Hello, I am missing the Mastery progress part for every collectible in my game, I just can't see it at all, for any of the items. The Mastery inset is just not showing at all for me.
I add comparative screenshots of what others are able to see, vs what I can see. It's the case for every item with mastery, even those where i reached the first medal requirements (i did not reached it yet for the frog on this screen, but i only had the frog screenshot as the "what others see" example).

It is not related to my DG Member level, or hobby level, since my levels are higher than my friends' ones. I am currently DG Member level 22, and my Fishing for example is level 10. I also caught way more fishes than my friends, but they do see the Mastery tab for every fish, while it doesn't show on my screen.
I play on PC (TapTap and steam) as well as the mobile app.

Any ideas about what I'm supposed to do ?

You should be able to use the account that your game is connected with. If the link isn't working, you can reach the customer support page directly from inside your game by going to settings

Why isn’t reporting other players working? Can you try switching to a different Internet connection to see if that allows you to get through ? Once you get redirected to the website and see the “ login successful “ page, that’s the most important. So if you can at least get to that point please let me know.

This is a known issue with the game unfortunately. So far the main solution is to restart your router. (Turn it off for 30 seconds than turn it back on.) During this time restart you device is also recommended.

It is frustrating that Heartopia is the only game effected compared to your other games and it has been documented by many other but thats the solution available.

hi there! sorry for popping in randomly, but i saw someone talking about struggling to log into the computer version through the brave browser! make sure you allow all ad content on your browser. (there is something you can click on with an open browser page to disable your ad blocker)

Id attempt to repair your game first. Thats the only solution I can think of that may fix your problem. To repair the game via steam goto your library -> Heartopia (right click) -> Properties -> Installed Files -> Verify integrity of game files.

To repair via in-game, at the main menu in the top right, click repair.

If you want try to do both and see if that fixes it.

Im not fluent in that language but that looks like a session time out. If so, I'd try to connect to another network (if applicable) and see if that helps.

If not, try restarting your internet. (Turning off the router for 30 seconds and turning it back on)

Mine has been doing the same thing since yesterday and I've tried everything. What's strange is that it works on my iPhone, it's only like this on my tablet (Samsung S6 Lite). It also works on my PC. The only way I managed to get it working on the tablet was with a VPN, but the game lags a lot.

The S6 is a fairly old device to technology standards. The game may not be optimized for it yet. Since its still somewhat new. You can try to report the problem to support center or wait for later updates on the tablet to come out. I use an S7 for mobile and it does occasionally have its moment too

I've been playing on my tablet since the game launched and it was working perfectly until yesterday morning, but apparently the internet isn't the problem. I'm just sad because I have a lot of wrist pain and playing on the tablet with a pillow is more comfortable for me than playing on my iPhone or PC. So since yesterday I've only been doing the missions and exiting the game. I've already spoken to support and I hope they resolve it.

🙁 Only solution I have for you now is to report it to support center. From In-game goto settings -> Account Management -> Support Center. I know several individuals who also have this issue but the solution I gave is a 50/50.

Hi! I think there is a bug in the watering plants quest.
When I place the plant, it already appears watered, so when I use the watering can, the game doesn’t count it as watering.

If it's rainy or snowy, then it won't trigger. Try watering other people's plants/flowers, that should work to finish the quest

When you don’t see interaction bubbles on top of your cats, you can enter for a few seconds and then exit it. Go to your cat again and the bubble should be there.

Hello! I'm having an issue with logging in proper though my network, I play though steam and sometimes phone.
When opening the game this is the message displayed. I tried opening the game on phone as well it works though my Mobile data but not wifi.
So far ive tried to fix it by:

Restarting router
Verifying my game
Reinstalling Heartopia
Starting steam in admin mode
Reallowing the internet permissions
Restarting pc
Also checked that Heartopia is allowed though my firewall

I was able to play just fine yesterday, both on steam and my phone, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Exactly, so what people do is use their mobile data just to enter a town and then switch back to their WiFi. This is a heavily reported bug. I see you can’t reach the Settings ⚙️ button so you can’t even report it.

Due to this issue, what you should try to do ( which has helped everyone ) is to go to a neighbours’ house and water their crops.

The snow on the ground is automatically watering the crops for you, which is expected but not explained in the game. You can either build a roof over your crops and wait for them to dry out (might take a day), or you can go water a neighbor's crops. The reason this works is because watering a neighbor's crops/flowers will give them a bonus, which can stack with more people

This is being commonly reported where players suddenly can’t use their same Internet connection and need to switch to a different one just to enter a town. If you can use a different option here just to enter your town and then switch back to your regular WiFi, that would be a temporary solution.

If it's snowing in your game, the snow is auto-watering your planters! Either build your planters a little roof so they can dry out (or move them indoors), or water a neighbor's crops. This works because watering for someone else gives them a bonus, which is able to stack

It’s either it’s not letting you water the plants because of the weather which if that is the case they you would have to wait for a day where it’s sunny ☀️ OR your little curser is not on the patch of land your needing to water, ( the dirt should go from light brown when it’s dry to dark brown when it’s wet to indicate it’s watered ) it does for work if water someone else’s plants if it’s still messing up

I can't interact with my cat to feed or train it (The dog is just fine) usually it's fixed by a couple of recon, then after I feed it I can't do anything to it. Reconnecting will work in a few attempts but I hope there's a permanent fix for it.

