• It blocks new players from progressing
• Tutorial quests should never be impossible to complete
• Auto-wet planters conflict with quest requirements

The developers should be able to:

• Fix the quest logic to account for auto-wet planters
• Or manually advance your quest
• Or fix the planter behavior

This is similar to other tutorial-blocking bugs we've tracked. New player experience is critical, so this should be high priority!

settings >> there's an almost invisible button for 'support center'. ignore the FAQ and go to the green 'contact customer service' line. select the category appropriate for your issue, and it hsould let you open a ticket

Hmm, try clicking on the trash can logo, its not to delete your progress, its to bring back puzzles pieces back to their little pick up section ( I dragged a piece out of the screen one time) hope it helps

✨ Can you please disconnect any and all devices trying to connect to the game via Bluetooth ? This can include controllers, steering wheels for other games, anything with a joystick, any Logitech devices, wireless keyboards and etc. Then please restart your game.

When you can not feed your pet, the easiest thing to do is to go into for a few seconds and then exit. Then go find your cat again and the interaction bubbles should appear.

I think, my explanation wasn't detailed enough. I play on mobile. And if i plant tomatoes, the plant is glowing as if I already watered it, but I only planted it. Then I can water the plant, but because it already automatic it watered, I can't finish the quest. I already tried uninstall and new installation, but no change. It’s because it is snowing. The snow acts like the rain which automatically waters all crops and flowers.

That’s a troubleshooting button. It will always be there. It does not mean you need to repair anything, it is just there in case one day you do need to repair files in your game.

The reason is because the server is just too big and keeps reaching the limits for threads. So now, channels that uses threads needs to be changed into regular chatting channels like this #technical-help. There’s nothing they can really do for this issue.

Yeah, I’m having the exact same issue. I also tried disabling the snow — up until yesterday the game was running perfectly, but today it’s not. Can your friend try the following things:

Restart their game and see if the planters appear in her backpack / mailbox / storage.

Manually change towns by going to the title screen / login screen. Next to the START button, there is this button -> . Press on it and then press on All Towns and select a random town to join.

For now, I would say please ask your friend to finish all of those Main Story Quests. Or at least finish the ones that she can ( ex: Talk to Bob she can do right away ). Those types of quests can sometimes stop progression.

Hey!! Has the white screen issue been fixed already? 2 days ago my game was loading up and working fine, but yesterday I tried to turn on the game on my laptop and it's stuck on a white screen with the game cursor (cursor's not visible in the screenshot). I have been trying multiple solutions like adding the game to antivirus exception list, turning the antivirus off, refreshing and updating the Nvidia drives, running it on dx11 and dx12, deleting the game folder, reinstalling, etc. Still the same problem - white screen, orange cursor, no sound even though it worked 2 days ago. Maybe it would be helpful information for you or devs that I have both nvidia and intel graphic cards, apparently it may be an issue of compatibility of the game with Intel? (but I've changed the settings so Heartopia is starting on Nvidia). And apparently it may mean the game's starting but not rendering? Hi it seems like my friends have problems with Bob's shop because, the furniture would suddenly change when it wasn't the time it reset. She saw the vending machine and was trying to earn more stars to buy it but when she come back it change to closet instead of vending machine.

You sure it’s your MAIN drive? It needs to be freed up on your main drive not the drive you use sometimes. Check all your drives

It’s only going to be applied to the game itself and is permanent for the game to launch with a proper height and width. Not the rest of your PC. You are editing a Heartopia file only.

Have you restarted your PC and made sure drivers are up to date? I didn't have this problem...when I switched so has to be screen res. Possibly un install, restart and re install. I play on both PC and mobile. I will try my best help you. I wanted to report a bug and was directed here, not sure if I'm in the right place. I saw that someone started a bug event right as I logged on, so I applied to join and they accepted me. But when I got there, they were invisible, even though the event said that everyone was there (just the 2 of us). I'm pretty sure pets are just bugged in general. My cats teleport onto the roof, the interaction buttons disappear sometimes, and the "too busy" message pops up when trying to interact with them. Only way I've found to fix it is of course closing the game and opening it again.

Now it is either saying that the action timed out, when I want to pet one of the cats. When I want to interact with my dog it keeps saying I am to busy to do this. Repair your game it works, mine was also stuck in the rooftop. So before entering a world on the right up corner you have the repair button. 🙂

This is a concern a large number of people have and there has been no answer to this. Why does Heartopia not let us play without scanning all the devices on the network, including the following:

From Section II.2.5:

and:

Our Service is global by nature and you understand and agree that we may store or process your Personal Information outside of the country where we collect it... you hereby unconditionally agree and permit that we may transfer, share, disclose all or any of your Personal Information to third parties"

Somebody should make a petition, because not everyone has the luxury of sharing all the devices in a manner that poses a security threat
