〢 In fact, all previous updates had minor bugs, but the latest update introduced some unexpected issues.
A part of it all is that they did not expect to become this big, this quickly. They had 10,000,000 players within their first week of launch and the Discord server jumped from 63,000 to over 500,000 in the first week. Now 750,000.
I think with time, these issues will improve .. especially because now they see how big they’ve gotten.
I can imagine how frustrating it is though, I really can.

When you’re redirected to the Google page, a Local Network window will appear.
You need to set it to Allow to complete the login.

Basically, when you buy clothes and fill out your clothing Collection
you get points. Buy enough clothing to pass over 800 points and you automatically unlock saved outfit presets.

Hi, I'm having an issue with the guilded acorn pack I purchased for my friend. She received an empty gift box. I thought something had gone wrong with the purchase so I bought her another one. This one had the option to open it but it wouldn't let her because it said she already had received the gilded acorn pass even though she had not. The fashion gift box tier rewards are still locked for her.

I just realised when I made my Heartopia account it’s connected to a Google account that I don’t have access to the email anymore. Is there a way I can transfer all my achievements to a new account that has the right email?
I can still go into my Heartopia account but I’d rather have it connected to a Google account that has my current email connected to it…

I noticed a problem with the event photo album. If I place a photo on the second page, it's moved to the first page, even if there's already a photo there. I tried fixing it by changing the position of the photos, but the problem persists.

Try entering build mode for a couple seconds and than exit out of it, its a known bug unfortunately. Another thing you can do is report it to support center. Via in-game. Look for "account management" from there you click support center.

Unfortunately the above is the best known solution to the Timeout bug. You can choose to contact support as well via in-game.

Hi, I accidentally deleted my account and I’m having trouble recovering it.
Other players told me they were able to restore their accounts after deletion, so I’m wondering if this is normal.
I followed the game’s cancellation recovery instructions, but it keeps showing “login failed.”
I contacted support, and they said the cancellation process takes time and may require multiple attempts.
They also informed me that my account is still in the cancellation process and will take another 13 days.
What can I do to get the team to recheck my ID and unlock my account?

It happens with every update; I've already tried disconnecting the internet, using mobile data, and nothing works.
Try to be patient as you were asked, although 13 is a rather long time. If your account is new, I advise you to open a new one rather than wait. If it's an old account with a high level, it's better to wait.

I keep trying to sign into Heartopia on Steam, but every time it makes me sign in through my browser. It says the sign-in was successful, but when I go back to Steam, it doesn’t register at all. Does anyone know why this is happening? I’ve also tried reinstalling it, but nothing fixed it.
The furniture store has had the same furniture for a week.
Just to check, the sets near the door are supposed to stay the same from saturday until friday, then a new set/color is rng’d on saturday. it is possible to get the same color and set again since its rng. the sets upstairs are the same, they switch out on saturday. the rug booth also switches out weekly
The ones that switch out daily are the individual item displays: one to the left of the store, the two on the back wall, and the two on the right of the store

To check your tickets for their reply, go to the Support Center, click the blue-green circle with the headset icon, and a popup should appear with the option to view your current and inactive tickets.
The pets are pretty bugged in general, but luckily the easiest way to fix it is to reset your / your pets positions back to the front of the plot! One way is to switch towns; another way is to go into build mode for a few seconds, move something, then save and exit
Once they’re somewhere you can reach, you can interact with them as normal. This method also works with most other pet-related bugs

Someone actually recently got warned in-game for using an emulator. So I would suggest to just avoid using them altogether.
As the warning mail below says, please just install Heartopia through official download portals which can be found on the official website.

How do I do this?
Just create 2 events like fishing or catching bugs
participate in 2 events and complete the personal goal for them.
there's a variety of event options:
- fishing
- bug catching
- birdwatching
- jump (the bouncy house-looking one on the beach)
- duck jump (the one that looks like a giant duck)
the personal goal for each one will vary, but they're pretty straightforward. the personal goal for fishing is to catch a certain number of fish; the personal goal for bug catching is to catch a certain number of bugs, etc etc
you can start an event on your own by going to the NPC and paying gold to start it (2000 if it's your first time this week, and the price goes up every time after until you hit the weekly reset on saturday), or you can wait for an NPC to start the event (everyone in town is automatically invited to join), or you can wait for another player to start the event and invite others (not guaranteed to happen)
you'll only be able to participate in an event if you've unlocked any pre-req requirements, eg you can only do fishing if you've unlocked the fishing hobby. i think the two jump events on the beach don't have pre-reqs

My first experience was the opening cut scene and that barely got through 3 messages I think? But I hadn't had time to edit my graphics so I skipped and lowered them all to be at an even bar but I wasnt having difficulties with anything else so I shrugged it off. Second time I recognized it as an issue, still turned down some graphics but again it happened and now I am here. I tried to hold out because I really love the game

Hello, I don't know if anyone can help me, but I'm having trouble connecting. I can play perfectly fine on one PC using my Facebook connection, but when I tried to play on another, it never registered "Connect with Facebook." I logged into my Facebook account, it said the game was connected, but when I go back to the game screen, it stays on "Connect with Google, Facebook, etc." Am I the only one experiencing this? 😰 I've tried verifying the game files, the "repair" option in the game, and uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing changes.

So, I was cooking corn soup with rainbow bouquet buff, and counting that I've got 10 dishes with 5-6 ⭐, but when I open my backpack, I only have 4 5⭐ corn soup, I think it's a bug, and an annoying one. 3 days grinding and waiting just for this. Do you have friends in-game? You can try to do the Frame the Winter quest and visit a friend (if he/she is in a different town map), because you will respawn back to your house if you do that.

