It takes 4/5 days with higher levels to upgrade not to mention with reaching hobby lvl 10 to get golden tickets it’ll take you super long to be able to improve more in the game. It also gives us more to do within the game it self which will create a better balance of Cozy with a slight grind attached.

The automatic animal feeders aren’t working; it would be a relief if this could be fixed.
The ceiling lamps don’t give off any light; when it gets dark, if you have one installed, you can’t see anything.
Pets disappear or pass through walls, and you can’t find them.
If you have the axe equipped, you can collect items, but not with the other tools.

(1/2) There are some ''mini games'' that feel boring/slow/feel like you're pausing the game just to finish them, so I wanna suggest some revisions to make them feel more interactive with the players:

• Repair Kit:

Current: Throw the item onto the ground with the effect of restoring 3% durability per second to the equipped tool for 17 seconds (The Crafty version being 5% for 20s). Player has to wait in a circle until the item on the ground disappears.
Tweak: Still have that, but maybe add small circles within the big circle that the players could jump on to get little bonus repairs (the crafty version having a bit more of those bc they're supposed to be the better ones)? That way players won't lose out on the repairs while the players that interact with it would get a little extra.

• Cleaning Pets:

Current: Click a button and wait.
Tweak: Have a similar interactive style to training a dog. I wanna be able to clean and take care of my pets but not feel like it's a drag. ;-;
- Out of topic, maybe also make the UI for playing with the cat the same as training the dog? I'm not saying that the simon-says mechanic should be changed, just how it looks. Maybe just add something kinda like the texts that pop up for training the dog and stuff.
- While I'm in this out-of-topic section, it'd be nice if players could have some sort of way to call the pets to the lot. I've had way too many times where I wanted to clean them but they were just a centimeter away from range.

Tweak: (I might be wrong about this one bc whenever I use it, it only summons one kind of butterfly and they only appear one-by-one) Let these items help other players, too. I've noticed that the mermaid tail lets other players fish more fish, the camouflage bush bird thingy could be used by other players after the owner wears it, but not this item for some reason. Not only is this a cozy game, but it's also a community-driven game. Let us help each other out!

• Additional:

Building:
- Diagonal building, place planters and flowers on floors not on the ground, customizable roofs; these are very common asks. I want these, too. Let our creativity flourish and take form! It's fun to use glitches here and there, but there are times when some glitches are just too hard to do. ;-;
- Maybe two sets of arrow keys or joysticks in the spectator build mode thingy that could be turned off or on in settings to be able to move more easily when building. Also, maybe some more tweaks in the building process to make it easier to build in the game, bc in all honesty, it's time consuming on some not-so-fun parts.

Please make the islands interactable.

Controls:
- Make different types of controls that could be changed and customized in settings for all versions of the game for accessibility purposes (ex: if the player wants to play the game with a bluetooth keyboard on their phone, uses a touch screen laptop and is not used to using the keyboard to play the game bc they've only played the game on their phone, players with disabilities).

Cleaning your pet fully takes 3 minutes per animal. This takes a lot of time when they all are "dirty" at the same time. Can this please be reduced to only 1-2 sections to do? The animations are cute and all, but boy do they take a long time to get through. Can you speed them up? Anything to shorten them. If you leave cleaning them early it just makes you have to clean them again the next day... whereas if you finish the cleaning process they don't get dirty for another several days...

Not everyone can afford it and feels included in this system and these absurd prices, not all countries have high salaries like China. If you don't want to price according to the country and local reality, at least define a specific price for each item. Nobody wants to keep paying for come the same repetitive items that are not interested. Stop being greedy, everyone is tired of giving ideas and not being heard. If the goal of the game is to make you feel included in a community, it should be fairer, or do they only want content creators to have access to these items? If so, it's better to leave the game just for them.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the current building limitations in Heartopia. I have reached the 350k load limit, yet I have only decorated ~30% of my plot.

The Core Contradiction: Why give us 18 plots and the ability to build 4 stories high if the load capacity prevents us from actually filling that space? It is a waste of land and potential.

Gacha Value: What is the point of continuing to pull for gacha furniture if I physically cannot place it in my home? The high load cost of gacha items essentially punishes players for using the items they spent money to get.

Platform Limitations: Releasing this game on PC while keeping it tethered to mobile capacity makes no sense. If I wanted mobile limitations, I would play on a phone or an emulator. PC players expect to use their hardware’s power.

