I really dislike the fact that buying paint uses moonlight crystals, a paid currency. I want to decorate my walls, and since your puzzles use ai I don't want them in my house and would rather do my own art. (On that note game won't let me sell windmill flower field and art street entrance puzzles). I personally think separating paints and dyes is silly as I have more dye than I know what to do with yet am constantly low on paint. The amount of items we can even dye is so low! If you won't make the ability to get paint as a non-paid item, can it at least be made cheaper? With the GAMG Junior membership you can't even get one paint can a day, that's insane! We also could use a higher limit on the amount of custom furniture items/pictures allowed in a home. I don't want an elaborate mansion, I just want a cozy little personalized home, and it sucks when I realize I wasted my time making a matching set of chairs when it would steal all my creative showcase points (plus the aforementioned crystals). Another issue that I found is that you give multiple size options for paintings, and yet framing some of these cut off the image no matter what size frame I used. Can there be an ability to just hang up the canvas without the need of a picture frame? I also dislike how in-game photos count towards my "creative showcase point" total, so I have to decide would I rather display the art I made and worked hard on or wonderful memories made with friends?

Allow players to delete a published book. Yes, there is an option to set it on private, but in my opinion, for the sake of keeping my list of books clean and organized, I hope there's an option to delete published books that you no longer want or want to redo to be deleted for good.

My only suggestions are,

Remove the cooldown on the resources, the hunger/stamina bar already behaves as a cool down for us once low or depleted. Not needed for a cozy game.
More vehicles are needed, both in types and categories ((example, sedans, trucks, suvs, more coupes, wagons, sport bikes, dirt bikes, boats, and aircrafts etc)). Vehicle storage could also be a thing, allowing us to store resources or items in the vehicle trunk or storage unit.
Remove the refresh rate for buying clothes and furniture items, it is not a needed mechanic for a cozy game. We should have all furniture and clothing items available to us at all times for purchase.
Expand on both the map and hobbies, I feel the hobbies are limited at the moment and I believe expanding on this allows for great choice as well as fitting each players niche, swimming, farming, racing, reading, etc, these do not have to be unlock-able.
Add the ability to swim, I don’t see why this isn’t in the game.

Overall, great game, I very much do enjoy it👍

in art, you can't claim to be an ai artist. art is a skill. ai didn't give you any skills, you never picked up a pencil to draw by yourself. and if you tried and didn't work and you refused to try again, that says a lot about you. you're a quitter, you didn't even keep going. we are advanced in art because WE practiced and never gave up despite our struggles. you're not an ai artist, the two cannot be mixed together. ai is a machine, no emotions. art has emotions and love, and work made by human.

for those that might think “oh it’s just ai on a puzzle” or “puzzles are just a small fraction of the game it doesn’t affect me” or “why do u care so much I don’t care it’s ai the art is cute” you should care because ai takes samples from real artists work without permission to generate a very imperfect and sloppy image. there’s no genuine love being put into ai. in fact ai looks very cheap. a computer will never be able to replicate correct anatnomy, colors, and lighting, and the love and passion of a real artist.

using ai is disrespectful to artists. and using ai in a game like this is how you make a whole community loose their trust in not just the game but the company too. and ai also just makes the whole product look cheap and low quality.

this is why a fraction of us real artists has been raising our voices against ai.

Pets always go INSIDE the roof where you can't interact with them.
Pet's get glitched out when you interact with them when they are colliding or beside an item where they will get stuck (No longer interactable) and if you try to interact with other pets, it would say your character is busy.
Sometimes it snow inside your house which I think shouldn't happen because u got roof...

Make items/walls not collide with
Allow multi-select in inventory (For deleting & storing items)
Allow to VIEW your storage where ever you are. (Still wont be able to transfer items if you're not in your home)
More options for item placements. (1 Stud movement, 0.5 movement, 0.2 movement) Because some items collide with the walls if you place them beside it (It's placeable).
12 hours cooldown on daily items (Roaming tree & fluorite). There's so many item's that requires these ingredients and I don't think getting 3-4 of these items per day is worth the grind to get a single item that cost 10 roaming oak (Which would take 3 days to craft) and the items aren't even that special. The Collector's Armchair needs 10 roaming oak and it's just a chair. (Like seriously who thought of making a normal looking chair a 3 days worth of grind)
If possible, add option to allow collision when building (This would allow players to be more creative in their builds and make new combinations out of the items they already have and allow uniqueness to each and every home)

3)Clothing rotations; as it stands all the clothing is lacking in both female and male clothing nothing is appealing. Same colors and same items are everyday it’s like visiting Dorothy’s shop isn’t worth it at all. I expected to see new things in everyday but up till launch of the game to this point it has been consistent of the same clothing I’ve seen since the beginning only rotated with other old clothing. The skirts need more work too the only mini skirts I’ve seen are the school ones there should be more variety colors and designs not just plaid ones and school ones.

