I was wondering if it’s okay to maybe make the exhibition passes less expensive and change the number from 60 to 10 for 10 pulls? Because I feel like using 60 exhibition passes for 10 pulls waste players passes when they try to save for future banners and it’s too expensive. And instead of waiting for receive exhibition passes, can you add 10 or 20 exhibition passes each for every 5 daily quests? So that way, players can save up for upcoming banners and not spend money on monthly pass to get them. I also want you guys to add hex codes so we can customize furniture colors and even building materials to however we want them to be so it will match the color of our build homes. Can y’all please fix the whole “Deer came to see you. Go play with them!” notification? It doesn’t last long enough for me to read it and I miss what it says. Please extend the time or add “tap to close” feature.

I know others have mentioned it but can y’all please fix the pets glitches? Other than the obvious roof/floor situation, there are times when I can only interact with my cats once and I can’t do it again and they’re stuck in the same spot until I log out. For my dog, if I accept the daily quests, it says I’m too busy to feed them and there are times when I don’t have any quest to do and it will still say that. It’d also be nice to have a call button for them instead of the tracker.

Also, for the weekly Bob’s furniture set thing, can there be an option where we could choose what color(s) we would prefer for our homes like a color wheel or the option for people to choose any/all. It’s frustrating waiting a week to see what color will be available next only to be disappointed and have to wait yet another week.

During rainbow events, please put (according to D.G. and hobby level) what birds/bugs/fishes are available because it’s tedious scrambling which ones. Even ones we’ve caught to get the opportunities for more stars

And preferably more daily quests and a daily check list like, “find the “roaming oak tree” or “find the fluorite” because there’s times when I almost forget to do those. I feel like there’s a lot of things to remember on our own to do.

In my childhood there were these collectible sticker albums. You would buy stickers from shops and stick them into your friends’ albums at school or in your neighborhood. You would always walk around with your own album and ask your friends if they had new stickers for you.

I think this would also be a great feature in Heartopia. Every player could get a book and then visit friends, neighbors, and other players to ask them for stickers.

There could be a variety of sticker sets in the game that every player can collect. Some could be bought with dream stars, others could be found randomly, and some could be rewards for quests.
There could be normal stickers and special stickers that glitter or are shiny.

This way, players could complete sets and also show and display their own album.

I want to talk about roll probabilities.
This game has the worst luck I have ever had in a gacha. And by that I mean I only get rares on pity.
I have rolled 114 times on Maestro (I don't want to talk about it) and not once gotten a rare except for on pity.
Would be nice to at least give your whales a chance. Esp because f2p is so hard to get any rolls on.
Same with both the Coolplayism things. (9 rolls on frankness green, 4 on brown, 3 on purple) plus a couple on freedom.
I'm less upset by those, but want to know if it's weighted to not hit the moonlights. If it is, info on that would be nice.

I understand that the company needs to make money, but when you release a PC version yourselves, the priority should be to optimize the game so that it runs smoothly on PC and the same goes for controls.

I love this game, but it makes me sad that I still can’t set my own keybinds, moving and making actions feel stiff so i am feeling like I’m playing on an emulator instead of an official PC version. For me, taking care of things like this should be a top priority, especially since you decided to release a PC version in the first place.

Let us sell/gift things to other players.

I know that gifting is kinda tricky as it may lead to people being paid outside the game (real money) to create X things and sell them in-game, the same way it happened with house building.

Thats why I suggest having either exchange of items on the same prize/category/tier with friends whom you have friendship level 3 or above.

I’ve plenty of this I’d like to gift to my friends just as they’d want to buy it from me, such as clothes, furniture, etc. To make it fair, the prize could be set by the game instead of the used, but I think it’d be a great way to making money in-game and helping other players to look pretty.

Maybe they can even buy for daily missions. Let’s say a player has to collect 10 apples and doesn’t want to, well, they can just buy them from another player and deliver them. To make it fair, they could earn less XP or less money in exchange for buying the things they need instead of collecting them themselves.

Fun suggestions:
Fossil, Sea Shell, and Mineral Gathering - done via rock mining and searching near water sources. Something you can put on display!

Cloud/Star Watching - getting photos of clouds that randomly pop up as animal shapes and so forth, and getting a telescope that allows you to get pictures of constellations and you could have both of these change with the weather just like the other hobbies. You could have Albert Jr. leading it since he's always talking about making a rocketship!

