mlp sets every pull. Once you pull the clothes you’d be considered lucky to get the car. Also the amount of the pink hearts it costs to get a certain pull is absolutely stupid and not to mention there’s no possible way to obtain the passes for f2p you can only obtain them by spending money and more money. Heartopia devs I’m sorry but you all let me down so very badly yo I thought heartopia would be a cozy fun game but I was wrong. It is nothing but an ai using money hungry sucker. Devs if you actually care about the game and the players you should actually listen to your community instead of being absolute douchbags no I’m not sorry for my language people have asked you too much and too many so it’s about time we’re gonna get angry.

for me it usually works to enter build mode and move a furniture piece (dosent matter if you move it back)

if your pets are stuck up in the sky or in the ground / you can't interact with them for no reason at all then enter build mode and then exit it. should help! it's a really common bug which is hopefully getting fixed soon by the developers
IF that didn't help:

• start a tea party and then cancel it
• change your town
• restart the game
• turn your wifi on and off
• go to the title screen and press the wrench button
  -# specially for stuck pets
• enter build mode and move roof/wall your pet has been stuck in and then put it back
  alternatively you can wait for them to come down

! those are temporary fixes. if you have this issue again you'll have to redo it

please note the snow on the ground. when it's snowing/raining, the planters are automatically watered for you (dark brown soil). to get around this, you can try:

• building a roof over your planters so they dry out (light brown soil), or
• watering another player's planters to complete the watering quest. this works because watering someone else's planters gives them a bonus, which is stackable up to 4 times by other players

if you completed the missions, check your mailbox for the rewards. when it glitched for me like that once, the rewards were sent straight to my mailbox

RE: game crash, if it took a few hours for the game to crash, i doubt it was because of the event specifically, but there was likely some stuff happening in the game code that influenced the event glitching too

I noticed it last night, and it's worse today. If I try to direct my bug net or plant multiple seeds at once it breaks and gets stuck.

if you're on PC, can you check for any controllers that are plugged in, and try unplugging them? this can include bluetooth devices like headsets. these sorts of bugs are usually a result of that, since the game isn't controller-supported

I don't know how, but half the time i interact with cats they break and then i can't interact with any of them ever again until like-...the next day or so. possibly disabled due to multiple bugs with topping up recently, unsure. can send them a ticket to verify

the game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. for time out errors, can try:

• Restarting your router
• Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it

a lot of people were successful with using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes, eg:

• a different WiFi
• 5G, LTE
• Cellphone data / hotspot
• VPN
  once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection

if you go into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit, that should clear the glitch and let you interact with them. alternatively, switching towns should do the same trick.

i usually interact with all my pets as soon as i load into a new town, that way i don't need to worry about them while i'm playing the rest of the time