Rainbow days should last all day until nightfall in game. A lot of players don’t wake up at certain times or later during the day so it’s unfair that some of miss it because our schedules in real-time time. You guys need to remember everyone has their own schedule and lifetime, and in America it’s very different from Asia and many other places.

5)Meteor Shower days; I want to start this one off by saying I waited a week to finally be able to attend Americas Servers first Meteor Shower day and I was so excited until the day happened to only get 16 shards and not enough to get one or two items I wanted from the bathroom set only; I was e trembly disappointed that you guys only gave us so little? It left a foul taste in my spirit towards Heartopia and other people agree with me. Please increase the volume of shards we get or let the shard stones regenerate one more time over. Meteor showers don’t happen every night or day it takes time for the meteor showers to come back; so the least you guys can do it give us more shards. Like this was the day I lost my drive for Heartopia it really sucked the hope out of me and many other people.

5)Hobby Tickets as it stands I find the progress very slow and hard to obtain Hobby tickets. I save mine up scared of even using them due to the fact I’m not sure when I’ll have enough to get more. I understand this is a cozy game meaning slow pace but at the rate you’re doing this it seems more than slow; I am not the only one thinking this there is so many others out there thinking it as well; you guys were strong at start but now you’re burning out and I know you guys have a massive potential to stay strong but please for your sakes and this game sakes listen to the players reasonable suggestions.

6)Please add more furniture for pets not only cat based furniture I find it appalling how much more the favoritism for cats are than dogs. I love all animals but you can really tell the cat gets much more than the dog as it stands you should’ve just made cats the only pet in Heartopia to adopt. That’s how much everyone would agree with me the cats are favored more. It makes us question what was the point to adding dogs. Not only that the progression rate of dogs vs cats is horrendous. I really hope devs are reading this.

This game is about community and socializing, building houses and showing them off. Having people stuck in one server and not letting your players visit/travel/change servers with their current account without losing progress is counterproductive to what you guys have designed the game to be. I created my account in the American server but the server is mostly dead and I really don't want to move to another server and start from zero. Playing like this is making the game feel less and less unappealing each day and if you guys don't allow your playera to play cross servers I won't spend anymore and wouldn't even think about recommending this game to anyone I know. Could we get a full color wheel for skin tones instead of just preset options? A lot of the “in‑between” shades are missing, even though I really do appreciate the diversity that is included. But that makes it even more noticeable that the same level of effort isn’t reflected in the hairstyles.
Another player mentioned this using my experience, but it’s true: having to unlock all the hairstyles with any kind of texture is honestly wild. A huge number of people across many races do not have straight hair, so it feels really strange that the game tries to make us feel seen with diverse skin tones but then conveniently requires a lot of gameplay before we can have hair that actually looks like ours. That contrast really rubs me the wrong way, and I can’t imagine I’m the only one who feels this.

I have been playing Heartopia since launch and would like to congratulate you on the clothing creation system. The pixel-based editor is intuitive, creative, and produces beautiful results. While using it, I started thinking about a feature that could be interesting for the future of the game.

I would like to suggest the implementation of a player-created custom items system, focused on creativity, community engagement, and sustainable monetization.

Conceptually, the idea would work as follows:

Players could create clothing items using the existing editor. After an approval or curation process by the game team, selected items could be made available for purchase by other players using gems (the premium currency).

The gems spent on these purchases would remain entirely with the game, while the item creator would receive a reward in an internal currency (such as blue hearts) or an exclusive ticket. This ticket could be used in a special shop with exclusive cosmetic items or visual rewards, keeping everything within the game’s economy and without involving real money for creators.

As an alternative or complement, there could be a Creator Shop, featuring only community-created items, adding a sense of exclusivity, motivation to create, and stronger player engagement.

Achei que o mapa ser pequeno pra evitar telas de carregamento e exagero, duas ou tres telas de carregamento da pra passar sem drama ( queremos mais lugares pra ir) amo as roupas mas to ancioso por seções cosplay, e roupas de linha de tempo, seria muito legal amo as coisas da era vitoriana.
Na parte de dinheiro do jogo, não poder vender oque criamos me pegou de surpresa, pois mesmo que vocês controlacem mais o menos o valor dos itens ainda sim teria todo sentido, oque não tem e não poder ter as proprias lojas, quanto a ser caro, acho que do jeito que ta ta perfeito, mesmo a moeda de dinheiro real do jogo, sinto falta de ideias competitivas, um mercado sempre e uma boa, logo tambem sinto falta de não poder vender as maquetes da casa pronta, afinal arquetetura tambem e artístico.