Proposed Solution: If you cannot increase the main world cap, please separate the Island load capacity from the main server. If a mobile player tries to visit a high-load island, simply give them a warning or a "High Load" prompt before they enter.

Best solution is to seperate mobile players from pc players server but keep account progression shared, but use a dynamic check: if the house exceeds 350k load, only allow it to be edited or viewed on the PC client. This protects mobile performance without punishing PC players.

Community Growth Suggestion: Allow friends to co-habitate and share a single plot. This would free up server slots for other players, making neighborhoods feel more lively and populated. It would also allow players to pool their creativity into one space, rather than leaving half of their individual plots empty due to load caps.

Optimize the game for devices please - I have friends that play on mobile/tablet that have slowed down on playing because they keep crashing or lagging. To avoid this, they either play less or load into a private server.

Working search system (specifically in the build mode/blueprint mode, etc) should be able to just sort by keyword, not just collection. when we type table im expecting it to show my tables collection, not just no item found when i know exactly i have way too many table to remember. or even the colletion from bob, not just the gacha themed item that can be automatically gathered and shown.
Working cat and dogs should be able to be picked up and put down wherever and whenever we want. first, theyre just annoying and get in the way alot of time. second, even theres an option for go out with cat, it just never want to go out, why this feature exist if they just never want to go out.
Working selecting more than 1 items on the build mode. its just annoying when we want to move a set of flooring/furnitures.

Removing the AI generated puzzles. Literally, they ARE the main downside to the game. I hear multiple gamers/streamers state that the AI puzzles is what is keeping them from Heartopia. Heartopia is a great game and I do still play it, but there is shame in knowing yall don't use a real art but use AI generated artwork. Right now, players who start on Steam are permanently tethered to that platform. Since the mobile app doesn't have a 'Login with Steam' option, there is no way to access those accounts on a phone if your PC breaks or isn't available. Even though there is a binding system for email/phone, Steam users can't 'unbind' or switch their primary login to get onto mobile.

Proposed Solution: Please add a Steam login button to the mobile app or allow a 'cross-link' feature where a Steam account can be synced to an email address. This would ensure that paying players don't lose access to their accounts and progress just because of a hardware issue. (This has actually been my personal experience since my laptop broke this march. I literally cannot play because of this situation.)

the recipe for cream items for new items are just milk and a huge bunch of coffee, its so counter intuitive. like what, even after u put a coffee which costs 4 beans, you add 1 more bean and 2 milk. can you atleast add new ingredients in game? whipped cream or really anything else. it feels so lazy.

the developers are super super greedy, 3480 red hearts for that lazily made night dress and the motor and they didnt even bother to properly fix bugs before release? how hard is it to add new food items you are making to collection? Isnt it first thing to test before release? something just doesn't sit right, basically we pay so much to made joke of, or are we just beta testers who are actually paying instead of getting paid to test and report bugs?

the events in this game have no payment break, to keep up in this game you always have to keep paying and its not even cheap, no minor can play this game and enjoy it. apart from very basic and plain furnitures and items, all the good looking or themed items need to keep paying money, and too frequently, there are so many banners at once and all of them independantly need red hearts and an exorbitant amount at that. 200 hearts for 10 pulls? and with odds that suck so much. and do this for 3 banners for girl boy and furnitures. when you will spend your money on this, instantly they will add new limited banners again with extreme prices again.

the game sucks most because the map is so small, the event areas and actual items are so less that there is not much grinding options that can be fit inside. even the ingredients we pick in map seem so out of place at a times. I am aware that devs are trying to keep whole map loaded at once in memory and have 12 people playing at same place, but man, is innovation just dead?

the person to person interaction are all limited time. this is so annoying, when you make new friends in game you can never unlock the special dances and actions with them since you didnt meet them at start of game.. WOW. whoever thought this? and whoever thought we will go to 200 people and interact to unlock action with them for 12 days or 24 days or whatever? any new friend or person starting game is just stuck with the default interactions from everyday interaction, where even 120 days interacting bears a generic

Now, please give us more free tickets. I’ll give a practical example: with every major update, you could give around 60 tickets per player. Also, each major update (battle passes) lasts exactly 6 weeks, so this would be a fair way to reward the player base.