Currently you can not transfer your character into another server or version. The China mainland version is completely separate from ours ( which is known as Heartopia Global version ).

You can however make a new character in every server. To specifically play the China mainland version of Heartopia, I believe it is complicated as they require many identifications to prove you are a resident of China ? I’m not sure if I am explaining this well enough.

I think I broke my game. Anytime I bring out a tool such as my fishing rod it makes it so I can't move while using it and afterwards even when I put it away. With the bug net, it never faces the way I am facing it's always stuck to the right of me (the star icon showing where the bubbles will go). Resetting my position does NOT fix the issue with me being able to move after using a tool either.

if you read the text next to the numbers, at the top, it says "last 14 days". this mean it only counts the likes from the last 14 days of the game. at the bottom, it says "in total". this means this is the total number of likes since you started playing

If you've already watered it once you'll have to wait for the plots to dry out again before it will register for the quest. It did this to me as well.

The issue most commonly attached to this is / are controllers which are plugged in or trying to connect via Bluetooth.

You should be able to water other people's stuff for the quest as well, that should count. I believe you don't need to water your own when it's snowing.

if there's snow/rain, it automatically waters your crops. you can either build a roof over the crops and wait for them to dry, or water a neighbor's crops. this works because there's a bonus when other people water for you, and it's stackable with more people watering

More of our friend's neighbors have hit the like button on your friend's house than your neighbors have on your's.

If you receive 5 likes a day from your neighbors, then over the course of 14 days, you'd receive 70 likes total. but as soon as the 15th day happens, the likes from the first day will be removed from the 'last 14 days' number, but will still show in the 'in total' number, so the 'last 14 days' number goes down to reflect that, and will go up if you receive new likes that day

You can disconnect them any time and then re-open the game. Just make sure they are disconnected before you open the game again

Just to at least test if they are interfering ( because up until now, yes those types of wireless devices are also being recognized as controllers by the game for some reason ). You can reconnect them any time after and maybe try the game on another device if you really want to keep them connected.

the cant interact seems to be specifically due to the animation from playing with them forcing them to clip into something, then they bug out

they never bug out if you make sure they have enough space behind them when you start a play session / feed session, or you dont try to interact with them while theyre actively clipping/in a weird spot

Unfortunately this isnt always the case, its one of the ways to bug them out yes. Another is too much clutter, but there isnt an exact pin point for the bug as you can do nothing and have an empty lot and the pet still may not allow it.

yeah i tried to clarify in the added part. if theyre already "clipping," then they get stuck in that state. but if theyre clear and then you try, they get pushed into the stuck state and then you have to exit the interaction manually

fences seem to be a major issue, but probably because they spawn in the front of your plot when you log in, and you're most likely gonna have fences between them and anything else

Yeah thats a problem Ive noticed with the link, especially on mobile. You need to access the support via the settings in game if possible, Idk a workaround if you cant get to settings though. As for the pets. Best way to fix the interaction problem is to go into build mode for a few seconds and than exit out and try and play with them again. Because of the rain/snow, it’s auto-watered, but if you water a neighbor’s instead, the water bonus effect for neighbors will stack for them so it should let you clear the quest, even if their planters are already wet

• Restarting your router
• Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it

this method also worked for a lot of people as a temporary fix: try using a different type of Internet connection just for log-in purposes

• 5G, LTE
• Cellphone data / hotspot
• VPN

once you get into the game, you can switch back to your normal internet connection

unfortunately i think you're at the mercy of the game company and apple since if you requested a refund for something you already got the benefits for, most companies will think you're trying to scam them. see what customer support can do to help, make sure to check on yoru ticket from time to time to see if they responded (check the actual ticket in the game, you won't receive an email for the reply)

The reason why you’re not seeing that option is because in your screenshot it shows that you are selecting items to put away in your storage. On PC there is a bug where the left-click button and right-click button may be swapped ( in regards to function ).

Can you try the right-click button instead to see if you can place items down ? Also make sure to press “ Cancel “ on that screen there

Ya, I get that. In general, I know that stuff like controllers or anything at all connecting via Bluetooth ( keyboards, mouse, joysticks, Razer, Logitech, etc. ) tend to mess with movement and key functions. You can always try disconnecting everything again and restarting your game.

I’m not sure what else to recommend because this is such a specific issue between right-click and left-click buttons

if the buttons don't appear to interact with them, most likely they've glitched into an object and it's causing an issue. this is also a known issue, devs are working on it

sometimes it will fix itself after a reset, but i've seen people say they can't interact with their pets for days 😔 you can try switching towns to reset your positions and see if it unblocks whatever glitch is happening, but just know that even if they're hungry, nothing bad will happen except that they'll be a little grumbly. and i guess you won't be able to progress your pet friendship since you can't interact with it

All platforms have data syncing available so you can easily switch between Steam and mobile devices, for example.

Yes - so the information that was given directly by Heartopia Staff is that update(s) are being saved to the C: Drive. This being said, you must make extra space specifically on the C: Drive, even if you are using a different drive.
