@neat badger If it is pending it usually shows as it is absent from your balance but that just means the bank is holding it to be taken. So there is a chance it was just a mistake and they will correct the amount and release the hold on the rest of the balance. Hopefully that is the case.

Something that may be a cause of this error is Internet connection and type of connection. Can you please try using a different type of Internet connection ? Things you can try just to enter a town ( and then switch back to your regular WiFi ) includes:

Restarting your router
Manually forgetting your WiFi and manually reconnecting to it
Using a different WiFi

VPN

Reporting here a Bug.
Happened several times, to different players.

• Pets when they are in their sleeping cribs, right after leaving them start "walking" upwards until they reach the roof.
• Also, when you have a higher level house with stairs. They go INSIDE the lower level of the house Ignoring the stairs, bugging beneath the house.
• Then get bugged inside the roof/Floor until you move to another village.

Why is the Asia server so laggy? Is there any update on when the ping will stabilize? Even at 50 to 60 ping, it’s still unstable. Plus, when I go live on TikTok, the game becomes even more laggy. I hope you can fix that issue about the ping.

This is a known issue that others have brought up. As far as I know, the only thing you can really do is either switch to one monitor or try keeping your mouse on one monitor only.

Can you try manually entering another town then ? You can do this by going to the login screen / title screen and pressing the button in the red circle here ( see screenshot ). From there press All Towns and select a new, random town.

Usually when I have issues like this I change towns manually. You can do this by going to the title screen / login screen and pressing the button in the red circle ( see screenshot ). After, press on All Towns and choose a random town. Then try to cook it again to see if you get the same problem.

Is this happening on items such as the bird perch ? Where you place bird food and then the next day a bird appears ? This is a bug that has been reported before - yes.

What you should do is contact Customer Support in-game to report this bug so they become more and more aware that this is happening ! So far only 2 or 3 people have reported it.

For example, while I’m fishing I constantly experience a lag (may be internet connection) but it’s every time I fish. Today when completing the pet your cat task, I went to pet my cat Ginger and I couldn’t interact with him afterwards then when I went to find my other cat Gold it said I was too busy to feed or play with her and I wasn’t doing anything.

Pets are definitely experiencing a lot of bugs recently. If you can’t see interaction bubbles, your best bet would be to enter for a few seconds and then exit it. Then go back to your pet and the interaction bubbles should be there.

For Internet connection, it’s usually advised to restarter your router to see if anything can improve, or to try a different Internet connection ( 5G, a different WiFi, VPN, cellphone data & etc. ).

This is also a known bug in co-build. I’ve experienced this many times when my partner uses building materials or modifies my building materials -> The game then registers it as theirs and I can no longer manipulate it.

The only way I handle this is saving the build and restarting co-build and inviting the person again. This should be reported to in-game Customer Support though.

If you don’t complete the 5 daily requests in the same day, then you will lose them because they do not rollover into the next day. The requests will get refreshed and yes you will lose the points ( 5 daily request = 10 EXP points each = 50 EXP points per day ).

Game ran wonderful before the update. Now loading is slow, sometimes items don't load at all, and my cat stays on the roof (I had no issues with my cat disappearing before). Usually when I have issues like this I change towns manually too. You can do this by going to the title screen / login screen and pressing the button in the red circle ( see screenshot ). After, press on All Towns and choose a random town. Then try to cook it again to see if you get the same problem.

Can you press that button there in the middle of the screen ? If not, I suggest you restart your game and at the title screen / login screen press this button here and select a new town manually. Press All Towns and choose a random one.

What did you plant ? Tomatoes ? If so, can you wait 15 minutes until they grow and then re-plant and water them ? Alternatively, you can water neighbours’ crops ( tomatoes for example, not flowers ).

Usually on the next day, after completing these quests you will receive more from the main story quests. The daily reset happens at 6:00 am in your server time. To check your server time please open your watch and then check the time there.

So basically wait until the daily reset for progression to advance.

Hello! From time to time, when I use tools such as the fishing rod or the bug-catching tool, my character suddenly stops being able to aim. Sometimes, after this happens, the character also suddenly cannot walk anymore.

im stuck on a housing/furniture placement quest. after crafting the required furniture, the interaction/placement button appears when im outside the house, but disappears immediately when i enter the house. bc of this, i cannot place the furniture indoors and the quest cannot be completed. this quest blocks progression, so im unable to continue other quests.

what I’ve tried:

• restarting the game
• restarting PC
• re-entering the house multiple times
• waiting inside the house before interacting
• switching fullscreen/windowed mode
• lowering graphics settings

none of these worked.

expected behaviour:
the furniture placement button should remain available inside the house so the quest can be completed.

actual behavior:
placement button disappears once i enter the house.

From the video, what I see is that the first time you select the furniture inside of your house - it is trying to place it in your Storage. I’m not sure if you’re pressing down on the furniture maybe a bit too long ? Or, it might not even be a you issue honestly. But that is what I see. Could you try pressing it super lightly and make sure the side of your hand isn’t on the screen ?