• Update + bug compensation: 60 tickets (they can even be temporary—we don’t mind, we just want a way to earn tickets without spending money).
• At least 1–2 tickets from quests, possibly daily. Players with VIP would still have an advantage, since they could almost guarantee 1 pull per day.

ABOUT BUILDING:

Stop calling this gacha — there’s nothing random about it. You’re clearly funneling pulls through the same pattern and hoping players don’t notice. It’s lazy and it’s obvious.

to be honest, i don’t really care about the gacha system anymore. i stopped purchasing after the mlp collab, and i also got tired of spending on red diamonds just to get tickets. the system started to feel greedy and unfair.

getting too many duplicates takes the fun out of it
it feels intentional, like the odds are designed that way
as players, it’s frustrating because it seems like feedback doesn’t matter when others are still paying

i get that from a business perspective, you might think: “people are paying anyway, so why change it?” but that mindset can push away long-term players like me.

my actual suggestion:

consider adding a dlc-based system alongside or as an alternative
- dlc can be purchased anytime (no time limit)
- players can choose what they want without feeling pressured
- it gives people time to save up instead of forcing impulse spending
- items like furniture, clothes, or sets can feel more worth it because they’re guaranteed
i understand this might reduce urgency, and some players might choose not to buy, which could affect profit

possible balance:

keep gacha for limited-time content
- especially for collabs, festivals, or special events
use dlc for permanent content
- gives players a more stable and fair option

i am having a hard time with the way of looking around in game due to the cursor still moving and both the left and right click on the mouse doing the same thing. i also get stuck a lot of times when i try to look around while my cursor is on my character, it's made so i cannot use the hold right and left click to look around and then it opens the character outfits that i saved. perhaps it's just because i'm not used to it but it's been in my way ever since i started playing. ignoring it has gotten harder for me.

Im quite disappointed with this event, it's not the end of the world but the system it's overcomplicated and somewhat deceitful. You buy hearts to buy tickets to maybe get the number of points necessary to buy the outfit. Genuinely horrible math.

Hopefully this kind of system doesn't come back because it's simply not worth a dime.

I think it would be cool if we could cook, fish (maybe there could be island exclusive fish), take our pets there, harvest wood from the coconut trees and maybe even coconuts (there could be special recipes made with coconuts/coconut milk), take bikes/other vehicles there to ride around our island on, be able to build using our workbench, etc. I feel like the islands could be doing so much more! For the Pet Hobby system, I’ve seen suggestions about adding an adoption rehoming option, since players often realize after adopting that a pet demonstrates bad trait behaviors or other undesirable qualities.

The bigger issue, though, is how heavily randomized pet traits are. The adoption system ends up creating intense disillusionment and is very frustrating and disappointing when you get a pet that’s almost has everything you'd like, except for one aspect that completely ruins it. Most often it's more than just a single aspect. The current pet shop daily RNG system feels heavily biased toward churning out terrible, undesirable combinations day after day.

Instead, I’d suggest adding a Pet Breeding System. Let players select traits like personality, eye type and color, breed, coat patterns, and variations within breeds. etc. The deepens the pet selection system and makes it feel actually more personal and meaningful.

This could work similarly to the Research Device Lab, using a system that already exists. Players would input resources to customize each aspect that takes a certain amount of time to complete, making it another meaningful in-game resource/currency sink.

Then the pet boarding system could simply just function as an actual boarding for temporary housing for pets you don’t want in a specific build or only want to use seasonally, etc.

I hope you’re doing well. I’d like to share a few suggestions that could greatly improve the in-game experience, especially for active players and content creators like streamers.

First, regarding the friend limit — currently capped at 200 — it would be incredibly helpful if this could be increased to around 500 or even 1000. For streamers, we often have many players joining during live sessions, and it becomes difficult to manage friend requests. Constantly deleting friends to make space takes time and can unintentionally affect player connections. A higher limit would allow us to build stronger communities and interact more consistently with our audience.

Second, I’d like to suggest increasing the town capacity. If possible, raising the limit to at least 30 players would make a big difference. This would allow more friends and viewers to gather in one place, making events, hangouts, and live interactions much more engaging and inclusive.

Third, adding more communication features would significantly improve player interaction. Features such as a world chat, whisper (private messaging), and a dedicated town chat would make it much easier to connect, coordinate, and socialize within the game.

