Heyy all, im having a hard time logging in... Anyone experiencing the same?
Anyone also having issues to click the stars? It says I can but I cannot click it
known bug, it's because there's 21 pieces in the collection but it wants 22 to get the last star rewards. similar issue happened with the hymn sets, devs have been informed but it doesn't hurt to open a ticket with the support center in the game so they remember it's still an issue
common problem, the pet has glitched on an action and gotten stuck. it'll eventually sort itself out, but if you want to speedrun it, a temporary fix is to either:
- go into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit, or
- switch to a different town
either of these should clear whatever action your pet was stuck on
one temporary fix is to switch your network to a different option, then switch back once the error goes away. EG switch from WiFi --> LTE
this pinned post also has a few other potential fixes for network issues, if that one doesn't work: #technical-help message
it's a good idea to try these even if your network is fine, because it's not your network that's the issue, it's the game's optimization. so doing these helps the game find your network
My pets are continuously getting stuck under the floor boards and I’m using a template house from the game not custom. Is this not getting a fix? It makes it impossible to train pets correctly :/
common problem, the pet has locked into the floor underneath your house and will come out eventually on their own, but if you want to speedrun it, a temporary fix is to switch to a different town
this should reposition both you and the pet to the front of your house, which will give you access to them

I'm having a weird issue with my tools. I'm playing on Steam and whenever I pull out a tool it's stuck in whatever long-press mode would do, so the bug net goes to distance, the watering can goes to 3 tile, etc.
The fishing rod is the worst though as it goes into precise casting as soon as I pull it out and even if I cancel the action by dragging the bubble to the X my character is then stuck and can't move till I go back to login and rejoin the town.
I pulled up the game in my phone to check and it doesn't seem to be happening in the android version
Idk if it's actually a problem with the game or my mouse but it was working fine last night before my computer restarted.
can you check whether you have a controller plugged in to your computer, and unplug them if there are any? this can include any devices that are trying to connect via bluetooth, like headsets. the game isn't controller-supported, so these types of bugs are usually a result of that. then reboot the game
I do have a controller but it's turned off atm
even if it's turned off, try disconnecting it and rebooting the game

if you go to the watch, then settings, there's an almost invisible button on the general tab called 'reset position' that should get u out of there

Pls help! This has been happening for a few days now! I pull out my fishing rod and get stuck in this area. The start of the video is right after i took a group photo. As you can see, i move and get stuck. Right before the video we went on a fishing trip, got stuck on the boat, couldnt fish, and a pop up saying "can't cast rod at this time" kept popping up over and over. couldnt move, couldnt fish with aiming
it only happens when i pull out my rod, i cant even fish here
even after putting my rod away after recording this video im still stuck and after resetting position
The issue most commonly attached to this is / are controllers which are plugged in or trying to connect via Bluetooth.

✨ Can you please disconnect any and all devices trying to connect to the game via Bluetooth ? This can include controllers, steering wheels for other games, anything with a joystick, any Logitech devices, wireless keyboards and etc. Then please restart your game.

So my game was completely fine until a little while ago where the shadows pretty much just started freaking out whenever I turn my camera around, it happens anywhere on the map and it’s been happening for like the past 2-3 days

You have a bunch of unclaimed exp at the top of the dream, where it says ‘Dream Goal: Score 1,500 points in challenge mode’ and ‘Dream Goal: Achieve 10 Perfect ratings in normal mode’
Those two dream goals are going to make up a lot of filler exp to achieve the dream
You should claim these when you have time.

To check your tickets for their reply, go to the Support Center, click the blue-green circle with the headset icon, and a popup should appear with the option to view your current and inactive tickets.

When I try to paint the walls and floors of my house, it shows "Insufficient load" as an error. Is this a bug or do paints really carry weight?
I just painted a wall to check and yes, the load does increase with paint as well.

question.. do we have the option to play with friends in other servers without losing progress? if not, any new on when that might happen, if at all?
You can not use one character in two servers. So you will have to make a new character for each server you want to play in.
If you created a character in the server SEA ( for example ), it must stay in there.
We have no news on if this will ever be possible.
I imagine it would be difficult to implement because each server runs on a different daily reset and receives items and events at different times.
i'd imagine adding a, say, one-transfer-per-week timer would be the ideal answer to that issue

Maybe but issues would occur if someone were trying to move from a server that is ahead to a server that is behind for example ( Asia to America ). They would own items that are “ from the future “ so to say. There’s a lot of potential for errors to happen.