Hmm, you already checked the three locations where they would be so that’s a good start. Can you restart your game & check those three places again ( and be sure to press Claim All in the mailbox ) ? Make sure to go into a new town too ! At the title screen press on near the START button and go to All Towns then pick a random town there.

I think Customer Support would be the best team to ask because they can actually look into your account and do the investigations needed.

Yes - changes are being made to the server and more changes are on the way in regards to threads and channels. This is because threads kept reaching limits and players weren’t able to post.

I’m not sure if this is an issue because usually I also have to manually stop tracking things by doing this on the map as well.

Before the update it would automatically stop tracking once I reached where I was going and it never randomly started tracking something.

A few times when I get to a shop it won't stop tracking. So I have to manually untrack. Then randomly it starts tracking my home when I have no task there.

Sometimes it will automatically start tracking your Home.

Can you try entering a new town manually to see if this helps ? Go to the login / title screen and next to the START button your should see this button -> . Press on it and then press on All Towns and select a random town to join.

If this doesn’t work, can you enter for a few seconds and then exit ? Then try to pet your cat again ?

Please set PC right mouse to ignore all game elements and have it solely for camera movement! Building is torture with the camera the way it is now. And having to click multiple times just to get the camera to move for simple camera movement is getting really tedious.

You can also try these temporary fixes.

Enter for a few seconds and then exit. Approach your cat again and the interaction bubbles should now appear.

Enter and move your roof around and then save. This should reset your pet’s positioning.

When you can’t interact with them, go into for a few seconds and then exit. go find your pet and the interaction bubbles should appear.

When they’re on the roof, you can try going into and moving your roof and then saving it. This has a chance to reset your pet’s position.

You can also just wait for them to move off of your roof and move out of the walls themselves but this can take a lot of time.

When you claim it from your mailbox, it should automatically go there. If you claimed everything from your mail and your backpack was still full then please check your storage and claim them from your storage.

Blueprints will only let you put down items that you can afford ( ex: you need to have enough and resources to put down building materials ).

My friend does not have any controllers plugged in. She noticed the game was making her keyboard be emulated as a controller.

Then her keyboard may need to be disconnected too. Anything connecting like that and being recognized as a controller is the issue. It’s causing interference with movement.

No, i'm not using any bluetooth devices just my laptop keyboard and a mouse

EDIT : It's now truely fixed, i forget i still have a wireless adapter for my controller even i'm not turning it on. When i plug it out, the game not stuck anymore.

Your backpack is full ! Please empty it and go into your storage. Go to your home and open your backpack, then press this button in the red circle.

Then check your mailbox and check your storage / backpack again.

Hi guys, I play on PC and my game screen keeps going black. When I click into the game, it goes black, when I click off, I can see the game again (I have 2 monitors). I have tried windowed mode, updated my drivers and verified file integrity, I'm not really sure how to fix this issue. As far as I know I'm only having this issue with Heartopia. If this issue has already been brought up then could you please direct me to that thread? Otherwise, does anyone have any ideas?

Hmm, can you try checking with Customer Support then to see if they can investigate the purchase ? Did you select face-to-face gifting ? If so also check your backpack

You mention being able to play 12 hours ago, was it still on two monitors ? Did you change anything such as Internet connection ? Did you restart your device ( not just the game itself ) to see if that helps ?

As a QA boyo, I already had her unplug everything and check to make sure all bluetooth devices were disconnected. Thanks for figuring out the other solution.

These are heavily reported bugs. Please try these temporary fixes.

Enter for a few seconds and then exit. Approach your cat again and the interaction bubbles should now appear.

Enter and move your roof around and then save. This should reset your pet’s positioning.

Otherwise it needs to be reported to Customer Support.

How can I take my cat out?

She is level 7, has 7100 growth, and the dialogue changed to "The kitty isn't interested in this right now."

I've tried doing it when she's hungry, when full, when clean, dirty, low energy, full energy, everything. What am I missing? Thanks

Can you check if they were sent to your storage or mailbox ? Usually when things are missing you would want to check the following three places:

Backpack
Mailbox 📬
Storage

You can check your Storage by opening up your backpack while you are at your home. ( see screenshot )

The issue most commonly attached to this is / are controllers which are plugged in or trying to connect via Bluetooth.

✨ Can you please unplug any controllers and restart your game ?

✨ Can you please disconnect any and all devices trying to connect to the game via Bluetooth ? This can include controllers, steering wheels for other games, any Logitech devices, wireless keyboards, joysticks and etc. Then please restart your game.

Can you go into for a few seconds and then exit. Then find your cat and the interaction bubbles should appear again.

Yes it was still on 2 monitors and I'm on the same network, tried restarting both game and PC. The solution that worked for me is using the Taptap version of the game not Steam, seemed to work. Thank you!
