Hi, my game crashes/screen freezes whenever I play on mobile. Earlier I was able to trigger the mystery phase on frostspore fishing event, but my game crashed. I had to restart the game twice 😭 good thing the event was still ongoing but I lost 2 minutes 😵‍💫

Hey no matter what I try my game is super laggy and having trouble loading. I’ve tried the repair button on the opening screen, (gave an error) lowering the graphics, turning off snow, deleting other apps on my phone, checked my internet connection, closed everything else when playing, and changing towns but it stays buggy. My chat bubbles take forever to appear, npcs seem to glitch, my car randomly disappears and it looks like my character is running, my game has crashed, other players appear to teleport because the game freezes etc. I love this game and play everyday but I’m having trouble catching bugs and fishing now because it’s gotten so bad.

I purchased a Hobby Upgrade Ticket (for 50 Wishing Stars) from Azure in the event area on Onsen Mountain. The stars were successfully deducted from my inventory, but the upgrade ticket does not appear in my items, and I cannot use it to level up the Snow Sculpting hobby in the hobby menu.

I was intending to save the stars for the large white fish tank but went ahead and purchased the upgrade instead.

Here are the details:

• Platform: iOS
• Approximate time of purchase: February 8, 2026, around 6:35pm
• Event/Hobby: Snow Sculpting Hobby (Winter Frost Season)
• What I bought: Hobby Upgrade Ticket for 50 Wishing Stars
• Issue: Stars deducted, but no ticket received / no upgrade option available

I’ve tried restarting the app, checking my inventory again, and relogging, but the ticket still hasn’t appeared. I have screenshots showing the stars being deducted (happy to attach/send them).

In January, I attempted to purchase a game pass. Each time, the game showed “payment method declined” and “recharge cancelled.” Because of these messages, I reasonably believed the purchases did not go through.

However, after checking my bank account, I saw that the amount for the game pass was deducted, despite the game indicating the recharge failed. The item purchased was “Fashion Gift Box.” The game pass was never delivered and never reflected in my account.

Because I did not receive the purchased item, I requested a refund through Apple.

Today, I noticed that my Pink Heart Gems are showing a negative balance, and certain game features are now restricted. I am being told that I “spent” the currency, which is not possible because the game pass and its contents were never delivered to me.

I contacted in-game support, but my explanation was dismissed without being properly reviewed.

To be clear:

The purchase showed as failed in-game
The money was deducted from my bank account
The game pass was never received
The negative balance is the result of an undelivered item being refunded
This is a delivery and system error, not misuse of currency or abuse of refunds.

I am requesting heartopia that you please remove the negative balance and restore my account access. Also, your customer service has not been very helpful, they were very dismissive and pinning the blame on me.

It’s supposed to be moving back and forth past the path you’re standing on, you can switch towns to try and trigger the movement

Have you tried making a stove box ie surrounding yourself with stoves on each side of you in a square formation facing inward. You go in the middle. This is a quick way to manage 4 stoves at once and I've also never had my animals phase through them

I would say its an issue with the "Bluetooth" between phone and computer when logging in that way.

Okay I tried doing this in Brave, and it turned out to be too complicated and requires typing commands.

Try downloading Chrome and making it your default browser just for logging in.