Lastly, it would be great if the character limit for chat messages could be increased. The current limit makes it difficult to express thoughts clearly, which can interrupt conversations and overall player engagement.

These improvements would not only enhance the social aspect of Heartopia but also support content creators in growing and maintaining their communities within the game.

Full body costumes
Everything in category 1 should be able to combine with everything from category 2 .
Some items, that should belong to category 1 (like bow-collars and maybe some more, which cannot combine for no reason) should have their settings changed, so that they also can combine (even the lion dance masks can combine with things for the tail).
Maybe there are also things ti the tail-category, that cannot combine, if yes, than also change their settings, that they can combine.
Only items, that cover the entire pet-body (like the gingerbread-costume or the spike-dragon-costume from my little pony) should stay unable to combine with anything and go into the third category.

Not really a suggestion, but also kind of is? I noticed that in the graffiti sets, the brown coloured ones have coloured npcs and the other colours have light skinned ones? This is the only time that I've seen the skin colour of the character be inconsistent for the pulls, but the previous ones have all the sets have only light skinned ones.

Dunno if this was an accident or just some oversight, but maybe make all the coloured sets have the same darker skin colour for consistency?

Hey devs, instead of forcing every single person to grow their own stuff and cook, can yall add a trading or selling system? Like a player store or market where people can sell the things they grow and cook.

That way people who dont like growing or farming can just buy the ingredients or food from others who do enjoy it. Or even trade items. It would make the game way more chill for a lot of players and also help the economy feel more alive.

The build mode needs serious work and optimization for PC. The camming is horrendous it's so hard to navigate around the area and place items especially since clipping is not allowed and items are seriously restricted with specifications like they need to be placed on the floor or wall which allows for way less combinations. That hinders so much of the building process. There needs to be a way to select multiple items through a keybind or something else rather than a separate mode on the top and much more! Add a "Clean Option" for unnecessary Gigabytes. The game is really taxing on players devices. Remember people love your game and would love to continue being able to play. I have a friend who no longer plays because of the storage issue.

It would be helpful to see each item's weight in the build menu when selecting them. This allows players to know exactly how much capacity is required and which items to delete. Currently, weights are often unintuitive for players since they don't always correspond to the item's size.

Without this, there is no incentive to spend on new gachas or banners if placing the items is not possible due to weight limits.

Optimize graphics and controls on the PC version of Heartopia. The game feels like a random exe file of the mobile version, not a separate PC version.

Make building mode smooth and easy to use. It currently isn’t.

Make banners cheaper and give exhibition passes, even in small quantity on dailies, to help F2P afford SOME gacha items.

Add more appearance customizations. Diversity in looks shouldn’t be locked behind a paywall. I’m not even talking about paid items, just afro hair and stuff like that for exemple. Things that could be given for free to everyone who plays the game. Not gonna ruin you.

Make drop rates more explicit and understandable and remove the false drop rates. Show drop rates (in little of course) under every item shown in the banner poll (under their icon) & every time someone pulls, refresh all drop rates shown to the player so that they know what to expect. You could also show prices for each draws BIGGER (again, not too much, just enough to be actually transparent and explicit)

Add more events for F2P people to get ressources and try to change the map sometimes to make the game more refreshing. The same map is boring. Make new ones every battle pass season for example.

Tell the people how you wanna use Generative AI and to what extent in full transparency & try to keep it as low as possible.

Bringing more dynamism to the building mode, allowing us to add "wood/stone/iron wall decorations" without needing a wall so we can create details like beams or a "construction area" are small details, but they would be a great help for those who enjoy building. More paint options for ceilings, walls, and slabs (preferably the same for both) would also be beneficial, as we often want to give the same style to the ceiling slab of the ground floor as to a first-floor floor, etc. I participated in the competition and noticed that the "building mode" is quite inferior compared to other similar games, and since building is basically one of the most important parts of the game, if not the most important part, I think there should be an improvement, an upgrade to the functions in general (especially mobility). Computer players suffer.

