I caught my Purple Emperor on Whale Mountain. Did you climb up the mountain ? It should be up there and no insect attractor is needed.

Honestly I'm having the same issue with the attractors as well. I also followed the instructions.

It just says entering a new town without doing anything. I keep clicking on start but then it says matching town then there's a reconnection time out message, and then the same again whether I click return to login or reconnect

Currently the game may not fully support ultrawide resolutions like 3440x1440.
If the resolution is not detected, it usually means it’s not in the game’s supported list.
You can try forcing a custom resolution through your GPU control panel, but results may vary.

You can use mirror furniture or clothing store 2nd floor. Choose your hair style and there should be a color drop icon in the right side (?)
When you are redirected to Google, a Local Network window will appear. You need to set it to Allow.

Its fine. I saw your message in Help Center and that's normal. Music Composition -> Burned Music is treated as your music history. Even if you delete the CD entirely. It will stay in the "burned" section as a backup.

Every animal has its own designated feeding place. When you feed it, the bond between you grows, and sometimes it gives a gift, as in your case.

Can your boyfriend please try repairing his game ? He can do this at the main menu by pressing on the button in the corner with a wrench on it.

This usually happens because of DPI scaling or because the game resets window settings on launch.
Please try the following:
• Set Windows display scaling to 100% (test only)
• Right click the game → Properties → Compatibility → Change High DPI Settings → Override scaling (Application)
• Try setting launch options in Steam like:
-screen-width 2560 -screen-height 1440
If you edited the registry and it keeps reverting, it likely means the game rewrites those values on startup.

Things can also get lost in translation. Heartopia is also a new game with a bunch of new bugs due to it using TapTap. So chatgpt/AI wont have all the answers. Trial and error by people in the server works better

Can you check your backpack, mailbox, and warehouse, in that order? If your bag was full, the overflow items will be sent to your mailbox usually, but in some cases it will go to your warehouse instead

this is a screenshot of me and my friends games, hers has a collectors personal record tab to where she can get a rewards like a shadowbox of the butterfly. this and fishing, and birdwatching have similar rewards.
we started bug catching to get these rewards and then i noticed i dont have it. this butterfly specifically she started at 69 today and is now at 97. im unsure on how to get it myself because my game and i havent gotten a clear answer

There was a few things I redownloaded the game for some reasons it was giving me tutorials on everything but my biggest problem was the mailing system it keep telling me I had new mail when there wasn’t any
Can you check which server you were on? Because if the server was changed, a new character will be started — each server has its own separate character. u can know if u have a char on server from this mark

Can you make sure that you logged in with the same email, and that the Google page you were redirected to is using the same email registered to your account?
Because if you have multiple profiles, you might be redirected to another one and get logged into a new account instead.
This is a problem that affects many players and comes from the game servers. The solution is to use a VPN, like Proton, which may help reduce it.
Keep in mind, this is just a temporary solution until they fix it on their side.
Many players are reporting this issue on the Global and SEA servers. So you're definitely not alone on this.

No need to do that. You can log in all the accounts on your mobile to the PC and try them there. If your account doesn’t appear, you can contact the in-game support team and explain your issue.
Also, don’t log out of your mobile account just in case.

Hello! I have been having a hard time being able to interact with my cat today. I had done all the resets I could think of & she's still bugged. At first she wasn't anywhere to be found. I tracked her and she appeared out of thin air. When I fed her, she just is frozen and I cannot do any other interaction with her. I logged out & back in. I reset my position, reapplied my blue print, and finally I went into solo build. I dont know where to report this in game

hiiii i’ve already inquired with customer support in game (no reply yet) but i also want to post here to hopefully bring it to attention faster and maybe find a different fix;
my game is currently unplayable, i’m stuck somewhere and nothing i’ve tried has worked. resetting the game, fixing files, resetting position, teleporting through the fishing & concert events. absolutely nothing has worked. i hope for this to be fixed soon.