At the moment there isn’t a purchase history within the game, no. Ideally you would want to keep track with your payment method ( ex: if you use your bank to make purchases, check the purchase history there ).

That is the issue then. Now some features of your game will be disabled ( planting, chatting ) until the issue is corrected (
need to be in a positive balance not negative ).

Sure, take your time. Try every option because sometimes simply restarting routers has helped but other times players have absolutely needed a VPN ( Proton is free and almost everyone having issues is using it until developers work on the issue ).

There is no way to fix this. The developers need to fix it for us.

hi, I just photographed the lavender cracked egg, but it doesn't register as found. When i look in the treasure hunt page, it looks like there should have been another one first, and the lavender is still locked. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
Are you using the right camera ? Sometimes players are mistakenly using their binoculars ( birdwatching tool )

I have this frequent bug where I will lose the ability to interact with one or both of my pet cats after a few minutes of playing, but not my dog. I can log out and log back in, which fixes it before it happens once more a few minutes later. Any advice?
Oh that’s the wrong egg. The egg we’re collecting today is Purple not Lavender.

bug in collection I can't claim under collection > SPecial furniture. i've tried ressetting, i've tried moving towns.

Hi is anyone else getting other glitches/issues with their pets? It wasn't bugging me that much gardening and them being in the way but i've been cooking and twice now i burnt food because even tho i was occupying the space already- the game kept registering the pets being in the way of stove
Yes - this is being experienced by everyone.
We pretty much just have to wait for the developers to change how pets function in the game.
In the mean time, you can reset their position by manually changing towns.
Go to the title screen / login screen.
Next to the START button, press on 
Press on All Towns and select a random one to join.

I can’t feed my cats or collect their rewards. I know there have been many issues with pets but now it appears I cannot interact with them at all. They often fall beneath the floorboards as my home is raised… :c

I need help with a bug. I uninstalled and installed the game, before I did that, I could access the event "Fashion Gal," now I need to get to level 7 of builder and complete this mission there, only I am already at level 15 and I no longer have this mission of the tutorial.
At the beginning of the game I have a task of watering the crop but when I water it it doesn’t count
Yes it means you reached the limit. The only way to fix it would be to remove some other items and replace them. 
Can you go to a neighbour’s houe and water their crops instead ? This has helped everyone else.

Depends on when you sent it — but you won’t get a notification / email when they reply, so you need to check the actual ticket if you’re looking for a response

Hi, I started playing this game on my tablet and i had no issues. I downloaded this on steam on my PC and i get stuck on 39% on the loading screen and says i have insufficient storage although that isnt true. Ive tried a lot of things like restarting steam, reinstalling but nothing is working. Is there any way i can fix this?

Something that may be a cause of this error is the game’s optimization. This means even if you know your Internet connection is good, sometimes the game will require players to restart their router or change connections to connect / enter the game.
Things you can try just to enter a town ( and then switch back to your regular WiFi ) includes:
Restarting your router
Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
Using a different WiFi
5G, LTE
Cellphone data / hotspot
VPN ( most players are using Proton which is free )

The only way to fix this is to make more storage space on your C: Drive. Apparently an update or a few are going to be downloaded there. The Heartopia Staff Member in this screenshot recommended at least 5 GB extra.

Right, that was the final beta test period. So after each beta test there was an account wipe to ensure we all start at the same place when the game finally fully launched. The official launch date was January 7 / 8 ( depending on timezones ).

You need to put a floor tile there and then put the roof on top of the floor. When the floor is lifted from the ground, it becomes a ceiling. 
If you purchased
during the final test period ( December ) then you will be given it back + a little bonus. It’ll only be returned to your first character created so please make sure you’re picking the right server when creating your first character.

