If they don’t want the game to die off quick as a fad they need to add more stuff to do, the daily tasks are not enough to keep you busy, then all that’s left is building or collecting items / cooking to make money. It’s repetitive and I’m 6 days in, was obsessed with this game but now it’s just getting annoying. Especially as you level up your DG when it takes longer but there isn’t anything left to do.

BOB PAINTS FURNITURE - For the furniture we do not build ourselves, it would be nice to have a feature where Bob can paint the furniture. Maybe costs 5 stars per piece to paint? I love a lot of the products that the store has but it's tough having to match everything, that or being forced to remodel and entire portion of the house because something is not the color you need.
PURCHASING CLOTHES - When I am purchasing clothes it would be awesome to have the ability to switch between my clothes and the clothes being sold. I love to make sure my fits match, so I find myself going back and forth between dress up and the clothing store. It would be a lot easier if I could do it all in one process.

If you are in the usa, and have friends that live in another country, naturally you will want to pick global. However now if you find any people in the USA that play the game, it's very likely you will be alienated, as they are probably in the USA server.

Suggesting this again just so it doesn’t get lost because I feel this is VERY important.

Please, fix the camera on the PC version so it follows the character automatically instead of having to move it manually. That makes sense for mobile and tablets, but the game really needs to be better optimized for PC.
Get rid of the jump and exit-vehicle icons from the mobile UI and just let us handle all of that with the keyboard.
Add keyboard shortcuts for holstering tools, deselecting items, or just hitting "Delete" to get rid of something in build mode.
Add controller support for PC.
Basically, put more effort into the PC port so it doesn't feel like it was made almost exclusively for mobile.

Overall, the game would benefit from a more diverse and inclusive color selection that accommodates different styles and preferences.

Rather than offering only two fixed color options, a single “Choose Any Color” system could be implemented. For example, when players design outfits using the art easel, they could select color swatches and choose from a full range of available colors, similar to an existing swatch-based customization system. This would allow players full creative control over their color choices.

This approach would not only enhance creative freedom but also increase player motivation to purchase Gacha outfits, furniture, and other items, as they would no longer be limited by preset color schemes.

Additionally, the game could introduce a feature allowing players to recolor any purchased clothing, furniture, or item. This could be implemented either directly through the customization menu or via a special NPC (similar to customization characters in other games) who offers recoloring services in exchange for in-game currency or special resources such as star pieces.

Hobby Suggestions: COOKING: Cooking is boring just standing there and sometimes tapping a button, a proper minigame would make it more fun. It would also be nice if you could auto-craft items you've made before, but you need to do the minigame for higher quality items. BIRD WATCHING: Bird watching is hard to get a good picture, make them pose more even at lower hobby levels and make scanning faster. The bird watching event is also difficult to reach event goals. In the fishing event has ocean bubbles to make catching fast, energy bubbles you can pop, and golden fish that give more xp. Do something like that for birdwatching. PET CARING: Cat caring is a bit less exciting than dog caring, mainly the playing vs training. Also you can take your dog out right away, but have to level up the hobby to take cats out. Also make pet boarding available right away. FISHING and BUG CATCHING seem okay as hobbies so far and no major issues, though it is a bit hard to aim for bug catching sometimes.

on the musical instruments, i think it’d be a lot easier to play if one row was labeled with letters and one with numbers! i find its hard to quickly distinguish between the numbers with just the dots so i think completely different symbols would be a lot easier to differentiate!like just use the simple english alphabet universally so its not harder to read in other languages with more complex letters either! or just use a completely made up symbol system like the game language and just write the music scores in that and have those be the symbols on the buttons but keep the “do re mi” scale underneath like how you have it underneath the numbers! i hope this made sense!

My reason for asking:
At the start of the game when I got my dog I got a black and white husky. He's practically a replica of my real life dog.
On 21st January my dog passed away a week after a diagnosis, it has been very painful to login to the game and see my dog waiting for me and following me around, but also very healing to feed, care and walk him in a way I can't do anymore for real.

So I kindly ask for a nice garden statue of different animals, halo and angel wings for our pets to wear.
This could help others like me who experience pet loss whilst they play this game. The community is so very supportive and caring, it is the little things that make a big difference

Few suggestions for Pets and interactions between them.