A cozinha foi a minha decepção, assim como o plantiu, sistema simples berando a ser sem graça, sei que não tem como colocarem detalhes como uso de faca para cortar alimentos, mas nada impede de haver uma mesa pra isso, assim como mesa pra fazer masas, liguidificador para bebidas, uma cozinha mas interessante, nada empede que a plantação exija controle de pragas, mesmo que seja com pesticidas disfarcados de magica, e água mas vezes, cuidar mesmo, aliás isso das comparações a vida real vocês pegaram realmente leve, cativar pessoas para sonhar sem dar a elas um pouca da verdade crua não e legal, entender que elas podem sonhar, mas precisam administrar o proprio dinheiro, que elas vão denpender de publicidade e publico

I really love Heartopia. I’ve convinced my close friends and our partners to download it, and we play together every day while hanging out in Discord voice chat. One of our favorite parts of the game is customization. We love the furniture store, but we’re especially glued to the clothing store every day at reset, excited to buy new outfits and customize our characters.

That said, most of us are African American, and we feel there could be more variety in hairstyle options that better represent people of different races and hair textures. While there are locs available, that’s currently the main style we see that feels close to hairstyles commonly worn by people of our complexion. We’d really love to see more diverse hair options added so more players can feel represented and truly see themselves in their characters.

Thank you so much for all the hard work and dedication your team has put into making Heartopia such an enjoyable and wonderful game to play. We truly appreciate the effort and creativity that goes into it.

Simple implementation ideas:
a small checkmark ✅ or “Done / Today” badge on the friend row or avatar

In Advanced Build Mode, add a free camera controlled with W-A-S-D, allowing the camera to pass through objects so players can easily adjust interior elements inside the house.
While in Free Camera / Build Mode, bind the F key to select and place objects instead of requiring manual clicks on the confirmation button.
Add settings that allow players to freely customize the UI layout, including moving or removing UI elements. For example, the jump button is unnecessary on PC.

Pet's get glitched out when you interact with them when they are colliding or beside an item where they will get stuck (No longer interactable) and if you try to interact with other pets, it would say your character is busy.
Sometimes it snow inside your house which I think shouldn't happen because u got roof...

12 hours cooldown on daily items (Roaming tree & fluorite). There's so many item's that requires these ingredients and I don't think getting 3-4 of these items per day is worth the grind to get a single item that cost 10 roaming oak (Which would take 3 days to craft) and the items aren't even that special. The Collector's Armchair needs 10 roaming oak and it's just a chair. (Like seriously who thought of making a normal looking chair a 3 days worth of grind)
If possible, add option to allow collision when building (This would allow players to be more creative in their builds and make new combinations out of the items they already have and allow uniqueness to each and every home)

Okay, ive been building for a while, and my biggest pet peeve with this AMAZING game so far is that, when we switch between blueprints everything that you used/needed to build materials with in the other blue print gets carried over/returned to you when you switch to another blue print. For example I need 500 sticks for one blueprint, I expected those to be out of my inventory and of course they are when the blueprint is loaded. But when I switch I suddenly have 500 sticks back into my inventory that I need to hold... until I switch back to that house that needed all those sticks. Now its okay, but its actually gotten on my nerves as I only collected those materials for that, and if I sell them and recollect then every time I want to switch house (just so my inventory most of the time is less full) is a bit tedious.. can there be a way where the houses actually consume the materials you initially use to build them with, and furniture be placed in your storage instead of directly into your inventory. That would be nice as well, I love love love this game. But I think there's a little bit of weirdness around the blueprints and how all of that works rn..

What I wanted to suggest is something that has been bothering me, and not just me, but many players.

In the events that the NPCs activate, like fishing, taking pictures of birds, or hunting insects, it's extremely annoying having to wait for the time to run out.

So something I'm suggesting is that whenever the total number of players who accepted to participate is reached, like "9/9", the event should start automatically.

And whenever the participating players finish the goal as a pair, the event will automatically end as well, without the need for a second or third part.

Would love to see an option to move faster for both our characters + vehicles. I hate trying to run or drive to an event & it looks like I'm going at a 🐌 pace at full energy. 😅 ... I feel like a community farm would suit the game's atmosphere quite well.

