There's one thing that really really annoys me. I get it this game is to socialize with people but sometimes, there's type of people who did not understand personal space. Especially since we basically can't chat with strangers. Example, like when i was cooking. I was busy, and then some strangers come to my house and start messing up with stuff, which led me to burnt my food (mind you i was making Black Truffle recipe 💀). Other times when i was doing puzzle, and wanting to do it alone, people come in and helping me out. Look. I get it. They were nice. But i need that to stop and i can't tell people since we can't chat and using the red umbrella was really such a waste to be used for a 1 minute conversation. So i was suggesting the options on which people that could visit your house, like, can it be visited openly, or just friends, or no one. OR. the option to lock the doors. Because i tried to close the doors one time, before busy arranging my house, and some strangers still able to come in. And i said it to specifically the house building only however.

And the other thing is afk toogle or something. Example, when we're in a fishing event, the loby waiting for like.. 10 minutes. While waiting at the boat, i could use the "afk" saying i was away for a while. This happens to me a lot when i was with friends and they're chatting, and one of us is afk, none us knows about it. With the afk, at least we know one of us was afk.

I think that charging 100 stars for a frame is too much. Even though stars are not a premium currency, they are still limited by a daily cap, which makes them hard to accumulate. I spent hours creating a pixel art to display in my house, and being faced with such a high cost felt discouraging.

I'd love to see a player to player shop type of deal that involves earning in-game coin currency. We'd get part of the profit. Example: You craft a shape. A block of wood for example or a cylinder or any basic shape and you can then ''timber'' it in the crafting bench. You can decide it's width, it's height and perhaps simple things like the roundness of the corners? Some adjustable things, nothing too fancy. And then you can also paint it; with paint and clipart. It could make for some really cool furniture pieces decorated with clipart. Based on how big the item is you'd pay a ''fee'' to list it in your shop and then the turnover could be 10% - 50% of profit to you? You could even set how many people are able to buy it perchance to make it a more rare item? These furnitures would then not be able to be gifted or traded to avoid the whole toxic currency base that some games have created with such things implemented! Hello, Heartopia Developers ! I have been playing Heartopia consecutively for about 2 weeks now and have been really enjoying your game. I have a couple of suggestions I think would very much improve game efficiency and increase player populations. I want to start off by adding a whiteboard or chalk board type sign in front of each player's house so that the owner of that house can post items they need for a certain quest or just personal use, so other players can chip in and use a teamwork aspect to help other players gain the materials and resources they need. I am also aware of the abilities your developers obtain and also am aware that you guys are still optimizing the Steam PC version of Heartopia, but I think you should focus more on the creative aspects like building and clothes, so people have a range of opportunities to be more creative rather than pixelated drawings make it smoother. With the building, you could add curved assets to help with defining players' houses more creatively. I would also recommend maybe the Steam PC version to change it to have more of a PC feel, such as not making players wait until the next day for something rather than make it so they can do more advanced things to get something in a faster way. As I am playing, I can almost imagine the feeling of being on a mobile phone, as this was a mobile app first, but if you optimize everything to be completely PC compatible, the mobile version has its own compatibility to just give PC users the feeling of a creative-friendly game that you don't need to stress abvout waiting to the next day to unlock something that one of your friends have previously unlocked before you. With Heartopia releasing on steam, I think priorities should be on making a list of interchangeable key binds and fixing the UI. On PC the on screen bubbles are typically slightly delayed. Unfortunately the on screen bubbles are also the only way to aim your fishing rod as holding the key for it doesn't achieve that. If you could fix that and remove all the mobile button UI on the screen (or give the option to remove it if some enjoy it), that would be amazing.

Hello. I recently bought the cello in the game after getting the violin, but the sound quality is really poor. Especially since there are no sharps or flats at all, I can only play in a simple scale like Do Re Mi Fa Sol La Si Do, which feels very limiting. The cello costs 94,500 coins in the game, yet it has so few notes available. Even when I pressed the option to expand by 3 keys, it’s still way too small. It feels like this instrument feature was made without much care. The instruments definitely need an update. For the piano, please implement the pedal function. Also, it would be great if players could customize the key settings themselves. Lastly, I think it would be amazing to have an ensemble mode so friends can perform together. Of course, it’s possible to play together informally now, but having a proper ensemble mode would make it much better.

It would be really helpful to have a system to prevent trolling in your house, especially from people on your friends list. Sometimes friends or others can enter freely, do puzzles that are meant for you or your partner, eat your food, or prevent you from closing doors, which makes it hard to have privacy. I would like an option to purchase additional wishing stars without a limitation, and the weekly store only offers 4 items that I'm seriously not interested in (refreshed, still). I love this game and I'm willing to spend money on it, there just simply aren't enough items that I like for real money purchase. As for the gacha, I don't like gambling, I prefer to buy specific items. Hello Heartopia Development Team,

I would like to share a few suggestions that I believe could make Heartopia even more immersive and enjoyable for players.