1: Learning from each other. often when I train my cat, my dog sits nearby, watching, the same with my cat when I train the dog, and I think it would be good if when they see each other training they learn, obviously not learn a lot but maybe just a little.
2: Playing, it would be cute if they could play with each other around the house and if there are any other pets or animals nearby, that they could try to make friends and play with them, of course only if they are nearby and also, if your house is next to the house of a friend and that friend has pets, they could be friends too.
3: Their personality. For this, we considered the cash register essential but there's a problem: cash register permits players pay by 1 gold at a time. Since the game already includes a Dreams system, I think “dream” would fit very naturally as a title suffix and wouldn’t feel out of place. It also seems like something many players could enjoy using.

On a personal note, if this were added, I would love to use “Restless Dream” as my title. It’s a reference to the iconic line from Mary’s Letter in Silent Hill 2:
“In my restless dreams, I see that town.”

Please add gliders first, so we can fly over the village, jump from high places and go for walks with friends, and even cross rivers. It would be a very beautiful way to travel. Please, fix the camera on the PC version so it follows the character automatically instead of having to move it manually. That only makes sense for mobile and tablets.
Get rid of the jump and exit-vehicle icons from the mobile UI and just let us handle all of that with the keyboard.
Add keyboard shortcuts for holstering tools, deselecting items, or just hitting "Delete" to get rid of something in build mode.
Add controller support for PC.

I’m writing to share some feedback regarding the Polar Hymn gacha event. I would strongly encourage reconsidering the duplicate system, specifically by implementing duplicate protection per tier until the full collection for that tier has been obtained.

When players are investing a significant amount of money, receiving multiple copies of the same item such as getting two or three Ice Carriages before completing the rest of the collection feels extremely discouraging. It reduces the sense of progress and makes spending feel more like a gamble with little reward rather than a structured collection experience.

I completely understand that gacha systems are designed to generate revenue. However, the current implementation feels overly punishing and, honestly, has been one of the most frustrating systems I’ve encountered in a while. It has made me hesitant about future spending, which I don’t think is the intended outcome.

Adding tier-based duplicate protection would still maintain monetization while also creating a fairer and more satisfying experience for players who are willing to support the game.

It's understandable that games need a steady income and often go to gachas for it, but paying that much for a simple outfit; and the possibility of using anywhere from thirty to three-hundred and sixty moonlight crystals on something as simple as a watch is a bit punishing. Not to mention, in the polar hymn one for example, you're able to get repeats; which are cool to get the different colors. Since this game is played by a lot of people in different countries, I suggest being affiliated with a top up website, so players can still top up safely and cheaper. If that is too much work then have a regional pricing; if it sounds unfair then please do a monthly discount top up where such as one or two choices of top up will be discounted for a day or two ( like every first weekend of the month).

We need more ways to earn hobby upgrade tickets. I've already collected every ticket available from collections, leaving DG level rewards as the only source—which currently drop just 2 tickets every other level. At my current pace of 2 days per DG level, that's a minimum of 4 days to gather enough for even a low-level hobby upgrade. Meanwhile, it only takes me 1-2 days (often filling the XP bar twice) to max out proficiency on my main hobbies like Fishing and Gardening, leaving multiple bars capped with no tickets to spend.This creates 7-10 day waits between upgrades, which feels extremely discouraging and drains the fun from the game. It wouldn't be so bad if tickets came from effort-based gameplay—like repeatable activities, high-score challenges, or hobby-specific milestones—instead of arbitrary time gates tied solely to DG progression. I spend just 10-20 minutes daily on requests (driving DG levels), yet that's out-rewarding the hours I pour into actual hobbies. I just got into the painting aspect of the game today and while I love it i feel it could use some editing features added to make designing stuff a bit easier. First potentially a copy paste feature so you can take a front design and put it onto the back. A custom stamp ability so you can make your own stamps and put the stamp any where on the painting. A way to adjust the design (for example you put your drawing too low so a way to move it up to where you want it). And possibly for clothes a side view making it so you can see part of the front and be able to continue design/lines from the front to the back easier? Lots of content creators and communities have stopped playing since the announcement, as many including myself are very disappointed that this wasn't disclosed initially. It saddens us all as we all thoroughly enjoy the game and really do want to keep playing but this does not align with many people's morals and ethics.