Perhaps with livestock care events that reward cooking ingredients (such as eggs and milk). You could possibly have star levels for those ingredients based on participation in the event, though that might take a bit of modification to the code for the event rewards.

I’d like to share some suggestions that I believe would really improve the game experience:

1.    Please remove the purchase limit on the Wishing Star.

I don’t understand why there is a limit when I’m spending my own money to buy it. There are many features and items that require Wishing Stars, but we don’t get enough of them.
2. Please remove or increase the limit on placing map markers.
Being able to freely mark locations would make exploration and resource collection much easier.
3. Add an option to choose where furniture goes when obtained.
Most of the time, I want furniture to go directly to the Warehouse instead of my backpack. Furniture takes up a lot of space, and emptying the backpack repeatedly takes too much time, especially when I want to focus on collecting resources.
4. Add boats to the game.
It would be amazing if we could craft boats at the workbench and use them to sail.
5. Add the ability to swim.
This would greatly improve movement and make the world feel more alive.
6. Improve daily quests and add more of them.
Daily quests currently give very few Wishing Stars, and we finish all quests within minutes. After that, there isn’t much to do besides collecting and selling items. Adding more quests or increasing rewards would give players more reasons to stay engaged.

I really enjoy Heartopia, but once you hit midgame, the hard cap on daily requests makes it feel like there’s not much to do. Grinding isn’t the problem being forced to stop is. Seasonal events and daily rewards are nice, but they don’t add real long term progression

Optional uncapped quests or deeper progression like NPC questlines, profession mastery, or long term goals would keep players engaged. Bug fixes are important, but meaningful content is what retains people.

Many dedicated players and content creators see the same cycle capped quests and repetitive updates don’t keep players around. As a streamer, there will come a point where I can’t promote a game that doesn’t listen to its community. Eventually, I’ll switch to Loftia when it launches, which seems to fix these issues. Most of your 10M members agree only a small minority are truly satisfied.

Please remove Iterative AI content (I'll not stop calling this, if it continues to rely on image data scraped off the web). It poses not only ethical and environmental concerns, but there are legal concerns as well, when you consider the Disney vs Midjourney lawsuit.

And then there is the economic concerns from AI corpos like OpenAI purchasing entire stockpiles of RAM and SSDs, and strangling the consumer electronics industry as a result... Which, idk if the devs have heard this, but it hurts the game in ways other than boycotts... because if players find themselves unable to afford a new device when the one they're using dies on them, those players cannot play Heartopia... Because they have nothing to play it with.

In Heartopia, I have a few suggestions!

If you have 2 phonographs, you should be able to use both of them at the same time. I purchased another phonograph because I thought it would be nice to have music playing on both sides of my house (as it stops once I get to the other side of my house), only to be disappointed at the fact that only one can play at a time. This, or make the phonograph able to reach throughout the player’s property/plots.
The little animation you get when a new item is made or a better quality item is produced should be able to be toggled off. I have been forced many times to watch as my dishes and drinks get burnt because the animation made me unable to move. It’s frustrating, because these ingredients I spend time growing and collecting do not get refunded when it burns.
There’s an issue with the pets getting in the way of cooking stoves, rendering you unable to use the stoves if they are in front of it. This causes the dishes you were cooking to get burnt and it’s a waste of resources and ingredients. You can’t move the animals unless you walk them, but even then sometimes their energy is low and they don’t want to.

Hello! I have several suggestions that I think would benefit the entirety of Heartopia's community as a whole;

Easier ways to make gold! I love farming mushrooms and making pies because it levels my cooking hobby a lot, but sometimes it's just so tiring. What if we had careers that branched off of the hobbies with its own leveling system? In order to keep it fair, you wouldn't be able to make more money than another career due to progression, so everyone would start out at the same base gold price. I think this would be a fun and interactive way to make gold and not get burnt out!
The pets need to be fixed ASAP. I am so sick and tired of my pets wandering around, clipping through walls and fences, plopping down in front of my gardening plots or stoves and making my life extra difficult... I love that we have pets, but they are so bugged and unoptimized it's actually infuriating. THey clip through the beds, somehow get on the roofs, when I try to feed them sometimes it glitches out and forces me to relog, at this point I would rather have no pets than glitchy ones.
The daily requests SUCK. I love the rewards they give and the fact that I can level up my D.G Level with it, but lets face it... Mrs. Joan telling me to feed my dog? Annie telling me to interact with an animal group? Come on, Heartopia... Can't we have something more interactive and fun like doing an event? Hosting a party? What about making friends like the game suggests? It's the same stuff every single day but with a new NPC to fulfill.
This game gets repetitive, fast. I love the dreamy and cozy aesthetic, but Annie mentioned something about a "outside world" when we first arrived in Heartopia; so why don't we have the option to go there? We should be able to live a dual life; one in Heartopia with all the friendly neighbors, and then the real world where we have to play like the Sims; monitor our food intake, bathroom breaks, jobs, school, etc. It would be an absolutely great way to make the story more believable and in-depth.