Ranching - to allow people to gather materials for other hobbies plus have cute animals besides the ones around the map already... i.e - eggs, milk (turn into butter or cheese with cooking), cotton (turn into yarn for something maybe in relation to making your own clothes) They could also level this up via care for the animals like feeding them, taking care of any injuries, etc.

Sewing - Using my idea from above you can do knitting, sewing, etc. for plushies, and other clothing options which you can closely relate to the custom painting you already have in the game!

There's another game with similar controls where, in one-handed mode, two fingers replace the camera control, and quick swipes allow you to jump forward or sideways, while a longer press makes you jump/fly upwards. Perhaps something like that would be possible. It would be a huge relief for me.

Or at least the option to switch sides for the two-handed controls. Due to my condition, I have to play lying down and do everything with my right hand. As it is now, my finger is constantly in my field of vision when I'm moving.

Please, please consider this. The game is really great, and I'm thinking of recommending it to family and friends so we can play together, which I can only do briefly at the moment because it's too tiring and worsens tension to use both hands while lying down :(

QoL & Accessibility Suggestions

Smartwatch Menu Animation
When the smartwatch menu is opened, it would be more immersive if the player’s avatar looked at their wrist (similar to a watch-check animation, like James Bond). This would also visually signal to other players that the user is currently in a menu.
Vehicle Horn
Add a button while driving that allows players to beep the vehicle horn.
Vehicle Speed Outside Key Areas
Allow vehicles to move slightly faster when driving anywhere except inner town areas, player homes, and event locations. This would improve travel efficiency while keeping populated areas controlled.
Snow Sculpture Mini-Game (PC QoL)
The current clicking-based input is very demanding for PC players. Possible improvements:

Reduce the number of on-screen input prompts per round, or

Add an alternative PC input mode (e.g. fixed keyboard mappings for left/right inputs), or

Offer a typing or spelling-style mini-game variant that uses the same underlying system.

This would preserve the skill challenge while improving accessibility for PC users.

Blueprint Placement Improvements
Consider treating blueprints as prebuilt structures that can be placed onto existing land. When placing a blueprint:

Occupied areas (current house/furniture) could be visually blocked out

Available space would remain selectable

This would allow players to place repeated structures (e.g. multiple gazebos) without removing their current home.

Preferred Language Setting for Auto-Translation
Add an option for players to select their primary language so the auto-translation system can work more accurately and consistently.

More hobbies!

I love the hobbies in game but I feel like it could be expanded upon. I've thought up some ideas for both current and new ones, so I'll start with what's currently in game.

Gardening
While I'm aware there are quite a few fruit trees I think it'd be awesome to be able to plant some. To avoid having to remove the ones in games there could be new trees added-like banana or lemon trees.

I think it'd also be awesome to occasionally collect worms from the planter boxes when you're harvesting and to be able to use them as bait or a way to compost any extra food/weeds you don't need to make fertilizer!

Bird Watching
Honestly this is currently my least favourite one, because it seems all there is to do is take pictures. What if we could expand on this and collect feathers? This could be expanded even further with, say, frames where you could line multiple feathers inside to hang on your wall and show off your collection!

Astronomy
Kicking us off into the new hobbies, Astronomy! This'd be an awesome way to create more quests for people like me who have run out of things to do! Why not try to discover constellations? Gain a telescope and discover the worlds above you, even gain the ability to stargaze with friends!

Stamp Collecting
A way to add more fun and point to postcards for people who play with friends! Add a post stamp so you can help friends discover new stamps! Add them to a scrapbook for safe keeping and display it on a lectern for guests to admire :D

Flower Arrangement/Flower Pressing
I've put these 2 together as it could go under "Floral Fun" or something I guess lol. But it'd be nice to make holdable bouquets of various flowers to give them as gifts to friends! The system could work similarly to cooking where there are different types of bouquets, like "Bouquet of Admiration" or "Bouquet of Good Wishes"!

As for flower pressing, it could work similarly to Stamp Collecting, with the added bonus of being able to display flower pressed art on the walls of your home!

Making Models (Cars, Boats, Buildings)
This could be a fun extension to the puzzles, being able to build various things for decor! This is something I used to enjoy when I was younger and something my brother still enjoys! It'd be awesome to display collections like this on shelves and the like or even in glass cabinets!

Pottery
Why not make a beautiful vase, mug or even an entire dining or tea set?! This'd be an awesome way to add patterns from the painting aisle onto some more things while unlocking new recipes or styles of cups, cookware or vases!
