IF that didn't help:

• start a tea party and then cancel it
• change your town
• restart the game
• turn your wifi on and off
• go to the title screen and press the wrench button
• enter build mode and move roof/wall your pet has been stuck in and then put it back
  alternatively you can wait for them to come down

maybe you picked up your cat's moments and haven't picked up the dog's ones?
also it might be that your dog doesn't know any tricks yet. if it doesn't know any tricks it wouldn't send you a photo of how the dog does a trick everyday for obvious reason (they dont know any)

you can make a new account by using any of your socials you haven't used yet! just don't forget to leave this one
alternatively you can change your server because server saves don't transfer. but that still will be the same account you'll be using thought, it just will have 2 diff saves on diff servers

Any Razer or Logitech stuff ? Anything wireless ? Anything with a joystick ? All of that needs to be disconnected as they are all getting recognized as a controller by the game. Anything with a steering wheel as well .. basically everything possible needs to be disconnected and then restart your game.

That’s part of the issue, in the past when people did not even use the BT part of it, it still was interfering for some reason. I can’t explain why as I’m not a developer for the game files but I can say that disconnecting anything and everything that has even a small chance of being recognized as a controller is the solution.

im not sure if Im experiencing a bug or just a little ignorant on my part, but I had a task with naughty earlier today, and it had told me I unlocked a secret quest, yet i haven't been able to see any details of the secret quest. once the gossip quest is triggered and you’ve talked to naughty, go to the onsen lake area. between two large capybara statues, facing the hot air balloon, you’ll find a clothing bubble. pop it and you’ll get a pair of earrings. go back to Naughty and complete the quest

Lately I came across some issues while interacting with...well literally anything. For example whenever I harvest, talk to the residents, wanna cook or whatever, there seems to be a massive delay or the action won't start/complete at all. The game is also stuck sometimes and disconnects me.

There weren't any problems when I played the game before. After release and until a few days ago it seemed to run smoothly.

I'm still struggling to login. I've tried the repair button, and I still get past the start-up menu. Every time I click "enter", it doesn't do anything and says login time expired (or something along those lines). I've also noticed that the "Heartopia" title is nonexistent on my start-up menu

Yes the issue isn’t really your Internet, rather the game’s optimization which is requiring players to either restart their router, restart their devices or connect to a different type of Internet connection. I really hope it gets fixed soon.

Check your graphics drivers and make sure they are up to date. Another reccomendation for this was to run in admin mode. You should also try to disable any overlays you may have (Discord, Nvidia Gefore, Game Bar, etc.)

Time Out errors are contributed to your network, try changing out your network, if this doesnt work, you may have to reset your router. While its resetting its reccomend you also reset your device.

The only known solution to work, sometimes, is to enter build mode for a few seconds than exit out and try to interact after. If this doesnt work, its reccomended to switch towns and try the same method.

Found a fix for anyone with the same issue! If you're playing docked mode on first time login (which I was) bluetooth controller doesn't work. You must use the controls on the steam deck / Lenovo Legion itself. Use the touchpad if equipped or the right stick as the mouse with a right stick press acting as a left click. Use this to accept EULA and log in. Once logged in and loaded into the game the bluetooth controller will work perfectly!

Yeah, daily reset time is at 6am for every server. American server’s time is based on EST, so it resets in about 2 hours. The day doesn’t officially start until reset time, so it isn’t the 31st for the American server yet

Try interacting with a neighbor’s cat, it should pass the quest.

Sometimes pet actions will get stuck and not display, usually if you wait a while / switch towns a few times, it fixes itself

Are you using a VPN / are you manually changing your computer’s clock? Try setting your clock time to automatic, let the game detect it, and then switch back after it’s fixed

That’s unfortunate. If you’re good at parkour, you can try to jump up onto the roofs to reach their cats, but otherwise might just need to wait a bit for the action bubbles to sort themselves out

Your cat is colliding with the objects in your house and creating a glitch, which prevents it from displaying the action bubbles. Try switching towns to reset your positions, but it should sort itself out over time.

They are the only ones who can look into accounts and verify transactions and such. They tend to respond within a day or a bit more. There’s nothing your friend can do except wait for their answer unfortunately.

Something that may be a cause of this error is Internet connection and type of connection versus game optimization. This means even if you know your connection is good, sometimes the game will require players to restart their router or change connections to connect / enter the game.

Things you can try just to enter a town ( and then switch back to your regular WiFi ) includes:

Restarting your router
Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
Using a different WiFi