First, I hope more furniture can become interactive instead of only decorative. For example, a fridge that can store food, a sink that allows players to wash hands, wash face, and brush teeth, a bed that allows sleeping or time skipping, a wardrobe to change outfits directly, and a washing machine to wash clothes. These small interactions would make the home environment feel more alive and realistic.

Second, I would love to see more “outside life” features. Such as shops or workplaces where players can work — like cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, offices, hospitals, or clothing stores. A simple job system with working hours, tasks, salary, and NPC coworkers or customers would give players a stronger life-simulation experience. The money earned could then be used to buy furniture, food, or clothes.

By combining interactive home life with working and social systems, Heartopia could feel like a true life simulation world, not just a decoration game. This would greatly increase immersion, long-term gameplay, and player attachment to the game.

Thank you for creating such a lovely game. I truly hope these ideas can be considered in future updates.

Two a darker nighttime, PLEASE, it's obscenely bright like it's daytime out despite the lack of intense light pollution in the entirety of the island, it doesn't need to be completely dark, but just a little darker would be a nice ambient touch!
Three more pet coat options! I'm waiting until I can find a Siamese or Calico kitty that match my IRL animals, but I know there needs to be more just in general! Maybe even the newest cat coat, which I personally call salted licorice (its name isnt agreed on yet), could be a rare-ish find!

Review the gacha system as a whole.

For example, the Guardian outfit, which increases with each pull (3, 9, etc.). You make it obsolete simply by capping the emblem gain (Exhibition Pass).
Sure, with the $3/month pass you earn 2 emblems per day, but for the full outfit you need 282 in total. The outfit is available for 20 days, so there is absolutely no hope of getting it, because “for free” it would take 140 days.

Even with the subscription, it only gives 60 emblems, meaning you still need 220 more, which equals $35 to spend (instead of the $40 initially planned).

As far as I’m concerned, this system does not make me want to spend my money at all, because there is no way to feel like a “winner” under the basic rules.

I would like to see more daily options of furniture in the shops or other ways of obtaining them their are so many items listed in the collection book that it seems it will take years just to break the surface on the rate we receive them. Some higher items need to be reduced 10k-35k for items is insane when you only have a limited amount of stuff to sell that does not yield that much in my opinion. Hobbies need to have more options like gardening allow us to produce our own seeds that you are not always purchasing. Purchasing players books should not be 8k or the player should be getting a small portion of that money. To many things in this game require too much money and seems like going to be a very long time to gain levels and going to loose people's interest after awhile. Should be more daily quests or tasks to do and not just constant grinding.

I would like to share some feedback regarding the Hobby Upgrade Coupon system.

Currently, my Developer Association level is 17, and I only have 3 hobby upgrade coupons. According to the item description, these coupons can be obtained through Developer Association level rewards and album score rewards. However, when the Developer Association level increases to level 18, the reward is only 5 hobby upgrade coupons.

At the same time, leveling up the Developer Association requires contribution coins, which can currently be obtained from only one source: Resident Missions (NPC missions). There are only 5 missions available per day, making progression increasingly slow and difficult as the level gets higher.

Regarding album score rewards, I have reviewed several album categories and noticed that hobby upgrade coupons are rarely provided in the later stages. Most rewards are limited to Wish Stars, Gold Coins, or items. As a result, several of my hobbies have already exceeded the proficiency requirement for their current level but cannot be upgraded due to a lack of coupons.

Because of this, the current ways to obtain hobby upgrade coupons feel very limited and do not align well with the gameplay experience for higher-level players. Players are left with only daily resident missions, which may lead to boredom and a lack of meaningful activities in the game.

I kindly ask the development team to consider adding more sources or improving the balance of hobby upgrade coupons, so progression at higher levels feels smoother and more engaging.

Hi Team, I am really enjoying Heartopia, but I am very frustrated that my progress is locked to a specific server. I reached Level 10 on a 'Random' server only to find out I can't play with my international friends unless I restart at Level 1 on the Global server.

Nuts could make new toppings for recipes or add to recipes!

Can we implement a doorbell/knocking option. It was fun at first to have random people bursting inside your house at any given time but at this point in the game it’s not so fun anymore for me. I have put the Friends Only option for the doors and strangers are still coming in. I think having a knocking or doorbell feature would be great that way even if you are not home you can be notified of someone visiting and allow them permission to come in, which I usually prefer not to be home when people visit. Hi there! I’ve spent a lot of time playing this game, even before release, and I truly enjoy it. I wanted to share some feedback around customization, as it’s an area that I think has so much potential.

It would be really nice if dyeable items could use the full color palette. Right now, it can be disappointing to craft something you’re excited about, only to realize it doesn’t fit your color scheme because of limited color options.

Another thing I’ve found frustrating is not being able to change the wall texture and color on all roofs and bay windows. I recently unlocked a new roof and was excited to pair it with the new bay windows, but the colors didn’t match any available wall options. It took a lot of the excitement out of unlocking it.

