Our beta testing began November 7, 2025 and we had a second test December 10, 2025. Then launched January 7, 2026.

There is definitely a need for improving on the optimization of the game. A lot of players from the Global & SEA servers have been reporting issues.

@developers Need improvement on pet location vs functional furniture accessibility. I don't know if it's intentional or not, but I don't think anybody would be too happy wasting resources/ingredients just because we cannot access the stove while cooking and the pets are blocking access at the same time, which usually leads to failing the cooking mini game. • Vertical Calibration: This helps the camera move up and down correctly.
• Eye Contact: This makes it look like you are looking at the camera when you talk.

When these are ON, the camera works more accurately and looks more natural.

Yeah it popped up randomly again, as I rightclicked to turn the camera. If it's supposed to be an actual feature, it needs to be bound to a hotkey on the keyboard, not a click on your ingame avatar.

Common issue, i assume you don’t have interaction bubbles over them? Usually this happens when they glitch on an action/furniture, and usually can resolve itself over time

As a temporary fix, you can try:

• going into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit to force a position reset to the front of your house, or
• switch towns to force a position reset
  when the game forces a reset, it usually clears any previous actions/etc, which is why it’s used as a temporary fix for a lot of bugs/glitches

are you playing on pc or mobile? a few things to try:

• regardless, try rebooting the game first and see if that helps.
• can you see things moving, and only you can't move?
  • if so, check whether you have any controllers plugged in. this can include anything connected via bluetooth (eg headphones). the game isn't optimized for for controllers and so a lot of bugs will come as a result
  • in that line of thought, if you're trying to play via steamdeck, i don't think there's any solutions, since the game isn't optimized for controller-play right now

did you get kicked out of your house while in build mode? one possibility is that you were the last person in a town, i think it automatically switches you to a new town if you're the only person there. it's happened to me a few times, where i suddenly got pulled to a new town

unfortunately i'm not sure how it handles if you were in build mode at the time, you could try going into build mode to see if you can recover the house. check your bag/warehouse to see if your items were sent there as well

as a temporary fix, you can either:

• go into build mode for a few seconds, move a piece of furniture, then save and exit, or
• switch to a new town
  either of these actions should reset both of your positions back to the front of the house, which will give you access to the cat to interact with

if your cat is glitched into the roof, you can alternatively:

• build yourself roof access so that you can reach your cat, or
• destroy the ceiling tile that the cat is standing on so that it falls down to you

The percentage of getting the rainbow items are so low. I have submitted a ticket about this because out of my 60 pulls I only got 4 gold items the rest are all purple duplicates. They were supposed to give me a rare exhibit by my 21st pull but didnt receive any. If the rare exhibit is the gold items I suggest you opt out of this gatcha as I wasted my money. Save it for My Little Pony instead. Also, in Chinese Server a lot of people reported this and are not satisfied the developers refunded half of the tickets they spent on this gatcha.

So if you didnt get any rare exhibit, I suggest submitting a ticket about this. If they don’t fix this problem, I might quit this game cuz it’s just scamming us at this point.

Do you mean above player heads? If so, the reason you can't see what they're saying is because you're not at a coffee table or not friends with them, so it just appears like the heartopian alphabet instead.

Its a bug if you enter and leave Build Mode or Re-Log in it should fix itself.

I've seen a lot of people getting stuck pulling out the fishing pole or having problems with your bubble wand and support saying unplug your controller. My controller wasn't on BUT the Xbox dongle was plugged in and it was the source of the issues. I unplugged it and the game started working fine. Alternative idea is to try turning bluetooth off on your PC if you have it built in and see if it works. Hope this helps.

So I didn't have this problem when playing the beta, but everything is blurry/pixelized. I tried lowering the graphics (was on ultra) and it didn't help. Just as i thought my cat left, i ruined my truffle pasta... then they walked away to only come back through my wall to ruin my fish and chips... then got stuck in my stove during ANOTHER truffle pasta. I'm so over it. The amount of money/resources that have been ruined by these bugged animals (that they force us into having with the main story quest) is beyond ridiculous. Has anyone else on PC had issues with the Frostspore fishing event? I can't do it. Every time I go to the area, my charater freezes in place and I can't move.