Hello. I have two pets, one dog and a cat. I can interact with my dog just fine however, the option to interact with my cat is not showing up. I can see from my cat's stats that it is already hungry, but I have no way of feeding it because it is not available. This has been an issue since yesterday. Here is a screenshot. As you can see, the game can give me an option to interact with the chair, but not with my cat. (I don't want my cat to starve to death. Is there any way to fix this?)

i dont use taptap but you could uninstall heartopia and chose custom install location if it lets you pick and reinstall it there.
making a shortcut to move without reinstalling youd have to make a command promt run as admin on your pc

The issue is not the your Internet or anything on your side. We know this. The issue is the game’s servers and optimization.
Using a VPN is a temporary fix if you want to play the game. So far over 200 players are using Proton which is free. If you don’t want to use a VPN and would prefer waiting for the developers to fix the issue that is also fine.

For anyone in Europe playing in global suffering with lag above 1000 ping just like I am, I have found a solution that was recommended by a Mod on this server. I switched to Proton VPN (free version) and now I can play with 50-200 ping instead of 1000-60000.
It is super frustrating that the global server it broken with all the bugs, and that the official customer service is absolutely useless. But it is a better QOL compared to unplayable and we can cook less burnt food. Current stable ping: 70ms, highest: 300ms.

I would recommend speaking to Customer Support about this because so far the only option I see is to delete an account but not a single character. Customer Support should be able to confirm if “ delete account “ means deleting a single character or the entire account.

Where can I contact customer service directly? I have tried the help center twice and the contact submission form through the game itself more than a week ago and still have not heard back. I was also unable to make a report through discord as it was full.
The game advertises a 7-day reward pass but only gives 5 days worth of rewards before witholding your rewards and then making you pay to recieve the rest. This is false advertising and my country takes that very seriously.
Not getting any help with this as well as the whole AI/Discord debacle is preventing me from making further purchases and also considering dropping the game.

Basically this is happening because the channel permissions need to be adjusted ( either by moderators or admins ) so that only the relevant group sees those channels. This can also happen if the wrong tags are being used ( ex: @ everyone @ D.G. Member ).

This can happen if you go AFK while building ( this is just one example ). The only thing you can really do here is press on Discard Unsaved Changes to finally move on. This means that some changes will be lost and you may have to redo them.
Something that may be a cause of this error is the game’s optimization. This means even if you know your Internet connection is good, sometimes the game will require players to restart their router or change connections to connect / enter the game.
Things you can try just to enter a town ( and then switch back to your regular WiFi ) includes:
Restarting your router
Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
Using a different WiFi
5G, LTE
Cellphone data / hotspot
VPN ( most players are using Proton which is free )

The best solution for now is to use a VPN.

Has anyone else been having the issue where when you pull out an item, it automatically does the secondary function? As in, when you hold "use" on seeds, you plant 6 at a time, or when you hold "use" on the bug wand, it automatically does the long range fire? It's been disruptive to gameplay, especially when it comes to fishing because once I pull the fishing rod out, I no longer can move, similar to that really early bug from launch

Keyboards that need to be plugged in or use Bluetooth to connect are not supported well with Heartopia yet. They will interfere with movement, or simply not work. Your best bet with your iPad is to play touch-mode and not on a keyboard.

The reason why I ask is because Global server only had 2 hours the night of launch to complete these 5 tutorial dailies, otherwise you would fall behind a bit.
So you had to have completed them between 4:00 am - 6:00 am.
If you completed the dailies on time then yes you should be at level 27 ( 10 / 140 EXP ) for Global and America. Other servers will be advancing again soon as their daily reset is coming up.

already did, tried restarting our internet modem and router, connected to a different one, used 5g. Im not gonna ask help here if i havent tried basic troubleshooting

Which VPN did you try ? Just out of curiosity as I want to make a list of the VPNS that didn’t work ( example: North )
everything i have access to - HK, Singapore, S.Korea, Japan Australia, UAE, new zealand finland turkey romania sweeden poland.. its too many
my ping keeps going over 30000 for some reason!!! only started to happen since last maintenance. can someone help? it’s making the game unplayable☹️

why the daily quest haven’t refresh? It’s already 9 saturday but they haven’t refresh it.

Hi! I was here a couple days ago and reported an issue of the wrong cat's photo being shown when recieving an action gift from them. A suggested fix was to repair, and I'm just reporting back that sadly it did not help.

I’m still having the same issue with the house building. I removed my house, saved and clicked completed. And I’m always getting this after
this was my last quest that I completed yesterday and they haven’t refresh it this morning
The only thing you can really do here is press on the yellow button to discard any unsaved changes. This means that some changes in your build may be lost and you may have to entirely redo them.
It should have refreshed. Can you try some of these potential fixes ?
- Restart your device / PC / game.
- Go to the title screen and in the corner press this button

i have a friend whos trying to play but cant and she said what is happening is when she tries to login through Google or Apple it takes her to the login page and then it just blanks. It won’t load anything, it won’t redirect her back to the game, there are no pop ups or anything.
What Internet browser are they using ?
i believe she uses chrome but i could be wrong- shes working right now so i cant ask her :9

Can she maybe try making another Internet browser her default browser and trying again ?
Microsoft Edge or FireFox would be ideal.
Truthfully, it might also be her firewall getting in the way