This is a common bug that everyone is experiencing. We’re all pretty much just waiting for a fix from the developers.
In the mean time, what you can do is enter
for a few seconds and then exit it. Approach your cat again and the interaction bubbles should be there. If you have multiple cats, you may need to repeat this another time for each cat.

Is the Lavender Egg Furniture Bubble broken because I took a picture of the egg 1) it didn’t register in the collection and 2) when I went to the location where the bubble should be there is none.
Can you double check which egg you're trying to take a picture of? Lavender egg was a previous day's egg, the current egg is Purple, which is in the same location but on the other side of the cart
international version already received the fix version of the banner, which has really bad pull rates but is not bugged like the chinese version was.

If you look at the collection, there's 21 items in the collection but you need 22 to get the star. It's a bug that happened also with the hymn collection, devs are aware and will fix it. Until then, unfortunately need to deal with the notification

When you take the picture, does it mark as done in the egg list?
To get the egg as a furniture, you need o go find the snowman bubble that appears after you take the picture of the egg. You can find a list of all eggs and their snowman bubbles in #1466930171872543052

It tells me I have to water my crops 8 times but when i water them the number doesn't change. it just says 0/8 the entire time and i cant do the next main quest because of it. I have tried closing and reopening the game but nothing happened and i tried moving the Planters to a different spot. pls help..

What options do you get when you click the paw icon? I know when you walk a dog, there's an option to summon the dog, but i haven't been able to get the cat out yet so I'm not sure what it says
If there's an option to summon the cat, you might be able to get it back haha, but otherwise it's definitely a visual bug and you can report it to their support center

Hi, I noticed that whenever you do a task from your main quest but there are new current quest tasks you are doing right now, the task you did earlier will not be counted. In other games it is saved automatically whether you are doing side quests or other tasks.
For example your main quest is you have to harvest 8 tomatoes. But you suddenly have a new quest. During the new quest, you accidentally harvest 2 tomatoes. But you planted 8. So now you only have 6 tomatoes. After the side quest, the game doesn't remember that you already harvested 2 tomatoes after the main quest was accepted. It should be counted like from the other games. Because it would be tedious to redo everything just in case you do a task from your main quest then suddenly there are other quests needed to be accomplished as of now. You can't do tasks from the main quest if other quests are currently ongoing. Tasks should be able to be completed concurrently if you have many quests on the list.

While playing on PC through Steam I have encountered a few bugs. When done fishing im no longer able to move my character and have to reset the game. Also when pulling out my bubble wand it does not let me aim, and forces me to aim to the left.

That means you keep burning the food, when making food a pop up will happen and you have to click it before it burns, some foods only have one pop up, some foods have multiple pop ups.

Hi, I need help with a missing gift issue.
Around 12 AM on Valentine's Day, my boyfriend sent me two gifts in-game. I was able to receive the first one (a bike), but when he sent the second gift, my backpack was full so I couldn't claim it from the mail.
After clearing space in my bag and moving items to my warehouse, I checked my mail again but the "Claim" button was gone and only "Reply" was available. I don't know where the item went and I'm not sure what the item was either.
I already sent an email but haven't received a response yet, so I'm reaching out here for assistance
If your bag was too full to receive it, overflow items from the mail will always go directly to your warehouse! Check there for the missing item, should be there

Is it snowing in your server? snow automatically waters your crops for you!
to bypass this for the quest, you can either:
- build a roof over your plots and wait for them to dry out (24 hrs at most), or
- go to a neighbor’s house and water their crops. (needs to have things growing in it to count for the quest). this works because you get a bonus when other people water for you, which is stackable up to 4 times

Can you have him first check for any controller/bluetooth devices that are plugged in, and unplug them if there any? Then reboot the game and see if it’s still an issue

Some of the eggs look very similar in color, double check which egg you’re missing (common mistake people have made), and make sure you’re using the canera to take a photo and not the birdwatching binoculars (another common mistake people have made)

idk where to post this or look for this info but is there any idea if the developers will fix the pet bugs? my cats always get stuck under floors or their UI dissapears and i cant interact with them.
There hasn’t been any public acknowledgement of the bugs so we don’t know. 
When the UI disappears and you don’t see the interaction bubbles on your cats ( or even furniture ), simply go into
for a few seconds and then exit. Approach your cat or furniture again and the interaction bubbles should be available.

