My sluggish dog is burning through his food at an alarming speed. He's basically starving every 4 hours. I'm talking 100% to 0%. I think a line in the code is written wrongly. If anyone else with a sluggish pet can attest to this maybe we can deduce if the issue is only with some specific breeds or if it's like, messed up at the root.

don't do that... that 100% sure doesn't fix the problem... mine was stuck in the bed and tried removing the bed but the cat stayed in the stuck state even without the bed, gave up, did something else and when i returned to the house it was roaming around freely again

Clear specific site data for the login domain.

Open Google Chrome (Steam’s internal browser is Chromium-based).

Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings.

Under “All sites”, search for and select: login-xdsdk.xd.com

Click “Reset permissions”.

Return to Heartopia and log in. Accept any pop-up that asks to allow the site to connect to devices on your network.

Can you please check your mailbox to see if the seeds were sent there ? Please make sure your backpack isn't full or nearing being full.

When you can't interact with pets, you can also try entering for a few seconds and then exit. Approach your pet again after this and interaction bubbles should be visible.

i am not sure if this is a bug but yesterday I bought a medium vivarium from Naniwa and got another one from the collector (time limited festival) and it did not go to my inventory nor the house inventory, my bags were not full and it they are not in my email either. the problem with the PC port is that it is registering all tools and seeds as being held down and so it will freeze your character or act like you're aiming the tool

if you take the fishing rod out and not near water it will lock your character's movement because it would have "cast" the line

Hello, I’m having an issue running the game on my device.

Device: Lenovo Legion Y700 (4th Gen)
OS: Android (latest)

Issue details:

• After installing the game and launching it for the first time, the resource download starts but stops at around 1%, then the app closes about 1 second later.
• When I relaunch the app, there is no resource download screen anymore.
• Instead, it shows a loading screen and always crashes at around 29%.
• This happens every time at the same percentages.

What I’ve tried:

• Reinstalling the app
• Clearing cache and data
• Changing network (Wi-Fi / mobile data)
• Closing background apps
• Changing refresh rate and performance settings

None of these worked.
The game works fine on other devices, so it seems like a compatibility or resource loading issue on this device.

Could you please check this issue or let me know if there is a workaround?

A friend just started the game and after getting the quest for the fishing rod and pulling it out, he is unable to move. Reseting position does not help and neither does reopening the game. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have been playing every day since release and just randomly an hour ago it started happening. In the middle of my game session as well. Fishing rod was working perfectly fine, then just started freezing my character. Can't move. Reset position doesn't work. Although restarting the game does work for me. But then once I take the fishing rod back out, it freezes me again. Also my bug catcher is bugging out too. The camera will randomly be above me when having the catcher out, so I have a top-down POV. Only fixing after I spam buttons. My camera function also pans to the left by itself when trying to take pictures AND my watering can forces me to water in 3s instead of once at a time. It's like every tool just started bugging out one after the other.

And I've repaired the game, and tried both Steam and the TapTap launcher. Bugs on both.

No offense but that's kind really not a good way to portray good patronage for people spending $$$ big ones too. A known solution that has helped others in the past with this issue is to try a different Internet connection just to enter a town ( and then going back to your main WiFi or whatever connection you were using before ).

To clarify, an odd number does not mean 10, but 5, when the remainder is 5. I always have 5 Contribution Medals left. 5 or 16 coins could be received only in 1 day. Right now, an even number is always given - 10.

Seems to be a common bug after the maintenance. They're currently looking into it. If you dont want to wait you can try:

• Build mode in and out to reset your dog//cat's position
• Move your roof a little then put it in the previous position to again reset your pet's position.
• Log in and log off
• Wait for your dog//cat to come down on their own.
• You can change towns too.
  Don't worry, they won't disappear. They'll be little upset that you don't feed them but it'll be alright.

Saving your current build to blueprints and then working on a much more simple build might be better.

The moment you logged in Atara will call you about a document issue. After finishing that you'll complete quests each day from following npcs Vanya, Naniwa and Mrs Joan.
And after that you'll receive a request from Eric which then requires for you to collect multiple stamps.

Check out your quest tab first, maybe you've accepted the quest unknowingly. Also make sure you're done with main quest as well.

i think the reason for that is, that ther could be a bird or an insect ontop of the bushes. If you would be able to press "F" to harvest with a net while trying to get a bug it would interfere.

Hello, I was playing the game and then the game shot down. After that, I tried to login with my Apple ID. It said it succefully logged in on my browser but as soon as I got into game page it was still showing the login options. I tried it several times. I can not log into the game. I tried the other options like Google Mail but it did not work. Also even though I click on repair icon it downloads the files and then shows me the login options. Same situation repeats. I tried to delete and reupload the game and it did not work. Just a warning, I had my kitty tracker on when I left the game on ipad and rejoined on pc. It seemed to make the game way more laggy / buggy and crashes the game if you travel too fast. Those quests don’t give you the furniture directly, they give you the ability to place them down as a set, that’s why the blueprint icon on the quest page is purple. When you click on the blueprint, it shows you what goes into the set, and when you go into build mode, there’s a tab for placing down combos, which is where you can see what sets you’ve learned. The quest teaches you about furniture sets and room sets, so it gives you the blueprint for a combo as a reward, but not the actual furniture — you’ll have to collect them on your own

Forgot to add to clear cache (ON android, sorry I dont know ios) You goto settings -> Apps -> Heartopia -> Storage (Data, one of those) -> hit clear cache button at bottom. Clear data will wipe your login info.

Yeah I try a verify file integrity, you have it through steam Im assuming. Right click the game in your library, goto properties -> installed Files ->Verify integrity.

Something that may be a cause of this error is Internet connection and type of connection. Can you please try using a different type of Internet connection ? Things you can try just to enter a town ( and then switch back to your regular WiFi ) includes:

Restarting your router

Bed for me, but leaving these helpful tips if anyone chooses to read them.

TIME OUT ERROR: Restart your router (leave it off for roughly 30 seconds) and than restart your device.

Pets Stuck or not interactable: Try to enter build mode, wait a few seconds (lets say 30 to be safe) exit and try to interact. (This does NOT always work its just the most successful)

Weird UI or not usual gameplay: Try to verify game files on steam or if you're mobile clear cache. If neither work, hit the repair button on the top right of the main menu.

Even though the internet is fine on other games. Its recommended to restart your router (leave it off for 30 seconds and than turn it back on.) While this is taking place restarting your device also helps the process. (This has proven to work for several other users)

Since it’s snowing in your server, the snow automatically waters your crops for you, preventing you from being able to water them. Either move the planters indoors / under a roof so they can dry out and you can water them, or try watering a neighbor’s crops. (Watering a neighbor’s crops works because when other people water for you, the effect stacks. The sparkle above the crops to show they’re watered will change depending on how many other people have watered it.)

Known bug, devs are working on it. If you need to get access to them, you can try:

• break the ceiling tile they’re standing on to make them fall down
• incorporate rooftop access so you can go up to the roof
• switch towns to try and reset their positions (happens when you alos get reset to front of your house)

Just know they’ll go back up until the bug is fixed
