It really is. I clearly said that the game lagged/bugged when I pulled coz I was at the male banner when I tried to pull 10x but then it got changed to female after I confirmed. Then I literally immediately logged off coz I thought it was just a visual bug but my pulls really went to female when I literally pulled on the male ones. I never pulled on any banner except male. This is a known bug and we’re waiting for a fix from developers. When you can’t interact with your cat try entering for a few seconds and then exit. Find your cat and the interaction bubbles should be available again.

You need to buy the necessary ingredients. Buying 10 powdered sugar is what unlocked the pancakes for me. There are 5 variants in total. Then acquiring the white radish seeds from Blanc and growing/harvesting them, is what unlocked the other two recipes. There are two variants of iced coffee as well. Buy some ingredients from Massimo and you should unlock the recipes.

My character got stuck in the bed when I got the notification to go to the onsen snow rink, so I reloaded and kept getting stuck at 99% because it wanted to put me back in the house I was in, waiting 5 mins gave me the moving to a new location which reset me. So try waiting 5 mins or so and try again.

I really love the game so far, but using build mode while on PC is really quite difficult sometimes, and having to right click on my mouse so much is definitely going to put some strain on it. Ok, so my friend and I have been playing Heartopia since its release and haven't had any issues untill recently. He crashed one day while we were cobuilding on his plot. We weren't doing anything big, just adding a wall to the side of his staircase after realizing we didn't like the railing. He lost connection after his laptop got unplugged (His battery is bad, so he has to leave his laptop plugged in or it won't stay on), and ever since then, he has been unable to log into the game. He gets to the Heartopia logo screen, where it says Heartopia, then it shows this screen that I've included in the post (A white screen with a red question mark), and then it crashes.

if your pets are stuck up in the sky or in the ground / you can't interact with them for no reason at all then enter build mode and then exit it. should help! it's a really common bug which is hopefully getting fixed soon by the developers
IF that didn't help:

• start a tea party and then cancel it
• change your town
• restart the game
• turn your wifi on and off
• go to the title screen and press the wrench button
• enter build mode and move roof/wall your pet has been stuck in and then put it back
  alternatively you can wait for them to come down

! those are temporary fixes. if you have this issue again you'll have to redo it

Two issues:
1)There’s an issue today where you can’t stabilize the cooking heat. The circle does not pop up for me so I can’t adjust the heat. Then my food gets burned. This needs to be fixed soon.

recently with the new winter update, I’ve purchased with blanc and the chef 71 white radish seeds and 55 frosting, but I never revived my items. I looked on my mail and it said it was due to my backpack being full. So I made some space and purchased a backpack expansion just in case but I’m still not able to claim my items. Ive received other items afterwards and was able to claim them in exemption of my radish seeds and my frosting I’ve lost my money and my items. What should happen is that you take six new photos for her after you receive the quest, and then the quest will tell you to go to her and a new quest dialogue box will appear to let you submit. I remember seeing in the other help channel that many people had trouble with this quest… if you are on PC, it seems like a lot of things are generally very bugged on there so if the steps I mentioned didn’t work, you might have come across the same bugged quest

Order of events based on when I logged into the game earlier:

call from NPC that summoned me to the event area
walk into event area from bus stop initiates a skippable cutscene that previews event activities
talk to Eric
follow the quests to talk to other NPCs

IIRC you then get the scrapbook from Atara or Eric, idr who I was talking to

If none of those things triggered for you, please make sure the following:

• DG Member Level 7 minimum
• completed the main quest “the answer lies within”

According to the mail, you’ve already claimed the recipes, but they usually go straight to your backpack or warehouse from the mailbox. Can you check your backpack + warehouse to see if the recipes are there?

Make sure to check back on the ticket itself for their reply, rather than waiting for an email response. To check your tickets, go to the Support Center, click the blue-green circle with the headset icon, and a popup should appear with the option to view your current and inactive tickets.

Does the game run fine as long as you don’t go near the event area? And was working fine until event released today? Might need to report to their support center…

The game for the most part works fine, it seems like some areas on the map as a whole just crash the game. The forest towards the forest island were truffles can be found always crash for me and a few others I know on PC and now the event area.

I play on TapTap emulator & I've restarted 4 times. I go to try fishing up at oasis for the winter fish quest, but my character is frozen stuck. Even if i do fix position I get moved a bit, but after trying to move, i eventually can slightly move- but then im stuck again. Weirdly stuck/trapped in a limited amount of space. I've town hopped and done everything I could to try to fish. Though I'm pretty much done playing for tonight cause of w/e bug this is. All I did was try to fish like I normally would. Also before noticing I was stuck there's the odd red circle, like shown in my screenshots.

I did the quest line for the frost thing and you eventually get them. If you got them, or they were mailed.. check your warehouse storage