it's a bug, please note the collection total is 21 pieces, but you need 22 to get the wishing stars. the same bug happened with the hymn collection. the devs are aware, so we can only wait for them to fix it

My furniture won't load unless I'm super close to it, and it's getting pretty annoying.
I play on high settings and 30 fps on an ipad air 5tb gen. I tried changing to medium settings but the problem still persists. I checked my WiFi and its fine I also switch to using my phones mobile data too bcs it's usually better connection but nothing works so far 😭 😭

usually these sorts of bugs are because the game is having trouble loading when there's a lot of assets in the area. try switching to a town with less people in it (1 - 2) and see if the issue persists. unfortunately a lot of people have had laggy games recently, especially when in towns with more fancy houses with larger loadouts

as long as you sign in to the exact same account on both, then your progress should carry over. the only times progress doesn't carry over is if you switch servers (eg America server --> Asia server), which will force you to start a new character, but your progress will remain on the old server to go back to at any time

the game's optimization isn't great, so even if you have good network connection, the game sometimes has trouble finding it, which can cause these sorts of errors. for time out errors, can try:
- Restarting your router
- Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it

- a different WiFi
- 5G, LTE
- Cellphone data / hotspot
- VPN

your weekly trades should only get used up if you successfully trade with someone/they accept, not just if you offer the trade to someone.
as a side note, you get 3 trades on the first week, but only one additional trade in the weeks after, the three from the first week don't recharge

was your backpack full at the time? check your mailbox, as overflow items will go there first
my backpack had space at the time but i double checked mailbox just to be sure and its not there either. its checked off as if i found it also so im not sure what happened to it
you're 100% sure you got the snowman bubble for it? a lot of the eggs have similar colors, so it's a good idea to go and double check the location to see if the bubble is still there, if you can't find the egg anywhere in your backpack or warehouse
can also check around your house to see if you place dit down at some point
another possibility is that you accidentally sold it to the gold merchant? idk if the eggs are sellable, but i'd imagine they can be

when he receives the letter in the mail and receives it, he'll get a ticket in his inventory/warehouse automatically. he needs to find the ticket and activate it to start the pass
try setting your devices time to automatic. if it's already on automatic, try switching it to manual and then back, then reboot the game. if you're using a vpn, make sure that's set to automatic also
The device is already on auto and he already did reboot his device and all that had been suggested, but still can't find the ticket. All there is was just the green gift box that can't be opened.
i've heard a few others say they're being marked as afk even when they're active in the event too, but i'm not sure if there's a consistent community fix for it. the game isn't optimized well for network issues, so you can try the steps in this pinned post and see if they have any positive effect on your gameplay experience

based on a conversation i saw briefly in #gameplay-help , i think the items from the treehouse gacha take up a lot of load space. try putting them in an empty blueprint to see how much load space you need for them

the problem isn't with your connection, it's with how the game connects to the network. so even if your daughter is connecting just fine on her device, heartopia might still have trouble finding the network from your device

Something that may be a cause of this error is the game’s optimization. This means even if you know your Internet connection is good, sometimes the game will require players to restart their router or change connections to connect / enter the game.
Things you can try just to enter a town ( and then switch back to your regular WiFi ) includes:
Restarting your router
Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
Using a different WiFi
5G, LTE
Cellphone data / hotspot
VPN ( most players are using Proton which is free )

The person who receives the Pass will have the penguin chat bubble.
You can apply it by typing a random word, pressing on the chat bubble and then the chat box will appear. There is an option there that says Edit Skin. This is where you go to put it on and take it off. 
I've never had this problem before the recent update. Now its not even allowing aim feature to happen. Ive restarted game, PC and will try to reset router to make sure its not internet issue

There is no binding of Steam account to Gmail account for Heartopia. When you launch the game on Steam, you just need to log in with your Gmail account that you use / want to use.
Have you tried restarting your device / PC ? If you already did this then please try a different type of Internet connection just to see if it lets you through.

You don’t need to go offline. You need to enter solo building
for a few seconds and then exit the building mode. Then you can find your cats and interact with them.
If you have multiple cats then you may need to repeat this more than once for each cat.