I can see that many others have also created similar suggestions and I'd like to please ask if there could be a follow up statement as to whether your team will look to remove it from the game and marketing materials. It would be nice to hear confirmation that are suggestions are being listened to and acknowledged.

If you need content creators to help with creating promotional content, please do a creator call-out and likewise with artists for the in-game content. There are so many talented artists, creators from all over the world that would gladly assist with this and if budget is an issue, in-game currency or content could be a reward for those services. Many would be more than happy to support the game and would like to see Heartopia content created by real talent and real people.

an Entrepreneur hobby that can allow us to sell our custom creations like paintings, clothing, and furniture. i like to build a minishop in my plot but rn it feels more like a museum since i can't directly give items to others.

higher hobby level allowing us to display more items in our plot, purchase/create mannequins with different poses, purchase/create different painting frames, and among others. players can price their items since it's their creation.

aside from custom creations, it would be nice to be able to sell my own harvest in my plot, like crops to fishes to insects etc. these items can have their own permanent prices that players cannot change since these items have star ratings.

fluorite and roaming oak timber can be sold with wishing stars since these are more rare, perhaps even lock this option behind higher hobby level. but this bit is optional since i assume everyone would want to use the fluorite and roaming oak for themselves specially with how rare these are to acquire.

furniture sets from Bob and clothing items from Dorothy cannot be resold. but if it were to be added, lock the feature behind higher hobby level. i can see this to be useful for players seeking certain items for collection, however i think the player should have a higher hobby level to gain the trust and be given permission to resell these items.

I hope things get fixed soo cause im loving the cozy grind. Maybe we need a setting option for do not disturb, for us introverts. I canr count how many times im trying to build or farm or do a quest for 1 ir 2 people to contantly come up to me and my plot and just be a nuisance till i ignore them and run off or talk to then and add them, its like having a contant needy puppy nudge my ankle while i work.

When you're building a floor, usually there's a little bit of that brown ceiling side of it clipping through. And then you have to awkwardly lift the floor up to color the bottom of it, or somehow go under the floor in the top view setting and color it.

please make it so NPCs stop introducing themselves after some time. I've been playing since the release, i talked to each NPC a million times and every time i talk to them, they say something like "hello, i am..." which completely breaks immersion and feels completely impersonal, since you'd think a real person would remember talking to you.
this is why having a friendship system with the NPCs would fit well, giving us matching dialogues progresses as you level up the friendship.

Please, make the "forbidden" words in mailbox in game visible, it's a pain in the ass, since the translators bans words that are ok and not the words that are not, even in english, it's horrible. Just spent 10mn tryna find the word that was block. It was "damn". I really love the current tracking system (NPCs, pets, friends, animals), especially how daily requests can guide you to things like mushrooms. I also have bad eyesight, so that guidance is extremely helpful.
What I’d love to see is permanent resource tracking, not only during daily requests. For example: once we’ve discovered a resource at least once (mushrooms, branches, stones, etc.), we could toggle tracking to guide us to the nearest one anytime.
It would be even better if this could extend to specific insects or fish types, since some quests are very precise and can be frustrating to complete without guidance.
I dunno if someone already talked about this since there's a lot of cool suggestions already, but it would be amazing if we can do this pls.

please please make so NPCs interact with each other!! in AC villagers (residents) often have conversations that you can listen and see what they're talking about which is really fun. these conversations can also affect their emotions, so if they had a fight they feel angry or sad, or if they had a nice conversation they feel happy!!
things like this would add so much charm to the game, because right now the NPCs are so very clearly NPCs that it's boring and you feel no need to talk to them unless you need to buy something. make them feel alive, interesting, add more dialogue and nuances to them...

also please make the NPCs have homes where we can visit/enter, make them have a "routine" (for example, they go to inside at night at varying times depending on their personality). for residents that sell stuff and you need them, you can still find them inside their houses and buy with them, just so it's not a real limitation for gameplay, especially for those who like to play at night.
