Could you check whether you have any controllers plugged in, and unplug them if you do? This can also include things trying to Bluetooth connect to your device, as the game might be detecting them as a controller

Snow isn’t present all the time in-game, it melts and then builds back up with snowfall. I haven’t been in the game today but I think it had melted when I was playing last night

It’s a glitch with the collection count, same thing happened with the hymn collections. Can send in a bug report to their Support Center in-game but I think many players have sent it already. Not much we can do otherwise except wait for a fix

Hello, I would like to ask anyone with technical knowledge for help. For the past 2 weeks, I have been having a lot of lag spikes that occur every few days. The past few times that it happened, I would leave the game, repair the client, then it would be fixed as soon as I log back in.

I've done this three times today to no avail. Any possible diagnosis to this issue?

For context, the lag spike is usually 15000ms-23000ms (15-23s delay) but today it's been worse. I am also able to watch a youtube video without any delay.

If the action bubbles aren’t appearing, try switching towns until your positions reset to the front of our house. It should reset whatever they were doing that caused the glitch, which’ll let the action bubbles reappear

Pets in general are pretty glitched, as a temporary fix you can try to change towns until your positions reset to the front of our house, and go immediately to interact with them. Their bubbles seem to disappear because they glitch on an object, but it should resolve itself eventually

Has anyone found a fix for pc where when you connect an apple account the Play button isn’t there and then says login timed out.
After I click continue and the play button shows up but when I click the play button it doesn’t do anything until the login times out again.

Something that may be a cause of this error is Internet connection and type of connection versus game optimization. This means even if you know your connection is good, sometimes the game will require players to restart their router or change connections to connect / enter the game.

Things you can try just to enter a town ( and then switch back to your regular WiFi ) includes:

Restarting your router
Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
Using a different WiFi

5G, LTE
Cellphone data / hotspot
VPN

Yes, there is cross-saves / data syncing enabled for all platforms. Everything is saved on your account -> your character.

Just make sure you are using the same login ( Google, Apple, Facebook ).

Hi everyone, can someone help me please, first thing, I’ve built an ice palace/winter frost home in blueprints but it won’t let me build it, it keeps saying locked items won’t be built! I have all the items available but it’s not allowing me to use them and I can’t work out why.
Second thing, in the new winter fashion wave, how do we get the items listed with a friends help, I can’t work it out, any help would be greatly appreciated ❤️ 🫶

You can ignore that warning on the bottom, it's just a generic warning to let you know before you place it down. They'll automatically be paid for / build as long as you have the crafting materials needed for it upon placing down the blueprint

So, i've got an interesting one.
Every time i use my fishing rod in the winter event area, my charactar gets stuck. i am unable to move and jump. i can still use emotes, tools and vehicles but my charactar gets stuck, unable to move when fishing. its at other fishing places as well.
I'm on pc, tried the file verify integrety and the repairs button when launching the game. even tried different ways to get ''unstuck''

you do need to talk and go through and talk to all npcs at a certain order/time to complete before you can ice skate if you just started. so it takes a bit of time but look at the map and anything with an orange clip board check mark thing go do those and accomplish before u go unlock ice skating task

Update, reinstalling the game had no change.
using the reset position option has no change as well. it only happens when grabbing the fishing rod. switching locations or towns also has no influence.
(windows 11 on a full amd build)
It works fine on mobile (Iphone 12 with newest ios)

If there's an active concert going on, he should be in the concert itself, not outside of it - the tracking won't lead you to him, but he's over either the stage, either on the stage or around/behind it. (He's part of the performance, but you won't be able to talk to him while the NPCs are performing)

the aurora event quests all unlock in a certain order, so check your quest tab and make sure you've finished everything on the main/event quest page first.

if the quest line has prompted you to go talk to the other NPCs, talk to massimo, and you'll be able to get the event recipes from him. if your backpack is full, check your mailbox for the recipes, and then check your warehouse to see if the recipes were sent there instead. (you'll only be able to access the warehouse from your home)

Friend Purchase only works if other people in your town have purchased items from Azure/other players first; it's basically a faster way of getting the item you want, since everyone's shop selection can differ day-to-day, by buying it through another player instead

I think there is a limit on how often you can use the feature per week, so if you were using it before and now can't, you probably hit the limit

and furni in blueprint mode is infinite because it just is that way. when you try to apply the blueprint tho, it requires however many pieces of the furni you used

you need more penguin material packs - you need 38 but only have 10. all other warnings about locked materials can be ignored, as the missing items will be paid for as long as you have enough buliding material and gold

So when you go into usually you see building materials like windows, doors which require to make.

For the penguin building permits you just got during this Season, it's the same thing but instead of you use penguin materials to build the penguin tree, window and more.

There has not been a patch for this yet, unfortunately. I'm not even sure if the Heartopia team knows this is going on ( there has been no acknowledgment from the team or moderators ).

What I would recommend, since you can not reach the Settings ⚙️ button in-game to open a ticket, is to instead open a ticket with the Discord moderators so this can continue to be seen as an issue.

For Discord support from moderators please follow the steps in #guide to use the new mod mail system. You can send a DM to @twin yacht .

Something that may be a cause of this error is Internet connection and type of connection versus game optimization. This means even if you know your connection is good, sometimes the game will require players to restart their router or change connections to connect / enter the game.

Things you can try just to enter a town ( and then switch back to your regular WiFi ) includes:

Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
Using a different WiFi

I’m not blaming your Internet or anything on your end though. It’s the game’s optimization which is requiring players to restart their connections or try a different one sometimes.

Yes, it’s a known bug and we are still waiting for developers to create a fix for this. Pets are buggy in general from being on the roof, to under the floor, to not interacting & etc.

if your pets are stuck up in the sky or in the ground / you can't interact with them for no reason at all then enter build mode and then exit it. should help! it's a really common bug which is hopefully getting fixed soon by the developers
IF that didn't help:

• start a tea party and then cancel it
• change your town
• restart the game
• turn your wifi on and off
• go to the title screen and press the wrench button
• enter build mode and move roof/wall your pet has been stuck in and then put it back
  alternatively you can wait for them to come down

! those are temporary fixes. if you have this issue again you'll have to redo it

It took me DAYS to complete this and I have no idea if the favourite food changes daily or what happened but this quest was not easy at all to complete.

My cat’s favourite food ended up being regular cat food bought from the Pet Shop. I fed it to her when she was almost starving and this might have made a difference too ? I’m not sure. Good luck though, because this quest was not easy.

This is a very common bug that we are all experiencing. A temporary fix that we’re all using is entering for a few seconds and then exiting it. Approach your cat again and the interaction bubbles should appear.

When it says “ You’re too busy to pet your cat or feed your cat “, you should try manually entering a new town.

Go to the title screen / login screen.
Next to the START button, press on
Press on All Towns and select a random one to join.

Developer, question. Is there a way to change the main functions for PC users? The main keys to maneuver in the game are weird.. I would suggest hand placements for letters (a,s,d, and f) for moving around. Also the mouse to rotate the surroundings is very glitchy.