What would the trade-off be however?
More time would be added to the wait time for orders of more then one. This could either function as:

Each item has a different langth associated with it, likely calculated via its rarity. However the langth of added time would not exceed 24 extra hours
or
Each extra item added would add an hour regardless of rarity, or however the time would be calculated for option A. It would be possible to add more then 24 hours with this option, however that would only happen if the player was ordering that many items

being able to gift furniture from bob’s and maybe duplicate gacha items (not permits) to friends. it’d be an awesome feature for f2p players and for players that keep getting duplicate items. selling them back isnt always worth it and it sucks.
being able to set an amount to give for the cash register instead of clicking it multiple times. it’d help those players who open cafes to actually put deserving prices and not feel bad to their customers having to click / tapping it more than 5 times.
gifting items such as foods, harvested things such as wood, fruits&vegs so maybe we can actually open our own mini convenience stores / farm markets. it’d be a really cute idea!
more options for wallpapers / flooring paint. we dont even have a free option for a plain solid color, maybe put up some more pretty ones in the blue diamond shops or at bob’s store, i rarely see any new ones and i think their quite crucial and useful for building specific homes / stores / cafes.
more foraging and seeds for gardens. i’d love to be able to get cherries, blackberries. maybe grow some pumpkins & watermelons too! then we can have even more varities for recipes since we have apple pies, why cant we make pies for other fruits and berries? and maybe pumpkin pies too. + more planters if added these 👀.
for people who LOVED the forestbell banner but couldnt afford / missed it maybe a similar theme to it for a festival, not exact but similar vibes would be so nice for players who love the nature vibes.

I think it would be awesome if our islands had more functionality beyond being another place to build a house. I think it would be cool if we could cook, fish (maybe there could be island exclusive fish), take our pets there, harvest wood from the coconut trees and maybe even coconuts (there could be special recipes made with coconuts/coconut milk), take bikes/other vehicles there to ride around our island on, be able to build using our workbench, etc. I feel like the islands could be doing so much more! I love the screens added as like a slideshow of photos and arts in. But I would like something more out of it.
Specifically having different images showcase in different screens.
If there's a limit due to load, then how about we limit it to let's say 20 pictures as a whole? Like how decoration for pictures frames.
And then, I would like a customization of pictures specifically for that screen alone.
We can have the screen has an option either to share the same pictures, or exclude this one screen to show it's own images we added for itself.
There's potential creativity to add for these.
One can be just friend's photos, and the other could be like an art gallery, or even a billboard ad arts just for creativity sake.

I love the multiplayer aspect of the game, but our group often runs into a spacing issue when traveling.Could you add multi-passenger vehicles, such as a 6-seater car or a mini-bus? Right now, we can't all ride together, and it would be amazing to take the whole group on road trips!

To solve the issue some players have with not being able to chat freely with others, but keep the current system of only being able to chat freely with players you haven't friened at coffee tables.
Have there be a few select phrases players can choose from when attempting to chat with players they don't know. It must be versatile enough to get multiple messages across, but still sticking to more simple messages. For example:
"Hello" and "goodbye"
"Yes" and "no"
"Follow me"
"I like your build"
"Go away please"
"Please" and "thank you"
Etc

I personally don't have a problem with how the current chatting system works due to not being a very chatty person, but I understand how people would and are frustrated by this. I also really like only being able to chat freely with players you haven't friended in certain locations as it makes any conversations I do have all that more meaningful. This suggestion, taking inspiration from games I'd play as a kid that used a similar system, would hopefully act as a good middle ground as it would be nice to be able to get simple messages across such as asking someone to leave your plot

I just wanted to say that I’m getting bored with this game. The furniture on the second floor of the shop is always the same. I think I’ve only seen about three different sets since I started playing at the game’s launch.

I also find your gacha system extremely frustrating. Whether it’s the exhibition tickets or the blue hearts, I don’t think it’s normal for the price to increase with every pull. I honestly don’t even feel like playing anymore, because the only items I’m interested in buying are locked behind the gacha system, which is also far too expensive in euros.

I would really like you to change the system so that we can earn exhibition tickets through daily quests, as well as more blue hearts. Right now, I don’t even feel motivated to do the daily quests because they feel pointless when the non-gacha furniture and clothing are always the same.

Please change this, or you will lose your community.

I just wanted to give a suggestion in regards to a few things that has been discussed between myself and a few friends.