So I verified files in steam, repaired in my game, restarted multiple times and went to a new town. I still cant hit the enter key or open up a chat unless someone else starts talking and I click on it. ALso clicking the enter button bottom left doesnt work either.

Yes I was just on the plot then I thought it saved so I went to an old plot w a friend and when i went to spawn my blueprint again it was at an old version of it
Yes - it’s a very common bug that almost everyone is experiencing.
A temporary quick fix would be to enter
( solo building, not co-building ) for a few seconds and then exit it. Approach your cat again and you should see the interaction bubbles. 
Did you edit the blueprint from the app in your watch
? Or did you edit it while you were on the plot and just pressed
?
If you go to Blueprints
and edit one then it does save for you. If you are adding to a build from
then you have to import it every time you make a change so it saves onto the blueprint.

Nope I understood it perfectly. And yes I did only work on it from the house edit.. so it was my fault but maybe the game should add a warning to save blueprints before switching to another one?

Unfortunately, up to this moment, the game server issue hasn’t been fixed. You can use a VPN, but keep in mind it’s just a temporary solution.
Something that may be a cause of this error is the game’s optimization. This means even if you know your Internet connection is good, sometimes the game will require players to restart their router or change connections to connect / enter the game.
Things you can try just to enter a town ( and then switch back to your regular WiFi ) includes:
Restarting your router
Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
Using a different WiFi
5G, LTE
Cellphone data / hotspot
VPN ( most players here are using Proton which is free )

I need help in fixing this issue of mine. I deleted Heartopia like a month ago on my laptop since I needed more space. Redownloaded it today and that's what it keeps saying, I check the Profile Icon and it says my Google account is bound and showing my ID so I guess my login still works
That screen means Heartopia can’t pull your account data from the server. It’s usually a connection or server issue, not something you did wrong. Do this in order:
1. Tap Confirm, then fully close the app .
2. Check your internet
• Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data
• If you’re on Wi-Fi, try a different network if possible
3. Reopen the game and log in again .
4. Restart your phone if it pops up again.

Switching to automatic time or device time has nothing to do with that issue you posted. I’m not sure if the person who tried to help you is just blindly copying and pasting stuff but you did not have anything related to time at all so hopefully you didn’t change anything related to that.

Yes. I figured out it is most likely a wifi related issue. I'm using my works wifi and it continues to do this but now I got it installed on my phone and it works fine with mobile data but thank you so much for responding

My game has crashed no lie about 15x today on steam. Be careful with taptap my anti-virus flagged it as malware. They will tell you it's trustworthy and for the most part it should be. But I decided I wasn't taking that risk. The file it flagged was very suspicious.

Yes, it has been flagged by anti-viruses several times in the past. Some anti-viruses do their job .. over the top so to say. It's normal for anti-viruses to want to flag new stuff being downloaded ( mine does it so often and I have used Kaspersky in the past as well ).

Im aware of false flags of course. But the file it flagged in itself was very suspiciously titled. But I do know its widely used with no issues. But there's always a chance with third party launchers. I wish I did feel safe to use it. My game crashes every 5 minutes on steam.

Not sure if this is the right channel for it, but I got 1 dog and 3 cats. I train/play with them one after the other, but my siamese cat has to go first. As in, immediately after I enter the town because that's only when the interaction bubbles show up. If I let time pass and do other things first, I lose those bubbles and can’t feed/interact with that specific cat. Only happens to my siamese one. To get those bubbles back I have to return to login and enter town again. Can this be fixed or is it a game bug?

Does it help at least to get you into the game ? Once you're there I would go look into Settings ⚙️ and change the settings for resolution / switch it from full screen to windowed mode.