I’ve also found it surprisingly difficult to build more detailed or creative roofs that aren’t just basic shapes. Roof pieces don’t always snap cleanly onto floors when there’s already an existing roof in place, which makes experimenting with layered or more complex designs frustrating rather than fun.

Overall, expanding customization options and improving roof building flexibility would make building and decorating feel much more satisfying. Thank you for all the hard work you’ve put into the game, and for taking the time to consider this feedback.

Look, doing hobbies n stuff is fun but it’s also really repetitive which is what I PERSONALLY think will leave this game dead in the end. The game needs a story.

It doesn’t need to be full on infinity Nikki, Genshin impact ish but more like animal crossings story! There’s still a goal to be met but it’s still optional to follow it.

Like there needs to be:

Intro
A problem
Storyline where you meet everyone and they add more depth to the problem
Quests within where you get additional depth with characters that may be more prominent in progression of the story
Possibly a villain (?)
Fixing of the problem
Interactive ways and pussels to fix said problem
A good reward system for completing said quest to make it seem important

For the game to have more importance and to leave a stronger impression on the player base in my OPINION I believe a storymode would be almost MANDATORY to keep an audience interested: or the fate that everyone will eventually be bored.

If you can’t do that, I really suggest adding mini games IN GENERAL that are multiplayer for more friendly social experiences or possibly other ways to get income besides selling.

I’m aware this is a NEW game and that adding a story suddenly is hard hard work, but with dedication and a good team anything is possible. The story doesn’t even need to be sensible aslong as it’s entertaining and fits in the universe.

Like I would like to know more about the NPCs? What are their backstories? Why were WE chosen by Astralis specifically? Who is Astralis?

I think it would be cool to be able to publish clothing like how we can books. Same for music (if there is a way to buy people's music disregard. For art pieces if there was a publish option too like books. it would be cute to have like an art gallery in town you can visit that changes daily and show cases art people made in the game as a way for people to "purchase" peoples work for their homes.

When interacting with plot there should be a way to select seeds easier since you can lose where it is in the bag if you have to many items.

Weekly task aside from daily ones. They are very easy to achieve and it makes the gameplay feel stuck. (This is the type of games i unistall after having a little fun day).

Instead of just hitting the trees for fruit you could shake them and they give you more but you can't use the axe to farm for wood if you do this, same cool down as when you use an axe.

Have you adopted a pet and instantly come to regret it? Unaware of how the traits could affect their behavior in-game? I propose the ability to un-adopt your pet for the first time, without paying the fee of 20,000 coins and needing to level up the pet beforehand.

Of course, it gave you the pop-up stating that the pets rotate daily and to wait if needed, but this is for the players who aren’t aware that there are different options, or perhaps were too excited to just get a pet, or maybe they just wanted be done and push through with the quest. Regardless, they regret their decision afterwards.

It adds a little more forgiveness to the game, and minimizes regret.
I believe the first time adopted pet should still have you go through the tutorial, but afterwards, it can be up to your own discretion whether or not you made the right choice and chose to un-adopt them.

Then the next time, when you go to un-adopt the pet. It’ll just have you pay the fee, and level it up like usual so that feature isn’t completely wiped and there will be consequence for abandoning your pet.

- The ability to see other peoples pet shop!

Let’s say your friend or another player has the pet of your dreams! But your shop is stocked up with unwanted pets like usual, even with the ability to change them out daily, it can get a bit disappointing over time. So- let us visit their pet shop!

I propose it’ll be a one time use type of deal. As in, we get an invitation from the other player to see their current pets on display. When said animal is adopted, the slot for them will disappear, so if you or the other player who invited you adopts them, it’ll be gone from the shop, and if said player invited someone else to peruse their shop, said animal will still be gone. This reduces the idea of giving out duplicates of the same pet, over and over again, as that would be kind of OP.

But I think this would potentially bring the community together! Helping out someone who’s searching for their dream pet or vice versa, finding your own would be a wonderful mechanic to add to the game!

Short version:

Allow other players to invite us to their pet shop and buy the pets on display
One pet, per person, so there won’t be any duplicates and players can’t abuse this feature!
Adds more reason to interact with your community and find friends in the process! : )

As a sky: children of the light player the "15 keys layout " it's Great ! But theres a few issues. The keys are too tiny, and that leads the player to make silly mistakes when playing more complicated pieces... The fact that the keys are located on the bottom of the screen it's also awful. Ability to Pluck Berries/Mushrooms holding any tool.
It’d be more convenient and helpful if we could pick berries/mushrooms while holding the wand/scanner. I find when I’m out catching insects and or bird watching, it is kind of a nuisance having to switch back and forth every time I want to pluck or if I find a new mushroom. The axe being able to do both is great.

i'd love to have my own shop, would also love to make stuff for animals.

also can you add jeeps and four wheelers and a motorcycle maybe a dirt bike. ohh please add swimming i'd love to go to the other islands and be in the water.