Limitations in Build Mode - while understanding that there is a Grid that is used to avoid overlaps etc. I think that it could be a cool idea to add a function so if there is a certain place you want an item to be, you can have the ability to free place without it snapping to anything.
More Furniture and clothing items to buy in the stores. This seems to mostly have the same clothing and furniture in on rotation without having enough variety Daily.
I think it could be a cool idea to also have more interactive shops in town not just the few that we have. you can Purchase books but only from the little display, I think it would add to the game if there was an actual store and maybe you can pay extra for your book to be featured for a couple hours or something along those lines.
Events & Festivals.
I feel like yes there is a variety of things to do when it comes to festival/events however it also feels like the tasks that there are to do during the week, can be completed very quickly, then you have to wait for the next week to get more tasks for that event/festival. I feel like if there was Event/festival related Daily tasks this could possibly make people feel like they had more to do Daily. This could also be the same for the normal tasks as , personally I feel like 5 Daily tasks is not enough. Similar to the New day event that you have when you first start playing the game. Would be nice to have more rewarding Daily things to do.

Another thing to add to the events/festivals - I personally like to take pictures while playing as I'm sure others do too and I feel that it would be nice to have something similar to the winter memory keepsake book that people can add to and look back on the different events etc. that we have been involved in. Especially if there are also group photos.
Being able to actually have a functional Bookshelf that we can store our published books in and have them display like a shelf would also be cool as I also like to design book covers for my books.

One last thing that has also been discussed is that it would be nice if we could have items available for the exhibitions or events festivals etc. that also go with other furniture and clothing so we have the ability to be able to mix and match more. While i totally understand having a themed event makes sense, would just be nice to be able have the option to incorporate items with existing items that we may already have.

Improvements: The wife and I work 5 days a week, 10-12 hr days (North American Servers). We find it very hard to complete some of our hobby collections when special weather events usually do not happen on the weekends, especially Saturdays and Rainbow days specifically. For collaboration events, maybe have ‘group rules’ you can select by definition, to show up at the front page before joining a group. For example : ‘ask before changing others work’, or ‘can change everyone’s work without notice’, or ‘1 style only’ versus ‘open for multiple styles’.

I had a really bad experience with the collaborative building event, where my work was blatantly removed and redone without communication. I’m trying to come up with ways to make group rules more clear from the start, so that these kind of demoralising disagreements happen less.

Make something for the rude dg members, that step on u in fishing boats and blocks ur rod with the repair kit, I had to report sabotage for 2 members today morning but they're just so rude to block my way, I couldn't even move to other place, make something to let us give them a bush away, add "annoying" "rude" stickers so we can at least express our feelings towards strangers, or make the chat is available during events so we can at least let them know how much we're annoyed by them, also during events, once the dg members arrived make sure that all vehicles are recalled, too much cars especially the big ones block our movement especially during bird watching and catching insects.

I spent 400 BRL and still didn’t complete the banner.
The minimum wage in Brazil is around 1600 BRL. Do you realize that I spent 25% of a minimum wage and STILL couldn’t get all the rare items from the banner?

It takes 140 pulls, and even then there’s no guarantee of fully completing the banner.

I understand your revenue depends on players spending money, but could you please be a little fairer? Add a system that guarantees at least ONE item we actually want after a certain number of pulls.
This would encourage even more players to spend money because they would have a GUARANTEE of getting at least one desired item.

You’re not even giving free tickets anymore!

I’ve suggested this before, but with every major update, please give us AT LEAST enough for 10 pulls.

Is there any way to put an invisible barrier around your house plot so strangers aren’t able to enter your house land constantly, but you’re able to allow who your friends with to come in? Just like you’re able to change who can interact with your house functions because it’s getting very exhausting having multiple strangers in your house trying to interact with you while you’re cooking, etc. and causing your food to burn because they stand in front of your stove for a signature. Locking the doors and putting the fences up high is not working and getting bullied out of a server isn’t making the game fun either when you have someone harassing you at your own plot and you can’t even do anything about it besides reporting them.

Owners would have the ability to press a button over a player's head to do such, they would be prompted to confirm if they want to kick the player to avoid kicking out friends if they hit the button on accident. The button would also be available thru the player's profile to help avoid players running away on porpoise.
Once kicked a player would be teleported outside of the plot and not be allowed back in for a certain amount of time. I am imagining a three strike system. First kick locks you out of the plot for 5 minutes. Second kick locks you out of the plot for 10 minutes. Third kick locks you out of the plot for 15 minutes.
After the third strike the amount of time a player would be locked out would stay at 15 minutes. However, the owner would then have the ability to permanently ban the player from their plot. With the option to unban after 24 hours have passed