Does anyone know why I can’t interact with cats? I’ve tried entering build mode and exiting, and it worked once so I could feed them, but I can’t interact with them after that. I have to close the entire game, enter build mode, and exit just for one interaction.

Hi, I'm playing on mobile (iphone 15), and I'm usually a Switch gamer so I don't really know which option does what in the graphics setting menu. My house is pretty big with a lot of items (I'm around 307000 on 323000 at the moment), will upgrade my lot as soon as I can. But since yesterday, the pop-in has been next level. Some of my crops just don't show up at all, like ever. I move around my house and it takes almost a full minute for things to appear. But yesterday my house was the pretty much the same and it wasn't doing this. Does anyone know if it's related to the last update? My phone being too old? Is there settings I can change to help?

I'd suggest turning off something like bloom and 2nd I'd do shader quality down. I have an older CPU (Intel i5 6500) so my seetings are quite low. My phone is an Samsung Galaxy s23 fe 5g so I don't need to change settings for since it is relatively new.

Make sure you submit a ticket through the support center in the game itself, and not through the email provided by Steam, as so far I haven't heard anyone mention a response back from the email
The response time depends on when you send it, as they do work regular business hours. Typically, I've gotten a response back within 24 hours for most tickets I've sent, but the game doesn't notify you when there's a response, you need to go to the actual ticket to check for a response

Do you have a mallard info card in your backpack? The quest dialogue only appears once you've satisfied the original requirements. If it's not appearing, try getting a new mallard card and putting it in your bag

Okay, major problem. And quite frankly I'm pretty pissed off. So I saved my house. Went to the blueprints to see if I could move my entire house back a few spaces now that ive bought more land. Moved it. Loaded back in and half of my stuff is gone. Including a lot of stuff I bought earlier. No where in my inventory. And I lost ALOT of money.

Usually when the tools don’t work properly it’s related to controllers which are plugged in or trying to connect via Bluetooth.

Things like this keep happening - I tried to re set my position 
I know you're not playing with controller but heartopia is very sensitive with certain devices. Even if you're not using the controller and its sitting there idle. Heartopia takes the input gets weird

The game is the most buggiest on PC
( Steam and TapTap included ). The way most people get past the 100% loading issue is using a VPN ( like Proton which is free and almost everyone with issues are using right now ). Then they switch back to their regular WiFi.

I'm having an annoying bug where I can't submit my home evaluation. I've had this bug since launch (I started the game on the 8th of January) and it always seems to get stuck on the Submit screen.
I tried spamming the button, pressing it normally, scrolling through the photos, clicking the photo, everything. Eventually, I'll see "photo upload failed" but it doesn't seem to progress at all. Any ideas?

Basically, use a mermaid tail ( or a few ) until you see & catch the blue shadowed fish ( see screenshot ). Doing it with friends is quicker ( or use it during a fishing event ).
my friend just started and his game is broken. he can't pull out his fishing rod or fish without 1) not being able to move, or 2) his map view being glitched whenever he's not on his vehicle. this started when i had him join me in fishing at old ocean while i was using a mermaid tail

hi! do we get back mats when we switch blueprints? i wanted to show my firsts houses to a friend and switched on a few blueprints, and now im out 100+ penguins mats and missing roaming oak and cant put back the house i had before blueprinting previous ones. is it a bug? i could swear it usually gives me mats back

can you try repairing your game? and if that ends up not working, try repairing it via steam > go to your library > right click heartopia > properties > installed file > verify integrity files

Hi, does anyone else keep dropping through floor when switching between game mode and build mode? Every. Single. Time. I have to get out of build mode, reset position, start build mode when I'm not on any floor, then make sure to exit build mode outside of my house too. It's getting super annoying. Started this morning and I keep forgetting.

Ever since it auto removed me fro. The firework show now whenever i try and gish or use anything it breaks and dosent let me move to position the fishing line and even after exiting it prevents me from walking or jumping or any movements. Please help at this point i can no longer play the game..
i did just swap default browsers and now im just getting an error to contact support. who knew taking money was difficult