This is a known bug or interference at least. Many players have began leaving #suggestion to change the way pets work in the game. 
If they're in the way, for now all you can do is really just reset their position by changing towns manually. 
Go to the title screen / login screen.
Next to the START button, press on

Sometimes they bring extra little gifts ( similar to what they leave at the feeding trough ) or they just come to interact. You’re not missing much, and you’ll still collect all of the gifts they want to give you, eventually. 
If anything you can try to repair your game files ( on the login screen, there is a button with a wrench called Repairs ). I just tried my CDs and all of them worked. I think the best thing to do would be to contact Customer Support to see what solutions they can offer you ( ex: repurchase the CD or not )

Honestly - it could be either one. A lot of players have been reporting lag spikes and crashes so it seems the developers may need to work on the optimization of the game a bit more.

)
Uninstall and reinstall ( only if you wish to try )
Trying a different Internet connection ( ex: go from WiFi to VPN like Proton )

Yes ! Proton is the one almost all players ( who have this issue ) are using because it is free and has been working. So currently, I would highly recommend using that VPN.

What does T status mean?
How many pieces are actually in the winter snowscape? I just completed the Winter Snowscape this morning. I’m at 21/21 pieces but in order to get the reward it wants 22 pieces in the set. I tried logging off and back in and tried the repair redownloading everything and it’s still doing this. A friend just checked his too and it says the same thing. I have purchased the pack for the frostpore event to get everything and am at 59 of 60. So is the cable car seat supposed to be piece 22 like a hidden piece and will I have this notification to collect the stars until I unlock that?
My second cat won’t let me interact with hers. Anyone else have this problem?
What I would recommend then is pressing the trashcan button on the right side of the screen. This will reset the puzzle piece. Let me know if it works for you.

I'm having such a weird issue in game. Whenever I right or left click onto the screen I become unable to jump. I have to alt tab in and out to be able to jump again.
My friend told me she uses the same account and server, she just formatted her phone, but when she reinstalled the game, her save file was gone.
Does she have multiple Gmail accounts ? It could be forcing her to login to a different one instead of the one she uses for Heartopia.

If she bound her account to Facebook or Apple then she should try those login methods. If not, then in this case she needs to contact Customer Support with as much details as possible ( ex: User ID from the game, or past login email accounts ). She can do this on the title screen by pressing on Settings ⚙️ and going to Support Center.

So from my experience, it might take some time for the cats / dogs to warm up to the machines. What kind of food are you putting in the automatic dog feeders ? If you’re putting anything and everything, try switching to only / specifically dog food and not even universal food.
For my automatic cat feeders, when I started only putting in cat food specifically, that’s when they started giving it more of a chance.
You can read your pet logs to see how they feel about the machine and if they are willing to eat from it or not.
For the people that play Heartopia on the computer. Is there a way to not get the Log time out message? Cause I dont want to have to keep restarting my laptop just to log in

but what I did was just wait for the food to decrease in there and immediately switch to adding the different food. You’re right though, there is no option to remove food manually.

hey, not sure if i’m in the right place or not, but can someone help me? it says i’ve collected 21/21… but the last star says i need to collect 22… the dot is there to show me i did, indeed, unlock the reward, but when i tap on it, it just gives me a description for the stars

I dont know if this is a bug or my game glitched but I did my daily buying massimos ingredients and made coffee right next to him and was only able to make 19....Ive been getting ingredients daily so I know I should have more than 19 coffee bags at min i shouldve had 50

How do I dispute a charge? I tried to buy a red diamond pack and it took most of the money ($4.15 to be exact, the price is $4.99) and said it’s pending in my bank account but I did t receive my diamonds. So I did the small $.39 pack for 20 diamonds and it worked just fine but I’m $4 out with no diamonds to show for it

Hello, I'm here to ask what I should do because I haven't been able to feed my cat since last week. I can see that it's already hungry, but no icon or logo is showing up for me to feed it. I've tried refreshing multiple times, and I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. My friends can't feed it either because there's no icon for feeding. Please help fix this poor thing is starving. The temporary fix that we’re all using right now is the following ;
Go into
for a few seconds and then exit. Approach your cat again and the interaction bubbles should appear.