These are just a few complaints that me and my friends have had! :) Overall we love the game, but our biggest gripe is the pets right now. PLEASE fix them. Otherwise I may just restart my account and not get pets at all until they're fixed lol

• Cats are glitching in roofs, flooring, and walls. Sometimes you can't even interact with it to feed it. I get annoyed by it so I usually don't bother to re-log in just to feed the cat.
— I was hoping to return my cat because of the glitching stuffs but I can't :')

• Dogs are pretty much annoying at some point... (don't hate me i still love the dog i got) sometimes when I'm recording CDs they bark and I get distracted while playing instruments.
— They always get in the way! I have a counter for a coffee shop and I can't get out sometimes because the dog is blocking my way. Also when I'm cooking :')

For the past two days now I've been trying to figure out how to walk my cat now that I have it at 3k growth and level 5 in cat caring. I've seen others who are able to do it who have instructed me to just keep playing with it and making it happy to go on a walk, however have had no luck.

So I was really thinking it would be nice and fun to have more hobby events - mostly for the ones lacking events like cat and dog caring and cooking.

Cat/Dog Caring: Have a pet adoption fair where you can go socialize with the animals. Like clean as many as you can in a certain amount of time or socialize with them to get them ready for their forever home.

I highly suggest to rework the dog/cat caring hobby and make it pet caring instead.

Point 1: Dog/Cat caring is arguable the worst handled hobby in the game.

There's a lot of bugs to pets like them clipping through walls, suddenly going through the roof. And dog caring is just plain annoying. There's no clear indication that the dog has made mess or not. It's always hungry and gets in the way all the time. A full rework of the dog/cat caring hobby would give you the opportunity to fix those bugs as well.

Point 2: not everyone likes cats/dogs

Many people are not keen on caring for dogs or cats. Some even have phobias regarding them. Giving us the option to choose between a cat, a dog, both, or maybe other options such as hamsters or guinea pigs as well would be greatly appreciated by the players worldwide.

Point 3: Having 2 different but similar hobbies does not make sense.

Let's list down all the other hobbies:
Gardening, fishing, cooking, birdwatching, bug catching. All of them has qualities that makes them distinct from each other. In the meanwhile, cat and dog caring are almost identical. Hobby upgrade tickets are hard to come by in the game and having to invest it on 2 different but almost identical hobbies is such a waste. Fusing them to make a much more polished hobby is a must.

In conclusion, reworking cat/dog caring hobby into pet caring will not only give you the opportunity to fine tune the mechanics, but it also gives consideration to the players who are afraid of dogs and/or cats. It also eliminates the need to invest hobby tickets to 2 similar hobbies.

Please work on it as soon as possible.

Curly/coily hair when you first start in game: As someone who has coily hair irl, this is something I really want to see. Not many games do this and I could mever understand why. I've also seen many people with hair types similar to mine say how it feel like theres a lack of representation from the start hair wise. Not everyone has straight or wavy hair.
animal like features for players: It would be cool to see players have tails and animal ears. It should most likely be on hair that can be recolorable. Not set as an accessory in shop. Tails can probably be put in shop but it should have a color customize option.
be able to adopt wild animals: I know we already have pets but I'm a huge fan of wild animals. It would be cool to adopt them after a certain amount of time.
custom clothes! I believe that this should be a member feature because I already know that there's gonna be people who will abuse the fact that it's free to make gross stuff. Also allow members to choose to sell these clothes for coins to other players. That way players can have other affordable clothing options!

1: INTERIOR DOORS. Having the glass doors and all is one thing, but there need to be more styles of doors specific for separate rooms.

2: PLEASE ADD AN AFK TIMEOUT. It is kind of annoying to find you have someone being AFK for hours on end, their plot taking up a space that could be utilized by another player. It would be nice if there was a way of booting someone who's AFK for a certain length of time (say, an hour, maybe two) back to the main menu, where they can log back in again when they come back.

3: FIX THE AFK TIMER. I had it happen, where I was in the middle of the bug catching event, and I was booted from it for being "afk" despite running around and doing things. It robbed me of my post-event rewards, and potential gold. This needs to be fixed.
